Abstract

This research is motivated by the challenges in integrating science and religious literacy in vocational high school. The purpose of this study is to describe the implementation of Islamic values-based Project-Based Learning (PBL) model to improve science and religious literacy at Al Karomah Berastagi Private Vocational School. Using a descriptive qualitative approach, data were collected through participatory observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation studies. The results showed that the implementation of PBL was carried out systematically through planning, implementation, reflection, and presentation, with the integration of Islamic values in each stage. This implementation improved students' mastery of scientific concepts, critical thinking skills, and the application of science in daily life. Students' religious literacy also develops through the understanding of Qur'anic verses relevant to science, as well as the internalization of spiritual values and religious practices. The role of teachers, school support, and the involvement of the social environment are important factors in the success of this model. Although there are obstacles, cross-subject collaboration strategies can be an effective solution. The implication of this research shows that Islamic values-based PBL can be an effective model for integrating science and religious literacy and promoting holistic learning in schools.

Abstract

This study aims to explore the implementation of a love-based curriculum in developing the character of santri at Pondok Pesantren Modern Darul Ulum Al-Muhajirin, Langkat Regency. This curriculum integrates five main values, namely love for Allah, the Messenger of Allah, knowledge, fellow humans, and the homeland, which are applied in various aspects of pesantren life. The method used in this research is a qualitative approach with a case study design, which involves in-depth interviews, participatory observation, and documentation. The results showed that the love-based curriculum succeeded in shaping the character of better santri, with improvements in discipline, empathy, social responsibility, and love for knowledge and the homeland. Although the implementation of this curriculum shows positive results, the main challenge faced is the influence of globalization and technology that often conflicts with pesantren values. Overall, the love-based curriculum at Pondok Pesantren Modern Darul Ulum Al-Muhajirin can be an effective model in developing the character of students, who are not only academically intelligent, but also have noble character and care for others and the homeland.

Abstract

Tulisan ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi efektivitas penggunaan teknik modelling dalam meningkatkan kemandirian anak tunagrahita di Sekolah Luar Biasa (SLB) C Muzdalifah Medan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian tindakan kelas dengan melibatkan empat anak tunagrahita sebagai subjek penelitian. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi selama periode penelitian. Analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan teknik modelling secara konsisten dan terarah efektif dalam meningkatkan kemandirian anak tunagrahita. Melalui pendekatan ini, anak-anak dapat meningkatkan kemampuan mereka dalam melakukan berbagai aktivitas sehari-hari secara mandiri. Temuan ini menggarisbawahi pentingnya memperhatikan pendekatan pembelajaran yang tepat untuk anak tunagrahita guna memfasilitasi perkembangan kemandirian mereka. Implikasi dari penelitian ini adalah pentingnya pendekatan yang terfokus pada kebutuhan individu anak tunagrahita, serta perluasan penggunaan teknik modelling sebagai alat yang efektif untuk meningkatkan kemandirian mereka di lingkungan pendidikan inklusif. Penelitian lebih lanjut diperlukan untuk memahami secara lebih mendalam dampak teknik modelling terhadap perkembangan kemandirian anak tunagrahita.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh dan faktor apa yang paling mempengaruhi kepuasan pelanggan dalam kualitas pelayanan pada jasa wisata Open Trip Tidung Island. Dengan metode kuantitatif, Pengambilan sampel dilakukan pada pelanggan muatan RedPack menggunakan teknik sampel jenuh, mengambil keseluruhan populasi menjadi sampel yaitu 70 responden. Data yang diperoleh melalui kuesioner di analisis menggunakan regresi linier sederhana dan korelasi untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh antar variabel, sedangkan untuk mengetahui faktor yang paling berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan pelanggan dalam kualitas pelayanan menggunakan hasil dari jawaban responden pada kualitas pelayanan yang disebarkan melalui kuesioner. Hasil hipotesis menyatakan Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima, artinya terdapat pengaruh Kualitas Pelayanan dengan Kepuasan Pelanggan pada jasa wisata Open Trip C.V Tidung Island, pengaruh kualitas pelayanan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan sebesar 53,7%. faktor yang paling mempengaruhi kepuasan pelanggan dalam kualitas pelayanan pada jasa wisata Open Trip C.V Tidung Island adalah reliability dengan pernyataan Perlengkapan dan alat-alat yang digunakan selama kegiatan open trip dalam kondisi baik dan memadai.

Abstract

Artikel ini membahas tentang kompetensi siswa kelas XI dalam kompetensi membaca dan menghafal Al-Qur'an di SMA Islam Terpadu Jabal Noor Kompetensi membaca Al-Qur'an merupakan hal yang sangat penting untuk dipelajari dan dipraktekkan ketika membaca Al-Qur'an, karena dengan memperhatikan kompetensi tersebut, maka kita akan mudah untuk membaca Al-Qur'an dengan fasih dan benar. Melalui metode penelitian lapangan dengan pendekatan kualitatif, data diperoleh dari observasi dan interaksi langsung di sekolah. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa siswa perlu menguasai tajwid dan memahami makharijul huruf untuk membaca Al-Qur'an dengan baik karena Al-Qur'an merupakan sumber utama ajaran Islam dan merupakan pedoman hidup bagi setiap muslim, sedangkan kemampuan menghafal melibatkan penguasaan ayat-ayat yang panjang, pemahaman makna, konsistensi, dan pengembangan teknik menghafal yang efektif. Peran guru dan kepala sekolah dianggap penting dalam memastikan efektivitas pembelajaran Al-Qur'an. Artikel ini menekankan pentingnya pembelajaran Al-Qur'an dalam pendidikan Islam, dengan harapan siswa dapat menjadi pembaca Al-Qur'an yang mahir dan memahami ajaran Islam secara mendalam

Abstract

Inheritance is a sensitive issue that often leads to disputes and conflicts within families. In some cultures, sons are often considered to have greater rights to inheritance than daughters. This research aims to evaluate the process of teaching inheritance fiqh (Islamic jurisprudence) in the madrasah, as well as to assess the effectiveness of the methods employed in the teaching process. The research methodology employed is qualitative descriptive method, utilizing data collection techniques such as observation, interviews, and documentary studies. The research findings indicate that the process of teaching inheritance fiqh at Madrasah Aliyah Swasta Tarbiah Islamiyah faces several challenges, including a lack of conceptual understanding, The research findings also highlight insufficient utilization of diverse teaching methods, as well as inadequate learning resources. Based on the analysis, it is recommended to enhance conceptual understanding through a more practical approach, implement innovative teaching methods, and provide comprehensive and up-to-date learning resources. It is hoped that this research will contribute positively to the development of inheritance fiqh teaching in the madrasah.

Abstract

This study explores the implementation of religious character education through the culture of Quran literacy in Amaliyah Sunggal Private Islamic Senior High School. The main objective of this study is to identify and analyze how the culture of Quran literacy contributes to the formation of students' religious character and its impact on their learning and daily lives. The research method used is qualitative descriptive, involving observation, interviews, and documentation studies. Data analysis begins with data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. Then to ensure the validity of the data, this study uses triangulation in order to increase the accuracy and credibility of the findings. The results of the study indicate that the implementation of the culture of Quran literacy has a positive impact on the development of students' religious character, increasing discipline, understanding of Islamic values, social sensitivity, and strengthening religious identity. However, this study also identified obstacles such as lack of student interest, limited teacher resources, dense curriculum, and negative influences of the social and technological environment. Strategies involving improving teacher competence, effective time management, and support from parents and the community are needed to overcome these obstacles.
