Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh pengetahuan keuangan dan efikasi diri keuangan terhadap perilaku pengelolaan keuangan, baik secara simultan maupun parsial. Penelitian dilakukan di Jurusan Pendidikan Akuntansi Fakultas Keguruan dan Ilmu Pendidikan Universitas Halu Oleo dan difokuskan pada mahasiswa yang mengambil mata kuliah Manajemen Keuangan. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 71 dari total 220 populasi dan menggunakan non-probability sampling dengan teknik purposive sampling. Teknik analisis data meliputi analisis deskriptif, uji asumsi klasik dan analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa baik secara simultan maupun parsial, pengetahuan keuangan dan efikasi diri keuangan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap perilaku pengelolaan keuangan mahasiswa Pendidikan Akuntansi Fakultas Keguruan dan Ilmu Pendidikan Universitas Halu Oleo. The purpose of this study is to examine the partial and simultaneous effects of financial self-efficacy and financial knowledge on financial management behavior. The study, which focused on students enrolled in the Financial Management course, was carried out at Halu Oleo University's Accounting Education Department under the Faculty of Teacher Training and Education. There was a questionnaire employed in the data collection method. Utilizing a purposive sampling technique in conjunction with non-probability sampling, the study's sample consisted of 71 individuals from a total of 220 communities. Descriptive analysis, multiple linear regression analysis, and traditional assumption testing are some of the data analysis methods. The findings of this study show that financial self-efficacy and financial knowledge have a favorable and significant impact on the financial management practices of Accounting Education students at Halu Oleo University's Faculty of Teacher Training and Education, both concurrently and partially.

Abstract

Abstrak. Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk membantu kelompok ibu-ibu rumah tangga Moncobalang Desa Bontosunggu dalam memahami pengelohan daun basil sebagai salah satu produk pangan alternatif yang bernilai ekonomis. Kegiatan dilaksanakan dalam bentuk penyuluhan dan dihadiri oleh 42 peserta. Evaluasi kegiatan dilakukan pada dua hal, yakni efektivitas kegiatan dalam mencapai tujuan pengabdian dan kualitas kegiatan yang dilihat dari kepuasan peserta, kualitas materi dan penyampaian pemateri. Data hasil evaluasi dianalisis secara deskriptif dan inferensial dengan menggunakan teknik independent samples t-test. Hasil pengabdian masyarakat ini menghasilkan efektivitas program dilihat dari perbedaan tingkat pemahaman peserta yang diberikan penyuluhan (kelompok eksperimen) dan peserta yang tidak diberikan penyuluhan (kelompok kontrol) dengan nilai sig. = 0,018 (p < 0,05); mean kelompok eksperimen > kelompok kontrol (3,65 > 2,11). Adapun respon peserta dalam penyuluhan ini didominasi sangat puas dari sisi pelaksanaan, kualitas materi dan pemateri.  Kata Kunci: Daun Basil, Produk Pangan Alternatif, Penyuluhan.

Abstract

Introduction: To determine the influence of price levels, celebrity  endorser, halal lifestyle and the level of halal labels as an intervening variable in purchasing decisions for Kahf products in Indonesia. Method: The method used in this research is quantitative with a causality. The sample for this research consisted of 240 respondents taken using purposive sampling which was carried out from September – December 2023. The analysis tool used was Partial Least Square – Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) using the SmartPLS 3 application. Results: The results show price levels, halal lifestyle , celebrity endorsers , halal labels, and purchasing decisions for Kahf products are in the high category. Then, the price level has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions for Kahf products , but the level of halal lifestyle and celebrities endorser no effect. Other findings show that the halal label is able to mediate price, halal lifestyle and celebrity endorser on the decision to purchase Kahf products . Conclusion and sugession: The development of marketing strategies by companies that sell at competitive prices, a halal lifestyle, and the support of well-known celebrities can improve the image of halal products and increase the appeal of consuls.

Abstract

This study explores the use of a systems thinking approach to analyze the interactions between economic, social, and environmental factors in achieving sustainable development in South Papua, a newly established province in Indonesia. The research aims to address the primary issue of fragmented policy approaches that fail to account for long-term impacts and intersectoral linkages. Using a qualitative exploratory design, primary data was collected through Focus Group Discussions (FGDs) with local stakeholders, while secondary data was obtained from government reports and academic literature. Thematic analysis and causal loop diagrams (CLD) were employed to identify dynamic interactions and leverage points for policy interventions. Key findings highlight that economic growth is contingent upon sustainable natural resource management and human resource development, with feedback loops revealing the potential for synergies and trade-offs between Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). System archetypes such as "Shifting the Burden" and "Tragedy of the Commons" were identified, underscoring the need for policies that consider long-term impacts and equitable resource distribution. The integration of Islamic principles of justice and responsibility offers additional guidance for addressing these systemic challenges. The study concludes by providing holistic policy recommendations for sustainable development in South Papua, contributing both to academic literature and practical policymaking.

Abstract

Badan Amil Zakat Nasional Provinsi Sulawesi Barat telah mengimplementasikan Indeks Zakat Nasional (IZN) 3.0, sebagai wujud transformasi penguatan pengelolaan zakat. Pengembangan IZN 3.0. terintegrasi dengan dimensi makro dan dimensi mikro, dan diketahui bahwa dimensi makro telah berperan aktif memperkuat pengelolaan zakat di Sulawesi Barat meskipun alokasi APBD Provinsi Sulawesi Barat masih rendah untuk mendukung biaya operasional BAZNAS. Sementara, dimensi mikro belum berperan aktif memperkuat pengelolaan zakat. Rekomendasi yang dapat diberikan kepada BAZNAS dan Pemerintah Daerah Sulawesi Barat adalah memperkuat daya dukung dimensi makro dan dimensi mikro dengan menerapkan strategi-strategi diantaranya meningkatkan alokasi APBD dalam mendukung biaya operasional guna menjangkau 6 kabupaten, 69 Kecamatan, 74 Kelurahan dan 576 Desa, memperluas objek zakat melalui kolaborasi terintegrasi dengan korporasi, mengembangkan kanal digital zakat, memperluas basis donatur, meningkatkan kualitas pimpinan dan pelaksana zakat yang tersertifikasi, jangkauan zakat dapat diperluas mencakup sektor-sektor potensial bidang pertanian dan perkebunan, menerapkan manajemen risiko, menerapkan jadwal evaluasi dan monitoring rutin serta meningkatkan transparansi dan akuntabilitas pelaporan pengelolaan zakat. The National Zakat Agency of West Sulawesi Province has implemented the National Zakat Index (IZN) 3.0, as a form of transformation to strengthen zakat management. The development of IZN 3.0 is integrated with macro and micro dimensions, and it is known that the macro dimension has played an active role in strengthening zakat management in West Sulawesi even though the allocation of the West Sulawesi Provincial Budget is still low to support BAZNAS operational costs. Meanwhile, the micro dimension has not played an active role in strengthening zakat management. Recommendations that can be given to BAZNAS and the West Sulawesi Regional Government are to strengthen the support of the macro and micro dimensions by implementing strategies including increasing the allocation of the APBD to support operational costs to reach 6 districts, 69 sub-districts, 74 sub-districts and 576 villages, expanding zakat objects through integrated collaboration with corporations, developing digital zakat channels, expanding the donor base, improving the quality of certified zakat leaders and implementers, zakat coverage can be expanded to include potential sectors in the fields of agriculture and plantations, implementing risk management, implementing routine evaluation and monitoring schedules and increasing transparency and accountability in zakat management reporting.

Abstract

Ichsan Kurniadi Pengaruh Lingkungan Kerja dan Motivasi Kerja terhadap Kinerja Pegawai melalui Budaya Organisasi pada PT. PLN (Persero) UP2D Makassar (dibimbing oleh Prof. Firman Manne dan Dr. Kafrawi Yunus)Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh lingkungan kerja dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai melalui budaya organisasi pada PT. PLN (Persero) UP2D Makassar. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei. Data diperoleh melalui observasi, dokumentasi, dan kuesioner yang disebar kepada 75 pegawai tetap pada PT. PLN (Persero) UP2D Makassar.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan direct effect lingkungan kerja dan motivasi kerja memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap budaya organisasi. Nilai original sampel untuk variabel lingkungan kerja adalah 0.352 dengan nilai P value < 0.050, yang menunjukkan pengaruh positif dan signifikan. Sementara Nilai original sampel untuk variabel motivasi kerja adalah 0.547 dengan nilai P value < 0.050, yang menunjukkan pengaruh positif dan signifikan. Hal ini tidak sejalan dengan variabel lingkungan kerja yang tidak memiliki pengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai dimana nilai original sampelnya adalah -0.126 dengan nilai P value 0.335 > 0.050, yang menunjukkan tidak berpengaruh dan tidak signifikan. Untuk motivasi kerja dan budaya organisasi memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai, hal ini terbukti dengan nilai original sampel menunjukkan variabel motivasi kerja adalah 0.555 dengan nilai P value < 0.05, sedangkan nilai original sampel menunjukkan variabel budaya organisasi adalah 0.484 dengan nilai P value 0.005 < 0.050. Hasil penelitian untuk indirect effect lingkungan kerja dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai melalui mediasi budaya organisasi memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan hal ini berdasarkan hasil pengujian nilai original lingkungan kerja adalah 0,17 dengan nilai P value 0,007 < 0,050 sedangkan nilai original motivasi kerja adalah 0,264 dengan nilai P value 0,015 < 0.050, yang menunjukkan budaya organisasi dapat memediasi pengaruh lingkungan kerja dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai.Kata Kunci: lingkungan kerja, motivasi kerja, budaya organisasi, kinerja pegawai

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi kinerja petugas biller pada PT PLN (Persero) UP3 Pinrang khususnya pada aspek kepuasan kerja dan lingkungan kerja dan untuk melihat apakah lingkungan kerja dan kepuasan kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja petugas biller PT PLN (Persero) UP3 Pinrang secara langsung maupun tidak langsung melalui motivasi kerja. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif, pengumpulan data melalui observasi dan kuesioner, dengan teknik analisis data uji path analisis menggunakan Partial Least Square (PLS) versi 4.0. Hasil penelitian diperoleh bahwa kepuasan kerja memiliki pengaruh siginifikan terhadap motivasi kerja namun tidak memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja petugas biller. Lingkungan kerja tidak memiliki pengaruh yang siginifikan terhadap motivasi kerja dan kinerja petugas biller. Dari hasil penelitian juga diperoleh motivasi kerja memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja petugas biller. Hasil uji mediasi diperoleh bahwa motivasi kerja dapat memediasi kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja namun tidak memediasi lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja petugas biller. The purpose of this research is to analyze the factors that influence the performance of biller officers at PT PLN (Persero) UP3 Pinrang, especially in the aspects of job satisfaction and work environment and to see whether the work environment and job satisfaction influence the performance of biller officers at PT PLN (Persero) UP3 Pinrang directly or indirectly through work motivation.This research uses a quantitative approach, collecting data through observation and questionnaires, with data analysis techniques using the Partial Least Square (PLS) method version 4.0. The results of the research indicate that job satisfaction has a significant effect on work motivation but does not have a significant effect on the performance of billing officers. The work environment does not have a significant effect on work motivation and the performance. The research also found that work motivation has a significant effect on the performance. Mediation test results show that work motivation can mediate the effect of job satisfaction on performance but does not mediate the effect of the work environment on the performance of billing officers.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis peran strategik manajemen sumber daya manusia (MSDM) dengan menggunakan pendekatan Dave Ulrich PT Asabri Persero Kancab Makassar dan apa saja faktor yang bisa mempengaruhi peran strategik manajemen sumber daya manusia (MSDM) menggunakan pendekatan Dave Ulrich pada PT Asabri Persero Kancab Makassar. Untuk menjawab rumusan masalah maka tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis peran strategik manajemen MSDM dengan menggunakan pendekatan Dave Ulrich di PT Asabri Persero Kancab Makassar dan untuk dapat menganalisis apa saja faktor yang mempengaruhi peran strategik MSDM dengan menggunakan pendekatan Dave Ulrich di PT Asabri Persero Kancab Makassar. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif, pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, observasi, studi pustaka dan dokumentasi dengan teknik analisis data menggunakan cara editing, deskripsi data, dan kategori. Hasil penelitian diperoleh temuan bahwa peran strategik MSDM menggunakan pendekatan Dave Ulrich pada PT Asabri Persero Kancab Makassar dengan memberikan tutor pelatihan, disiplin, pelayanan dan kompentasi sehingga strategi dikategorikan strategi “Agresif”, dan untuk faktor internal ialah alternatif strategi peningkatan sumber daya manusia yang lebih tinggi dari strategi penetrasi peserta asuransi, sedangkan untuk faktor eksternal yang kenyataanya ditemukan ancaman seperti: terbatasnya sumber daya manusia sehingga persaingan usaha untuk bisa memberikan pelayanan prima pada peserta asuransi yang mengalami penurunan dan sistem pengelolaan pelayanan kepada peserta asuransi yang bertumpuh ke marketing. The purpose of this research is to analyze the strategic role of Human Resource Management (HRM) using Dave Ulrich's approach at PT Asabri Persero Kancab Makassar and what factors can influence the strategic role of human resource management (HRM) using Dave Ulrich's approach at PT Asabri Persero Kancab Makassar. To answer the problem formulation, the aim of this research is to analyze the strategic role of HRM using Dave Ulrich's approach at PT Asabri Persero Kancab Makassar and to be able to analyze what factors influence the strategic role of HRM by using Dave Ulrich's approach at PT Asabri Persero Kancab Makassar. This research uses a qualitative approach, collecting data through interviews, observation, literature study and documentation with data analysis techniques using editing, data description and categories. The results of the research found that the strategic role HRM used Dave Ulrich's approach at PT Asabri Persero Kancab Makassar by providing training, discipline, service and compensation tutors so that the strategy was categorized as an "Aggressive" strategy, and for internal factors it was an alternative strategy for increasing human resources that higher than the penetration strategy for insurance participants, while for external factors, threats are found, such as: limited human resources so that business competition to be able to provide excellent service to insurance participants is experiencing a decline and the service management system for insurance participants is focused on marketing.

Abstract

This study aims to examine and prove empirically: The role of tax amnesty as a moderator of the influence of perceived behavioral control on tax compliance. The focus of this research is whether tax amnesty can moderate perceived behavioral control towards increasing taxpayer compliance. The unit of analysis of this study is the corporate taxpayers at the North Makassar Pratama Tax Office who are participating in the tax amnesty program with a population of 610 taxpayers. Research respondents represented a sample of 90 corporate taxpayers. Determination of the sample using purposive sampling technique. The analytical method developed in this study is multiple regression analysis. The results showed that there was a positive and significant role of tax amnesty as a moderator on the effect of perceived behavioral control on tax compliance. This result also provides a clue that tax amnesty has a positive and significant influence in increasing taxpayer compliance.
