Abstract

Dalam menghadapi persaingan yang ketat, perusahaan memerlukan sumber daya manusia berkualitas, kepemimpinan yang baik, serta faktor pendukung seperti kompensasi dan lingkungan kerja yang nyaman. Kepemimpinan berperan penting sebagai panutan dalam meningkatkan kinerja karyawan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran Employee Engagement dalam membentuk budaya organisasi dan meningkatkan kinerja PT. Asuransi Asei Indonesia, serta faktor-faktor yang dapat mendukung kinerja perusahaan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kualitatif, yang mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis fenomena serta aktivitas sosial. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Employee Engagement berkontribusi dalam membentuk budaya organisasi yang mendukung peningkatan kinerja. Proses perencanaan kebutuhan karyawan di PT. Asuransi Asei Indonesia telah dilakukan berdasarkan Analisis Jabatan dan Analisis Beban Kerja, namun akselerasi terhadap hasil perencanaan tersebut belum optimal, sehingga pemenuhan karyawan tidak berjalan maksimal. Selain itu, pemenuhan formasi masih menunggu kebijakan perusahaan terkait kuota karyawan tahunan. Pengadaan karyawan di PT. Asuransi Asei Indonesia dilaksanakan secara transparan dan kompetitif, baik dari calon karyawan maupun penerimaan internal perusahaan. Penelitian ini menekankan pentingnya Employee Engagement dan budaya organisasi dalam mencapai kinerja yang lebih baik di perusahaan.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of the marketing mix and service quality This study aims to analyze the influence of the marketing mix and service quality on customer satisfaction and its impact on customer loyalty at PT Delta Primalab Scientific. The marketing mix, which includes product, price, place, and promotion, is considered a crucial element in influencing customer satisfaction. In addition, service quality, which encompasses responsiveness, reliability, and empathy, also plays a significant role in building customer satisfaction and loyalty. This research employs a quantitative method using a survey technique (questionnaire) involving a sample of customers from PT Delta Primalab Scientific. The population of this study consists of 61 customers of PT Delta Primalab Scientific. The sampling technique used is the Slovin method, with a sample size of 53 respondents. Data analysis was conducted using SEM-PLS to determine the direct influence between the variables studied. The research results show that the marketing mix significantly influences customer loyalty (β₁ = 0.352, t = 3.747, p = 0.000). Service quality significantly affects customer loyalty (β₂ = 0.319, t = 2.478, p = 0.014). Customer satisfaction significantly impacts customer loyalty (β₃ = 0.320, t = 2.690, p = 0.007). The marketing mix significantly influences customer satisfaction (β₄ = 0.453, t = 3.799, p = 0.000), and service quality significantly influences customer satisfaction (β₅ = 0.445, t = 3.830, p = 0.000).

Abstract

It is about the importance of leadership of the madrasah headmaster in developing religious culture at the MA Nurul Huda al. This leadership aims to develop the existing of religious culture in the madrasah environment.The objectives of this study are 1) Describing the leadership of the madrasah headmaster in developing religious culture 2) Describing the supporting and inhibiting factors of the headmaster's leadership in developing a religious culture 3) Describing the results of the development of religious culture through the leadership of the head of madrasah.This study is a field research, which is conducted directly with the object of research and the data collection is carried out in the field. With this descriptive qualitative research, the researcher tries to reveal the implementation of the leadership of the madrasah headmaster in developing a religious culture in MA Nurul Huda al-Banat Situbondo. The result of this study is the leadership of the madrasah headmaster in developing religious culture in madrasah is to carry out the leadership role of the headmaster, namely as an educator, manager, administrator, supervisor, leader, innovator, and motivator. The supporting factors are the existence of facilities and infrastructure that support religious activities and the existence of teachers who have deep religious knowledge. The inhibiting factor is that the environment still considers madrasah to be less prestigious than public schools in general, a lack of understanding of the development of religious culture, the lack of role models given by teachers, the influence of technological culture, and the absence of training given by the head of madrasah to teachers in the implementation of religious culture.

Abstract

Alstonia scholaris contains flavonoids, tannins, triterpenoids, resins and alkaloids. Alkaloid compounds, tannins and flavonoids of plant origin can inhibit weed growth. Alkaloid compounds, tannins and flavonoids work by suppressing the hormone auxin and the hormone gibberelin so that weed growth is inhibited. This study aims to determine the potential of Alstonia scholaris leaves in inhibiting the growth of weed Cyperus rotundus. The inhibition of Cyperus rotundus growth can be seen from changes in leaf color/population phytotoxicity, number of leaves, and height of Cyperus rotundus. The research used Cyperus rotundus leaves which were mashed into flour and then extracted by macerating with alcohol 96% . The results of the extract of Cyperus rotundus leaf flour consisting of a concentration of 0 g/l (control), 25 g/l, 50 g/l, 75 g/l, and 100 g/l were applied to Cyperus rotundus. Pure extracts are given with different concentrations to determine the concentration that is effective in suppressing the growth of Cyperus rotundus. Vegetable herbicides of Cyperus rotundus leaves with a concentration of 50 g/l became the solution to control the enchanted grass weeds that are environmentally friendly without using synthetic herbicides. With the results of phytotoxicity P2= 40.00%, wet weight P2= 1.53 g, and dry weight P2= 0.91 g.

Abstract

This research aims to find out and analyze how Corporate Social Responsibility is implemented at PT Pisma Putra Textile, Pekalongan Regency, as well as analyzing the perspective of Islamic business ethics in implementing CSR. In this research, researchers used qualitative research. The type of research used in this research uses a qualitative descriptive approach. Using primary data and secondary data. Primary data was obtained through interviews, observation and documentation. Meanwhile, secondary data was obtained through books related to research. By using a data validity test method which is then analyzed using triangulation techniques to find research conclusions. The results of this research conclude that the implementation of Corporate Social Responsibility carried out by PT Pisma Putra Textile Pekalongan Regency is generally more directed towards social assistance such as the distribution of basic necessities and sarongs every Eid al-Fitr holiday, compensation for orphans every month of Ramadhan, distribution of meat or sacrificial animals every day Eid al-Adha, blood donation, and other incidental social assistance such as assistance for flood victims and other natural disasters. In general, the implementation of PT Pisma Putra Textile's CSR is in accordance with the values ​​of Islamic business ethics, but its implementation is still relatively small and cannot be said to bring prosperity to society.

Abstract

The rapid advancement of digital technology has transformed business practices, with social media platforms like TikTok emerging as influential marketing channels, particularly through live-streaming shopping features. Despite its high conversion rates and global growth, this trend raises ethical concerns, especially in Muslim-majority contexts like Indonesia, where consumer trust hinges on sharia-compliant practices. This study examines the application of Islamic business ethics –justice, honesty, free will, mutual benefit, and moral integrity– in TikTok live shopping, addressing gaps between its economic potential and ethical challenges. Using a qualitative library research methodology, the study analyzes secondary sources, including academic literature and empirical findings, to evaluate TikTok’s live-streaming practices through an Islamic ethical lens. Results indicate that integrating sharia principles, such as transparency and accountability, enhances consumer trust and transactional fairness, though challenges like misleading promotions and prohibited products persist. The study contributes to the discourse on ethical digital commerce by proposing a framework for aligning live-streaming commerce with Islamic values, emphasizing the need for regulatory oversight and platform-level compliance mechanisms.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of zakat in reducing income inequality in Indonesia. The data used is secondary data from the National Amil Zakat Agency (BAZNAS) and the Central Statistics Agency (BPS) for the 2015–2024 period. The research method used multiple linear regression with the Ordinary Least Squares (OLS) approach. The results showed that the distribution of zakat had a significant positive effect on the Gini Index (β = 0.0013511; p = 0.002), while the Gross Domestic Product (GDP) per capita had a significant negative effect (β = –0.0000198; p = 0.000). An Adjusted R² value of 0.91 indicates that the model has a very strong ability to explain variations in income inequality. These findings show that although the collection and distribution of zakat has increased from year to year, its impact on reducing inequality has not been optimal. This can be caused by the limited amount of zakat funds collected compared to the real needs of the community and the distribution that is not fully on target. On the other hand, economic growth reflected in the increase in GDP per capita has proven to be still the dominant factor in reducing income inequality in Indonesia. The implications of this study emphasize the importance of optimizing zakat management so that it not only functions as a philanthropic instrument, but also as a sustainable economic instrument. BAZNAS and related institutions are expected to be able to strengthen the zakat distribution system through productive economic empowerment programs, so that zakat can make a real contribution in reducing inequality and supporting more inclusive development in Indonesia.

Abstract

Penelitian ini didasari oleh rendahnya kemampuan siswa Kelas VIII SMP Negeri 11 Kota Jambi dalam memecahkan masalah serta terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan dalam kesiapan belajar siswa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji pengaruh pembelajaran diferensiasi yang disesuaikan dengan kesiapan belajar terhadap kemampuan siswa kelas VIII SMP Negeri 11 Kota Jambi dalam memecahkan permasalahan. Metode yang digunakan ialah posttest only control group design, dengan sampel terdiri dari dua kelas yang dipilih secara random menggunakan teknik simple random sampling. Data dikumpulkan melalui lembar observasi dan tes kemampuan pemecahan masalah matematis dalam bentuk soal uraian. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwasannya rata-rata skor posttest kemampuan pemecahan masalah matematis siswa di kelas eksperimen lebih tinggi daripada di kelas kontrol. Uji-t sampel independen menunjukkan nilai signifikansinya yakni 0,000 < 0,05. Analisis pengaruh penerapan pembelajaran berdiferensiasi berbasis masalah berdasarkan kesiapan belajar menunjukkan angka 15,02%. Berkenaan dengan itu, dapat ditarik kesimpulan bahwasannya penerapan pembelajaran diferensiasi berbasis masalah berdasarkan kesiapan belajar siswa memiliki dampak signifikan terhadap kemampuan siswa kelas VIII SMP Negeri 11 Kota Jambi dalam memecahkan permasalahan matematika.

Abstract

Kehadiran Muhammadiyah dalam sejarah Indonesia telah menjadi bagian penting dalam perjalanan kemajuan sosial, pendidikan, dan kesejahteraan masyarakat. Tulisan ini membahas peran signifikan Muhammadiyah dalam mendorong perkembangan Indonesia dari masa ke masa. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan historis untuk menganalisis peran Muhammadiyah dalam memperjuangkan kemerdekaan. membangun infrastruktur pendidikan, serta mempromosikan nilai-nilai keadilan sosial dan kesejahteraan. Kata kunci seperti "Muhammadiyah", "sejarah", "peran", dan "kemajuan" menjadi fokus utama dalam pembahasan ini.. Temuan menunjukkan bahwa Muhammadiyah bukan hanya sebuah gerakan keagamaan, tetapi juga sebuah kekuatan sosial yang telah berperan dalam mengubah wajah Indonesia. Melalui pendidikan yang inklusif. pemberdayaan masyarakat, dan upaya-upaya keadilan, Muhammadiyah terus berkontribusi dalam memajukan bangsa ini. Implikasi dari penelitian ini memberikan wawasan mendalam tentang bagaimana organisasi keagamaan dapat menjadi agen perubahan positif dalam membangun masyarakat yang lebih beradab dan maju.
