Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mendeskripsikan kondisi kepemimpinan, kepuasan kerja, komitmen organisasi, serta kinerja pegawai Kecamatan Kalitidu Kabupaten Bojonegoro. Penelitian explanatory dengan pendekatan kuantitatif ini melibatkan seluruh pegawai sebanyak 47 orang melalui metode sensus. Analisis dilakukan menggunakan Partial Least Square Structural Equation Modelling (PLS-SEM). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan persepsi pegawai terhadap kepemimpinan, kepuasan kerja, komitmen, dan kinerja berada pada kategori tinggi. Kepemimpinan dan kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap komitmen organisasi, namun tidak berpengaruh langsung signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Sebaliknya, komitmen organisasi terbukti berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja, sekaligus menjadi variabel mediasi yang memperkuat pengaruh kepemimpinan dan kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai. Temuan ini menegaskan pentingnya komitmen organisasi sebagai faktor kunci peningkatan kinerja di sektor publik.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi dampak transformasi digital di Dinas Pendidikan Kabupaten Bojonegoro, dengan fokus pada efisiensi kinerja pegawai, tantangan yang dihadapi dalam penerapan teknologi, serta faktor-faktor yang mendukung dan menghambat adopsi teknologi digital. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah wawancara mendalam dengan 10 pegawai yang terlibat langsung dalam penggunaan teknologi digital. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan teknologi digital, seperti sistem manajemen data berbasis cloud dan platform komunikasi daring, telah meningkatkan efisiensi kerja, mempercepat proses administrasi, dan meningkatkan akurasi data. Namun, tantangan utama yang dihadapi adalah kurangnya keterampilan teknologi di kalangan pegawai senior dan resistensi terhadap perubahan. Faktor-faktor pendukung utama termasuk pelatihan terstruktur dan dukungan manajerial yang jelas dalam komunikasi mengenai tujuan dan manfaat teknologi digital. Temuan ini sejalan dengan penelitian sebelumnya yang menunjukkan pentingnya kesiapan SDM dalam menghadapi perubahan teknologi dan perlunya pelatihan untuk memastikan adopsi teknologi yang efektif. Penelitian ini memberikan wawasan penting bagi instansi pemerintah dalam merencanakan strategi transformasi digital untuk meningkatkan kinerja pegawai dan efisiensi organisasi.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of workload and work stress on employee performance through job satisfaction in employees of the Civil Service Police Unit. This study uses an explanatory research approach of quantitative methods. The research sample uses nonprobability sampling with a saturation sampling technique (census) through interviews and the distribution of questionnaires to all employees of the civil police unit in Samarinda City as many as 69 employees. Hypothesis testing using Smart PLS 4. The results of the study showed that the variable of work stress had no effect on the variable of job satisfaction of employees of the Samarinda City Pamong Praja Police Unit. The variable of work stress has a positive and significant effect on the variable of job satisfaction of employees of the Samarinda City Pamong Praja Police Unit.The variable of job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on the performance variable of employees of the Samarinda City Pamong Praja Police Unit. The workload variable has no effect on the performance variable of the Samarinda City Pamong Praja Police Unit. The variable of work stress has no effect on the performance variable of employees of the Samarinda City Pamong Praja Police Unit. There was no effect on the workload variable on the employee performance variable through the employee satisfaction variable of the Samarinda City Pamong Praja Police Unit. There is an influence on the variable of work stress on the variable of employee performance through the variable of job satisfaction of employees of the Samarinda City Pamong Praja Police Unit.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the marketing strategy based on consumer behavior of Indosat Ooredoo users in the city of Surabaya. The main focus of the research is to understand consumer behavior in choosing and using telecommunication services, identify factors that influence consumer decisions, and formulate relevant marketing strategies based on consumer preferences and needs. This research uses a qualitative approach with data collection methods in the form of in-depth interviews, observations, and documentation. The informants consist of Indosat Ooredoo consumers and relevant internal parties. The results of the study show that consumer behavior is influenced by preferences for competitive pricing, network stability, service personalization, and digital experience through the MyIM3 application. The main factors that influence consumer decisions include price, network quality, digital innovation, and brand image. Based on these findings, recommended marketing strategies include adjusting data plans for specific market segments, improving network quality, strengthening digital features, and customer service responsiveness. This research has limitations in its limited scope to the city of Surabaya and a qualitative approach that relies on the subjectivity of the informant. Further research with a quantitative approach or a broader scope is recommended to provide a more comprehensive understanding.

Abstract

This research discusses the influence of teacher competency and school culture on the quality of education in Gugus Paud AH. Nasution, Probolinggo City. AH Early Childhood Cluster. AH Early Childhood Cluster. Nasution is a coordination platform for various PAUD institutions, such as TK, KB, SPS and TPA, which operate in Wonoasih District, Probolinggo City. This research utilizes a quantitative approach by applying statistical formulas for data analysis. The main aim of the research is to evaluate the impact of teacher competency and school culture on the quality of education through teacher performance in Gugus Paud AH. Nasution, Probolinggo City. From the research results, it was concluded that the influencing variables were the school culture variable on the quality of education, the teacher competency variable on teacher performance. Meanwhile, other variables have no influence, such as teacher competency variables on the quality of education, teacher performance variables on the quality of education, school culture variables on teacher performance, teacher competency variables on the quality of education through teacher performance and school culture variables on the quality of education through teacher performance. Abstract

This research was conducted at Starbucks Coffee Shop Tunjungan Plaza Kota Surabaya. The urgency of this study is understanding Starbucks' operations to the local environment, natural resource use, waste management, and contribution to environmental problems. The formulation of the research problem is: 1) How is the implementation of green marketing at Starbucks Tunjungan Plaza Kota Surabaya? 2) How can green marketing become a brand image in the community? 3) What are the obstacles faced by Starbucks in implementing green marketing strategies and practices in the city of Surabaya? This research method is a qualitative descriptive study that explains phenomena based on research findings combined with the use of relevant theories. This research data analysis technique includes data triangulation based on primary data and secondary data. The results showed Starbucks coffee shops created a significant positive impact through recycling programs, coffee bean sourcing and waste reduction. This combination has a high responsibility and concern for the environment that gives rise to a strong emotional attachment with customers. The secret to the success of Starbucks coffee shops is the combination of green marketing and a strong brand image that is the main driver of sustainable business success in society and the environment.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of digital marketing and Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) marketing on the improvement of welfare and business development of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in East Java, Indonesia. The research adopts a quantitative approach using a survey method. Data were collected from 200 MSME respondents across various sectors in East Java. Structural Equation Modelling using Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) was employed to analyse the relationships between variables. The findings indicate that digital marketing has a significant and positive effect on both the welfare and business development of MSMEs. Additionally, NLP-based marketing, which leverages persuasive communication and emotional engagement techniques, positively influences consumer relationships, loyalty, and business growth. The integration of digital marketing and NLP marketing strategies produces a synergistic impact that surpasses the individual effects of each approach. The study is limited to MSMEs in East Java and may not fully reflect conditions in other regions. Future research could expand the geographical scope or explore sector-specific dynamics for deeper insights. The results provide practical insights for MSME actors and policymakers on the importance of combining technological tools with psychological marketing approaches to enhance competitiveness and sustainability. This study contributes to the existing body of knowledge by combining digital marketing with NLP-based strategies, highlighting their joint impact on MSME welfare and growth—an area rarely explored in the Indonesian context.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh motivasi kerja yang memediasi kompetensi, kepemimpinan, dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja pegawai Bapenda Kabupaten Bojonegoro. Jenis penelitian eksplanatori dengan pendekatan kuantitatif menggunakan data numerik. Populasi penelitian mencakup 50 pegawai Bapenda dengan teknik sampel jenuh. Analisis data dilakukan dengan Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) menggunakan pendekatan Partial Least Square (PLS). Hasil menunjukkan bahwa kompetensi, kepemimpinan, dan lingkungan kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap motivasi kerja pegawai. Selain itu, motivasi kerja, kompetensi, dan lingkungan kerja memengaruhi kepuasan kerja pegawai secara langsung, namun kepemimpinan tidak berpengaruh signifikan. Motivasi kerja tidak memediasi pengaruh kompetensi terhadap kepuasan kerja, namun dapat memediasi pengaruh kepemimpinan dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja pegawai Bapenda Kabupaten Bojonegoro.
