Abstract

This research aims to improve the quality of Tadika Al Fikh Orchard (Early Childhood Education) teachers in Islamic Religious Education learning. In the context of mental therapy, it should be done by integrating remembrance in every aspect of a person's life. This research involved the participation of Tadika Al Fikh Orchard Malysia teachers as research subjects. The results of this research show a significant increase in the personality quality of educators at Tadika Orchard Malaysia. Over time, these programs become an important part of students' lives, producing positive changes in the mental state of teachers that, in the long run, benefit individual students. The findings of this research provide practical implications in efforts to improve the quality of learning at Tadika Al Fikh Orchard Malaysia. Mental therapy efforts with remembrance for Tadika Al Fikh Orchard Malaysia teachers provide mental health for educators who in turn provide role models for Tadika Al Fikh Orchard Malaysia students. It is hoped that this research can become a basis for developing policies and programs that focus on improving teacher quality in terms of mental health.

Abstract

(Dikdasmen) PCM Medan Deli in enhancing the quality of Muhammadiyah education. It focuses on assessing the extent to which the Majelis Dikdasmen PCM Medan Deli has fulfilled its tasks and functions, which are vital for supporting Muhammadiyah’s educational goals. The research employs a qualitative approach, particularly using ethnographic methods to understand the practices and contributions of the Majelis. Data was collected through observation, interviews with the chairman of Majelis Dikdasmen PCM Medan Deli, and analysis of documents related to educational practices. The results show that the Majelis has made significant contributions in various areas: providing educational facilities, improving teacher quality, and implementing regular evaluations of educational processes. These actions have fostered a synergy between schools and the Majelis, which has contributed to the growth of Muhammadiyah schools in Medan Deli. This research emphasizes the importance of collaboration between the Majelis and schools in fulfilling Muhammadiyah's vision to create a society based on Islamic values and principles.

Abstract

This study examines Azyumardi Azra’s thoughts on Islamic education in Indonesia. Azra emphasizes the necessity of reforming Islamic education to adapt to contemporary developments while shaping human character based on Islamic values. His proposed concept aims for Islamic education to evolve in accordance with the teachings of the Qur’an and as-sunnah. The research employs a qualitative descriptive method through a literature review of Azra’s works, including books, articles, and manuscripts sourced from libraries. The findings indicate that Islamic education in Indonesia requires reform to address modern challenges. This reform involves a textual understanding of Islamic teachings and the integration of religious knowledge with general sciences. The objective is to produce a Muslim generation that is faithful, knowledgeable, and capable of adapting to changing times. Azyumardi Azra’s thoughts serve as an important inspiration for the development of Islamic education in Indonesia.
