Abstract

ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan hasil belajar matematika peserta didik kelas VIII SMP Negeri 2 Kota Bengkulu dengan model pembelajaran Problem Based Learning (PBL). Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif (Descriptive Research). Sampel diambil dengan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling, sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah peserta didik kelas VIII F SMP Negeri 2 Kota Bengkulu Tahun Ajaran 2017/2018 yang berjumlah 34 orang peserta didik. Instrumen yang digunakan untuk pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini adalah lembar tes dan Lembar Kerja Peserta Didik (LKPD) pada materi lingkaran. Berdasarkan hasil deskriptif hasil belajar matematika peserta didik menggunakan model pembelajaran Problem Based Learning menunjukkan bahwa hasil belajar peserta didik menjadi lebih meningkat. Hal ini ditunjukkan dengan rata-rata hasil nilai LKPD menggunakan model pembelajaran Problem Based Learning yaitu 89,63 dan rata-rata nilai tes yaitu 84,56.Kata Kunci : Deskriptif, Hasil Belajar Belajar, Problem Based LearningABSTRACTThe aim of this research was to describe the results of learning mathematics students VIII grade SMP Negeri 2 Kota Bengkulu with Problem Based Learning (PBL) learning model. The sample was taken by using purposive sampling technique, the sample of this research was the students of class VIII F SMP Negeri 2 Kota Bengkulu academic year 2017/2018 with 34 students. The instruments that used for data collection in this research were test sheet and Student Worksheet on the circle material. Based on the results of descriptive mathematics learning outcomes of students using Problem Based Learning the learning outcomes of students were more increased. Abstract

Latar Belakang: Persalinan adalah proses kompleks yang melibatkan perubahan fisik dan emosional signifikan pada ibu hamil. Salah satu fase yang sering menimbulkan ketidaknyamanan adalah fase meneran. Nyeri dan ketidaknyamanan ini dapat disebabkan oleh tekanan yang tinggi pada area perut, punggung, dan panggul. Selama proses ini, ibu membutuhkan strategi manajemen nyeri yang efektif dan aman. Bantal panas dapat digunakan untuk mengurangi nyeri dan ketegangan otot dengan cara meningkatkan aliran darah ke area yang tertekan. Panas dari bantal dapat membantu merelaksasi otot-otot yang tegang dan mengurangi rasa nyeri. Ini bisa menjadi alat bantu non-farmakologis yang efektif dalam manajemen nyeri. Tujuan: Untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan masyarakat tentang penggunaan bantal panas pada saat meneran pada ibu bersalin. Metode: Metode kegiatan menggunakan metode ceramah tanya jawab dan demonstrasi. Hasil: Pengetahuan ibu hamil dan masyarakat tentang penggunaan bantal panas pada posisi semi fowler saat meneran sebelum edukasi sebagian besar pada kategori kurang (93%) dan setelah edukasi seluruhnya pada kategori baik (96%). Kata Kunci: Edukasi, Bantal Panas, Intrapartum.

Abstract

In complete, this research aims to produce electronic student worksheets that are valid, practical, and effective in learning material of a plane solid figure at SMP Negeri 2 Bengkulu. This research is part of the comprehensive research that only focuses on producing valid and practical electronic student worksheets based on guided inquiry learning in plane shapes. Validity is based on the assessment of material experts and media experts on the feasibility of the material content and the media side. At the same time, practicality is measured by the utilization of electronic student worksheets during learning. This research includes development research using the ADDIE model, which contains five cyclic stages, namely (1) analysis, (2) design phase, (3) development, (4) implementation, and (5) evaluation. The analysis results show a need for students for guided inquiry-based electronic worksheets by adjusting the characteristics of students whose critical thinking skills are still low. In the design, the researcher designs the product according to the analysis results, which continues with the development stage to realize the product design at the previous stage becomes the prototype. At this stage, experts also carried out validity testing and product practicality testing at the implementation stage to obtain valid and practical electronic student worksheets based on guided inquiry learning, with evaluation stages carried out at each stage.

Abstract

Understanding mathematical concepts in mathematics learning is a crucial skill that students must possess to support the smooth running of teaching and learning activities. Pre-research results at an elementary school in East Jakarta indicate that students' understanding of mathematical concepts is still relatively low, as reflected in their suboptimal daily test scores. Therefore, researchers are interested to use a learning approach that can improve students' mathematical reasoning ability, namely the Gamification and Teams Games Tournament (TGT) learning approach in terms of learning interest with the aim of knowing: 1) the effect of gamification and TGT approaches on students' understanding of mathematical concepts; 2) the effect of learning interest on students' understanding of mathematical concepts; 3) the interaction between gamification and TGT approaches and students' learning interest. This study was a Quasy Experimental study with a 2-design factorial. The population and sample in this study were all students of class V at one of the elementary schools in East Jakarta, the control class is VA grade and the experimental class is VB grade. Data from questionnaires and understanding of mathematical concepts were analyzed using twoway ANOVA. Based on data analysis, the following results were found: (1) there is the effect of gamification and TGT approaches on students' understanding of mathematical concepts; (2) there is an effect of learning interest on students' understanding of mathematical concepts; and (3) there is an interaction between gamification and TGT approaches and students' learning interests. The results of the study showed that the gamification approach was more effective than the TGT model in improving students' understanding of mathematical concepts, especially for students with high learning interests. Therefore, teachers are advised to apply the gamification approach as an innovative learning strategy that can accommodate differences in students' learning interests in the classroom. Abstrak Pemahaman konsep matematis dalam pembelajaran matematika merupakan kemampuan penting yang harus dimiliki peserta didik untuk mendukung kelancaran kegiatan belajar mengajar. Hasil pra-penelitian di sebuah SD di wilayah Jakarta Timur menunjukkan bahwa tingkat pemahaman peserta didik terhadap konsep matematis masih tergolong rendah, yang tercermin dari nilai ulangan harian yang belum optimal. Oleh karena itu, peneliti terdorong untuk menggunakan pendekatan pembelajaran yang dapat meningkatkan kemampuan penalaran matematis peserta didik, yaitu pendekatan pembelajaran Gamifikasi dan Teams Games Turnament (TGT) ditinjau dari minat belajar dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui: 1) pengaruh pendekatan gamifikasi dan TGT terhadap pemahaman konsep matematis peserta didik; 2) pengaruh minat belajar terhadap pemahaman konsep matematis peserta didik; 3) interaksi antara pendekatan gamifikasi dan TGT dengan minat belajar peserta didik. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian Quasy Eksperimental dengan desain 2 faktorial. Populasi dan sampel dalam penelitian ini yaitu seluruh peserta didik kelas V di salah satu sekolah dasar di Jakarta Timur, sebagai kelas kontrol yaitu kelas VA dan sebagai kelas eksperimen yaitu kelas VB. Data hasil angket dan pemahaman konsep matematis dianalisis menggunakan uji anava 2 jalur. Berdasarkan analisis data, ditemukan hasil-hasil sebagai berikut: (1) terdapat pengaruh pendekatan gamifikasi dan TGT terhadap pemahaman konsep matematis peserta didik; (2) terdapat pengaruh minat belajar terhadap pemahaman konsep matematis peserta didik; dan (3) terdapat interaksi antara pendekatan gamifikasi dan TGT dengan minat belajar peserta didik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pendekatan gamifikasi lebih efektif daripada model TGT dalam meningkatkan pemahaman konsep matematis peserta didik, terutama bagi peserta didik dengan minat belajar tinggi. Oleh karena itu, guru disarankan untuk menerapkan pendekatan gamifikasi sebagai strategi pembelajaran inovatif yang mampu mengakomodasi perbedaan minat belajar peserta didik di kelas.

Abstract

This research aimed to explore the factors contributing to purchase intent towards electric vehicles (EVs) among Generation Z in Jakarta and their perceptions of electric vehicle marketing efforts from manufacturers and government programs. The study aimed to provide recommendations for manufacturers and the government to promote EVs through open-ended qualitative questionnaires, sentiment analysis from Twitter, and quantitative structural equation modelling. The open-ended qualitative questionnaire provided insights into Generation Z's purchase intention towards EVs, their knowledge and concern for environmental issues related to EVs, and their perceptions of marketing efforts from manufacturers and government programs. The sentiment analysis from Twitter revealed ositive sentiment towards electric cars, electric motorcycles, Hyundai Ioniq 5, and Wuling Air EVs. The quantitative structural equation modelling revealed that personal norms were a significant predictor of purchase intention, with a significant relationship between personal norms and environmental concern and peer effect. However, the relationship between environmental concern and peer effect on purchase intention was insignificant. Personal norms are a crucial factor in determining Generation Z's purchase intention of electric vehicles in Jakarta, and environmental concerns and peer effects have no significant effect. While Generation Z has a positive outlook on EVs, manufacturers, governments, and society need to do more to promote their adoption. Manufacturers should focus educating consumers about the benefits of electric vehicles, and governments should provide incentives to encourage their use. Further research is needed to investigate other factors influencing purchase intent, such as consumer knowledge and attitudes towards electric vehicles.

Abstract

This research was motivated by the discovery that students' concentration was different at the beginning and end of learning. This can be seen by the students' restless movements, some shivering, fear, and playing. In thematic learning, learning concentration is very important so that students can understand certain topics with combined subjects. The research aims to describe the learning concentration of class V students at SDN 5 Nanga Nuak in thematic learning. This research is a qualitative descriptive study. The subjects in this research were 24 class V students and were divided into three groups, namely high, medium and low student learning outcomes. Data collection techniques using observation, interviews and documentation. The research instrumen uses observation sheets, interviews and documentation. Data analysis techniques include data collection, data reduction, data presentation, drawing conclusions. Data validity with technical triangulation. The research results showed that students with high learning outcomes concentrated well during thematic learning. Students can pay close attention to the teacher's explanation and focus on the blackboard when the teacher explains using the blackboard, can ask and answer the teacher's questions, and participate actively in discussions. Students with moderate learning outcomes concentrate quite well during thematic learning. Some students looked enthusiastic and focused on paying attention to the teacher's explanation, but were still distracted by playing or chatting during the lesson. Students with low learning outcomes have poor concentration abilities during thematic learning. students who do not respond to the teacher's questions, are not active in discussions, and less enthusiasm, and are still playing and sleepy during learning.Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi dengan ditemukan bahwa konsentrasi siswa yang berbeda ketika diawal dan akhir pembelajaran. Hal tersebut dapat diketahui dengan adanya gerak-gerik siswa yang gelisah, ada yang mengobrol, mengantuk, dan bermain. Dalam pembelajaran tematik, konsentrasi belajar sangat penting agar siswa dapat memahami topik tertentu dengan mata pelajaran yang digabungkan. Penelitian bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan konsentrasi belajar siswa kelas V SDN 5 Nanga Nuak pada pembelajaran tematik. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Subjek dalam penelitian ini yaitu siswa kelas V yang berjumlah 24 orang siswa dan di kelompok menjadi tiga yaitu hasil belajar siswa tinggi, sedang, dan rendah. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Instrumen penelitian menggunakan lembar observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data meliputi pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data, penarikan kesimpulan. Keabsahan data dengan triagulasi teknik.  Hasil penelitian diperoleh bahwa siswa dengan hasil belajar tinggi berkonsentrasi dengan baik selama mengikuti pembelajaran tematik. Siswa dapat memperhatikan penjelasan guru dengan seksama dan berfokus pada papan tulis pada saat guru menjelaskan menggunakan papan tulis, dapat mengajukan dan menjawab pertanyaan guru, serta berpartisipasi aktif dalam diskusi. Siswa dengan hasil belajar sedang berkonsentrasi dengan cukup baik selama mengikuti pembelajaran tematik. Sebagian siswa terlihat bersemangat dan fokus memperhatikan penjelasan guru, akan tetapi masih teralihkan dengan bermain atau mengobrol selama pembelajaran berlangsung. Siswa dengan hasil belajar rendah memiliki kemampuan konsentrasi yang kurang baik selama mengikuti pembelajaran tematik. siswa yang kurang merespon terhadap pertanyaan guru, tidak aktif dalam diskusi, dan kurangnya semangat, serta masih bermain dan mengantuk saat mengikuti pembelajaran.

Abstract

Adolescent pregnancy due to early marriage has a negative impact on the health of adolescents and their babies, especially increasing the risk of stunting in children. Therefore, it is important to provide education to adolescents regarding the dangers of this by paying attention to the condition of adolescents as targets. Teenagers today generally prefer something that is varied and not boring, the education/counseling process must be designed with this in mind. The use of the right media can be one of the solutions to increase the interest of adolescents to get health information, one of these media is comics that can increase interest in reading. This service program aims to increase adolescents' knowledge about the dangers of early marriage in stunting prevention through the use of educational comics. The method is by providing education to teenagers through the use of educational comics. The training was conducted within 2 days. The number of trainees is 30 people. The success of the program can be seen from the change in knowledge about the dangers of early marriage in stunting prevention.

Abstract

This study aims to investigate and design financial optimization planning strategies at KLINIK MITHA Pre-Marriage Healthcare and Aesthetic. Healthcare and aesthetic clinics, such as KLINIK MITHA, have an important role in providing quality healthcare and aesthetic treatments to the community. Therefore, effective financial management is key to support their growth and operational continuity. The research method we applied in this study involved a thorough analysis of the clinic's financial structure. We focused on the management of financial resources, which includes aspects of cash management, proper budget allocation, as well as smart investment strategies. We analyzed KLINIK MITHA's financial data over the past few years quantitatively and qualitatively to understand their dynamics and challenges. The results of this study show that effective financial optimization planning is crucial in the context of health and aesthetic clinics. Efficient cash management ensures clinics can meet their operational needs and remain sustainable. Proper budget allocation helps maximize the use of financial resources, while smart investment strategies can provide significant returns on investment. The conclusions of this study strongly emphasize the importance of careful financial planning in achieving operational success and long-term growth in the healthcare and aesthetic services sector. Our findings provide valuable insights for the management of similar clinics that are looking for ways to improve their financial efficiency and achieve sustainable business goals. This research can provide a solid foundation for better financial planning strategies in the future.

Abstract

ABSTRACT According to the annual report at Pertamina Bintang Amin Hospital, it is known that hypertension cases are ranked first compared to other non-communicable diseases, where in 2022 there were 1658 people with hypertension who visited Pertamina Bintang Amin Hospital, most according to age group, namely at the age of 20-44 years of 488 people, followed by the 45-54 age group of 373 people, and the lowest was 15-19 years of 13 people. Body Mass Index can cause hypertension through various mechanisms, both directly and indirectly. Directly, Body Mass Index can cause an increase in cardiac output because the greater the body mass, the greater the amount of blood circulating so that cardiac output increases. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between body mass index and the incidence of hypertension at Pertamina Bintang Amin Hospital in 2023. Method Quantitative research with croos sectional design. The population in this study were all patients who visited Pertamina Bintang Amin Hospital. 138 people with a sample of 94 respondents using accidental sampling technique. The research was conducted at Pertamina Bintang Amin Hospital in March 2023. Data collection using questionnaires, univariate and bivariate data analysis (chi square). The results of the univariate analysis showed that 59 (62.8%) respondents did not experience hypertension and 70 (74.5%) respondents had normal BMI. There is a relationship between Body Mass Index and the incidence of hypertension at Pertamina Bintang Amin Hospital in 2023 (p-value = 0.001). Suggestions for health workers to provide counseling on the impact of hypertension and conduct blood pressure checks and weight monitoring are carried out on an ongoing basis. Keywords: BMI, Hypertension Incidence  ABSTRAK Menurut  laporan tahunan di RS. Pertamina Bintang Amin, diketahui bahwa kasus hipertensi menduduki peringkat pertama dibandingkan penyakit tidak menular lainnya, dimana tahun 2022 sebesar 1658 orang dengan penderita hipertensi yang berkunjung ke RS. Pertamina Bintang Amin, terbanyak menurut kelompok umur yaitu pada umur 20-44 tahun sebesar 488 orang, diikuti kelompok umur 45-54 tahun sebesar 373 orang, dan terendah 15-19 tahun sebesar 13 orang. Indeks Masa Tubuh dapat menimbulkan terjadinya hipertensi melalui berbagai mekanisme, baik secara langsung maupun tidak langsung. Secara langsung Indeks Masa Tubuh dapat menyebabkan peningkatan cardiac output karena makin besar massa tubuh makin banyak pula jumlah darah yang beredar sehingga curah jantung ikut meningkat. Tujuan penelitian ini diketahui hubungan indeks masa tubuh dengan kejadian hipertensi di RS. Pertamina Bintang Amin Tahun 2023. Metode Penelitian kuantitatif dengan desain croos sectional. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh pasien yang berkunjung ke RS. Pertamina Bintang Amin sebanyak 138 orang dengan sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 94 responden menggunakan teknik accidental sampling. Penelitian telah dilaksanakan di RS. Pertamina Bintang Amin pada bulan Maret 2023. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner, analisis data secara univariat dan bivariat (chi square). Hasil penelitian analisis univariat diketahui sebanyak 59 (62,8%) responden tidak mengalami hipertensi dan sebanyak 70 (74,5%) responden memiliki IMT normal. Ada hubungan Indeks Masa Tubuh dengan kejadian hipertensi di RS. Pertamina Bintang Amin tahun 2023 (p-value = 0,001). Saran bagi tenaga kesehatan agar dapat memberikan penyuluhan tentang dampak hipertensi dan melakukan pemeriksaan tekanan darah serta pemantauan berat badan yang dilakukan secara berkelanjutan Kata Kunci: IMT, Kejadian Hipertensi

Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas jejak awal dan perkembangan Islam di Bengkulu dengan menelusuri proses dakwah para ulama serta transformasi sosial keagamaan yang terjadi sejak abad ke-17 hingga abad ke-20. Bengkulu, sebagai wilayah pesisir barat Sumatera, memiliki posisi strategis dalam jalur perdagangan internasional yang mempertemukan para pedagang Muslim dari Arab, Gujarat, dan Aceh. Melalui interaksi ekonomi dan sosial tersebut, nilai-nilai Islam mulai terinternalisasi dalam masyarakat lokal. Dakwah para ulama seperti Syekh Burhanuddin Ulakan dan jaringan ulama dari Minangkabau turut memperkuat proses islamisasi di wilayah ini. Pada masa kolonial Inggris dan Belanda, Islam di Bengkulu menghadapi tantangan politik dan budaya, namun tetap berkembang melalui lembaga pendidikan tradisional seperti surau dan pesantren. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan historis dengan analisis kualitatif terhadap sumber tertulis, arsip kolonial, dan tradisi lisan masyarakat Bengkulu. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa proses institusionalisasi Islam di Bengkulu berakar pada integrasi nilai-nilai dakwah dan kearifan lokal, yang hingga kini membentuk identitas keagamaan masyarakat. Studi ini menegaskan pentingnya peran ulama dan lembaga keislaman dalam membangun kesinambungan tradisi Islam di daerah pesisir Sumatera.
