This study aims to explain the Correlation between the level of understanding of article 28 of the 1945 constitution towards freedom of speech with ethics of communicating on students of grade XI Senior High School 1 Kalianda South Lampung. The method used in this study is a quantitative method. Based on the results of correlational testing, it can be concluded that there is a significant correlation between understanding Article 28 of the 1945 Constitution towards freedom of speech with ethics of communicating on students. It means that there is a correlation between the level of understanding of article 28 of the 1945 Constitution towards freedom of speech with ethics of communicating on students of grade XI of SHS 1 Kalianda, South Lampung. Students who do not understand freedom of speech are those who have less skills in communication with ethics, and students who have a good understanding of freedom of speech are good at communicating with ethics.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan hubungan tingkat pemahaman pasal 28 UUD 1945 terhadap kebebasan berbicara dengan etika berkomunkasi peserta didik kelas XI SMA Negeri 1 Kalianda Lampung Selatan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian hubungan, menunjukan adanya hubungan yang signifikan antara pemahaman pasal 28 UUD 1945 terhadap kebebasan berbicara dengan etika berkomunikasi peserta didik. Artinya, ada hubungan tingkat pemahaman pasal 28 UUD 1945 Terhadap kebebasan berbicara dengan etika berkomunikasi peserta didik kelas XI SMA Negeri 1 Kalianda Lampung Selatan. Jika peserta didik yang kurang paham akan kebebasan berbicara maka peserta didik itu juga kurang baik dalam etika berkomunikasi sebaliknya jika peserta didik tersebut sudah paham akan kebebasan berbicara maka peserta didik tersebut baik dalam etika berkomunikasi. The aim of this research is to analyze and explain the effect of applying immunization approach on character education toward forming of self concept of the students. The method in this research is used descriptive method. The population in this research conducted the third grades of SMAN Karya Penggawa Krui 2012-2013 of the years, the sample in this research consists of 17 students. The data collected by using questionnaire and support by interview and documentation. And than, the data analyze by using chi2. The result of this reserach showed that (1) applying the immunization approach in character education much influence the students . Based on the calculates and the hypothesis test, the result found that applying the immunization approach in character education towards forming of self concept of the students at SMAN Karya Penggawa 2012-2013 of the years has the close relationship, that is X2= 34, 01 was possitive.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan menjelaskan pengaruh penerapan pendekatan imunisasi dalam pendidikan karakter terhadap pembentukan konsep diri peserta didik .Metode yang dipergunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa SMA Negeri Karya Penggawa kelas X tahun pelajaran 2012-2013 dengan jumlah sampel 17 orang siswa. Teknik Pengumpulan Data melalui angket, didukung dengan teknik wawancara dan dokumentasi, kemudian data dianalisis dengan menggunakan rumus Chi Kuadrat. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) penerapan pendekatan imunisasi dalam pendidikan karakter sangat berpengaruh terhadap pembentukan konsep diri peserta didik . Berdasarkan perhitungan dalam pengujian hipotesis disimpulkan, bahwa penerapan pendekatan imunisasi dalam pendidikan karakter dengan pembentukan konsep diri peserta didik SMA Negeri Karya Penggawa tahun pelajaran 2012-2013 memiliki tingkat keeratan yang cukup tinggi, yaitu X2 = 34,01 adalah positif.Kata kunci : pendekatan imunisasi, pendidikan karakter, konsep diri

The aim of this research was to analyze and explain the difficulty of teacher in carrying out the judgment learning outcome citizenship education in SMP Negeri 2 Gadingrejo. The method which was used in this research was descriptive, with the subject of research is citizenship education teachers. Data collecting techniques were using interview, observation and documention while the data analysis were using credibility test an triangulation.The result of this research showed it was quite difficulty for teachers in carrying out the judgments of study result of the citizenship education namely difficulty in arranging taxonomy level of Bloom, conduct validity and reliability question and determining final score with PAN and PAN. The difficulty was because lack of understanding and the capability of teacher in carrying out the judgments leasning outcomes citizenship education.Tujuan Penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis dan menjelaskan kesulitan yang dialami guru dalam melaksanakan penilaian hasil belajar Pendidikan Kewarganegaraan di SMP Negeri 2 Gadingrejo. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini deskriptif, dengan subjek penelitian guru Pendidikan Kewarganegaraan sedangkan Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan pedoman angket, wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi sedangkan analisis data menggunakan uji kredibilitas dengan perpanjangan waktu dan triangulasi . Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan terdapat kesulitan guru dalam melaksanakan penilaian hasil belajar pendidikan kewarganegaraan yaitu, kesulitan dalam menyusun jenjang taksonomi Bloom, melakukan validitas dan reliabilitas soal dan menetukan nilai akhir dengan PAP dan PAN. Kesulitan tersebut disebabkan kurangnya pemahaman dan kemampuan guru dalam melaksanakan penilaian hasil belajar pendidikan kewarganegaraan.Kata kunci: kesulitan, pendidikan kewarganegaraan, penilaian hasil belajar.

The purpose of this research was to describe how far the function of DPRDs monitoring towards the implementation of Perda No. 6 in 2013 about the implementation of education in Pringsewu. In this research, the researcher used descriptive qualitative method with the point of research the commission IV member of DPRD Pringsewu, Departement of Education and the principal with the school committee. Data collecting technique in this research was using interview, observation and documentation guidelines, while the data analysis technique was using credibility test with additional time and triangulation. The result of this research was to show the function of DPRDs monitoring towards the implementation of Perda No. 6 in 2013 about the implementation of education in Pringsewu, especially commission IV to supervise directly and indirectly.Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mendeskripsikan sejauh mana Fungsi Pengawasan DPRD Terhadap Imlementasi Perda Nomor 6 Tahun 2013 Tentang Penyelenggaraan Pendidikan di Kabupaten Pringsewu. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini deskriptif kualitatif dengan subjek penelitian anggota Komisi IV DPRD Kabupaten Pringsewu, Dinas Pendidikan dan Kepala Sekolah beserta Komite Sekolah.Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan pedoman wawancara, pedoman observasi dan pedoman dokumentasi sedangkan analisis data menggunakan uji kredibilitas dengan perpanjangan waktu dan triangulasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa fungsi pengawasan DPRD terhadap Implementasi Perda Nomor 6 Tahun 2013 tentang penyelenggaraan pendidikan di Kabupaten Pringsewu, terutama Komisi IV melakukan pengawasan secara langsung dan tidak langsung.Kata kunci: fungsi pengawasan, pengawasan DPRD, peraturan daerah nomor 6 tahun 2013

The aim of this research was to explain how the influence of civic teachers competence on activity and interest in student learning in MTs Muhammadiyah Bandar Lampung. The method that used in this research was descriptive method by using quantitative approach with the sample of respondents were 20. The main technique to submitted the data by used test and questionnaire. Independent variable in this research was understanding the influence of civic teachers competence on activity and interest in student learning. Based on data analysis it obtained the results of that: (1) civic teachers competence has quite good category; (2) student activity in learning has a less active category; (3) student interest in learning has a less interest category. Based on the result of the research then there is the influence of civic teachers competence on activity and interest in student learning in MTs Muhammadiyah Bandar Lampung.Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menjelaskan bagaimanakah pengaruh kompetensi guru PPKn terhadap aktivitas dan minat belajar siswa di MTs Muhammadiyah Bandar Lampung. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif dan sampel berjumlah 20 responden. Teknik pokok pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan tes dan angket. Variabel bebas dalam penelitian ini adalah kompetensi guru PPKn variabel terikatnya adalah aktivitas dan minat belajar siswa. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data diperoleh hasil bahwa: (1) Kompetensi Guru PPKn mempunyai kategori cukup baik; (2) Aktivitas belajar siswa mempunyai kategori kurang aktif; (3) Minat belajar siswa mempunyai kategori kurang berminat; (4) Bedasarkan hasil analisis hipotesis yang dilakukan, maka terdapat pengaruh kompetensi guru PPKn terhadap aktivitas dan minat belajar siswa di MTs Muhammadiyah Bandar Lampung.Kata kunci: aktivitas belajar siswa, kompetensi guru PPKn, minat belajar siswa

The purpose of this research was to explain how the influence of understanding the concept of Bhinneka Tunggal Ika towards social relationships of students with different tribe at SMP Negeri 21 Bandar Lampung. The method used in this research was descriptive quantitative method. The subject in this research was the student of grade VIII in SMP Negeri 21 Bandar Lampung, amounted to 302 students with 30 students as the sample. The technique of collecting data was using questionnaires and then the data were analyzed by using Chi Square formula. Based on the result of the research, it showed that the influence was strong and significant between understanding the concept of Bhinneka Tunggal Ika towards social relationships of students with different tribe. It means that, the more student understand the concept of Bhinneka Tunggal Ika, the more good social relationships of students with different tribe, so the social relationships of the students will be harmonious.Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menjelaskan bagaimanakah pengaruh pemahaman konsep Bhinneka Tunggal Ika terhadap hubungan sosial siswa berbeda suku di SMP Negeri 21 Bandar Lampung. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif kuantitatif. Subyek penelitian ini siswa kelas VIII di SMP Negeri 21 Bandar Lampungberjumlah 302 siswa dengan sampel 30 siswa. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket dan kemudian data dianalisis menggunakan rumus Chi Kuadrat. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, hal ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang kuat dan signifikan antara pemahaman konsep Bhinneka Tunggal Ika terhadap hubungan sosial siswa berbeda suku. Artinya, semakin siswa memahami konsep Bhinneka Tunggal Ika maka semakin baik pula hubungan sosial siswa yang berbeda suku sehingga akan terjalin hubungan sosial siswa yang rukun dan harmonis.Kata kunci: bhinneka tunggal ika, hubungan sosial, suku.

The aim of this study was to find out how the school library’s role supporting intracurricular activities as SMP Negeri 2 Kotagajah in academic year 2018/2019. The method in this study was quantitative approach with the VIII grade students of SMP Negeri 2 Kotagajah as the subject of the research. The population of this study is 316 with samples taken (10%) from the population of 30 students. The questioner was administered to collect the data and then data collection was conducted with percentage formula and chi-square. Based on the results of the research in testing the relationship between variable x (school library) and variable y (intracurricular activities) it can be concluded that the school library’s is one of the proponents of the learning activities in the classroom especially during the civic education subject. Library is good source of information in school and can be used by students to find reference during the learning process. Besides, the library has a positive effect to deepen the student’s knowledge. The use of the school library and the library materials at school are intended to promote success in achieving the expected learning results, so that the curriculum can be successfully carried out with the goal of competence achievement in a good learning. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui bagaimana peran perpustakaan sekolah dalam mendukung kegiatan intrakurikuler di SMP Negeri 2 Kotagajah Kabupaten Lampung Tengah tahun pelajaran 2018/2019. Metode dalam penelitian ini menggunakan deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif, subjek penelitian yaitu peserta didik kelas VIII SMP Negeri 2 Kotagajah. Populasi dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 316 peserta didik kelas VIII dengan sempel yang diambil sebanyak (10%) dari populasi yaitu 30 responen. Teknik pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini menggunakan angket sebagai teknik pokok yang selanjutnya dilakukan pengolahan data dengan rumus persentase dan Chi Kuadrat. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dalam pengujian hubungan antara variabel X (Perpustakaan Sekolah) dengan variabel Y (Kegiatan Intrakurikuler) dapat disimpulkan bahwa perpustakaan sekolah merupakan salah satu pendukung dalam kegiatan pembelajaran di dalam kelas khususnya pada jam pelajaran PPKn. Karena perpustakaan merupakan sumber pemberian informasi yang baik di sekolah dan bahan-bahan pustaka dapat digunakan peserta didik untuk mencari referensi saat pembelajaran berlangsung. Selain itu perpustakaan berpengaruh positif untuk memperdalam wawasan ilmu pengetahuan bagi peserta didik. Pemanfaatan perpustakaan sekolah dan bahan-bahan pustaka yang ada di sekolah dimaksud untuk menunjang keberhasilan dalam mencapai hasi belajar yang diharapkan, sehingga kurikulum dapat berhasil dilaksanakan dengan tujuan untuk pencapaian kompetensi suatu pembelajaran yang baik.Kata kunci: perpustakaan, sekolah, intrakurikuler

The purpose of this research to analyze and define the connection education level with perception parents to a graduate of a college in the village Gadingrejo Utara Kecamatan Gadingrejo Kabupaten Pringsewu .Research methodology used in this research descriptive correlational to the subject research parents were 84 people. Technique data collection use chief , interview , documentation and observation from the analysis data using chi square.The results of the study is that there the relationship between the education level with perception parents to a graduate of a college, that is, the number high levels of education the good old the perception of a graduate of a college, this is also in contrast when the lower levels of education the more bad the perception old to a graduate of a college.Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menganalisis dan menjelaskan hubungan tingkat pendidikan dengan persepsi orang tua terhadap lulusan perguruan tinggi di Desa Gadingrejo Utara Kecamatan Gadingrejo Kabupaten Pringsewu. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini deskriptif korelasional dengan subyek penelitian orang tua berjumlah 84 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket, wawancara, dokumentasi dan observasi dengan analisis data menggunakan Chi Kuadrat. Hasil penelitian adalah terdapat hubungan antara tingkat pendidikan dengan persepsi orang tua terhadap lulusan perguruan tinggi, yaitu semakin tinggi tingkat pendidikan maka semakin baik persepsi orang tua terhadap lulusan perguruan tinggi, hal tersebut juga sebaliknya apabila semakin rendah tingkat pendidikan maka semakin buruk persepsi orang tua terhadap lulusan perguruan tinggi.Kata kunci: lulusan perguruan tinggi, orang tua, persepsi, tingkat pendidikan

This research was intended to analysis and to explain about teacher’s perception towards the implementation of the teacher’s competency test (TCT) at SMA 3 Bandar Lampung 2012/2013 that used by education department in Bandar Lampung 2012. In this research, the researcher used descriptive method. The population of this research was 50 teachers of SMA 3 Bandar Lampung. The data collecting technique in this research were questionnaires, analysis technique and percentage. Based on the calculation of data analysis, the result showed that teacher’s perception towards of the implementation of TCT at SMA 3 Bandar Lampung in teacher’s experience aspect were 29 teachers (58%) included to average category. Teacher’s perception towards the implementation of teacher’s competency test in teacher’s income aspect were 26 teachers (52%) included to average category. Teacher’s perception towards the implementation of teacher’s competency tets (TCT) in teacher’s knowledgment aspect were 23 teachers (46%) included to good category. Thus, it was concluded that the implementation of TCT which have done for mapping competencies and as a basis for continuing professional development activities well, but still need to be aware that TCT has not been running smoothly and there were still some of these constraints, the editors about using the word convoluted and difficult to understand and a lot of the content was too high level, the question of social competence there was discrepancy between the question and the answers and the lack of socialization that was done by the education department and guarantee agency lampung province education and the lack of coordination and responsibility of the implementing organization and committees in the implementation of TCT 2012/2013.Keywords: Teacher’s Competency Test.

The purpose of this research was to explain and analyze howthe role of mulok Lampung language in an effort to the preservation of Lampung language and culture (a case study in Junior High Schools 20 Bandar Lampung academic years 2015/2016). The research methodology was descriptive quantitative method. Sample in this research were 48 students taken from 20% of the students class VIII. Analysis data was using chi square. Basic technique of data collection used Chi Square Formula. The result of this research showed that there is positive relations, significant, and medium category of closeness, it means that the better activity of learning mulok Lampung language the more students can speak Lampung, can write and understand aksara Lampung, also make the student understand to Lampung culture better.Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menjelaskan dan menganalisis bagaimanakah peranan mulok bahasa Lampung dalam upaya pelestarian bahasa dan budaya Lampung (studi kasus di SMP Negeri 20 Bandar Lampung tahun pelajaran 2015/2016). Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif kuantitatif. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 48 peserta didik diambil dari 20% jumlah peserta didik kelas VIII. Analisis data menggunakan Chi Kuadrat. Teknik pokok pengumpulan data menggunakan angket. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang positif, signifikan, dan kategori keeratan sedang, artinya semakin baik kegiatan pembelajaran mulok bahasa Lampung maka semakin membuat peserta didik bisa berbahasa Lampung, dapat menulis dan memahami aksara Lampung, serta membuat pemahaman peserta didik terhadap budaya Lampung yang lebih baik.Kata kunci: bahasa dan budaya Lampung, mulok bahasa Lampung, pelestarian.
