Abstract

This study aimed 1) to find out how  the performance of employees at the Office of Religious Affairs, Somba Opu District, Gowa Regency, 2) to find out how good the quality of service at the Office of Religious Affairs, Somba Opu District, Gowa Regency and 3) to find out how the influence employee performance on quality services at the Office of Religious Affairs, Somba Opu District, Gowa Regency. The population and sample in this study amounted to 20 employees, data collection by questionnaire. Data analysis used descriptive analysis and simple linear regression analysis. The results showed that: 1) Employee performance was in good category with process indicators being the most prominent in shaping employee performance at the KUA Somba Opu Office, Gowa Regency, 2) Service quality was in good category with responsiveness indicators being the most prominent in forming service quality at the KUA Somba Opu Office, Gowa Regency, and 3) Employee performance had a positive and significant effect on service quality at the KUA Somba Opu Office, Gowa Regency.

Abstract

The research is descriptive with qualitative approach. The research concerns on the collection   effectiveness of Land and Building of Rural and Urban Tax (PBB-P2) of Banjarsari Sub District in 2017-2023. Data of tax achievement obtained from Departmen of Tax in Sukatani District and information relating to the research collected by interviewing tax collector as well as some residents of Banjarsari Sub Dictrict of Bekasi Regency. The result of the reseach that the achievement of PBB-P2 revenue during 2017-2023 ranged from 35% to 67% or an average achievement of 46,86% per year. These achievements showed that the efforts to collect PBB-P2 revenue during that period were ineffective because the realization of PBB-P2 revenues did not reach predetermined targets. The ineffectiveness PBB-P2 collection is due to some obsracles, such as the obedience of some tax payers which continuosly to be encouraged, lack of officers which being very disproportionate to the number of   tax payers, as well as ineffective the use of "Sapa Bekasi" application for online payment. To increase PBB-P2 revenue for the following years, the Banjarsari Sub District government needs to make some improvements, such as providing an undestanding of the impotance of paying PBB-P2 to financing the necessities of local goverment,   involving and   collaborating with RW and RT administrators to support tax collector, and practising the use of "Sapa Bekasi" application to pay online

Abstract

The   research describes the effectiveness collection of Land and Building Tax of Rural and Urban (PBB P2) of Karang Bahagia District in Rekasi Regency within the periode of 2015'2023. Data of PBB-P2-collections showed an average achievement of 48,31% per year or ranged from 36,56% to 56,44%. The average achievement of PBB-P2 collection as well as achievemrs per year within the periode of 2018-2023 concluded that the efforts of collection were ineffective due to revenues realuxation could not reach predetermined target. The ineffectiveness of PBB-P2 collection is due to some obstacles   such as. : targets determination were muah higher so that difficult to.be achieved, the obedience of some tax payers that should be encourage, the ineffective use of "Sapa Bekasi" application and the lack of tax officer which being unproportionate to the tax payers. Some improvements need to be takan, such as, establusjment of realistic targrts, providing incenrive, collaborating with local market places and Post Office as center of tax payments and upgrading   perfornance of "Sapa Bekasi" application.

Abstract

Public service is the State's effort to fulfill the basic needs and civil rights of every citizen regarding goods, services, and administrative services provided by public service providers, it is government. This research aims to know the quality of public services at the Sukatani Sub-district Office in Bekasi Regency of West Java Province. This research employs a descriptive method with a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques involve observation, interviews, and document review with seven informants (sub-district officers). The research findings indicate that the quality of public services at the Sukatani Sub-district Office has not been well-implemented overall, as assessed across five dimensions of public service quality: tangibles, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy. In terms of tangibles, the waiting area (lobby) lacks amenities such as air conditioning, leading to discomfort for individuals waiting in the space. Regarding reliability, the efficiency of administrative processing by staff is relatively good, evident in their competence and proficiency in utilizing available office technology as a tool to facilitate public service processes. However, responsiveness in serving the public is not fully experienced by the community, as service personnel do not consistently adhere to appropriate timelines, and there are unresolved complaints that have not been promptly addressed. Assurance reveals instances where services remain uncompleted within predetermined timeframes. Additionally, there is evidence of preferential treatment for individuals with familial connections, indicating a lack of empathy in the delivery of public services.

Abstract

Tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah apakah kompetensi guru dan motivasi belajar siswa memiliki pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap prestasi belajar siswa, Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah survey explanatory dengan pendekatan data kuantitatif, Berdasarkan analisis data dengan menggunakan SPSS 23, diperoleh persamaan regresi linear, pengaruh langsung kompetensi guru terhadap hasil belajar adalah sebesar 0,731. Sedangkan pengaruh tidak langsung motivasi belajar dan kompetensi terhadap variable hasil belajar adalah perkalian antara nilai beta dengan nilai beta (kompetensi guru terhadap hasil belajar), yaitu 0,731 x 0,945 = 0,690. Berdasarkan perhitungan diatas diketahui pengaruh langsung sebesar 0,731 dan pengaruh tidak langsung sebesar 0,945. Maka memiliki arti bahwa pengaruh tidak langsung lebih besar dibandingkan dengan pengaruh langsung. Maka berkesimpulan bahwa secara tidak langsung motivasi melalui kepuasan kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja guru (H3 Diterima). diketahui pengaruh langsung yang diberikan motivasi belajar terhadap hasil belajar 0,220. Sedangkan pengaruh tidak langsung kompetensi gueu terhadap hasil belajar adalah perkalian antara nilai beta (motivasi belajar terhadap hasil belajar) dengan nilai beta (Kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja guru), yaitu 0,220 x 0,945 = 0,207 Berdasarkan perhitungan di atas diketahui pengaruh langsung sebesar 0,220 dan pengaruh tidak langsung sebesar 0,207. Maka memiliki arti bahwa pengaruh tidak langsung lebih besar dibandingkan dengan pengaruh langsung. Maka berkesimpulan bahwa secara tidak langsung lingkungan kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja guru (H4 Ditolak).

Abstract

The integration of technology into education can facilitate more effective learning, promote collaborative learning among students, and substantially increase self-efficacy. This study aims to analyze the Quizizz application's impact on students' test preparation self-efficacy. Quizizz, a gamified assessment tool, offers game elements such as points, leaderboards, and direct feedback, which are expected to improve student motivation and self-confidence. Data collection involved 215 students from Purwoharjo High School uses a mixed-method approach, including interviews, documentation, and questionnaires. The results show that most students positively perceive Quizizz as a tool that enhances their academic self-efficacy. Gamification elements such as leaderboards and immediate feedback significantly boost motivation, allowing students to focus on areas of improvement and manage their learning time more effectively. However, some variations in the impact on self-efficacy were observed, especially among students with lower self-confidence. This research concludes that Quizizz can effectively enhance students’ self-efficacy when adequately integrated into the learning process

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out the characteristics and evaluate students' mathematical problem-solving abilities when solving matrix problems, with a special focus on the gender gap. This study uses a qualitative research approach using a descriptive methodology. The research was carried out at SMA Negeri 01 Menjalin with a sample of 21 students consisting of 14 women and 7 boys. The analysis focused on two students of each gender. The data collection tools used are tests, interview guidelines, validation sheets, and documentation. The data collection techniques used in the study are measurement techniques and direct communication techniques. Meanwhile, the data analysis technique is by reducing data, presenting data, and drawing conclusions. Based on the results of data analysis, it is known that each gender has different problem-solving skills. The average score of men's problem-solving ability was 45.71 based on the number of samples of 7 students. For women, the average score was 73.57, based on a sample of 14 students. It is proven that women have superior problem-solving skills than men

Abstract

Pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini dilatarbelakangi oleh adanya upaya untuk meningkatkan status gizi masyarakat khususnya anak-anak yang sedang dalam masa pertumbuhan dan perkembangan. Pelatihan food preparation penting dilakukan untuk menjaga ketahanan pangan dari tingkat rumah tangga dengan membantu kelompok rumah tangga dalam memenuhi kebutuhan gizi seimbang secara efektif dan efisien. Tahapan observasi  dimulai pada bulan November 2022, dan pelaksanaan pelatihan pada tanggal 19 Maret 2023. Pelaksanaan kegiatan pelatihan food preparation terbagi menjadi beberapa tahapan: (1) observasi, (2) pelaksanaan pelatihan, (3) monitoring dan evaluasi. Metode yang digunakan pada kegiatan pengabdian ini yaitu edukasi dalam bentuk pendidikan dan pelatihan (ceramah dan demonstrasi). Hasil pengabdian masyarakat ini yaitu mitra kelompok rumah tangga sebanyak 90,3% sudah memahami dan melakukan food preparation secara mandiri.Kata kunci: Food Preparation, Makanan Gizi Seimbang, Ketahanan Pangan
