Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kapasitas aparat Desa Tajau Landung dalam menyusun Rencana Anggaran Biaya (RAB) sebagai dasar perencanaan pembangunan infrastruktur, khususnya pembangunan dermaga desa. Permasalahan muncul karena aparat desa masih menghadapi keterbatasan pemahaman teknis terkait struktur RAB, perhitungan volume pekerjaan, serta penyusunan komponen biaya yang akurat dan sistematis. Untuk mencapai tujuan tersebut, digunakan metode penyuluhan dan pelatihan teknis (technical training) yang meliputi pemaparan konsep dasar RAB, identifikasi komponen biaya, demonstrasi penggunaan spreadsheet, serta praktik langsung penyusunan RAB dermaga berdasarkan data survei lapangan. Kegiatan dilaksanakan oleh tim KKN dengan melibatkan narasumber dari Program Studi Teknik Sipil sehingga materi yang diberikan dapat dipahami secara aplikatif. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa peserta mampu memahami struktur RAB, menghitung volume pekerjaan, menentukan harga satuan, serta menyusun draft RAB sederhana secara mandiri. Evaluasi melalui kuesioner kepuasan menunjukkan bahwa peserta merasa kegiatan sangat bermanfaat, relevan, dan dapat diterapkan pada proses perencanaan infrastruktur desa. Secara keseluruhan, penyuluhan ini berhasil meningkatkan kesiapan aparat desa dalam menyusun RAB secara lebih akurat, efisien, dan akuntabel sehingga dapat mendukung pembangunan infrastruktur yang lebih efektif dan berkelanjutan di Desa Tajau Landung.

Abstract

Purpose: This study aimed to examine whether professionalism, work culture, and competence, both partially and simultaneously, significantly influenced the quality of service at the Lampung Province Personnel and Training Agency. Methodology: This study employed a survey method using questionnaires as the main research instrument. The population consisted of 13,906 Civil Servants (PNS) who were service recipients at the Lampung Province Personnel and Training Agency Office (Central Statistics Agency of Lampung Province, 2024). A proportional random sampling technique was applied, and the data were analyzed using multiple regression to test the partial and simultaneous effects. The independent variables were professionalism (X1), work culture (X2), and competence (X3), and the dependent variable was service quality (Y). Results: The findings show that professionalism, work culture, and competence positively and significantly affect service quality. Moreover, when tested simultaneously, these three variables significantly improved service quality, thereby confirming all the proposed hypotheses. Conclusion: The study concludes that professionalism, supportive work culture, and competence are crucial for improving public service quality in the Lampung Province Personnel and Training Agency. Limitations: This study is limited to cross-sectional data and a single agency, restricting generalization. Future research should apply longitudinal and comparative approaches across different government institutions. Contribution: This research provides theoretical evidence of the determinants of service quality in regional institutions and offers practical guidance for policymakers in developing training, organizational culture, and competency-building programs.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of electronic banking transactions, consisting of ATM, Mobile Banking, and Internet Banking transactions, on Fee based income in Indonesian banks. The data used in this study were obtained from 10 conventional commercial banks listed on the Otoritas Jasa Keuangan (OJK) for the period 2021–2024, with a total of 40 observations. The analytical method employed is multiple linear regression using SPSS version 26. The SPSS analysis results show an adjusted R² value of 0.464, indicating that the independent variables explain 46.4% of the variation in Fee Based Income. The F-test results in an F-value of 65.962 with a significance level of 0.000 < 0.05, suggesting that ATM, Mobile Banking, and Internet Banking simultaneously have a significant effect on Fee Based Income. However, the t-test reveals that only Mobile Banking (t = 4.523; sig. = 0.000) and Internet Banking (t = 2.290; sig. = 0.028) have a positive and significant partial effect. In contrast, the ATM variable (t = 0.891; sig. = 0.379) does not have a significant effect. These findings indicate that digital banking services such as Mobile Banking and Internet Banking are playing an increasingly important role in enhancing banks’ non-interest income, while traditional ATM services appear to be declining in their effectiveness in contributing to such income.

Abstract

Dental and oral health is one of the important things in maintaining a balance of body functions. The perception and behavior of the Indonesian people towards dental and oral health is still poor. The purpose of this community service is to improve dental and oral health through dental and oral health examinations and education for SMAN 2 Sidrap students. The method of implementing activities includes activity licensing, coordination with schools, preparation of counseling media, dental and oral health education and dental examination screening. Based on the results of the activities carried out by the team, it can be concluded that counseling (Dental Health Education) and dental health checks can be carried out properly and smoothly, get a positive response from students and there is good cooperation between teachers, schools and students. Educational activities for school students are carried out to improve dental and oral health and are proven to be able to improve their knowledge so that they can become pioneers for their families.

Abstract

Dental and oral health problems in elementary school children are still a public health problem, especially in areas with limited access to health services. Low knowledge and behavior of maintaining dental and oral hygiene contributes to the high incidence of dental caries in children. This community service activity aims to increase children's knowledge and healthy living behavior through dental and oral health education. The activity was carried out at SD 4 Lainungan, Pabaraseng Village, Sidenreng Rappang Regency, with the target of elementary school students. The methods used include interactive counseling as well as demonstrations and good and correct brushing practices. Evaluation was carried out through questions and answers and observation of toothbrushing skills. The results of the activity showed that most of the students had low knowledge and many experienced dental caries. After educational activities, there was an increase in students' understanding and skills in maintaining dental and oral health. Education accompanied by direct practice is effective as a promotive and preventive effort in shaping children's healthy living behaviors.

Abstract

Oral and dental health is an important part of overall health, especially in early childhood. Lack of knowledge about proper oral hygiene practices can increase the risk of dental caries among children. This community service activity aimed to improve children's knowledge and skills in maintaining oral hygiene through dental health education and mass tooth brushing activities. The program was conducted at Taman Bermain Aisyiyah in Kamirie Hamlet, Mattiro Tasi Village, targeting early childhood students. The methods used included dental health counseling, demonstration of proper tooth brushing techniques, and mass tooth brushing practice guided by lecturers and students. The results showed that the children were enthusiastic in participating in the activities and were able to practice proper tooth brushing techniques after the demonstration. This activity contributed to improving children's awareness and habits in maintaining oral and dental health from an early age.

Abstract

Abstract: Dewasa ini, sektor usaha mikro, kecil, dan menengah (UMKM) bukan lagi sekadar pelengkap, melainkan tulang punggung ekonomi nasional yang sedang bertransformasi besar-besaran menuju ekosistem digital. Pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan memberikan sosialisasi mengenai pengenalan dasar pembukuan dan investasi bagi pelaku usaha mikro, kecil, dan menengah (UMKM). Sasaran kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah pelaku usaha mikro, kecil, dan menengah (UMKM). Hasil kegiatan sosialisasi ini memberikan pemahaman mengenai pengenalan dasar pembukuan dan investasi bagi pelaku usaha mikro, kecil, dan menengah (UMKM).
