Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pelaksanaan kepemimpinan dalam memotivasi pegawai Kantor Pertanahan Kabupaten Madiun, kendala dan upaya yang dihadapi untuk meningkatkan motivasi kerja pegawai pada Kantor Pertanahan Kabupaten Madiun. Sumber data dalam penelitian adalah informan sebanyak 10 orang yang terdiri dari Kepala Kantor, Kepala Seksi, Kepala Sub Seksi dan Staff. Instrument pengumpulan data berupa wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data dengan reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menyebutkan bahwa pola kepemimpinan Kepala Kantor Pertanahan Kabupaten Madiun sudah baik, yaitu dengan menerapkan kehadiran tepat waktu, pengambilan keputusan dengan partisipatif, lebih mengutamakan kepentingan dinas dari pada kepentingan pribadi, menyelesaikan pekerjaan yang berat bersama, mengunjungi ruang kerja bawahan sambil menanyakan kendala yang dihadapi dan mencarikan solusinya, penempatan tugas disesuaikan dengan kemampuan pegawai, menerapkan pola reward dan punishment serta berusaha semaksimal mungkin meningkatkan kesejahteraan pegawai. Kendala masih adanya pegawai yang hadir tidak tepat waktu dan motivasi kerjanya masih rendah. Upaya yang ditempuh dengan melakukan pendekatan kepada pegawai, sering mengajak diskusi, memberikan penghargaan, bersikap ramah dengan merangkul semua pegawai dan memenuhi kebutuhan peralatan kerja.

Abstract

Purpose: Development Model of Agrotourism Tourism Village, Ngebret Hamlet, Morowudi Village, Cerme District, Gresik Regency. This further research aims to test and analyze the Development Model of Agrotourism Tourism Village, Ngebret Hamlet, Morowudi Village, Cerme District, Gresik Regency The sample in the study was 15 correspondents related to agrotourism tourism villages. Design/methodology/approach: The sampling method used in this study is to take it to the concerned corespodent. The data collection method was carried out by distributing interviews to correspondents related to agrotourism tourism villages, namely respondents in Ngebret Hamlet, Morowudi Village, Cerme District, Gresik Regency. The data analysis technique is SWOT strategy analysis. Findings: From this advanced research activity, it resulted in the contribution of the development of agrotourism tourism villages to the improvement of the regional economy in Morowudi Ngebret Village, Cerme District, Gresik Regency through the development of agrotourism tourism villages that can increase profitability and business development well and can improve village economic development in Ngebret Hamlet, Morowudi Village, Cerme District, Gresik Regency. Abstract

The aim of the research is to describe and analyze the influence of the work environment and work stress on work productivity through motivation. This type of research is explanatory research with a quantitative approach. The population in this study were all employees of ASN Public Works Department of Highways and Spatial Planning Bojonegoro as many as 70 people. The sample size is also 70 people with total sampling technique. This study uses PLS-SEM analysis. Based on the results of the study, it was found that productivity, motivation and work environment were in the high category, only work stress was in a fairly high condition. Work environment has a significant positive effect on employee motivation. Work stress on motivation does not have a significant effect. Work environment has a significant influence on productivity. Work stress has no significant effect on productivity. Motivation on Productivity has a significant influence. Work environment on Productivity through Motivation has a significant influence. Work stress on productivity through motivation has no significant effect.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to describe and analyze the effect of job satisfaction and job insecurity on turnover intention through work engagement. This research is a quantitative research. The population in this study were employees of the Al-Fatimah Bojonegoro Modern Islamic Boarding School with a total of 120 people using a simple random sampling technique, a sample of 92 people was obtained which was calculated using the formula developed by Slovin with an error rate of 5%. Data collection techniques with questionnaires and documentation were then analyzed using Partial Least Square (PLS). The results of the study state that Job Satisfaction is in the very good category. While Job Insecurity, Work Engagement and Turnover Intention are in the good category. Job satisfaction has no significant effect on Work Engagement, Job Insecurity has a significant effect on Work Engagement, Job satisfaction and Work Engagement have a significant effect on Turnover Intention, Job Insecurity has no significant effect on Turnover Intention, Job satisfaction has no significant effect on Turnover Intention through Work Engagement. Job Insecurity has a significant effect on Turnover Intention through Work Engagement.

Abstract

The study is to analyze the the influence of leadership style and compensation on employee performance with motivation as an intervening variable in PT. Gansar Jaya. The research method used is quantitative. All employees of PT. Gansar Jaya formed a study group. All 63 employees of PT Gansar Jaya decided on the sample size used in this study. The truth of the premise of this research will be assessed using the partial least squares (PLS) model analysis. Based on the research results, PT. Gansar Jaya's workers perform better under a favorable leadership style and compensation structure. Management attitude and compensation at PT. Gansar Jaya has a positive effect on employee morale. Statistically significant positive effect of PT. Gansar Jaya on employee performance has been proven. Motivation has been shown in PT. Gansar Jaya to mediate how leader style impacts team performance. motivation turns out to be a bridge between compensation and performance at PT. Gansar Jaya.

Abstract

The tight competition between food stalls scattered in the corners of the city, on the roadside in Surabaya, requires marketers to know the factors that influence someone to buy food at street food stalls. Researchers use the factors of service quality, product, and price as determining factors for someone to make a purchase at a street food stall. The population in this study were all food buyers at street food stalls. Determination of a sample of 120 people was carried out purposively with quota sampling. The research was conducted from March 2023 to April 2023. The results of the research on service quality, products, and prices affect purchasing decisions at street food stalls.

Abstract

Green open space (GOS) plays a very important role in realizing a sustainable city and has a balance of ecological and psychological functions for urban communities. Green open space (GOS) can be divided into two categories, namely public GOS and private GOS, but only public GOS can still be controlled directly by the government. Until now, there has been no study regarding the use of public green open spaces in Denpasar City. The aim of this research is to identify the availability of public green open space in Denpasar City, analyze the implications of using public green open space in Denpasar City, and formulate strategies and policies for managing public green open space in Denpasar City. Data collection techniques in this research were interviews and questionnaires. The data analysis techniques in this research are qualitative and quantitative descriptive analysis techniques to determine the availability of public GOS, SWOT analysis for the use of public RTH, and Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) to determine management strategies and policies. The availability of public green open space in 2011 was recorded at 2,341.48, or 18.32 percent. The availability of public green open space in 2019 was recorded at 1,572,990 hectares, or 12.49 percent. The difference between 2011 and 2019 was 768,490 ha, or 5.83 percent. The minimum area of public green open space in accordance with the regulations, namely 20 percent, was 1.68 percent in 2011 data and 7.51 percent in 2019 data. The implementation of the utilization of Denpasar City Public Green Open Space (GOS) based on the results of the analysis that has been carried out does not comply with the standards of Minister of Home Affairs Regulation Number 1 of 2007 concerning Arrangement of Green Open Space in Urban Areas and Minister of Public Works Regulation Number 5 of 2008 concerning Guidelines for Providing and Utilizing Green Open Space in Urban Areas. Management still needs to be improved both in terms of handling, security, and maintenance as well as maintaining the availability of existing public open space.

Abstract

Purpose in this research is to know and analyze form knowledge development apparatus at the Library and Archives Office of the City of Probolinggo. The research method used is descriptive research approach qualitative, the data collection instruments are observational studies, documentation and interviews, while the data analysis used qualitative analysis. The results showed that the development of apparatus resources at the Library and Archives Service of the City of Probolinggo has been going quite well, including the development of apparatus knowledge, the development of employee capabilities/skills, the development of attitude And employee behavior. What needs to be improved is the development of self-competence through training for employees who have not yet improved their formal education, further improving education and training for employees.

Abstract

This Community Empowerment Program activity is carried out in order to provide more assistance and provide community empowerment that has been carried out by Mitra Ibu Hj. Asmaul Husna in Dk. Kauman Benowo RT Hamlet. 3 RW 2 Pakal District, Surabaya which is located no more than 4.1 (1st partner) from Wijaya Putra University. Community Empowerment Program partners snakehead fish crackers use the surrounding community as employees and production personnel. Business Phenomena empirical conditions in the field are still many problems faced by partners. Partner problems are the lack of business capital, the lack of knowledge of cake entrepreneurs about good business / business management, often experience obstacles in innovating products, problems distributing goods, not maximizing online marketing, the absence of Branding, not doing loyalty programs, relying on very simple or manual bookkeeping, ignorance of hygienic production methods for health. The purpose of this PPM activity is to help business actors SME partners provide understanding to business actors about the supporting factors of business activities, namely business management so that the business activities carried out are not only profit-oriented, but business activities can continue to grow in the future by paying attention to and applying supporting factors for business activities. Specific Objectives are: so that cake product partners can achieve income from the results of the products they make in order to drive the economy with maximum achievement in accordance with the problems or problems that partners do. Furthermore, in order to raise the standard of his life in living his life. The target of this PPM activity at this cake product partner is training in making simple financial statements, making new cake packaging, helping digital marketing so that income increases, coaching and training employees for hygienic product production according to health standards, training and coaching on management in managing inventory and good business, helping to make logos. The method implemented in this Community Empowerment Program is through business assistance techniques including partner mindset coaching, business capital assistance, online marketing training, training and financial statement coaching, product promotion assistance, quality and quality cake production assistance, business management training. The results of this Community Empowerment Program activity are expected to be able to increase the income and productivity of this group of community partners further, the results of this activity are expected to be able to increase the income of local residents who have become employees at these partners, open more job opportunities, thereby reducing the level of unemployment

Abstract

Tujuan dari dilaksanakannya penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan dan menguji serta menganalisis pengaruh langsung maupun tidak langsung efektivitas aplikasi sistem pelaporan pelayanan KB terhadap Kinerja penyuluh KB di Kota Pasuruan melalui motivasi. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian eksplanatori dan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh Penyuluh KB di Kota Pasuruan sebanyak 51 orang dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak tyang menggunakan teknik total sampling. Analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) dengan metode alternative Partial Least Square (PLS) melalui software SmartPLS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Kondisi efektivitas aplikasi sistem pelaporan pelayanan KB, motivasi dan kinerja penyuluh KB Pemerintah Kota Pasuruan semuanya dalam kategori sangat tinggi. Efektivitas aplikasi sistem pelaporan pelayanan KB berpengaruh signifikan terhadap motivasi penyuluh KB di Kota Pasuruan. Efektivitas aplikasi sistem pelaporan pelayanan KB secara langsung berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja penyuluh KB. Motivasi berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja penyuluh KB. Efektivitas aplikasi sistem pelaporan pelayanan KB secara tidak langsung berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja penyuluh KB di Kota Pasuruan melalui motivasi.
