Abstract

Perubahan kurikulum 2013 menjadi kurikulum Merdeka dimulai pada tahun 2022. Kurikulum Merdeka mulai diterapkan di jenjang Pendidikan menengah pada tahun ajaran 2023/2024. Kurikulum Merdeka memberikan keleluasaan kepada pendidik untuk menciptakan pembelajaran yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan dan lingkungan belajar peserta didik.  Kurikulum Merdeka diterapkan dengan tujuan untuk melatih pendidik maupun peserta didik melaksanakan pembelajaran dengan pendekatan tematik integratif, dimana pendidik mengajak peserta didik diajak untuk melihat, memperhatikan dan mengamati lingkungan sekitar, serta tidak lagi berorientasi pada hafalan. Pada implementasinya, kurikulum Merdeka memerlukan pemahaman para pendidik dan tenaga pendidik terkait komponen-komponen yang ada dalam kurikulum tersebut, seperti capaian pembelajaran, tujuan pembelajaran, alur tujuan pembelajaran, dan modul ajar.  Namun, kondisi di lapangan menggambarkan bahwa para pendidik dan tenaga pendidik masih kesulitan dalam memahami pengimplementasian kurikulum Merdeka dalam pembelajaran di sekolah. Pelaksanaan pengabdian Masyarakat yang diterapkan melalui pelatihan implementasi kurikulum nasional 2024 diharapkan mampu meningkatkan kompetensi pendidik maupun tenaga pendidik dalam memahami penerapan kurikulum Merdeka belajar serta bagaimana mengimplementasikan kurikulum Merdeka belajar dalam pembelajaran di sekolah. Pelatihan ini dihadiri oleh Kepala Sekolah, para pendidik dan tenaga pendidik di SMP IT Al-Ishlahuddiny. Hasil pelatihan menunjukkan bahwa sebelum pelatihan dan sesudah pelatihan para peserta pelatihan dapat memahami materi yang disampaikan dengan baik.

Abstract

Artikel ini tentang penelitian yang bertujuan (1) untuk memperoleh gambaran pandangan filsafat pragmatis Richard Rorty tentang epistemologi (pengetahuan dan kebenaran); (2) untuk mengetahui implikasi dari pandangannya tentang epistemologi dalam bidang pendidikan. Bahan utama kajian/penelitian ini adalah buku-buku yang ditulis oleh Richard Rorty, utamanya yang berkaitan dengan masalah pengetahuan dan kebenaran. Juga, buku-buku yang berkaiatan dengan filsafat pendidikan. Data dikumpulkan melalui studi kepustakaan dengan memfokuskan pada beberapa pertanyaan penelitian. Kemudian, data dianalisis dengan analisis filosofis yakni analisis filosofis-hermeneutis. Hasil penelitian tersebut adalah (1) pandangan filsafat pragmatisme Richard Rorty tentang epistemologi (pengetahuan dan kebenaran) adalah sebagai berikut: menurut Rorty, pengetahuan tidak dipandang sebagai persoalan untuk memperoleh realitas yang benar, atau untuk mencerminkan alam. Akan tetapi, pengetahuan dipandanag sebagai persoalan kebiasaan bertindak dalam rangka menguasai realitas, dan persoalan dialogis; (2) Kebenaran diartikan bukan terdapatnya kesesuaian antara pernyataan dan kenyataan (korespondensi kata-kata). Kebenaran juga bukan diartikan adanya kesesuaian antara pikiran dan kenyataan (korespondensi pikiran), melainkan diartikan sebagai apa yang baik bagi kita, kita percayai. Dalam hal ini, Rorty mengikuti pandangan relativisme kebenaran. Menurutnya, jika kita ingin menemukan pembenaran atau justifikasi kebenaran, kita harus mencarinya di masyarakat di mana kita mengadakan dialog yang disebut justifikasi social atau justifikasi percakapan; (3) Implikasi dari pandangannya tentang epistemologi dalam bidang pendidikan adalah bahwa proses pendidikan termasuk proses pembelajaran harus dipandang sebagai proses dilalogis antara pendidik dan peseta didiknya. Metode yang tepat dalam proses tersebut adalah metode dialogis dan diskusi, Dalam hal ini pendidik berperan sekali untuk mengaktifkan peserta didiknya agar terlibat secara aktif dalam proses pembelajaran. Materi pelajaran/bahan ajar yang diperlukan untuk mendukung kemampuan seperti itu antara lain: bahasa, sastera, drama, ilmu pengetahuan sosial dan ilmu pengetahuan alam. Sedangkan evaluasi pembelajarannya yang utama adalah evaluasi proses untuk melihat kemampuan peserta didiknya dalam mengkomunikasikan gagasan dan pendapatnya dalam proses tersebut

Abstract

This study entitled "Analyze The Factors That Determine The Quality Of Audits By Government Internal Audit Apparatus (APIP) In Batanghari Regency”. Audit quality is very important in ensuring accountability and transparency in local government financial management. This research uses a quantitative approach with multiple linear regression analysis tools with SPSS Software 25.0 to examine the relationship between independence, integrity, competence and work experience which influence audit quality. The research population is employees who work at the Batanghari Regency Inspectorate Office. The sample in this study was 32 employees who worked at the Batanghari Regency Inspectorate Office. The sampling technique is a saturated sample/census. The type of data used is primary data through distributing questionnaires. The research results show that partially independence, integrity, competence and work experience influence audit quality at the Batanghari Regency Inspectorate Office.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the sources and use of PT Blue Bird Tbk's working capital during the 2020-2022 period. As one of the largest transportation companies in Indonesia, PT Blue Bird Tbk faces significant challenges in managing working capital, especially in the midst of economic uncertainty so that it can survive for decades. This research uses a quantitative descriptive method with a case study approach. Secondary data was obtained from PT Blue Bird Tbk's financial reports published during the 2020-2022 period. Analysis is carried out using financial ratios and comparative analysis to identify changes and trends in sources and uses of working capital. The results of the analysis show that PT Blue Bird Tbk's sources and working capital are balanced, although there was a decline around 2020, but in the following years it has become more stable and the sources and use of cash capital are balanced and to increase cash flow. This research concludes that the Company has succeeded in adjusting financial strategy with existing conditions, utilizing various sources of working capital to ensure operational continuity. However, continuous improvements in cash flow management and operational efficiency are still needed to face future challenges.

Abstract

The aspect of storytelling or storytelling elements has a very important role in the structure of a novel. Storytelling is the central element in a novel that has the ability to hook the reader's interest. In fact, it can be considered that the existence of a novel becomes unimaginable without the presence of narrative elements. With the elements of storytelling present, the novel becomes more dynamic and alive in the reading experience. By analysing this aspect, researchers can understand how the components of the story are interconnected and contribute to the overall reading experience. This research raises the issue of how the mode of storytelling in the novel Tanah Para Bandit by Tere Liye. The purpose of this study is to describe the mode of storytelling in Tere Liye's Tanah Para Bandit. This research applies Gérard Genette's narratology theory with qualitative descriptive method. The research data source comes from the novel Tanah Para Bandit by Tere Liye. Data collection techniques were conducted through reading and note-taking methods. Data analysis refers to Gérard Genette's narratology theory, which includes two stages: partial analysis and integral analysis. The results show that there is a mode of storytelling with the position of the narrator as a character in the story; internally, the narrator acts as the main character who tells the story. The focalisation technique used is internal focalisation, where the narrator only conveys information known by the characters.

Abstract

The supervision of administrative affairs at SMK Al Hikmah Mesuji OKI plays a crucial role in ensuring the effectiveness and efficiency of school administration. This study aims to analyze the implemented supervision system, supporting factors, and challenges in managing administrative tasks. The research employs a qualitative descriptive method with data collection techniques including observation, interviews, and documentation. The findings indicate that supervision is systematically carried out through stages of standard setting, measurement, result comparison, and corrective actions. The Head of Administration actively monitors and provides guidance to staff, ensuring that school administration runs orderly and in accordance with established procedures. Supporting factors for supervision include staff motivation and competence, a conducive work environment, and support from the community and external parties. However, budget constraints pose a challenge in providing adequate facilities and infrastructure. Despite this, administrative staff continue to carry out their duties optimally through creative solutions and resource efficiency. In conclusion, the applied supervision system has had a positive impact on improving the efficiency and accuracy of school administration, thereby supporting overall operational smoothness.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the quality of health services of COVID-19 patients treated in the Isolation Room of the Undata Hospital of Palu, Central Sulawesi Province. This research is a descriptive and qualitative research. Data collection techniques through in-depth interviews with 10 informants consisting of Covid-19 patients who had been treated in the Isolation Room of the Undata Hospital of Central Sulawesi Province totaled five (5) people and the manager of the Undata Hospital of Central Sulawesi Province totaled five (5) people. The data analysis method in this study uses triangulation techniques and theanalysis tool software NVIVO 12 Plus. The results of this study indicate that . Quality of Health Services For Covid-19 patients who are being treated in the Isolation Room of the Undata Hospital, Central Sulawesi Province in Palu, which consists of Tangible (physical evidence), Reliability (reliability), Responsiveness (responsiveness), Assurance (guarantee), and Empathy (empathy). ) shows good quality in accordance with the expectations of Covid-19 patients, which is supported by regulatory factors, organizational factors, work skills factors and infrastructure factors, but there is still a need to improve and improve the quality of patient room comfort, discipline of officers in the service process, response of officers in the process service, punctuality in service and guarantee on time in service even though the reliability and empathy of the officers are very good. Abstract

Poverty in Indonesia remains a structural challenge that requires alternative approaches beyond conventional policies. Zakat and waqf, as instruments of Islamic social finance, possess great potential but remain underutilized due to institutional fragmentation and lack of policy integration. This study aims to construct a strategic integration model of zakat and waqf for poverty alleviation based on maqashid shariah principles. Using a qualitative approach through systematic literature review and thematic analysis, this research develops the Zakat-Waqf Based Development Framework (ZWDF), which emphasizes the integration of spiritual, institutional, and policy dimensions. The main contribution of this study lies in unifying normative and practical aspects to mainstream zakat and waqf as pillars of inclusive development. It recommends strengthening regulatory coherence and cross-institutional synergy to enable zakat and waqf to function as sustainable social policy instruments.

Abstract

One indicator of success in learning mathematics is problem solving ability. There are two types of mathematics questions that are generally known, namely routine and non-routine questions. Based on these reasons, the question arises of how junior high school students represent mathematically in solving non-routine mathematics problems. This research uses a qualitative approach with descriptive research type. Data was collected using research instruments in the form of non-routine mathematics test instruments to measure students' mathematical representation abilities in problem solving. Then the subject will be interviewed about how he represents the answer to the question. The data will be analyzed by researchers using the Miles, Huberman, Saldana model to describe and provide mathematical problem solving skills. There are findings that need attention, namely the existence of differences in variations in problem solving. This can happen because students have different mathematical interpretation and representation abilities.

Abstract

Pemanfaatan teknologi digital marketing merupakan peluang strategis dalam meningkatkan pemasaran produk, termasuk produk yang dihasilkan oleh penyandang disabilitas tunanetra. Program pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini dilaksanakan di Sekolah Khusus Islam Terpadu (SKH IT) Yarfin, Tangerang Selatan, dengan tujuan meningkatkan kemampuan siswa tunanetra dalam memasarkan produk secara digital. Metode yang digunakan mencakup pelatihan teori, pendampingan praktik langsung, dan evaluasi implementasi strategi digital marketing melalui media sosial, marketplace, dan website. Hasil program menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan dalam pemahaman dan keterampilan peserta terhadap teknologi pemasaran digital, serta peningkatan penjualan produk siswa melalui platform digital, yang berdampak pada kemandirian ekonomi mereka. Digital marketing terbukti menjadi pendekatan yang efektif dalam mendukung pemasaran produk siswa tunanetra. Sebagai rekomendasi, diperlukan pelatihan lanjutan dan dukungan berkelanjutan untuk memastikan kemampuan peserta tetap relevan dengan perkembangan teknologi pemasaran digital.
