Abstract

Tanah masam merupakan tanah dengan nilai pH 4-5,5 dimana, nilai pH ini akan memepengaruhi ketersediaan unsur hara. Fosfor (P) adalah salah satu dari 3 unsur hara makro. P sebagian besar terjerap oleh koloid tanah, pada tanah masam akan bersenyawa dalam bentuk Al-P, Fe-P dan occluded-P. Jamur pelarut fosfat merupakan mikroorganisme yang memiliki kemampuan untuk melarutkan fosfat-anorganik tidak larut dengan mensekresikan asam–asam organik sehingga tersedia bagi tanaman. Asam-asam organik diperoleh dari seresah-seresah yang berada di permukaan tanah, dimana kandungan seresah terssebut dipengaruhi oleh jenis penutup lahan pada tanah tersebut. Penutup lahan adalah tutupan biofisik yang terdapat pada permukaan bumi dapat diamati dan merupakan suatu hasil dari pengaturan, aktivitas, dan perlakuan manusia yang dilakukan pada penutup lahan tertentu untuk melakukan kegiatan produksi, perubahan ataupun perawatan pada penutup lahan tertentu. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui genus jamur pelarut fosfat yang terdapat pada tanah masam dengan penutup lahan hutan sekunder, padang alangalang dan perkebunan kelapa sawit dan genus jamur apa yang paling dominan pada tanah masam. Penelitian dilakukan dalam dua kegiatan, yaitu kegiatan lapangan dan kegiatan laboratorium. Kegiatan lapangan yaitu pengambilan sampel tanah komposit. Kegiatan di Laboratorium meliputi isolasi dengan metode cawan petri, identifikasi jamur pelarut fosfat menggunakan metode deskriptif dan analisis tanah dengan parameter pH tanah menggunakan pH meter, P-total dengan metode P-Bray I, P-tersedian dengan metode Olsen dan Al-dd dengan metode ekstraksi 1 N KCl pada tanah. Hasil penelitian menunjukan terdapat jamur pelarut fosfat pada tanah masam dengan penutup lahan hutan sekunder dengan nilai pH 4,35 nilai P-tersedia 55,48ppm, P-total 87,93ppm dan Al-dd 13,30. Padang alang-alang nilai pH 4,37 nilai P-tersedia 21,89ppm, P-total 127,59ppm dan Al-dd 43,80%. Perkebunan kelapa sawit dengan nilai nilai pH 4,32 nilai P- tersedia 16,92ppm, P-total 62,93ppm dan Al-dd 13%. Pada lahan hutan sekunder dan padang alang-alang terdapat Aspergillus sp, Mocur sp, Penicillium sp dan Trichoderma sp. sedangkan pada lahan perkebunan kelapa sawit terdapat Penicillium sp dan Trichoderma sp. Genus jamur yang paling dominan pada tanah masam dengan penutup lahan hutan sekunder, padang alang – alang dan perkebunan kelapa sawit adalah Penicillium sp dan Trichoderma sp.

Abstract

Abstrak Vitamin C berfungsi sebagai kofaktor enzyme prolil dan lysil hydroxilase. Enzym tersebut berfungsi dalam proses hidroksilasi yang membentuk ikatan hidroksiprolin dan hidroksilisin pada fibroblast dalam membentuk kolagen. Selain itu Vitaimin C juga berfungsi meregulasi dan menstabilkan trankripsi gen mRNA prokolagen pada proses pembentukan kolagen di dermis. Berdasarkan hal tersebut diatas, peneliti tertarik untuk membuktikan apakah pemberian vitamin C subkutan disekitar luka insisi dermal berefek pada pembentukan kolagen yang lebih padat dalam proses penyembuhan luka. Metode: Penelitian eksperimental ini menggunakan tikus Wistar sebanyak 32 ekor, yang dibagi menjadi 2 kelompok yaitu 16 ekor sebagai kontrol dan 16 ekor lagi sebagai perlakuan. Pada kedua kelompok dilakukan insisi di punggung sepanjang 2 cm. Kelompok perlakuan diberi suntikan vitamin C subkutan disekitar luka insisi dermal sebanyak 9 mg (0,09ml), sedangkan kelompokkontrol tidak diberikan.Pada hari kelima dilakukan pengambilan jaringan luka pada kedua sampel untuk pemeriksaan kepadatan kolagen secara mikroskopik. Kata kunci: suntikan vitamin C subkutan, kepadatan kolagen.Abstract Vitamin C functions as enzyme co-factor for prolyl and hidroxylase lysil. The enzyme functions in hydroxylase process that builds hydroxyproline and hydroxylysine bondsin fibroblast in the synthesis of collagen. Besides that, vitamin C also functions in regulating and stabilizing procollagen mRNA gen transcription in dermal collagen synthesis. Based on the facts above, researchers are interested to prove whether subcutaneous injection of vitamin C around dermal insisional wound would result in more compact collagen synthesis in wound healing. Method:This experimental study used32 Wistar rats, divided into two group that is 16 rats as control and 16rats as experimental group. All groups underwent 2 cm long incision at the back. Experimental group were given 9mg (0.09ml) subcutaneous injection of vitamin c around the wound, while the control group were not. On the fifth day, wound tissue are taken on both sample to check the collagen density microscopically. Result:Collagen density on the fifth day showed significant difference between the two groups(χ2 = 5,833; P<0,05). Discussion:Subcutaneous vitamin C injection around the dermal incision wound is effective in increasing collagen density. Keywords: subcutaneous vitamin C injection,collagen density

Abstract

ABSTRAKEnergi dalam berbagai hal telah banyak membantu masyarakat. Salah satu energi yang digunakan masyarakat adalah Energi Listrik. Listrik secara tidak langsung telah menjadi salah satu kebutuhan pokok masyarakat untuk beraktifitas sehari-hari seperti menggunakan lampu untuk penerangan, menggunakan komputer untuk pekerjaan, dan bahkan digunakan untuk industri. Sehingga bila kebutuhan listrik tidak terpenuhi dapat menyebabkan berhentinya aktifitas masyarakat sehingga menyulitkan kehidupan manusia sehari–hari. Abstract

An irreversible electrochemical reaction from material interaction with the environment and causing degradation is known as corrosion. The electrolyte changes significantly affect the corrosion's reaction kinetics. Unknown factors and various notable factors influence the corrosion rate of a particular material in the environmental system. Significant interest in magnetic fields and their effects on electrochemical reactions have recently been gained. This paper studies the effect of an external magnetic field on the electrochemical oxidation of Aluminum (Al) in a 3,5% NaCl solution. The magnetic field 0; 0,8; 1,4; and 2,1 Tesla were used to expose the samples during corrosion testing. We found that the effect of a magnetic field on electrochemical oxidation shifts the oxidation potential to higher or lower than the oxidation potential without a magnetic field. Moreover, the oxidation potential's value depends on the magnetic field's intensity.

Abstract

This research aimed to investigate the influence of human resource management practices on organizational commitment, with perceived organizational support serving as a moderating variable, at the South Jakarta Metro Police. This study applied a quantitative research method using a questionnaire as a data collection material which was analyzed with the help of SPSS version 22 software. The sample in this study was 93 respondents. This study is a rather basic attempt to investigate the relationship between employees' perceptions of HRM practices, organizational support, and their attitudes (in the form of organizational commitment). According to the results of the current study, employees' perceptions on how seriously their organization takes HRM procedures can be used as a reliable indicator of their commitment to the organization. Although it is expected that this practice has an indirect effect on commitment via perceived organizational support, only two of the three practices (in the forms of career development and performance appraisal) were found to be significant. As such, more research utilizing various HRM Practices is required, as the current findings are not fully promising.

Abstract

UISU Siantar Vocational School is one of the private vocational schools and is one of the best Vocational Schools in Siantar. All SMK students are required to take part in industrial/prakerin work practices. The problem faced by partners is that when industrial work practices students do not have knowledge about the world of work and work ethic. A provision is needed for SMK students before industrial work practices take place. The training is carried out by providing material on an overview of the current labor market situation and the prospects for various types of jobs in the future. This activity is carried out by discussing between the training participants and the speakers. After training, the next stage in this activity is mentoring or teacher guidance. In the mentoring activities the training students are taught practice in behaving during the apprenticeship. The purpose of this activity is that students can get maximum work experience while carrying out an internship. Not only that, it is hoped that this internship activity can be used by students to demonstrate their abilities or capabilities in the world of work so that many people believe in and are interested in their abilities.

Abstract

The film Lenyap dalam Sunyidirected by Muhammad Fajruchi K is a film produced by Fisabilillah Production which won the 2016 Bandung Islamic Film Festival at Pasundan University, Bandung. The purpose of this research is to analyze the characterization of the short film Lenyap dalam Sunyiusing Roland Barthes' semiotic analysis. The meaning of the denotation related to the depiction of the film characters Vanishing in Silence appears in scene 1 with the main characters Prana, and Bardi with the boarding house setting in the morning, then the supporting characters, namely Ziya and Sukma, appear in scenes 4 and 5, scenes meeting at the campus park. The connotative meaning that appears in the character description of the film Lenyap dalam Sunyiis that the character Bardi is a religious person, Bardi is a figure who always reminds Prana in terms of kindness. Prana is a young man who is energetic, looks fashionable, and likes poetry (a poetic person), while Ziya is a Muslim woman, marked by a syar'i dress that covers her nakedness. Ziya is a cousin of Bardi, while Sukma is a symbol of a Muslim woman who is characterized by wearing a khimar and syar'i robe that covers her genitals. Sukma's character is different from Ziya, the depiction of Sukma's character is an energetic woman who seems shy. The myth in this study is the reality that occurs in society that everyone has different characters according to the upbringing of both parents, as well as their education.

Abstract

Virgin Coconut Oil (VCO) is a modification of the coconut oil making process so that a product with low water content and free fatty acid content is produced, clear in color, smells good, and has a long shelf life of more than 12 months. This community service activity aims to conduct training in making Virgin Coconut Oil (VCO) using the acidification method in Gampong Lambro Deyah, Kuta Baro district, Aceh Besar Regency. The community gained more knowledge about how to utilize agricultural commodity products, namely coconut and utilize coconut milk into other more useful products, namely VCO. The community of Gampong Lambro Deyah is very enthusiastic and interested in re-processing coconut in the form of coconut milk into Virgin Coconut Oil (VCO) so that residents' knowledge becomes more developed, and the results of the VCO can be used personally or marketed and can increase family income

Abstract

The cultural heritage of the Malay community encompasses various significant aspects that reflect its richness, values, and identity, from social systems to festivals celebrating tradition. The Malay community is known for its egalitarian approach, evident in their language, social interactions, and open markets where nobles and commoners could mingle freely. Traditional arts and crafts, performing arts, and cuisine showcase the unique and rich cultural heritage passed down through generations. Pulau Penyengat, as a cultural and historical symbol, holds deep historical significance with landmarks like the Sultan Riau Grand Mosque and literary works by Raja Ali Haji, demonstrating its role in the spread of religion and culture. Events such as the Malay Cultural Festival and the Lampu Colok Festival play crucial roles in strengthening social bonds and introducing Malay culture to a wider audience. Preserving these elements is essential not only to maintain identity but also to inspire future generations to continue the traditions and noble values of the nation.
