Abstract

Curriculum vitae merupakan gambaraan seseorang akan pegalamannya. Curriculum vitae sering dijadikan bahan utama bagian recruitment perusahaan untuk menetapkan posisi kerja calon pegawai. Banyaknya dokumen curriculum vitae sering menyulitkan bagian recruitment untuk menentukan diterima atau tidaknya calon pegawai. Dengan menggunakan metoda vector space model yang diterapkan di dalam program pencarian akan mempermudah mendapatkan data yang dibutuhkan, khususnya dalam hal pencarian data curiculum vitae berdasarkan kualifikasi pendidikan. Artikel ini memperlihatkan model konseptual yang dipergunakan dalam mengembangkan prototipa program komputer berbasis information retrieval.

Abstract

SMEs have become the backbone of the Indonesian economy which is faced with various situations and conditions. The increasingly competitive business environment forces SMEs to be able to maintain their existence. This effort can be realized by developing a good business ecosystem with the support of government regulations. In addition, business model innovation is also worth considering the changing needs, wants, and demands of customers. This study aims to examine the effect of ecosystem business and government regulation toward business agility mediated by business model innovation. This study involved 100 SME culinary in Bali, Bandung, Surabaya, Yogyakarta, Semarang, Solo dan Jakarta which are selected using probability sampling technique. Data is obtained by distributing questionnaires to respondents through G-Form. The collected data is then analyzed using Path analysis assisted by the Smart PLS application. The result shows that the business ecosystem and government regulation and business model innovation have a significant positive effect toward business agility. Business model innovation can mediate the relationship of the business ecosystem to business agility and the relationship of government regulation to business agility. Business model innovation is influenced by Business ecosystem and Government Regulation by 68.8%, business ecosystem, Government Regulation and business model innovation affects business agility by 61.6%. Researchers who want to conduct research on similar topics can add other independent and dependent variables so that the results obtained are more coherent.

Abstract

Companies do not just build information technology carelessly and buy information technology equipment without considering aspects of company needs. In planning information technology and systems, it is necessary to conduct a survey and analysis of user needs. So that the results of the survey and analysis become a guide in planning user needs so that the development of technology and information systems can support the company's operations, making it more efficient in running the company. The core of the problem of implementing Enterprise Architecture is to build corporate IT by implementing an Enterprise Architecture based on TOGAF ADM. The purpose of this research is to implement Enterprise Architecture aimed at making IT Planning on the Enterprise Resource Planning application system, in order to be more effective in implementing the application. The roadmap becomes clearer with the Enterprise Architecture. After doing Enterprise Architecture there is a Migration Planning stage, which is used for application to the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) application system. The implementation of the ERP system implementation will be carried out in stages using a timeline.Keywords: Enterprise Resource Planning; Enterprise Architecture; TOGAF-ADM; Bamboo processing manufacturing; Information Technology Abstrak. Perusahaan tidak hanya membangun teknologi informasi secara sembarangan dan membeli peralatan informasi teknologi tanpa mempertimbangkan aspek kebutuhan perusahaan. Dalam merencanakan teknologi dan sistem informasi perlu dilakukan survey dan analisa tentang kebutuhan user. Sehingga hasil survey dan analisa menjadi panduan dalam merencanakan kebutuhan user sehingga pembangunan teknologi dan sistem informasi dapat mendukung operasional perusahaan, sehingga lebih efisien dalam menjalankan perusahaan. Inti dari masalah penerapan Enterprise Architecture, membangun IT Perusahaan dengan menerapkan Enterprise Architecture berbasis TOGAF ADM. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah melakukan penerapan Enterprise Architecture bertujuan untuk pembuatan IT Planning pada sistem aplikasi Enterprise Resource Planning, supaya menjadi lebih efektif dalam melaksanakan penerapan. Roadmap menjadi lebih jelas dengan adanya Enterprise Architecture. Setelah melakukan Enterprise Architecture ada tahapan Migration Planning, yang digunakan untuk penerapan pada sistem aplikasi Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP). Abstract

PT. Jati Lian Tourism is a company engaged in tourism. The company has been operating for a long time and already has a customer service information system. One of the main systems is a tourism information system. The company also operates other information systems besides the tourism information system, so that one of the problems that arise is how to ensure synchronization between systems to support business operations. To determine the extent of the maturity level of the operating system, this study measures and evaluates the maturity level of the system, organization, management and all governance. The measurement of the ability of the tourism information system is carried out using the COBIT 5 Framework. The measurement results show that the current goal of the company is targeted to have a maturity level at level 3, where currently the company still has maturity at level 2. Greater efforts are needed for the company management to improve maturity to a higher level.Keywords: Maturity Level; Governance; Tourism; Cobit Abstrak. PT. Jati Lian Tourism adalah perusahaan yang bergerak dalam bidang pariwisata. Perusahaan telah beroperasi sejak lama dan telah memiliki sistem informasi pelayanan pelanggan. Salah satu sistem utamanya adalah sistem informasi pariwisata. Perusahaan juga mengoperasikan sistem informasi lain selain sistem informasi pariwisata, sehingga salah satu permasalahan yang muncul adalah bagaimana memastikan terjalinnya sinkronisasi antar sistem dalam mendukung operasi bisnis. Untuk mengetahui sejauh mana tingkat kematangan sistem yang sedang beroperasi, penelitian ini melakukan pengukuran dan evaluasi tingkat kematangan sistem, organisasi, manajemen dan semua tata kelola. Pengukuran kemampuan sistem informasi pariwisata dilakukan menggunakan Framework COBIT 5. Hasil pengukuran menunjukkan goal dari perusahaan saat ini ditargetkan memiliki tingkat kematangan pada level 3, dimana saat ini perusahaan masih mempunyai kematangan pada level 2. Diperlukan upaya pembenahan yang lebih besar bagi pihak manajemen perusahaan untuk meningkatkan kematangan menuju ke level yang lebih tinggi.Kata Kunci: Level Kematangan; Tata Kelola; Pariwisata; Cobit

Abstract

To support the bamboo processing manufacturing operations, this company uses the Enterprise Resource Planning Application System. Starting from sales operations, production, inventory to financial application systems, everything is controlled with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP). The ERP system has actually been implemented for more than 1 year. The company wants to measure the performance of the system. Then measurements were made using the COBIT 5 Framework, with the aim of knowing between real conditions and targets (expectations). Of course there will be a gap or gap. The GAP is used as a measuring tool to improve ERP system services. Before analyzing the maturity level measurement using COBIT 5, first conduct a survey to obtain data. After getting the data, then assessing and determining the maturity level for Enterprise Resource Planning in bamboo processing manufacturing companies.Keywords: Enterprise Resource Planning; COBIT 5; GAP; Bamboo Processing Manufacturing; Maturity levelAbstrak. Untuk memberikan dukungan terhadap operasional manufaktur pengolahan bambu, perusahaan ini menggunakan sistem aplikasi Enterprise Resource Planning. Mulai dari operasional penjualan, produksi, inventory sampai sistem aplikasi keuangan, semua dilakukan kontrol dengan Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP). Sistem ERP sebenarnya sudah diterapkan lebih dari 1 tahun. Perusahaan ingin melakukan pengukuran performansi dari sistem tersebut. Maka dilakukan pengukuran menggunakan Framework COBIT 5, dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui antara kondisi riil dengan target (harapan). Tentunya akan terjadi GAP atau kesenjangan. GAP tersebut dijadikan alat ukur untuk meningkatkan pelayanan sistem ERP. Sebelum melakukan analisa pengukuran tingkat kematangan menggunakan COBIT 5, terlebih dari dahulu melakukan survey untuk mendapatkan data. Setelah mendapatkan data kemudian melakukan penilaian dan penetapan tingkat kematangan (maturity level) untuk Enterprise Resource Planning pada perusahaan manufaktur pengolahan bambu.Kata kunci: Enterprise Resource Planning; COBIT 5; GAP; Manufaktur Pengolahan Bambu; Tingkat kematangan.

Abstract

The presence of a local software house company is a solution choice for companies on a small, medium and large scale. The software house company has been able to provide solutions to fulfill information systems and produce good quality software products. However, local software house companies face operational problems with the company's internal information technology in completing projects obtained from their customers. To solve the company's internal information technology problems, the company applies the enterprise architecture method to streamline the company's operations. So far, information technology operations in software house companies have experienced ineffective operations with various application systems that have been implemented. Changes in information technology operations by rearranging using the Enterprise Architecture method, and applying it to the company's software house. This study aims to develop Enterprise Architecture in a software house company, where all are designed using Information Technology Planning based on the TOGAF-based Enterprise Architecture Framework. With the application of Enterprise Architecture, information technology operations can be changed to be more organized and more efficient in supporting company operations.Keyword: Software House; Enterprise Architecture; TOGAF; Information System Abstrak. Hadirnya perusahaan software house lokal menjadi pilihan solusi bagi perusahaan dalam skala kecil, skala medium dan skala besar. Perusahaan software house telah mampu memberikan solusi pemenuhan sistem informasi dan menghasilkan produk software yang berkualitas baik. Namun perusahaan software house lokal menghadapi permasalahan operasional informasi teknologi internal perusahaan dalam menyelesaikan proyek yang didapat dari pelanggannya. Untuk menyelesaikan permasalahan informasi teknologi internal perusahaan, perusahaan menerapkan metode enterprise arsitektur dalam mengefektifkan operasionalnya. Selama ini operasional teknologi informasi di perusahaan software house mengalami operasional yang tidak efektif dengan berbagai sistem aplikasi yang telah diterapkan. Perubahan operasional teknologi informasi dengan menata ulang menggunakan metode Enterprise Architecture, dan menerapkannya ke dalam perusahaan software house. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan Enterprise Architecture pada perusahaan software house, dimana semua dirancang dengan menggunakan Information Technology Planning dengan Framework Enterprise Architeture berbasis TOGAF. Abstract

Population development must be balanced with the fulfillment of housing needs. It is increasingly difficult for people to reach house prices in an area suitable for many family members in big cities. A successful construction project is measured by three factors: the correct cost, excellent quality, and the right time. The project should be completed at a cost that is not more than the budget plan; at the time of handover, it must be checked whether the project is following the specified specifications and quality; in addition, the project must also be completed no later than the agreed time. Due to these three benchmarks, it is recommended that the fulfillment of residential needs using a modular system is recommended. This research will answer (1) How is the need for residential houses in the Big City by determining the sample in Tangerang Regency? (2) How is the effectiveness of using a modular system for residential houses if the coding process is carried out during the construction phase? The results showed (1) that the need for housing for two people and three people in the Tangerang Regency area is significant; therefore, a low-cost and efficient development process is needed. The modular system is deemed suitable for Tangerang by looking at these conditions. (2) The coding of the modular system makes the installation faster and with waste/material residue to be more cost-effective. In addition, the modular system for residential houses has been widely developed in the field.

Abstract

Seiring berkembangnya teknologi informasi akan diikuti pula dengan kebutuhan akan keamanan sebuah teknologi itu sendiri. Seperti halnya yang terjadi pada departemen IT Security, dimana pada departemen tersebut terdapat aktivitas approval ticket guna mengakses layanan server yang telah disediakan. Proses approval akses ke dalam server sendiri saat ini masih dilakukan secara manual menggunakan tenaga manusia, padahal dalam waktu 24 jam pengguna yang melakukan permintaan akses untuk masuk kedalam server dapat mencapai seribu bahkan bisa lebih ketika terjadi sebuah insiden. Hal tersebut membuat proses approval terkadang kurang optimal, karena kondisi fisik pegawai yang melakukan approval harus tetap terjaga selama 24x7 setiap minggunya. Dengan adanya teknologi robotic process automation ini nantinya proses review persetujuan akses untuk masuk kedalam server dapat diakomodir oleh robot yang seharusnya mampu bekerja secara optimal selama 24x7.

Abstract

Semakin berkembangnya teknologi informasi, membuat banyak aktivitas manusia dapat dipermudah dengan penerapan teknologi tersebut salah satunya adalah internet of things. Pada sebuah sumber penyuplai aliran listrik utama kepada perusahaan listrik negara (PLN) yang memiliki tegangan tingkat menengah yaitu 20 Kv, gardu induk memiliki peranan penting yang berfungsi untuk memastikan operasional listrik khususnya bagi masyarakat dapat terpenuhi dengan baik dan tanpa mengalami gangguan. Namun terkadang pada saat-saat tertentu penggunaan listrik oleh masyarakat mengalami kenaikan, yang membuat gardu yang menyuplai listrik dapat mengalami lonjakan arus. Hal tersebut berakibat pada meningkatnya suhu dari trafo yang diakibatkan oleh peregangan antar sambungan antara kabel dengan travo. Jika hal tersebut dibiarkan maka dapat memicu kebakaran pada gardu dan meningkatnya resistensi arus listrik yang berakibat terganggunya suplai listrik kepada masyarakat. Maka dari itu perlunya suatu perancangan enterprise architecture untuk membuat sistem pemantauan suhu yang ada di gardu induk, agar nantinya ketika terjadi lonjakan suhu dapat langsung mendapatkan penanganan dari petugas. Selain itu pada penelitian ini akan dijelaskan pula arsitekturnya mulai dari teknologi, proses bisnis dan juga metode yang digunakan untuk membangun dari sistem internet of things itu sendiri.

Abstract

The existence of the COVID-19 pandemic requires the whole world to limit activities outside the home, including in the world of education that uses a learning system from home. To facilitate learning activities, relevant media are needed, currently there are many recommendations for quiz applications with various interesting features. With the selection of the right learning application, it is hoped that online learning activities can run more pleasantly and be easily accepted by teachers and students. In this study, analysis and comparison was carried out with the most widely used quiz applications such as Kahoot, Quizizz, Mentimeter, Quizlet, and Educandy based on the features available in the selected quiz application. The five apps were rated based on the criteria: Security, Easy to Use, Features, Stable Connectivity, Results and feedback for Identification on the best quiz apps. Then the assessment will be analyzed and processed using the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method with the help of the AHP Calculator application. The results of this study, Kahoot ranks first with a score of 27.7%, followed by Quizizz with a score of 24.3% and then Educandy with 19%, then Mentimeter with 16% and in the last place there is Quizlet with a value of 13%. In addition, it is also known that the AHP method is very suitable for use in the decision-making process with multi-criteria and multi-alternatives, as well as decisions in choosing the quiz application method, because this method shows the results of a weighting comparison between criteria and alternatives.
