Abstract

This study aims to determine: (1) the partial effect of transformational leadership on employee performance; (2) the partial effect of work discipline on employee performance; (3) the simultaneous effect of employee competence and work discipline on employee performance. This study uses a quantitative descriptive method, which describes variables as they are, supported by numerical data generated from actual conditions. The population in this study was all employees in the Assembling and Sewing departments at PT. Adis Dimension Footwear Balaraja-Tangerang. The research sample consisted of 61 respondents. The technique used to determine the sample in this study was simple random sampling. Meanwhile, to determine the representative sample size in quantitative research, the Slovin formula was used. Data analysis used multiple linear regression analysis with SPSS 26. The results of this study indicate that (1) partially, transformational leadership significantly influences the performance of Assembling and Sewing employees at PT. Adis Dimension Footwear Balaraja-Tangerang, which is indicated by the calculated t value> t table (2.407>2.002) and the significance value of 0.000 is smaller than the significance value of 0.05. Thus Ha is accepted and H0 is rejected. (2) Partially, work discipline significantly influences the performance of Assembling and Sewing employees at PT. Adis Dimension Footwear Balaraja-Tangerang, which is indicated by the calculated t value> t table (4.836>2.002) and the significance value of 0.000 is smaller than the significance value of 0.05. Thus Ha is accepted and H0 is rejected. (3) Simultaneously, transformational leadership and work discipline significantly influence the performance of Assembling and Sewing employees at PT. Adis Dimension Footwear Balaraja-Tangerang, which is indicated by F count> F table (19.277>3.16) with a significance level of 0.000. Thus Ha is accepted and H0 is rejected. Based on the research results, it can be concluded that transformational leadership and work discipline variables, both partially and simultaneously, have a significant influence on the performance of Assembling and Sewing employees at PT. Adis Dimension Footwear Balaraja-Tangerang.

Abstract

This study aims to determine: (1) the partial effect of organizational culture on employee performance; (2) the partial effect of motivation on employee performance; (3) the simultaneous effect of organizational culture and work motivation on employee performance.This study used a quantitative descriptive method, which describes variables as they are, supported by numerical data generated from actual conditions. The population in this study was all employees at PT. Adis Dimension Footwear Balaraja-Tangerang. The research sample consisted of 65 respondents. This study used a saturated sampling technique due to the small population size; therefore, the sample in this study used the entire population, 84 employees, as respondents. Data collection techniques used were observation, questionnaires, and documentation. Data analysis used multiple linear regression analysis with SPSS 26. Data validity was obtained through a partial t-test and a simultaneous F-test.The results of this study indicate that (1) partially, organizational culture significantly influences the performance of employees in the Rubber division at PT. Adis Dimension Footwear Balaraja-Tangerang, which is indicated by the calculated t value > t table (5.847 >1.999) and the significance value of 0.000 is smaller than the significance value of 0.05. Thus Ha is accepted and H0 is rejected. (2) Partially, motivation significantly influences the performance of Rubber department employees at PT. Adis Dimension Footwear Balaraja-Tangerang, which is indicated by the calculated t value > t table (2.129 >1.999) and the significance value of 0.000 is smaller than the significance value of 0.05. Thus Ha is accepted and H0 is rejected. (3) Simultaneously, organizational culture and motivation significantly influence the performance of Rubber department employees at PT. Adis Dimension Footwear Balaraja-Tangerang, which is indicated by the calculated F value > F table (58.518 >3.15) with a significance level of 0.000. Thus Ha is accepted and H0 is rejected. Based on the research results, it can be concluded that organizational culture and motivation variables, both partially and simultaneously, have a significant influence on the performance of Rubber department employees at PT. Adis Dimension Footwear Balaraja-Tangerang.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of workload and compensation on job satisfaction of warehouse employees at PT Adis Dimension Footwear, Tangerang Regency.This study employed a quantitative descriptive method, which describes variables as they are, supported by numerical data derived from actual conditions. The population in this study was all production employees at PT Adis Dimension Footwear, Balaraja, Tangerang. The sample size was 50 respondents. This study used a saturated sampling technique due to the small population size; therefore, the entire population of 50 employees was used as respondents. Data collection techniques used were observation, questionnaires, and documentation. Data analysis used multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS 26. Data validity was obtained through a partial t-test and a simultaneous F-test.The results of this study indicate that (1) partially, workload significantly influences the job satisfaction of Ware House employees at PT Adis Dimension Footwear, Tangerang Regency, which is indicated by the calculated t value > t table (8.005 > 2.012) and a significance value of 0.000 smaller than the significance value of 0.05. Thus Ha is accepted and H0 is rejected. (2) Partially, compensation significantly influences the job satisfaction of Ware House employees at PT Adis Dimension Footwear, Tangerang Regency, which is indicated by the calculated t value > t table (2.500 > 2.012) and a significance value of 0.000 smaller than the significance value of 0.05. Thus Ha is accepted and H0 is rejected. (3) Simultaneously, workload and compensation significantly influence the job satisfaction of Ware House employees at PT Adis Dimension Footwear, Tangerang Regency, which is indicated by F count > F table (78.062 > 3.19) with a significance level of 0.000. Thus Ha is accepted and H0 is rejected.Based on the research results, it can be concluded that workload and compensation variables, both partially and simultaneously, have a significant influence on job satisfaction of Warehouse employees at PT Adis Dimension Footwear, Tangerang Regency.

Abstract

The population in this study was all employees in the Assembly division at PT. Adis Dimension Footwear Balaraja- Tangerang. The research sample consisted of 84 respondents. This study used a saturated sampling technique due to the small population size; therefore, the sample in this study used the entire population of 84 employees as respondents. Data collection techniques used were observation, questionnaires, and documentation. Data analysis used multiple linear regression analysis with SPSS 26. Data validity was obtained through a partial t-test and a simultaneous F-test.The results of this study indicate that (1) partially, work culture has a t-test effect on the performance of employees in the Assembly division at PT. Adis Dimension Footwear Balaraja- Tangerang, which is indicated by the calculated t value> t table (5.774>1.990) and a significance value of 0.000 smaller than the significance value of 0.05. Thus Ha is accepted and H0 is rejected. (2) Partially, job training significantly influences the performance of employees in the Assembling section at PT. Adis Dimension Footwear Balaraja-Tangerang, which is indicated by the calculated t value> t table (9.937>1.990) and a significance value of 0.000 smaller than the significance value of 0.05. Thus Ha is accepted and H0 is rejected.(3) Simultaneously, work culture and job training significantly influence the performance of employees in the Assembling section at PT. Adis Dimension Footwear Balaraja-Tangerang, which is indicated by F count> F table (147.881>3.11) with a significance level of 0.000. Thus Ha is accepted and H0 is rejected.Based on the research results, it can be concluded that work culture and work ethic, both partially and simultaneously, have a significant influence on employee performance in the assembly department at PT. Adis Dimension Footwear Balaraja-Tangerang.

The population in this study was all production employees at PT. Adis Dimension Footwear Balaraja-Tangerang. The research sample consisted of 70 respondents. This study used a saturated sampling technique due to the small population size; therefore, the sample in this study used the entire population of 70 employees as respondents. Data collection techniques used were observation, questionnaires, and documentation. Data analysis used multiple linear regression analysis with SPSS 26. Data validity was obtained through a partial t-test and a simultaneous F-test.The results of this study indicate that (1) partially, employee competence significantly influences the t-test on the performance of No Sew employees at PT. Adis Dimension Footwear Balaraja-Tangerang, which is indicated by the calculated t value> t table (3.441>1.996) and the significance value of 0.000 is smaller than the significance value of 0.05. Thus Ha is accepted and H0 is rejected. (2) Partially, work discipline significantly influences the performance of No Sew employees at PT. Adis Dimension Footwear Balaraja-Tangerang, which is indicated by the calculated t value> t table (2.536>1.996) and the significance value of 0.000 is smaller than the significance value of 0.05. Thus Ha is accepted and H0 is rejected. (3) Simultaneously, workload and work environment significantly influence the performance of No Sew employees at PT. Adis Dimension Footwear Balaraja-Tangerang, which is indicated by F count> F table (12.720>3.13) with a significance level of 0.000. Thus Ha is accepted and H0 is rejected. Based on the research results, it can be concluded that employee competency and work discipline variables, both partially and simultaneously, have a significant influence on the performance of No Sew employees at PT. Adis Dimension Footwear Balaraja-Tangerang.

The population in this study was all production employees at PT. Adis Dimension Footwear Balaraja- Tangerang. The research sample consisted of 133 respondents, and the sampling technique used was simple random sampling. The Slovin formula was used to determine a representative sample size in quantitative research. Data analysis used multiple linear regression analysis with SPSS 26.The results of this study indicate that (1) partially, work discipline significantly influences the performance of employees in the Cutting department at PT. Adis Dimension Footwear Balaraja-Tangerang, which is indicated by the calculated t value> t table (2.191>1.978) and a significance value of 0.000 is smaller than the significance value of 0.05. Thus Ha is accepted and H0 is rejected. (2) Partially, work safety significantly influences the performance of employees in the Cutting section at PT. Adis Dimension Footwear Balaraja-Tangerang, which is indicated by the calculated t value> t table (8.195>1.978) and a significance value of 0.000 is smaller than the significance value of 0.05. Thus Ha is accepted and H0 is rejected. (3) Simultaneously, work discipline and work safety significantly influence the performance of employees in the Cutting section at PT. Adis Dimension Footwear Balaraja-Tangerang, which is indicated by F count> F table (66.452>3.07) with a significance level of 0.000. Thus Ha is accepted and H0 is rejected. Based on the research results, it can be concluded that the variables of work discipline and work safety, both partially and simultaneously, have a significant influence on the performance of employees in the Cutting department at PT. Adis Dimension Footwear Balaraja-Tangerang.

The population in this study was all production employees at PT. Adis Dimension Footwear Balaraja-Tangerang. The research sample consisted of 80 respondents. This study used a saturated sampling technique due to the small population size; therefore, the sample in this study used the entire population of 80 employees as respondents. Data collection techniques used were observation, questionnaires, and documentation. Data analysis used multiple linear regression analysis with SPSS 26. Data validity was obtained through a partial t-test and a simultaneous F-test.The results of this study indicate that (1) partially, work motivation significantly influences the performance of employees in the Manufacturing Engineering department at PT. Adis Dimension Footwear Balaraja-Tangerang, which is indicated by the calculated t value > t table (2.994 >1.991) and a significance value of 0.000 smaller than the significance value of 0.05. Thus Ha is accepted and H0 is rejected. (2) Partially, the work environment significantly influences the performance of employees in the Manufacturing Engineer section at PT. Adis Dimension Footwear Balaraja-Tangerang, which is indicated by the calculated t value > t table (2.623 >1.991) and a significance value of 0.000 smaller than the significance value of 0.05. Thus Ha is accepted and H0 is rejected. (3) Simultaneously, work motivation and work environment significantly influence the performance of employees in the Manufacturing Engineer section at PT. Adis Dimension Footwear Balaraja-Tangerang, which is indicated by F count > F table (26.994 >3.12) with a significance level of 0.000. Thus Ha is accepted and H0 is rejected. Based on the research results, it can be concluded that work motivation and work environment variables, both partially and simultaneously, have a significant influence on the performance of employees in the Manufacturing Engineer division at PT. Adis Dimension Footwear Balaraja-Tangerang.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the simultaneous influence of transformational leadership and organizational culture on the performance of employees in the Stockfit department at PT Adis Dimension Footwear Balaraja-Tangerang.This study used a quantitative descriptive method, and the population comprised all employees at PT Adis Dimension Footwear Balaraja-Tangerang. The sample size was 81 respondents. Simple random sampling was used to determine the sample size. The Slovin formula was used to determine a representative sample size in quantitative research. Data analysis used multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS 26.The results of this study indicate that (1) partially, transformational leadership significantly influences the performance of employees in the Stockfit department at PT Adis Dimension Footwear Balaraja-Tangerang, as indicated by the calculated t-value > t-table (2.209 > 1.990), and a significance value of 0.000, which is less than the 0.05 threshold. Therefore, Ha is accepted and H0 is rejected. (2) Partially, organizational culture significantly influences the performance of Stockfit employees at PT. Adis Dimension Footwear Balaraja-Tangerang, as indicated by the calculated t value > t table (10.024 > 1.990) and a significance value of 0.000 smaller than the significance value of 0.05. Thus, Ha is accepted and H0 is rejected. (3) Simultaneously, transformational leadership and organizational culture significantly influence the performance of Stockfit employees at PT. Adis Dimension Footwear Balaraja-Tangerang, as indicated by the calculated F value > F table (334.900 > 3.11) with a significance level of 0.000. Thus, Ha is accepted and H0 is rejected.Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that the variables of transformational leadership and organizational culture, both partially and simultaneously, have a significant influence on the performance of Stockfit employees at PT. Adis Dimension Footwear Balaraja-Tangerang.
