Abstract

Utilization of Arbuscular Mycorrhiza (MA) as beneficial soil microbes is expected to support nutrient demand for improving crop performance. However, under the agroforestry system that facing a problem on light, water, and nutrients competitions, the role of MA is becoming unclear. The purpose of this research was to examine how far different management in Coffee Pines Agroforestry System (CPAS) affects MA structure and compositions. The relationship between soil parameters (e.g. pH, soil organic C) and MA activities was also being evaluated. The selected plot according to existing management practices were chosen as follows: (1) Low management (LC); (2) High management which then compared to (3) Business As Usual (BAU) plot in which were repeated in triplicate. ANOVA and multivariate analysis were employed to determine the effect of the treatments. The result showed that there were significant differences (p<0.05) in the structure and composition of the MA, in terms of the total number of MA spores and the abundance of Glomus sp. under the coffee tree sampling point, while the lowest number was detected in Gigaspora sp. genera. The more intensive land management resulted in a higher abundance of MA biomass which then leads to increased soil P and uptake-P along with MA infection.

Abstract

Nitrogen (N) fertilization in coffee agroforestry system requires proper management to increase N use efficiency (NUE) and minimize N losses. This study investigated the impact of different fertilization management on N losses, N uptake, and N storage in a coffee-based agroforestry system. The study was conducted using three types of fertilizer (organic, inorganic, and mixture of organic-inorganic) with three doses (low, medium, and high), and a control treatment (no fertilization), with 3 replications. Soil leachate was collected using lysimeter at 50 cm depth (below coffee root zone) and gas emissions were collected monthly using chamber for 4 months. Soil sample at 0-20 cm depth and leaf sample were also collected. The variables included NH₄⁺ and NO₃ˉ concentration in the leachate and soil, soil N total, N uptake, N emission, N use efficiency (NUE) and partial N balance. Results showed no significant differences in N leaching or plant N uptake across treatments. However, the mixed fertilizer with high dose treatment significantly increased soil N availability while reducing N₂O emissions and improving the overall N balance. This suggests that a high dose mixed fertilizer application can enhance N utilization in coffee-based agroforestry systems, potentially improving productivity while minimizing environmental impacts. Keywords: Agroforestry, Fertilization, Nitrogen balance, Nitrogen loss, Nitrogen storage.

Abstract

Perkembangan kecerdasan buatan (AI) telahmendorong sektor kesehatan untuk memanfaatkan teknologi inidalam meningkatkan efisiensi pengawasan asupan makanan.Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengembangkan sebuahaplikasi mobile yang menggabungkan teknologi AI FoodRecognition dan AI Text-to-Speech, yang bertujuan membantupengguna dalam mengidentifikasi makanan serta mendapatkaninformasi mengenai kandungan gizi dan kalori secara otomatismelalui pemindaian gambar menggunakan kamera ponsel.Algoritma pembelajaran mesin yang diterapkan memastikantingkat akurasi yang tinggi, sementara fitur Text-to-Speechmemungkinkan informasi tersebut disampaikan secara lisan,memudahkan akses bagi pengguna dengan keterbatasanpenglihatan atau yang memerlukan penggunaan tanpa tangan.Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalahkuantitatif dengan metode eksperimen untuk mengujiefektivitas aplikasi dalam mengenali makanan sertamemberikan rekomendasi berdasarkan data pengguna. Hasilpengujian menunjukkan akurasi yang sangat baik dan tingkatkepuasan pengguna yang tinggi, yang tercermin dalam NetPromoter Score (NPS) sebesar 40. Secara keseluruhan, aplikasiini terbukti efektif dan praktis dalam membantu penggunamemantau asupan makanan secara lebih efisien dan interaktif. Abstract

Life in this world has been going on for so long. From the hereditary life there has been a shift and inheritance-inheritance be it culture, science, religion, and much more. If the scholars inherited the knowledge possessed by the prophet, then Ustadz can be said to be the one who inherited the science of kiai. After being trained in the crater candradimuka named boarding school of the santri who will become ustad in their respective areas of course have the knowledge that has been given by the teacher. But in life related to economy or worldliness whether ustadz is able to imitate the way used by kiai with his zuhud, because that is done mostly is ngaji and da'wah, while today has entered the modern era, the era of globalization that pivot on the culture of consumptive.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of system quality, information quality, and service quality on user satisfaction of the T24 application (Temenos Transact Core Banking) with perceived usefulness as an intervening variable, with a case study at J Trust Bank Indonesia. The research sample consisted of 113 respondents who were users of the T24 application. The analysis method used was Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS). The results showed that information quality did not have a significant effect on user satisfaction and perceived usefulness. Service quality had a significant effect on user satisfaction and perceived usefulness, with influence coefficients of 0.430 and 0.448, respectively. In addition, system quality had a significant effect on perceived usefulness (0.353), but did not have a direct effect on user satisfaction. Perceived usefulness was shown to have a significant effect on user satisfaction (0.268). The mediation relationship through perceived usefulness on user satisfaction shows that information quality, service quality and system quality do not have a significant effect with each P-Value of (0.428), (0.066) and (0.065). This study reveals the importance of service quality as a major factor in increasing user satisfaction with the support of system quality to strengthen the perception of the benefits of using the T24 application.

Abstract

Atom absorption spectrophotometer (AAS) had been used to analyzed Ferro in the soil and in the green mustardleaf (Brassica junjea) treated with phenolics extract from the agricultural wastes of clove leaf (Eugenia aromatica),rice straw (Oryza sativa) and water hyacinth leaf (Eichhornia crassipessolms), in which the phenolics as the electrondonor on the biosensitizer – iron photoreduction. Phenolics extract was obtained from varions of aquadest and 40;60; 80% methanol. The solution without extract was used as sensitizer, while the extract without illumination wasused as control. Green mustard was packed into medium polybag within it added by 2,000 mg kg-1. Soil type assample was volcanic soil in various categories, such as: soil-extract, soil NPK fertilizer extract, and soil control.Results of Ferro analysis in the clove leafs treated with 80% methanol indicated the highest increasing Fe2+ of 22.94mg kg-1. Rice straw treated with 60% methanol showed the highest increasing Fe2+ of 34.5 mg kg-1. The waterhyacinth leafs treated with 60% methanol obtained the highest increasing Fe2+ of 17.67 mg kg-1. Fe2+ concentrationat soil-clove leafs had the highest increasing of Fe2+ production for 5.6 mg kg-1. Its concentration at soil NPKfertilizer extract water hyacinth leafs showed the highest increasing of Fe2+ production for 13.39 mg kg-1. Highestconcentration of Fe2+ in the green mustard at soil NPK fertilizer extract clove leafs was 176.37 mg kg-1. Abstract

Retakan pada struktur batu bata dapat mempengaruhi kekuatan dan stabilitas bangunan. Deteksi dini terhadap retakan ini sangat penting untuk mencegah kerusakan lebih lanjut dan menjaga keselamatan bangunan. Dalam penelitian ini, antena mikrostrip digunakan sebagai sensor untuk mendeteksi retakan pada batu bata. Antena mikrostrip dirancang dan diimplementasikan dengan memanfaatkan teknologi gelombang elektromagnetik yang mampu mendeteksi perubahan pada permukaan material. Antena yang digunakan adalah jenis mikrostrip yang dioperasikan pada frekuensi 2,5 GHz. Frekuensi ini dipilih dikarenakan mengikuti standarisasi antena sebagai sensor. Pengujian dilakukan dengan membuat retakan buatan pada batu bata dan mengukur perubahan return loss yang dihasilkan oleh antena. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa antena tersebut mampu mendeteksi retakan dengan cukup baik. Return loss yang diterima antena menunjukkan perubahan yang signifikan ketika terdapat retakan pada batu bata. Kata Kunci—Antena, Batu bata, Gelombang elektromagnetik, Sensor.

Abstract

Seiring dengan perkembangan teknologi, kebutuhan akan aplikasi kesehatan yang user-friendly dan akurat terus meningkat, mendorong inovasi dalam pengembangan fitur "Rest Pattern" di aplikasi Fielthy. Fitur ini bertujuan untuk memantau serta mengklasifikasikan durasi tidur pengguna menjadi tiga kategori: tidur kurang (<7 jam), tidur cukup (7-9 jam), dan tidur berlebihan (>9 jam). Rest Pattern dikembangkan menggunakan bahasa pemrograman Java dan diimplementasikan di Android Studio, yang memungkinkan integrasi optimal dengan platform Android dan tersinkronisasi dengan database Firebase. Desain antarmuka pengguna (UI) untuk fitur ini dirancang menggunakan Figma, dengan fokus pada kemudahan dan kenyamanan dalam penggunaan. Kemudahan UI dievaluasi melalui metode System Usability Scale (SUS), dengan skor 82.55 yang menempatkan aplikasi dalam kategori A. Hasil ini menunjukkan bahwa UI sangat ramah pengguna dan memenuhi standar kegunaan yang tinggi. Penelitian ini menekankan pentingnya integrasi fitur intuitif dan desain efisien dalam aplikasi kesehatan untuk meningkatkan pengalaman pengguna, serta menunjukkan bagaimana penggunaan Java dan Android Studio mendukung pengembangan fitur yang responsif dan fungsional. Abstract

Dalam era teknologi saat ini, semakin banyak orang yang ingin melacak kesehatan mental mereka sendiri. Masyarakat dari berbagai latar belakang mengalami peningkatan tingkat gangguan kesehatan mental seperti depresi, kecemasan, dan stres. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membuat aplikasi Android berbasis skala DASS-42 untuk pemantauan kesehatan mental yang mudah digunakan untuk menilai depresi, kecemasan, dan stres individu. Aplikasi ini memungkinkan pengguna mengisi kuesioner DASS-42, mendapatkan skor otomatis, dan menerima rekomendasi yang sesuai dengan menggunakan teknologi Java, Android Studio, dan Firebase. Kompatibilitas aplikasi dengan versi Android 8.0 dan lebih tinggi ditunjukkan oleh pengujian sistem aplikasi yang dilakukan pada berbagai versi Android. Pengujian kinerja aplikasi dengan Profiler Android Studio menunjukkan penggunaan CPU dan memori yang efektif. Secara umum, aplikasi ini dapat membantu orang memantau kesehatan mental mereka sendiri dan mendapatkan dukungan yang mereka butuhkan. Abstract

Seiring berkembangnya zaman, teknologi membuat berbagai macam hal menjadi mudah dilakukan, hal ini membuat penggunanya jarang melakukan hal yang tidaklah mudah, seperti menjaga hidup sehat. Oleh karena itu perlu adanya sebuah platform yang membuat penggunanya mudah untuk mengetahui cara menjaga hidup sehat. Tujuan penelitian ini diperuntukan mengembangkan aplikasi yang mengandung unsur medical check up dan physical activity. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode berbasis aplikasi Android yang mudah untuk diakses dimana saja. Pengujian fitur medical check-up menunjukkan hasil yang sesuai dengan standar yang berlaku di Indonesia, serta kondisi dan rekomendasi yang dapat dilakukan sesuai dengan kondisi tersebut. Hasil dari pengujian presisi GPS pada fitur physical activity balke mendapatkan hasil yang memuaskan. Dari ketiga kategori platform yang diuji yaitu aplikasi Fielthy, aplikasi Peta, dan smartwatch, hasil yang didapatkan GPS pada Fielthy lebih unggul, yaitu mendapatkan nilai rata – rata MAE terbaik dari ketiga platforms dengan nilai 3.51 m dan nilai rata – rata MAPE terbaik dengan nilai 8%. Nilai tersebut didapatkan dari 30 sampel lari 100 m, 30 sampel lari 200 m, dan 30 sampel lari 400 m, untuk setiap kategori platforms. Kata kunci—Android, Balke, Medical Check Up.
