Abstract

This article describes the economic concept of Pancasila based on strategic values based on five principles developed by the founders of the country. The Indonesian economy is still an established capitalist economic system and has not yet been able to rise. During the reform period, the head of state has not been able to fully represent a humane, prosperous, and socially just economy. The economic life of the Indonesian people is still colored by policies of deregulation, privatization, and trade liberalization which are detrimental to the interests of the Indonesian people. The research method uses library research. This study shows that the Pancasila economy has the spirit of divinity, humanity, national unity, democracy, and social justice. The conclusion of this study is that the Pancasila economy exists in the form of cooperatives as the main pillar that aims to achieve the welfare of the Indonesian people.

Abstract

Objective: In the realm of education, the effectiveness of teaching practices and the readiness of teachers to navigate the challenges of the classroom environment have garnered substantial attention. One pivotal aspect that has emerged in educational research is the concept of self-efficacy – the belief in one's capabilities to accomplish tasks and produce desired outcomes. Self-efficacy is known to significantly influence various aspects of an individual's professional life, including teaching. The correlation between self-efficacy, teaching practice, and teacher readiness has been a subject of interest for educators and researchers alike. This research aims to determine the effect of self-efficacy and teaching practice on readiness to be a teacher through interest in becoming a teacher as a mediation variable. We used an online questionnaire to identify 435 college students for this study. Method: We applied partial least squares structural equation modelling (PLS-SEM) to analyze the research model. Results: The results showed that the exogenous variables, namely self-efficacy and teaching practice, significantly affected the readiness to become teachers directly. Novelty: Whereas indirectly, self-efficacy does not affect readiness to become a teacher through an interest in becoming a teacher. However, it differs from the teaching practice variable, which indirectly affects readiness to become a teacher through an interest in becoming a teacher.

Abstract

In the era of development of the Industrial Revolution 4.0, information technology has a big influence on the world of education. However, many students do not use their smartphones in the learning process, so their learning outcomes are still low. This research is classroom action research which aims to improve learning outcomes by implementing m-learning with a contextual approach. The subjects of this research were 35 students in class X-7 of Senior High School 18 Surabaya using a collaborative model carried out in 2 cycles and 4 stages, namely planning, implementing, carrying out actions, observing, and reflecting. Data collection methods are carried out through observation, tests, and documentation. The data analysis technique was carried out descriptively and quantitatively. The results of the analysis show an increase in the learning process from before the action (pre-cycle) to cycles I and II. In cycle I the average score was 75.42 and the percentage of completeness was 71.42%; Then it increased in cycle II with an average score of 93 and a completion percentage of 100%. It can be concluded that the application of m-learning with a contextual approach has succeeded in improving student learning outcomes. The completion presentation reaches 100% of the completion score based on the Merdeka Curriculum KKTP of 75.0.

Abstract

Conducting a literature review study on the locus of control and entrepreneurial education effect on entrepreneurial intention was the objective of this study by using Systematic Literature Review (SLR) as the research method. Documenting all articles related to this study was done to gather data. A total of 22 articles sourced from Sinta and Google Scholar was utilized in this study. From this study, it was found that entrepreneurial intention was significantly influenced by locus of control and entrepreneurial education. The skills, knowledge, and mental attitudes required in entrepreneurship were obtained through entrepreneurial education, while internal locus of control encouraged personal responsibility, independence, risk-taking, and the ability to overcome failure. The literature review results also found that the development of internal locus of control and entrepreneurial education could be implemented as strategies to enhance individual entrepreneurial intention. Therefore, it was important for educational institutions and governments to enhance entrepreneurial education, develop mentorship programs, and create better entrepreneurial opportunities in facilitating the development of individual entrepreneurial intention.

Abstract

Abstract:Teaching materials are educational resources for transferring knowledge, but the ineffectiveness of teaching materials can be an inhibitors in achieving the learning objectives. The research on development digital pocket books based on Problem Based Learning (PBL) aimed to explain the level of feasibility; analyzed effectiveness through learning outcomes; as well as knowing the practicality of using digital pocket books in the learning process. Type of the research was a R&D (Research and Development) used the ADDIE model by Dick & Carry. The research procedure consisted of five stages, analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. The research subjects were 20 students of class XI Science. Data collection techniques through interviews, questionnaires, and tests. Data analysis techniques are (1) expert analysis and validation; (2) student questionnaire responses; and (3) gain score calculation. The results showed that the digital pocket book "very feasible" was used by getting a percentage score of eligibility of 83.77% and practicality of 88%, as well as getting a gain score of 0.64 with the criteria of "moderate". Based on these results, PBL-based digital pocket books are declared very feasible and practical to use during the learning process because it can increase the learning outcomes. Keywords: Teaching Materials, Digital Pocket Book, Economic, Problem Based Learning

Abstract

Economics learning aims to equip students with knowledge. With this goal, students are expected to be able to better understand each material taught as one of the provisions in their lives. However, in reality there are many students who have difficulty understanding the material taught in class, especially on APBN and APBD material. This is due to the lack of enthusiasm of students in teaching and learning activities. The lack of use of good learning methods also makes the classroom atmosphere monotonous and boring so that, it is revealed that the learning that has been taking place so far students are sleepy by putting their heads on the table, joking with their friends, and when the evaluation is carried out using paper tests students copy their friends' answers. So through this action research, researchers want to improve students' learning outcomes in economics learning, especially on APBN and APBD material by implementing the Quizziz application. The research subjects were class XI MIPA 3 students at SMAN 1 Ngoro, Ngoro sub-district, Mojokerto district for the 2022/2023 academic year, totaling 36 students. From the results of the learning activities that have been carried out for two cycles, and based on all the discussions and analyzes that have been carried out, it can be concluded as follows: Economic learning on APBN and APBD material with the application of the Quizizz application has a positive impact on student learning outcomes in class XI MIPA 3 SMAN 1 Ngoro, Ngoro sub-district, Mojokerto district for the 2022/2023 academic year. This is based on the post test scores which continue to increase from the first to the second cycle. This is evidenced by the increasing number of students who achieved KKM, the first cycle was 76.5% and the second cycle was 93%, an increase of 16.5%. This success was obtained by implementing the Quizizz application. By giving multiple choice questions to students through the Quizizz application, the questions will appear randomly on each student's screen so that the evaluation carried out can be purely according to the ability of the students
