Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menggali pengaruh disgrafia terhadap kemampuan menulis pembelajar bahasa Arab di tingkat sekolah dasar dan untuk mengeksplorasi metode serta pendekatan yang efektif dalam membantu mereka meningkatkan keterampilan menulis. Rumusan masalah yang peneliti ambil adalah 1). Bagaimana pengaruh disgrafia terhadap kemampuan menulis pembelajar bahasa Arab di tingkat sekolah dasar?. .2). Apa saja metode dan pendekatan yang efektif dalam membantu pembelajar bahasa Arab dengan disgrafia untuk meningkatkan keterampilan menulis mereka?. Penelitian ini mengadopsi metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus untuk menganalisis gangguan disgrafia pada salah satu siswa. Teknik pengumpulan data meliputi kajian pustaka, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil menunjukan bahwa pembelajaran menulis bahasa Arab di sekolah berjalan intensif. Namun, anak-anak yang mengalami disgrafia menghadapi tantangan signifikan dalam menulis huruf dan struktur kata Arab, terutama karena adanya perbedaan sistem tulisan dibandingkan dengan tulisan Latin. Faktor-faktor yang menghambat kemampuan menulis mereka meliputi kesulitan membedakan huruf hijaiyah, kendala dalam orientasi tulisan dari kanan ke kiri, serta kecenderungan untuk menulis dengan kualitas yang buruk dan tidak konsisten.

Abstract

This study examines the articulation abilities of an 11-year-old girl with a perforated eardrum in pronouncing Arabic throat letters (halqiyah). The study focuses on her articulation of six throat letters خ, غ, ع, ح, ءand ه affected by hearing impairment. Findings show that the perforated eardrum affects the child’s ability to produce dorsovelar and pharyngeal consonants accurately, often resulting in sounds that resemble other similar throat letters. Environmental and psychological support has been beneficial for her language development, encouraging improvements in her articulation skills despite physical limitations. However, auditory challenges continue to affect her pronunciation, highlighting the need for specific educational strategies to aid her learning process.

Abstract

Sistem peradilan pidana di Indonesia hingga kini masih didominasi oleh pendekatan retributif yang menitikberatkan pada penghukuman pelaku tanpa memberikan ruang pemulihan bagi korban dan relasi sosial yang terganggu. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis penerapan hukum pidana dalam perspektif keadilan restoratif, mengidentifikasi hambatan implementasinya, serta menilai relevansi pendekatan tersebut dalam kerangka sistem hukum nasional. Dengan menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif melalui pendekatan yuridis normatif dan empiris, data diperoleh dari studi pustaka dan wawancara dengan aparat penegak hukum serta pihak-pihak terkait. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan keadilan restoratif di Indonesia masih bersifat terbatas, khususnya pada kasus anak dan tindak pidana ringan. Hambatan utama meliputi kurangnya pemahaman aparat, absennya standar operasional prosedur yang seragam, minimnya infrastruktur pendukung, serta budaya hukum yang masih formalistik. Meskipun demikian, keadilan restoratif terbukti relevan dan potensial dalam menciptakan sistem hukum pidana yang lebih adil, inklusif, dan sesuai dengan nilai-nilai lokal. Diperlukan peningkatan kapasitas sumber daya manusia, regulasi teknis yang jelas, serta pelibatan masyarakat untuk mendukung implementasi keadilan restoratif secara lebih luas dan berkelanjutan.

Abstract

Dictionaries play a vital role in Arabic language learning, serving both as linguistic tools and documentation media for language development. This study aims to examine the methods of compiling Arabic dictionaries based on two primary systems: the root-based system (mu’jam q?m?s?) and the alphabetical system (mu’jam hij?’?). Employing a qualitative approach through library research, the study analyzes the characteristics, advantages, and limitations of each method, along with their relevance in modern Arabic instruction. The findings reveal that the root-based system excels in morphological and etymological analysis due to its emphasis on word roots, whereas the alphabetical system offers greater accessibility for modern users by following standard letter sequences. The study also identifies essential dictionary components, such as lemma completeness, phonetic and morphological information, and user-friendly design. These insights contribute to the development of Arabic dictionaries that are both structurally rigorous and pedagogically applicable, particularly for students, educators, and curriculum developers in Arabic language education.

Abstract

This study explores phonological errors in the pronunciation of Arabic scriptural references by participants in the Islamic Fest 2024 speech contest, analyzing underlying psycholinguistic factors. Employing a descriptive qualitative approach with phonetic and psycholinguistic perspectives, data were collected from two purposively selected participants' speech videos. Analysis involved an observe-and-note technique complemented by Praat software to examine acoustic features. Findings reveal two primary categories of phonological errors: linguistic errors, stemming from inadequate mastery of letter articulation points (makhraj) and vowel length (mad), and performative errors, driven by psychological pressures like nervousness and cognitive load within the competitive context. Both error types influence the conveyed meaning of scriptural references, potentially leading to semantic ambiguity. This study recommends developing da'wah (Islamic preaching) training programs that integrate phonetic, psycholinguistic, and semantic approaches to enhance pronunciation accuracy and semantic clarity in religious communication.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi digital telah melahirkan bentuk-bentuk kekerasan seksual baru yang dilakukan melalui media daring, seperti penyebaran konten intim tanpa izin (NCII), sextortion, dan pelecehan melalui pesan langsung. Kota Depok sebagai kota urban dengan tingkat penetrasi internet yang tinggi menjadi salah satu wilayah dengan tingkat kerentanan tinggi terhadap kekerasan seksual digital (KSD). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi bentuk-bentuk kekerasan seksual digital yang terjadi di Kota Depok serta menganalisis efektivitas penegakan hukum melalui UU ITE, UU TPKS, dan KUHP baru. Menggunakan pendekatan yuridis normatif dan empiris, data diperoleh melalui studi pustaka dan wawancara dengan aparat penegak hukum, korban, dan lembaga pendamping. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa meskipun Indonesia telah memiliki kerangka hukum yang cukup komprehensif, implementasi di lapangan masih menghadapi sejumlah tantangan. Hambatan utama meliputi tumpang tindih regulasi, keterbatasan kapasitas teknis aparat dalam menangani bukti digital, serta rendahnya literasi hukum dan keberanian korban untuk melapor. UU TPKS dinilai paling progresif dalam menangani KSD, namun belum sepenuhnya diimplementasikan secara konsisten. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan harmonisasi regulasi, pelatihan aparat, perlindungan yang lebih maksimal terhadap korban, serta peningkatan kolaborasi lintas sektor untuk menciptakan sistem hukum yang responsif terhadap kekerasan seksual berbasis digital.

Abstract

Despite facing significant challenges, Augmented Reality (AR) has proven to be a highly effective and promising tool for revitalizing Arabic vocabulary (mufradat) learning. Generally, AR is a major success because it creates a more interactive and engaging learning environment, which in turn significantly boosts students' motivation, interest, and comprehension. This key success stems from AR's ability to provide 3D visualization of the mufradat, making it much easier for students to memorize and understand abstract word meanings while bridging the gap between theory and practice. The positive impact is clearly visible in the increase in students' average test scores, the strengthening of vocabulary mastery, and the improvement of speaking skills (maharah kalam). However, this progress is met with major challenges, both pedagogical and technical. Pedagogical issues include conventional methods being monotonous and unappealing, students struggling to master and recall vocabulary, and the problem of insufficient teacher readiness in using the new technology. Technical constraints, on the other hand, involve limited AR content, issues with device compatibility (often restricted to the Android system), and the high error rate in text recognition. Therefore, while AR is a powerful solution for overcoming traditional challenges, it requires ongoing development and infrastructural support.

Abstract

Dictionaries are one of the primary learning resources, particularly in Arabic language learning. The Apollo dictionary has been a learning resource for over two years at an Islamic boarding school, but no analysis has been conducted on its components. This study aims to examine the dictionary's content and components, specifically the Apollo dictionary as a learning resource for students, and provide recommendations for improvement and usage. This research employs descriptive analysis with document analysis data collection techniques. The results show that this dictionary can be used as a learning resource due to its user-friendly conciseness. However, additional components, such as source references, are necessary for dictionary components. This is crucial for student dictionaries. Nevertheless, the dictionary should also be tailored to students' needs, considering both conciseness and completeness.
