Abstract

Writing scientific papers is an obligation and a necessity for teachers. The work of science is a requirement for promotion to the rank of teacher. More than that, scientific work is a place for teachers to express thoughts related to the knowledge they are involved in. Writing scientific papers is also a forum for promoting schools where teachers work. But in fact there are still many teachers who are not familiar with scientific work. The holding of community service activities is expected to be able to improve teachers' abilities in writing scientific papers. The PkM activity method is in the form of technical guidance with partners from the Faculty of Tarbiyah and Teacher Training UIN Raden Fatah, with 1 resource person. The results obtained are an increase in the ability to write scientific papers, especially scientific papers in scientific journals. Judging from the teacher's understanding of the scientific work of scientific journals, the characteristics of scientific journal works and understand the process of submitting and publishing. With an average pre-test score of 55 to an average post-test score of 84. The activity participants participated 100% actively and gave positive responses during the technical guidance. Thus this community service activity is useful for increasing the ability of teachers regarding writing scientific papers.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian untuk mendeskripsikan tokoh karakter utama yang bernama suad dalam novel Aku Lupa Bahwa Aku Perempuan karya Ihsan Abdul Quddus dengan menggunakan teori Carl Gustav Jung. Metode yabg dugunakan adalah deskriftif Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan membaca novel dan mencatat. Teknik analisis dilakukan dengan cara membaca kembali novel, mendeskripsikan, mengklasifikasikan, menganalis, menginterpertasi, dan menyimpulkan sementara animus Tokoh Utama dalam novel Aku Lupa Bahwa Aku perempuan karya Ihsan Abdul Quddus. Hasil penelitian menunjukan animus dalam novel Aku Lupa Bahwa Aku Perempuan terbagi menjadi dua yaitu Ambisi dan Pekerja Keras, Dalam aspek Ambisi peneliti menemukan adanya ambisi tentang tokoh utama yang berambisi menjadi Wanita karir, sukses dan berpengaruh dalam politik. Sedangkan dalam aspek Pekerja Keras peneliti menemukan bagaimana usaha Tokoh Utama untuk mempercepat masa studynya sehingga tokoh dapat fokus dengan berbagai organisasi yang tokoh ikuti

Abstract

Background: Adolescents are a window of opportunity for future development, so it is necessary to invest in the health and welfare of adolescents in accordance with the Adolescent Nutrition Program launched by the Indonesian government to adjust the Sustainable Development Goal at the UN meeting with a communication strategy for social change and adolescent behavior. Methods: This study used a quantitative design with 196 respondents whose samples were taken with probability sampling techniques in the form of simple random sampling. Physical activity data was taken from the International Physical Activity Questionnaire (IPAQ), data on knowledge of nutrients obtained from the Self Administere Qustionnaire (QuesCa) and intensity of fast food consumption obtained from the Food Frequency Questionnaire while nutritional intake through 24-hour food recall form. Data analysis used multiple linear regression with SPSS 25 statistical tools. Results: Based on the t test, it was concluded that there was an effect of physical activity and knowledge of nutrients with a significance value of 0.000 for each of the two variables. While the intensity of fast food consumption has a significance value of 0.968 (more than 0.05) which concludes that there is no effect of the intensity of fast food consumption on nutritional intake. Nutrient knowledge is the factor that most influences nutrient intake with a t-statistic of 5.941. Conclusions: In this study, it was concluded that there was an effect of physical activity and nutritional knowledge on nutritional intake, while the intensity of fast food consumption did not affect nutritional intake. The dominant factor affecting nutritional intake in this study was nutritional knowledge.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk membuat prototipe yang menggunakan metode Fuzzy Logic untuk dan `penyiraman pupuk cair pada tanaman cabai yang dapat membantu dan mempermudah petani dalam melakukan pemberian pupuk secara berkala melalui smartphone. Selama ini penyiraman pupuk pada tanaman cabai masih secara manual menggunakan alat semprot manual untuk melakukan penyiraman sehingga petani mengalami beberapa kesulitan ataupun keluhan dalam melakukan pemberian pupuk cair. Untuk mengatasinya dibutuhkan sebuah prototype yang dirancang menggunakan model pengembangan sistem Rapid Aplication Development (RAD) dengan tahapan Requirements Planning, RAD Workshop Design, dan Implementation. untuk memperoleh data dalam penelitian ini peneliti melakukan teknik pengumpulan data diantaranya: obserfasi,wawancara dan stadi pustaka, Tahap pengujian menggunakan Expert Review.Hasil dari algoritma fuzzy logic yaitu didapatkan tingkat kelembapan tanah dimmana soil moisture sensor 1-400 RH untuk hasil perhitungan algoritma Fuzzy Logic 1,004 RH untuk tanah basah, dan untuk soil moisture sensor 400 - 800 dengan hasil perhitungan -0,04 RH untuk tingkat tanah kering. Perancangan dari penelitian ini berupa Prototipe Penyiram Pupuk Cair Pada Tanaman Cabai Berbasis IoT (Internet of Thing) Mengunakan Algoritma Fuzzy Logic

Abstract

Every regional government has an obligation to improve community services and welfare in a democratic, fair, equitable and sustainable manner. If the government is able to manage regional potential, both natural resource potential, human resources and financial resources optimally, then the government is considered capable of carrying out its obligations. The financial performance of the government and regions can be seen from the successful management of these potentials. The type of research used is quantitative research because the data is collected in the form of figures from regional financial reports. The data source that will be analyzed in this paper is secondary data. Secondary data is data obtained from the West Sumbawa Regency Public Works and Spatial Planning Service which relates to regional budgets and realization. Regional financial management must be implemented effectively and efficiently, transparently and accountably. Regional Revenue and Expenditure Budgets must also be transparently accountable to the public. Accountability is the final stage in regional financial management through reporting. The financial performance of the Public Works and Spatial Planning Department of West Sumbawa Regency from 2021-2022 is not good. This can be seen from the calculation results of the Effectiveness Ratio and Growth Ratio. The financial performance of the Regional Original Income (PAD) of the West Sumbawa Regency Public Works and Spatial Planning Service, when viewed from the Effectiveness Ratio, is categorized as ineffective, because the average effectiveness from 2021-2022 is below 60%, namely 21.38%. The details are as follows: In 2021 it will be 30.74%, and in 2022 it will be 12.02%

Abstract

Abstrak: Angka pernikahan dini yang tinggi sering kali dihubungkan dengan rendahnya pemahaman moral, nilai agama, dan budaya di kalangan generasi muda. Revitalisasi moral melalui sosialisasi nilai agama dan budaya dapat menjadi salah satu solusi untuk menurunkan angka pernikahan dini dan memperbaiki kualitas kehidupan keluarga di masa depan. Revitalisasi moral melalui sosialisasi nilai agama dan budaya menawarkan solusi signifikan untuk menurunkan angka pernikahan dini dan memperbaiki kualitas kehidupan keluarga di masa depan. Pendidikan yang berbasis nilai-nilai agama dan budaya dapat memberikan perspektif yang lebih baik mengenai pentingnya kesiapan mental dan finansial sebelum memutuskan untuk menikah. Pendidikan berbasis nilai-nilai agama dan budaya memainkan peran krusial dalam memberikan perspektif yang lebih baik tentang pentingnya kesiapan mental dan finansial sebelum memutuskan untuk menikah. Dengan memanfaatkan ajaran agama dan budaya dalam pendidikan, kita dapat membantu generasi muda membuat keputusan pernikahan yang lebih bijaksana dan bertanggung jawab, sehingga meningkatkan kualitas hubungan keluarga di masa depan.Abstract: High rates of early marriage are often associated with low understanding of morals, religious values and culture among the younger generation. Moral revitalization through the socialization of religious and cultural values can be one solution to reduce the rate of early marriage and improve the quality of family life in the future. Abstract

This study aims to understand how the planning for the procurement of educational facilities and infrastructure is carried out at SDIT An-Nuriyah Sekayu-Musi Banyuasin. The researcher uses a descriptive qualitative approach with a qualitative research type. The informants in this study include the Foundation Head, School Principal, Vice Principal for Facilities, and Administrative Staff. Data collection techniques used are interviews, observations, and documentation. The data analysis techniques include data reduction, data presentation, data verification, and conclusion drawing. The validity of the data in this research is tested using source triangulation and technique triangulation. The results of this study indicate that the planning for the procurement of educational facilities and infrastructure at SDIT An-Nuriyah Sekayu, Musi Banyuasin, has been carried out quite well. This can be seen from setting targets and objectives in the procurement of educational facilities and infrastructure, formulating the current state of procurement, identifying all the facilitators and obstacles in procurement, and developing a procurement plan for educational facilities and infrastructure

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the impact of information technology usage on improving teacher performance at SMP Negeri 26 Palembang. The use of information technology is expected to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the teaching process, particularly in planning, implementation, evaluation, and improvement of educational programs. The research method employed is a quantitative approach, with data collection techniques including observations, questionnaires, and documentation. The subjects of this research are teachers at SMP Negeri 26 Palembang. Data analysis was conducted using simple linear regression tests and prerequisite tests to ensure the validity and reliability of the collected data. The research findings indicate that the use of information technology has a positive effect on enhancing teacher performance at SMP Negeri 26 Palembang. The regression coefficient of 0.606 suggests that every increase in the use of information technology can improve teacher performance. The t-test results show a value of t_calculated = 7.386 and t_table = 1.676 with a significance level of 0.000, indicating a significant effect. The determination test shows that information technology accounts for 52.2% of the improvement in teacher performance, while the remaining percentage is influenced by other factors. In conclusion, optimizing the use of information technology has a positive impact on teacher performance, and it is recommended that schools continue to support training and development of technology skills for teachers in the future

Abstract

This study aims to analyze Public Relations Strategies in Marketing at PT. Duta Putra Wisata Palembang. The research focuses on how public relations strategies are implemented in the company’s marketing efforts, as well as the supporting and inhibiting factors in marketing the company to the public. This study was conducted at PT. Duta Putra Wisata Palembang using a descriptive qualitative research method. The informants in this research were public relations personnel, company leaders, and employees. Data was collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis involved data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The validity of the data was ensured using source triangulation and technique triangulation. The analysis results indicate that public relations strategies in marketing at PT. Duta Putra Wisata Palembang are being implemented but have not yet reached their full potential. Continuous improvements to the strategies in use are necessary. With optimized strategies, it is hoped that PT. Duta Putra Wisata Palembang will grow further and be able to compete with other companies
