The purpose of this study was to describe and analyze: The teacher's role in bringing about responsible behavior of student in the civics learning. The method in this research was descriptive by using quantitative approach. The sample in this study were 77 respondents. Data analysis was using Chi Square and data collection techniques were using questionnaires and using interviews and documentation as the supporting techniques. The results showed that: (1) based on the three indicators that consists of giving an example, directing, and overseeing the role of the teacher, it can be concluded that the role of the teacher was categorized enough, (2) Overall, the student responsible behavior consists of three indicators, namely doing the task in schools, implementing school rules and maintaining school facilities can be concluded that the responsible behavior of students at SMAN 15 Bandar Lampung were categorized as responsible.Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskrisipkan dan menganalisis: Peran guru dalam mewujudkan perilaku bertanggung jawab peserta didik dalam pembelajaran PKn. Metode dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif dan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 77 responden. Analisis data menggunakan Chi Kuadrat dan teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket serta teknik penunjang menggunakan wawancara dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: (1) berdasarkan ketiga indikator yang terdiri dari memberikan contoh, mengarahkan, dan mengawasi peranan guru dapat disimpulkan bahwa peranan guru dikategorikan cukup berperan, (2) secara keseluruhan, perilaku bertanggung jawab siswa yang terdiri dari tiga indikator yaitu mengerjakan tugas yang diberikan disekolah, melaksanakan tata tertib sekolah dan menjaga fasilitas sekolah dapat disimpulkan bahwa perilaku bertanggung jawab peserta didik di SMA Negeri 15 Bandar Lampung dikategorikan bertanggung jawab.Kata kunci: peran guru, perilaku bertanggung jawab, peserta didik.

The purpose of this study was to describe the impact of the Constitutional Court decision about the removal of a pioneering international school program (RSBI). The research problem is how was the impact of SMA Negeri 2 Bandar Lampung condition after the decision of Constitutional Court about the removal RSBI program ? Research method used in this research is descriptive method, the sample in this research totalled 72 respondents. Data analysis is using qualitative. Based on the results of research that the impact of the Constitutional Court decision about the removal of a pioneering international school program (RSBI) is commonly said to be quite good.Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menjelaskan dampak keputusan Mahkamah Konstitusi tentang penghapusan program rintisan sekolah bertaraf internasional (RSBI). Rumusan masalah dalam penelitan ini adalah bagaimanakah dampak kondisi SMA Negeri 2 Bandar Lampung pasca keputusan Mahkamah Konstitusi tentang penghapusan program RSBI ?.Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif, sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 72 responden. Analisis data menggunakan analisis data kualitatif. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian bahwa dampak keputusan Mahkamah Konstitusi tentang penghapusan program rintisan sekolah bertaraf internasional (RSBI) secara umum dikatakan cukup baik. This study aimed to clarify the effect of the implementation of the school readiness program semester credit system in SMAN 9 Bandar Lampung. Theoretically, this research is useful for developing concepts of science education included into the scope of a study about the civic education of school readiness efforts in this regard include the readiness of teachers, students, infrastructure and environment for the implementation of the program semester credit system in SMAN 9 Bandar Lampung .This research method uses descriptive quantitative method with a sample 36 respondents. Basic techniques of data collection using questionnaire and analysis of data using descriptive analysis. Measurement of variables in this study is the scoring at alternative answers from questionnaires distributed to respondents. Based on the results of a study of 36 respondents obtained data on school readiness 52.8% variable, variable execution SKS 50%. As well as having tinggkat closeness of 0.62. Thus it is known that: (1) the effect of the implementation of the school readiness program semester credit system category effect, this suggests that the influence of school readiness for the implementation of the semester credit system. (2) Based on the results of testing conducted closeness effect, is known to have a strong influence on the implementation of the school readiness program semester credit system in SMAN 9 Bandar Lampung.Key word: School Readiness, Semester Credit System

The aims of this research are to analyze and explain about obedience level of student who accepted through corporate social responsibility and non corporate social responsibility in SMAN 5 Bandar Lampung at 2014/2015. Research method used in this research is quantitative descriptive. Sample of this research was 29 students of corporate social responsibility and 38 students non corporate social responsibility. Analyzing the data it used t-test. The result of this research show that there is a different obedience level of student who accepted through corporate social responsibility and non corporate social responsibility that can be proved by statistic calculation of t-test from t-table that is 133,4 1,67. The conclusion of this research is obedient level student of corporate social responsibility is lower than obedience level student of non corporate social responsibility.Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menganalisis dan menjelaskan tingkat kepatuhan peserta didik yang diterima melalui jalur bina lingkungan dan non bina lingkungan di SMA Negeri 5 Bandar Lampung Tahun Pelajaran 2014/2015. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif. Sampel dalam penelitian ini 29 peserta didik jalur bina lingkungan dan 38 peserta didik jalur non bina lingkungan. Analisis data menggunakan rumus uji t. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat perbedaan tingkat kepatuhan peserta didik yang diterima melalui jalur bina lingkungan dan non bina lingkungan yang dapat dibuktikan dengan perhitungan statistik t-test dari t-tabel yaitu 133,4 1,67. Kesimpulan penelitian tingkat kepatuhan peserta didik jalur bina lingkungan lebih rendah dibandingkan dengan tingkat kepatuhan peserta didik jalur non bina lingkungan.Kata kunci: jalur bina lingkungan, jalur non bina lingkungan, kepatuhan peserta didik

This research aims to explain the comparison of student achievement learn environment contruction traffic lane and environment non-contruction traffic lane. The problem of this research is how the comparison of student achievement learn environment contruction traffic lane and environment non-contruction traffic lane. The method of this research is quantitative descriptive. Data collecting technique use documentation and data analysis technique use t test. The sample of this research amount 66 students. Based on the result of this research wich have been done, it can be seen that significant comparison between student achievement learn environment contruction traffic lane and environment non-contruction traffic lane. It can be proved from the result of calculation using t test where in obtaining result of with significant 0,05 known by t test = - 2,25 and t table = 1,67.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan perbandingan prestasi belajar siswa jalur bina lingkungan dan jalur non-bina lingkungan. Rumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah bagaimanakah perbandingan prestasi belajar siswa jalur bina lingkungan dan jalur non-bina lingkungan. Metode dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kuantitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan dokumentasi dan analisis data menggunakan t tes. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 66 siswa. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan dapat diketahui bahwa terdapat perbandingan yang signifikan antara prestasi belajar siswa jalur bina lingkungan dan jalur non-bina lingkungan. Hal ini dapat dibuktikan dari hasil perhitungan yang menggunakan t tes di mana di peroleh hasil dengan signifikasi 0,05 diketahui t tes =-2,25 dan t tabel = 1,67.Kata kunci: jalur bina lingkungan, jalur non bina lingkungan, prestasi belajar siswa

This study aims to know and explain how the effectiveness of exclusive stopp space (ESP) in creating ordered traffic in Bandar Lampung City. In this study the author used quantitative descriptive method. The research population was Traffic Police Directorate of Lampung Police with samples taken were 25% from number of population that was 201 respondent. data collection used wasquestionnaire and its supporting technique were interview and questionnaire. The results of this study indicate that the effectiveness of exclusive stop space in Bandar Lampung City is ineffective. This can be seen from the result of understanding, responses, and expectations of the police in the Directorate of Lampung Police on the application of exclusive stop space. the citizen considers that the Exclusive Stop space of two-wheeled vehicles does not work effectively in overcoming traffic congestion problem in Bandar Lampung City.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menjelaskan bagaimana efektivitas ruang henti khusus (RHK) dalam menciptakan tertib lalu lintas di Kota Bandar Lampung. Dalam penelitian ini penulis menggunakan metode deskriptif kuantitatif. populasi penelitian ini adalah Polisi Lalu Lintas Direktorat Polda Lampung dengan sampel yang diambil sebanyak 25% dari jumlah populasi yaitu 201 responden. Pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah angket dan teknik penunjangnya adalah wawancara dan angket. Hasil penelitian ini adalah menunjukkan bahwa efektivitas ruang henti khusus di Kota Bandar Lampung adalah tidak efektif. Hal ini dapat dilihat dari hasil pemahaman, tanggapan, dan harapan pihak polisi di Direktorat Polda Lampung terhadap penerapan ruang henti khusus. Masyarakat menganggap bahwa Ruang Henti Khusus kendaraan roda dua tidak berfungsi dengan efektif dalam mengatasi masalah kemacetan lalu lintas di Kota Bandar Lampung.Kata kunci: efektivitas, ruang henti khusus, lalu lintas

The purpose of this research was to know the influence of the application control book to against the attitude of students in doeying the rules of public junior high schools 2 lemong academic year 2014/ 2015. Research methodology used in this research was a method of descriptive quantitative.Sample in this research were 30 people.Data analysis was using chi square.The results showed that: (1) the application of control book (x) was dominant in influencing the students on the rate of 70 %, (2) the exemplary attitude of the students to obey the order (y) was dominant in obeying 54 %, (3) the results of the study showed that there is a positive, significant the rule with the percentase of the implementation of the control book in obeying this means that getting influence of the books allowing more control is an exemplary students to obey the orderTujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh penerapan buku kendali terhadap sikap teladan peserta didik dalam mentaati tata tertib di SMP Negeri 2 lemong tahun pelajaran 2014/2015. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif kuantitatif. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 30 orang. Analisis data menggunakan Chi Kuadrat. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa: (1) pengaruh penerapan buku kendali (X) dominan pada kategori berpengaruh dengan persentase 70%, (2) sikap teladan peserta didik dalam mentaati tata tertib (Y) dominan pada kategori taat dengan persentase 54%, (3) hasil penelitian menunjukan terdapat pengaruh yang positif, signifikan, dan kategori keeratan tinggi antara pengaruh Penerapan buku kendali terhadap sikap teladan peserta didik dalam menaati tata tertib, artinya semakin berpengaruhnya penerapan buku kendali memungkinkan semakin baiknya sikap teladan peserta didik dalam mentaati tata tertib.Kata kunci : buku kendali, sikap teladan, tata tertib

The purpose of this research was to find out the influence of the co-curricular activities of the character strengthening of the eleventh grade students’ integrity at SMAN 1 Tulang Bawang Tengah academic year 2018/2019. The research method used was a quantitative descriptive method with a student research subject eleventh grade 35 respondents. In collecting the data, the researcher used polls and documentation. Based on the results of the study, it is known that giving co-curricular assignments can help learners understand the learning materials and reinforce the students' integrity character especially in honesty and responsibility. The results of this study showed that the students with the process of co-curricular activities are very influential with a percentage of 3 respondents (9%) considered as less influential category. There are 10 respondents (20%) considered as quite influential and 22 respondents (62%) are considered as a well-influential category. In the character strengthening integrity, there were 2 respondents (6%) considered as less influential category. There are 16 respondents (45%) in the category was influential and 17 respondents (49%) are in a well-influential category. The result of the study showed that 0.78 the influence of the co-curricular activities of the character strengthening of students ' integrity of XI SMAN Class 1 of the Central onion Bones can be categorized strongly.Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh kegiatan kokurikuler terhadap penguatan karakter integritas peserta didik kelas XI SMAN 1Tulang Bawang Tengah tahun pelajaran 2018/2019. Metode penelitian yang digunakan metode deskriptif kuantitatif dengan subjek penelitian peserta didik kelas XI yang berjumlah 35 orang responden. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa peserta didik kelas XI SMAN 1 Tulang Bawang Tengah Tahun Pelajaran 2018/2019 dengan proses kegiatan kokurikuler sangat berpengaruh, dengan persentase sebanyak 3 responden (9%) termasuk kedalam kategori kurang berpengaruh. Sedangkan sebanyak 10 responden (20%) termasuk dalam kategori cukup berpengaruh dan sebanyak 22 responden (62%) dalam kategori berpengaruh dengan baik. Pada penguatan karakter integritas terdapat sebanyak 2 responden (6%) termasuk dalam kategori kurang berpengaruh. Sedangkan sebanyak 16 responden (45%) dalam kategori cukup berpengaruh dan sebanyak 17 responden (49%) dalam kategori berpengaruh dengan baik. Kata kunci: kegiatan, kokurikuler, integritas

The purpose of this study was to describe how the role of levies of inter-city transportation between provinces in exploring local revenue in Bandar Lampung City and to find out the contribution of inter-city transportation levies between provinces to regional revenue, the contribution of inter-city transportation levies between provinces on monthly dues, areas, and barriers in retribution. The method which was used was the descriptive method with the qualitative approach. Data collection techniques used observation, interview, and documentation techniques.The results of this study indicated that in the role of levy of inter-city transportation between provinces in exploring revenue areas in the city of Bandar Lampung is not too large. Although the role of small levies of inter-city transportation between provinces can contribute to local revenue. Government efforts to increase the potential of the region by increasing the target each year and the problem of the lack of levy and retribution party retribution is very influential on the local revenue.Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mendeskripsikan bagaimana peranan retribusi angkutan antar kota antar provinsi dalam menggali pendapatan daerah di Kota Bandar Lampung dan untuk mengetahui sumbangan retribusi angkutan antar kota antar provinsi terhadap pendapatan daerah, sumbangan retribusi angkutan antar kota antar provinsi terhadap iuran sebulan, upaya dalam meningkatkan potensi daerah dan hambatan dalam retribusi. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik observasi,wawancara dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa dalam peranan retribusi angkutan antar kota antar provinsi dalam menggali pendapatan daerah di Kota Bandar Lampung tidak terlalu besar. Meskipun perananya kecil retribusi angkutan antar kota antar provinsi mampu menyumbangkan pendapatan daerah. Upaya pemerintah meningkatkan potensi daerah dengan menaikkan target setiap tahun dan masalah kurangnya partipasi petugas retribusi serta wajib retribusi sangat berpengaruh pada pendapatan asli daerah.kata kunci: angkutan, pendapatan daerah, retribusi

The purpose of this study is to analyze and to explain the role of Tax Office of Pratama Tanjung Karang in the implementation of amnesty tax program. This research method used quantitative descriptive method. The sample of the research was 79 respondents. Data collection Technique used questionnaires as basic technique, and observation, interviews, and documentation as a supporting Technique. Based on data analysis showed the role of Tax Office of Pratama Tanjung Karang in good category 91 %, the implementation of good category amnesty tax program 82 %. The results of chi cuadrat analysis showed that the strong correlation level means the better the role of Tax Office of Pratama Tanjung Karang the better the implementation of amnesty tax program.Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menganalisis dan menjelaskan Peranan Kantor Pelayanan Pajak Pratama Tanjung Karang dalam Pelaksanaan Program Amnesti Pajak. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kuantitatif. Sampel penelitian berjumlah 79 responden. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik angket sebagai teknik pokok, dan observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi sebagai teknik penunjang. Berdasarkan analisis data menunjukkan peranan Kantor Pelayanan Pajak Pratama Tanjung Karang kategori baik 91%, pelaksanaan program amnesti pajak kategori baik 82%. Hasil analisis chi Cuadrat menunjukkan tingkat keeratan hubungan yang kuat artinya semakin baik peranan Kantor Pelayanan Pajak Pratama Tanjung Karang maka semakin baik pelaksanaan program amnesti pajak.Kata kunci: amnesti pajak, kantor pelayanan pajak pratama tanjung karang, peranan
