Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh model pembelajaran terhadap hasil belajar matematika. Model yang dibandingkan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Problem Based Learning, model pembelajaran Drill dan model pembelajaran Konvensional. Jenis penelitian ini adalah eksperimen, penelitian menggunakan metode penelitian quasi eksperimen. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas VIII Sekolah Menengah Pertama Negeri 3 Wonosobo Tahun Ajaran 2016/2017. Sampel penelitian ini adalah kelas VIII B sebagai kelas eksperimen I, VIII A sebagai kelas eksperimen II dan VIII C sebagai kelas kontrol . Tekhnik sampling yang digunakan adalah Cluster Random Sampling. Sebelum dilakukan uji hipotesis dilakukan uji prasyarat analisis yaitu uji normalitas, uji homogenitas, dan uji keseimbangan menggunakan uji analisis variani satu jalan sel tak sama. Setelah ketiga uji tersebut terpenuhi, dilakukan uji hipotesis menggunakan uji analisis variani satu jalan sel tak sama. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah Model pembelajaran Problem Based Learning (PBL) memberikan hasil belajar matematika yang lebih baik dibanding Discovery Learning (DL), model pembelajaran Problem Based Learning dan model pembelajaran Discovery Learning memberikan hasil belajar yang lebih baik dibanding model pembelajaran konvensional.

Abstract

Tujuan Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: (1) apakah terdapat perbedaan literasi numerasi antara model pembelajaran PBJL dan Pembelajaran langsung (2) apakah terdapat perbedaan literasi numerasi mahapeserta didik pada kemampuan penalaran tinggi, sedang dan rendah dan (3) apakah terdapat pengaruh interaksi antara model pembelajaran dan penalaran matematis pada literasi numerasi. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif. sampel penelitian adalah 80 peserta didik kelas VIII di SMP Islam Dewan Da’wah dan sampelnya adalah kelas VIII A dan VIII D. Teknik pengambilan sampel dengan cara cluster random sampling. Hasil penelitiannya adalah: 1) tidak terdapat perbedaan literasi numerasi peserta didik antara model pembelajaran PJBL dan model pembelajaran langsung. (2) Peserta didik dengan kemampuan penalaran matematis tinggi memiliki literasi numerasi yang lebih baik dibandingkan peserta didik dengan kemampuan penalaran matematis sedang dan rendah, peserta didik dengan kemampuan penalaran matematis sedang memiliki literasi numerasi yang lebih baik dibandingkan peserta didik dengan kemampuan penalaran matematis rendah. (3) Pada masing-masing model pembelajaran, peserta didik dengan kemampuan penalaran matematis tinggi memiliki literasi yang lebih baik dibandingkan peserta didik dengan kemampuan penalaran matematis sedang dan rendah, peserta didik dengan kemampuan penalaran matematis sedang memiliki literasi numerasi yang lebih baik dibandingkan peserta didik dengan kemampuan penalaran matematis  rendah.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of using the Reading Mind Mapping and Sharing (RMS) learning model and direct learning model on algebraic thinking skills in terms of students' mathematical reasoning abilities. This type of research is a quasi-experimental research population, namely the students of SMPN 2 Solear. Sampling was done by using the cluster random sampling technique and the research sample was 70 students. The instruments used in data collection are algebraic thinking ability tests and mathematical reasoning tests. Data prerequisite test includes normality test using Lilliefors test and homogeneity test using Fisher and Bartlett test with = 0.05, concluded that the sample is normally distributed and homogeneous. Hypothesis testing using two-way analysis of variance with unequal cells. The results showed that there was no difference in algebraic thinking skills between the RMS model and the direct learning model and students with high mathematical reasoning abilities had better algebraic thinking abilities than students with moderate and low mathematical reasoning abilities, and students with moderate mathematical abilities had the same algebraic thinking abilities. good with students with low mathematical reasoning ability

Abstract

Students' problem solving skills are still severely lacking, especially in derivative application materials (maximum and minimum). The purpose of this study is to find out how students' problem solving skills in derivative applications (maximum and minimum) are geogebra-assisted. The method used in this study is qualitative research method, with the focus of the research is the problem solving ability of students in derivative applications (maximum and minimum) assisted by geogebra. The subjects in this study were students of STKIP Kusuma Negara Jakarta who had attended the course or who were following the calculus I course, namely there were 6 students with purposive sampling techniques. The instrument in this study is the researchers themselves, tests to measure problem solving skills and interview guidelines. Data collection techniques are conducted with interviews, obsrevation and documentation. Data analysis techniques performed with data reduction steps, data display, data interpretation, conclusion drawing/verification. Presentation of data The results of the study showed that there is an improvement in student learning outcomes with the existence of mathematical modeling, especially in students with moderate and low problem solving skills, where students have been able to meet four indicators of problem solving, because students still need help in turning problems in problems into mathematical forms. And students with low problem solving skills only meet two problem solving indicators, because students must strive to understand the problems contained in the problem, then need to be directed in order to turn the problem into a form of mathematics
