Abstract

Sound governance reviews the partnership model between regions and civil society and international actors. International actors used as the unit of analysis in this study are PT Hyup Syung Purbalingga. This research is motivated by the results of a preliminary pre-survey, namely the absence of sustainability in the Padamara Village Community Empowerment Program conducted based on a partnership between the Padamara village government, PT Hyup Sung, and the Bojanegara Village Community. This study will further analyze the issue of partnership in Bojanegara Village Community Empowerment from a sound governance perspective, focusing on the involvement of PT Hyup Syung as an international actor in the process. This study is a type of descriptive research with a qualitative approach. Data obtained through key informants (key people) are determined purposively (purposive). The key person in this study is the executor of the Local Government, while other informants are some officials from PT. Hyup Sung Indonesia, and the villagers who were touched by the program were then determined by a snowball. In addition, documentation and observation studies are also used to capture relevant data. The presence of international parties participating in community empowerment in Indonesia, especially in the Purbalingga Regency, has not been realized as a potential. This is due to the limited resources of local governments as the sole actor in development, which should force the government to maximize any potential resource support from outside sources, whether private, public, or international. The form of partnership is an ideal desired by sound governance but has not been understood by the government at both the Purbalingga Regency government level and the Bojanegara village government level. In other words, positive partnerships between local governments, village governments, and NGOs have not occurred under the management of PT. Hyup Sung Indonesia.

Abstract

Government business management is a reflection of the application of the new public management paradigm with the aim of improving the economy, and achieving efficiency and effectiveness. The purpose of this study is to analyze and describe the implementation of business principles in the management of BUMDes to improve PADes and the village economy. The research method used is descriptive qualitative research method, with data collection methods through in-depth interviews, observation and documentation. Meanwhile, the data analysis method was carried out using an interactive analysis model. The results of the study indicate that business planning in managing BUMDes can still be made in a simple format and does not involve the participation of local villagers. Even though it is made simply, the Susukan BUMDes continues to run with the encouragement and commitment of the Susukan Village Head. As an effort to motivate BUMDes management, it is carried out through a payroll system. The Village Head is directly involved in the process of implementing his business, starting from the preparation of plans, socialization, to the implementation of control over the business being run and reporting. In addition, the Susukan Village Head also established various collaborations with various stakeholders as a form of encouragement to the BUMDes management.

Abstract

Kapasitas pemerintah daerah untuk menangani kuantitas sampah yang semakin besar tentu tidak lagi memadai. Partisipasi masyarakat menjadi pilihan strategis untuk meringankan beban pemerintah dalam mengelola sampah. Untuk itulah, berdirinya Bank Sampah “RAMAH” di Perum Sapphire Regency merupakan bagian penting untuk mewujudkan peran serta masyarakat dalam pengelolaan sampah. Namun demikian, salah kendala pengelolaan Bank Sampah RAMAH adalah aspek kelembagaan khususnya komitmen pengelola. Padahal salah satu faktor penting untuk menjaga kestabilan kesuksesan organisasi adalah komitmen anggota terhadap tujuan organisasi. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat bertujuan meningkatkan komit­men dan dedikasi para pengelola Bank Sampah RAMAH melalui penerapan konsep organizational engagement. Hasil kegiatan sosialisasi dan pelatihan mengenai perbandingan pengukuran tingkat pemahaman organizational engagement menunjukkan adanya perubahan tingkat pemahaman secara signifikan. Ini berarti bahwa metode sosialisasi dan pelatihan telah secara efektif meningkatkan pemahaman pengelola Bank Sampah RAMAH me­ngenai pentingnya organizational engagement. Hasil pelatihan juga menun­juk­kan bahwa para pengelola menilai pentingnya upaya memelihara komitmen bersama agar keberlangsungan bank sampah dapat dijaga.

Abstract

Child-Friendly City is an effort to make cities safe, decent, and friendly for children. Child-Friendly Cities is a child-based development system integrated with government resources, the community, the media, community organizations, and the business world to guarantee children's rights. The City Government of Banda Aceh 2022 has again won an award as a Child-Friendly City in the Nindya category, and this category has increased at a level compared to last year. This achievement must be connected to the role and involvement of the government, the private sector, and the community. Therefore, this study aims to determine how far the Collaborative Governance process is in Creating a Child-Friendly City in Banda Aceh City. The research method used is a qualitative method with a type of research with a literature study approach obtained from books, journals, regulations, written sources, both printed and electronic, and others relevant to this research. After the data is collected, it will be analyzed following a research discussion raised using an interactive analysis model. The research findings are that the City of Banda Aceh can become a fully Child-Friendly City if it involves various parties or partners in making it happen. This is seen from three dimensions, namely (1) Principled Engagement; (2) Shared Motivation; (3) Capacity for Join Action, where collaboration between parties goes well.

Abstract

Collaborative governance is the government's effort in dealing with an increasingly occurring problem. The government's efforts that are considered effective, especially in the post-covid-19 era, are implementing several digitalization programs. One of the efforts to digitize the program was carried out by the Banyumas Regency Government as an innovation in dealing with the waste problem. By establishing a synergy between the Banyumas Regency Government through the Banyumas Regency Environmental Service, PT Banyumas Investama Jaya (BIJ), and Non-Governmental Organizations (KSM) and the general public, it is hoped that they can encourage digital-based waste management programs that meet the expectations of all parties. The purpose of this article is to describe the collaborative governance process in digital-based waste management in Banyumas Regency. The method used is descriptive qualitative with data collection, namely interviews, observations and documentation. The results show that collaborative governance in digital-based waste management in Banyumas Regency is running well. The collaboration process that has been carried out has been seen from the dialogue carried out between sectors, the building of trust and commitment between each stakeholder, and a sense of mutual understanding, as well as the provisional results and the collaboration process carried out. Abstraksi-Collaborative governance  menjadi upaya pemerintah dalam menangani suatu permasalahan yang kian terjadi. Upaya pemerintah yang dirasa efektif terutama di era pasca pandemi covid 19 adalah dengan menerapkan beberapa program digitalisasi. Salah satu upaya program digitalisasi tersebut diakukan oleh Pemerintah Kabupaten Banyumas sebagai inovasi dalam menangani persoalan sampah. Dengan membentuk sinergi antara Pemerintah Kabupaten Banyumas melalui Dinas Lingkungan Hidup Kabupaten Banyumas, PT Banyumas Investama Jaya (BIJ), dan Kelompok Swadaya Masyarakat (KSM) serta masyarakat umum diharapkan dapat mendorong program pengelolaan sampah berbasis digital yang sesuai harapan semua pihak. Tujuan artikel ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan proses collaborative governance dalam pengelolaan sampah berbasis digital di Kabupaten Banyumas. Metode yang digunakan menggunakan deskriptif kualitatif dengan pengumpulan data yaitu wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa collaborative governance dalam pengelolaan sampah berbasis digital di Kabupaten Banyumas berjalan cukup baik. Proses kolaborasi yang dilakukan sudah terlihat dari dialog yang dilakukan antar sektor, terbangunnya kepercayaan dan komitmen antara setiap stakeholder, dan adanya rasa saling memahami, serta adanya hasil sementara dan proses kolabrasi yang dilakukan.Kata kunci: Collaborative governance , Pengelolaan Sampah Digital, Era Adaptasi Kebiasaan Baru.Kata kunci:  kinerja guru UKS, budaya dan nilai spiritual

Abstract

Pembangunan desa dapat ditingkatkan melalui pengembangan potensi perekonomian desa dan menjadi wadah bersama masyarakat pedesaan dalam membangun diri dan lingkungannya secara mandiri dan partisipatif. Masyarakat desa memiliki hak yang sama untuk ikut tumbuh dan berkembang dalam membangun tatanan kehidupan dan kesejahtraan secara merata. Salah satu pendekatan baru yang diharapkan mampu menjadi penggerak pembangunan dan roda perekonomian desa adalah melalui pendirian kelembagaan ekonomi masyarakat desa yang disebut dengan istilah Badan Usaha Milik Desa (BUMDes) sebagai salah satu program andalan dalam meningkatkan kemandirian perekonomian desa. Kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk Menganalisis dan Mendeskripsikan secara mendalam Manajemen Badan Usaha Milik Desa (Bumdes) di Desa Grujugan Kecamatan Kemranjen Kabupaten Banyumas.Setelah adanya analisa masalah maka dapat ditentukan aspek kegiatan pendapingan kelembagaan BUMDes. Asepk yang menjadi fokus pelaksanaan pengabdian ini menitikbertkan pada manajemen organisasi yang melihat pembangunan BUMDes dari aspek perencanaan, pengorganisasian, pengarahan dan kontrol dalam menjalankan fungsi dan tanggungjawab pengelolaan badan usaha milik desa (BUMDes).

Abstract

This study observes the significance of record management in enhancing public services and identifies obstacles and supporting components associated with effective record management in the public sector. Literature review from articles in the Scopus database on record management in the public sector. Based on an analysis of the value of record management and lessons learned from previous difficulties, this study forecasts some upcoming record management challenges. These include the high volume of documents recorded and how it is stored, maintained, and protected; decentralized system by agencies; limited resources support including lack of capabilities staff and minimum quality of information and communications technology (ICT) and funding. Additionally, this analysis discovered that record management in public services has some supporting components. It consists of highly skilled trained personnel; proper standardization; and legal framework; well-developed ICT centralized system.

Abstract

The research aims to examine quality of service conducted by P2TP2A Kartika for violence victims in Kebumen. To find out the problem happened, this research using theory of service quality Consisting five dimension there are reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy, and tangible. This research use qualitative approach. With this type of research was carried out to give an idea of ​​the quality of service at the Integrated Service Center for Empowerment of Women and Children (P2TP2A) Kartika Kebumen in detail. Parties became key informants are the victims of violence, while to ensure the validity of the data, which is an additional informant among others: Kartika P2TP2A officer ranks, and institutions that are associated with P2TP2A Kartika. Data collected through interviews, documentation and observation. The data analysis is using interactive model analysis. The results showed that P2TP2A Kartika as community-based organizations generally, women's empowerment and child protection, in compliance with the five aspects of services that consisting, reliability, responsivenesss, assurance, empathy and tangible in accordance with the commitment to achieve the goal to prevent and eliminate violence against women and children, preventive, curative, and rehabilitative. Constraints faced in the provision of services to the Office P2TP2A Kartika, among others, the staffing policies that lack sufficient capacity to provide services to the community. While the obstacles in the completion of the case is the lack of public understanding of the law that led to the loss of evidence and expert agents who are already facing so difficult to ensnare the perpetrators of violence. The efforts to develop the quality of service and capacity were through technical training and capacity building P2TP2A Kartika. Intended gather to program which direct to autonomous of P2TP2A finally able to play role more optimal in society e.g P2TP2A should have operating standard procedure appropriate with minimum standard of service those set in.
