Abstract

Rosella flowers contain high levels of vitamin C which has the potential to be used as a feed additive for saline tilapia fish farming. The aim of this research is to obtain results on differences in doses and optimal doses that can provide the best growth for saline tilapia. The research used a Completely Randomized Design (CRD) method consisting of 5 treatments and 3 replications with additional doses of mangrove leaf extract, namely, 0 g/ kg feed (A), 15 g/ kg feed (B), 20 g/ kg feed (C ), 25 g/ kg feed (D), 30 g/ kg feed (E). The parameters observed were absolute growth, FCR, SR, and water quality. The treatment was carried out for 30 days with a frequency of 3 times a day at 5% biomass. The results indicated that saline tilapia that consumed feed with the addition of 30 g rosella flower flour/Kg feed produced the highest growth of 22,01 g, FCR 1,24 and SR 100%. The water quality of the research media is temperature 28–30 °C, salinity 12–17 ppt, DO 6,4–7,2 ppm, and pH 7,1 – 8,3. Keywords: Rosella flowers, Saline Tilapia, GrowthINTISARIBunga rosella mengandung vitamin C dengan kadar tinggi yang potensial dimanfaatkan sebagai feed additive ke budidaya ikan nila salin. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mendapatkan hasil perbedaan dosis dan dosis optimal yang mampu memberika pertumbuhan yang terbaik untuk ikan nila salin. Penelitian menggunakan metode Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) yang terdiri atas 5 perlakuan dan 3 ulangan dengan dosis penambahan ekstrak daun mangrove yaitu, 0 g/ kg pakan (A), 15 g/ kg pakan (B), 20 g/ kg pakan (C), 25 g/ kg pakan (D), 30 g/ kg pakan (E). Parameter yang diamati adalah Pertumbuhan mutlak, FCR, SR, dan kualitas air. pemberikan perlakuan dilakukan selama 30 hari dengan frekuensi 3 kali sehari sebanyak 5% biomassa. Hasil mengindikasi bahwa ikan nila salin yang mengonsumsi pakan dengan penambahan tepung bunga rosella 30 g/Kg pakan menghasilkan pertumbuhan tertinggi sebesar 22,01 g, FCR 1,24 dan SR 100%. Kualitas air media penelitian suhu 28–30 °C, salinitas 12 – 17 ppt, DO 6,4–7,2 ppm, dan pH 7,1 – 8,3. Kata kunci : Bunga rosella, Ikan Nila Saline, Pertumbuhan

Abstract

Probiotik Biobac fish- 838 merupakan salah satu produk prbiotik yang mengandung bakteri yang berpotensi membantu memperbaiki paramater biologis ikan termasuk ikan nila salin. Penelitian ini ditujukan untuk mengkaji pengaruh perbedaan dosis probiotik Biobac Fish-838 dan mendapatkan dosis terbaik dalam pakan buatan terhadap pertumbuhan, efisiensi pemanfaatan pakan dan FCR ikan nila salin. Mengaplikasikan penelitian eksperimental dengan Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL), meliputi 4 perlakuan dan 3 replikasi per perlakuan ditambah dengan dosis pemberian probiotik Biobac Fish-838, yaitu pakan 0 mL.kg-1 (A), 5 mL.kg-1 pakan (B), 10 mL.kg-1 pakan (C), 15 mL.kg-1 pakan (D). Parameter yang diamati adalah pertumbuhan, FCR, Efisiensi Pakan dan kualitas air. Ikan nila salin diberikan pakan secara adlibitum per hari dan frekuensi pakan sebanyak 3 kali sehari selama 30 hari. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa ikan nila salin yang diberi perlakuan probiotik 10 mL.kg-1 pakan menghasilkan rerata pertumbuhan biomassa tertinggi sebesar 58,00 g dengan  FCR 1,11 dan Efisiensi Pakan mencapai 90,27%, sedangkan kualitas air pemeliharaan dihasilkan suhu 27–31°C, pH 7,1–7,6 , salinitas 20–22 ppt dan DO 4,2–4,8 ppm.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to identify the effect of giving Rhizophora mucronata mangrove leaf extract at different doses and to get the best dose in increasing the growth of milkfish. The research method was a completely randomized design with 4 treatments and 3 replications. The treatments used were: A, (control feed dose), B (administration of mangrove leaf extract at a dose of 1.5 mg/kg feed), C (administration of mangrove leaf extract at a dose of 1.7 mg/kg feed), D administration of mangrove leaf extract at a dose of 1.9 mg/kg of feed). The results showed that the highest growth rate was obtained in treatment C with a dose of 1.7 mg/kg of feed mangrove leaf extract, with an increase in biomass of 2.39 g while feeding was carried out for 30 days and weighing was carried out on the last day. The lowest growth was obtained in treatment A with control feed doses resulting in average growth of 1.5 g. Survival during the study results obtained 100% with a growth F value greater than F table 1% and 5%. The range of water temperature during the study was between 30°C, the water pH ranged from 7.5-8.1, DO ranged from 4.2 to 4.5 ppm and the water salinity during the study was 15-20 ppt. The result of statistical analysis showed that the treatments has significant influence to the growth of fish with F count greater than F table.

Abstract

Bandotan leaves have the potential to be used as a natural anaesthetic for fish transportation. The objective of this study was to determine the effectiveness and optimal concentration of bandotan leaf extract (Ageratum conyzoides L.) on the survival of tilapia during wet transportation. This study employed a completely randomised design (CRD) with four treatments of bandotan leaf extract: P0 (Control), P1 (250 mg/3L), P2 (300 mg/3L), and P3 (350 mg/3L), each repeated three times. The test subjects were tilapia fingerlings transported in a wet transport system for 6 hours. The optimal dose of bendotan leaf extract was found to be P1 (250 mg/3L) with an induction time of 40 minutes, a recovery time of 5.5 hours, and a survival rate (SR) of 98.04±3.39%. Water quality during transport was within tolerable conditions for tilapia, with temperature ranging from 26–27.2 °C, pH from 7.43–7.66, and dissolved oxygen (DO) from 0.7–1.2 mg/L. Abstract

The flood disaster in the coastal area of Pekalongan City resulted in stagnant water, thus impacting the livelihoods of the community previously. The adaptation that has been made to deal with these conditions is by cultivating saline tilapia. Feed is the most important factor in supporting the growth of saline tilapia production. However, research on feed quality and frequency that has been carried out for tilapia production has not been optimal in obtaining the results obtained. This study aims to determine the effect of different feeding rates on growth performance, feed utilization and survival rate of tilapia reared in stagnant brackish water. The study consisted of feeding rates of 3%, 5%, 7% and 9% with three replications, and parameters were observed every seven days. Based on the research results it is known that the optimal feeding rate in saline tilapia culture ranges from 6.67% - 7% based on growth parameters. Although the other parameters do not show the same feeding rate as the growth parameter, these parameters are still in a good range for saline tilapia culture.

Abstract

Community services are related to regional development which is also related to national development. The acceleration of the transformation of the quality of community services can actually affect the level of community welfare in a better direction in the era of Society 5.0. The formulation of the problem encountered is how is the transformation of public services in the Era of Society 5.0? and how is the Pringrejo E-Law Smart Village program an effort to transform Era Society 5.0 services? The formulation of the problem was answered by the Pringrejo UNIKAL KKN service method through five stages, namely observation, data collection, preparation of physical programs, trials – evaluation, and finalization. The result found is that community service programs are very important to be transformed with technology to support the increasing needs of the community. The intermingling is also in accordance with the concept of the current Society 5.0 era. The Pringrejo E-Law Smart Village program is here to be a solution and answer to the transformation of digital technology-based community services. Thus, the Pringrejo E-Law Smart Village program, which is a website-based smart law village program, is a solution to the transformation of community services in the era of Society 5.0.

Abstract

Program edukasi kewirausahaan bagi lansia di Kota Pekalongan merupakan inisiatif strategis yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kemandirian finansial dan kesejahteraan ekonomi para lansia. Kegiatan ini dirancang untuk membekali lansia dengan pengetahuan, keterampilan, dan sikap yang diperlukan untuk memulai dan mengelola usaha secara mandiri. Melalui pendekatan yang holistik dan partisipatif, program ini melibatkan berbagai metode pembelajaran seperti pelatihan, workshop, dan mentoring yang disesuaikan dengan kebutuhan dan potensi lansia.

Abstract

Degayu Village is one of the coastal areas affected by tidal flooding, which has closed most of the areas in the area. The surrounding community felt various losses, such as loss of jobs, housing and residence. So far, community land covered by water has not been utilized properly. An alternative solution of sea bass aquaculture could be the answer, because the advantages of sea bass make it possible to cultivate it in this location. Therefore, this community service aims to provide alternative solutions for utilizing flooded land. So that people can carry out cultivation activities independently and profitably. This community service activity method is carried out through counseling and providing demonstration plots, using step net cages as containers and sea bass for biota aquaculture. The results of the activity showed good understanding from the participants after the counseling was carried out with a percentage increase in understanding of 53.3%. Apart from that, this activity is really needed by the community which can be seen from the enthusiasm of the questions asked as well as the readiness to install equipment for the plot demonstration. The results of one week's rearing of sea bass aquaculture also showed good conditions. This condition can be seen from the growth of cultivated biota and the healthy physical condition of the fish. The conclusion of this service is that it is effective because it can provide knowledge and alternative efforts to participants regarding sea bass aquaculture.
