Abstract

This study aims to describe the condition of performance, innovation, transformational leadership and work self-efficacy in the Bojonegoro Regency Transportation Agency. In addition, it is also to analyze the direct and indirect influence of leadership and work self-efficacy on performance through employee innovation. This study is classified as an Explanatory Research type with a quantitative approach. The population studied was all employees of the Bojonegoro Regency Transportation Agency, totaling 64 people. The research sample was determined as many as 64 people with the total sampling method. The data analysis technique used Path Analysis through the Partial Least Square (PLS) method. From the results of the analysis, it was concluded that transformational leadership, innovation and performance of employees of the Bojonegoro Regency Transportation Agency were in good condition, only employee self-efficacy was very good. Transformational leadership had a significant effect on employee innovation. Self-efficacy had a significant effect on employee innovation. Transformational leadership directly had a significant effect on employee performance. Self-efficacy did not have a significant effect on employee performance. Innovation had a significant effect on employee performance. Transformational leadership had a significant effect on performance through employee innovation. Self-efficacy had a significant effect on performance through employee innovation.

Abstract

Marketing Village Development Model Through Local Resources to Alleviate Poverty in Benjeng Village, Gresik Regency. This research aims to test and analyze the Marketing Village Development Model through Local Resources to Alleviate Poverty in Benjeng Gresik Village. The sample in the research was 15 correspondents who were related to local resources. The sampling method used in this research was to take respondents who were interested in developing existing resources in Benjeng Gresik Village. The data collection method was carried out by distributing interviews to correspondents related to the research, namely respondents in Benjeng Village, Gresik Regency. The data analysis technique is PLC. strategy analysis. The research results from this research activity provide positive results in increasing contributions to improving the economy through developing marketing villages and local resources that can improve the welfare of the people of Benjeng Village, Gresik Regency.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of workload and work stress on employee performance through job satisfaction in employees of the Civil Service Police Unit. This study uses an explanatory research approach of quantitative methods. The research sample uses nonprobability sampling with a saturation sampling technique (census) through interviews and the distribution of questionnaires to all employees of the civil police unit in Samarinda City as many as 69 employees. Hypothesis testing using Smart PLS 4. The results of the study showed that the variable of work stress had no effect on the variable of job satisfaction of employees of the Samarinda City Pamong Praja Police Unit. The variable of work stress has a positive and significant effect on the variable of job satisfaction of employees of the Samarinda City Pamong Praja Police Unit.The variable of job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on the performance variable of employees of the Samarinda City Pamong Praja Police Unit. The workload variable has no effect on the performance variable of the Samarinda City Pamong Praja Police Unit. The variable of work stress has no effect on the performance variable of employees of the Samarinda City Pamong Praja Police Unit. There was no effect on the workload variable on the employee performance variable through the employee satisfaction variable of the Samarinda City Pamong Praja Police Unit. There is an influence on the variable of work stress on the variable of employee performance through the variable of job satisfaction of employees of the Samarinda City Pamong Praja Police Unit.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganailisi pengaruh Motivasi kerja, Lingkungan kerja, dan Budaya organisasi terhadap Kinerja Pegawai. Unit analisis dalam penelitian ini adalah Pegawai Puskesmas Kedamean sebanyak 56 responden. Sampel diperoleh dengan metode sampel jenuh. Data dianalisis menggunakan uji vaiditas, uji reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, analisis regresi linear berganda, uji T, uji F, dan uji R2. Hasil dari pengujian hipotesis pertama (H1) menunjukkan bahwa tidak ada pengaruh signifikan antara motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai dengan tingkat signifikan sebesar 0,249 (p>0,05). Sedangkan Hipotesis kedua (H2) menunjukkan adanya pengaruh signifikan antara lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai dengan tingkat signifikansi sebesar 0,048 (p>0,05). Begitupun hipotesis ketiga (H3) membuktikan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara budaya organiasi terhadap kinerja pegawai. Oleh karena itu, hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa lingkungan kerja dan budaya organisasi memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Sedangkan motivasi kerja tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai.

Abstract

Latar belakang penelitian yakni karyawan Restoran Jade Imperial Surabaya memiliki kinerja yang kurang dimana terdapat beberapa karyawan yang tidak bisa mengerjakan pekerjaan tepat waktu sehingga muncul keluhan dari konsumen tentang lamanya pelayanan. Saat dipelajari, karyawan merasa resah dengan gaya kepemimpinan pada restaurant tersebut sehingga membuat motivasi dalam bekerja kian menurun. Pada realitanya, perusahan yang mampu bersaing adalah pemimpin dengan gaya kepemimpinan yang berkualitas dan efektif. Sehingga dilakukan penelitan “Pengaruh Gaya Kepemimpinan Dan Motivasi Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Pada Restoran Jade Imperial Surabaya” dengan teknik sampling jenuh dimana anggota populasi sejumlah 41 orang. Hasil analisis data dengan menggunakan Uji t (Parsial) diketahui bahwa gaya kepemimpinan dan motivasi memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan Restoran Jade Imperial Surabaya. Sedangkan berdasarkan hasil analisis data dengan menggunakan Uji F (Simultan) diketahui bahwa Gaya Kepemimpinan dan Motivasi Kerja secara simultan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan Restoran Jade Imperial Surabaya. Dengan demikian bagi perusahaan disarankan untuk memperhatikan dan meningkatkan kembali gaya kepemimpinan dan motivasi kerja agar kinerja karyawan tetap terjaga.

Abstract

SMEs in Indonesia continue to exist and develop despite the economic crisis that has hit this country since 1997, and have even become a lifeline for the nation's economic recovery because of their ability to make a significant contribution to PDM and employment. The existence of SMEs on social life is improving community welfare which consists of economic welfare, health welfare and educational welfare. This research uses qualitative methods, the focus of this research is on community empowerment through SMEs. In qualitative research, in-depth interviews are needed, which is one of the commonly used analytical methods. This research will attempt to interview several informants at the Culinary Tourism Center in the City of Surabaya. Research results show that with the new normal rules, SWK can be open until the evening. This was welcomed by local residents. To improve the quality of SWK, Dinkopdag is gradually making improvements ranging from service standards, re-design, to the taste of SWK products. SWK really needs attention from the City Government, not only limited to providing space but also paying attention to the sustainability of SMEs, especially in SWK which is devoid of visitors. The improvements range from implementing a single cashier, building improvements to training traders by skilled chefs.

Abstract

This research was conducted to examine the influence of promotion, price, and service quality on purchasing decisions at Grill Food Steak 1838 Jambi through the intervening variable of purchase satisfaction. The study utilized a quantitative method with an associative causal research design. The sample consisted of 50 individuals selected from a population of 250 using systematic random sampling technique. Hypothesis testing was performed using SEM PLS version 4.1. Data collection employed questionnaire dissemination technique. The findings indicate that promotion does not have a significant effect on purchasing decisions, while price and service quality exhibit significant influence on purchasing decisions. Promotion does not affect consumer satisfaction with purchases, nor does price influence consumer satisfaction. However, service quality has a significant impact on consumer satisfaction. Consumer satisfaction, in turn, does not affect purchasing decisions. Neither promotion nor price through consumer satisfaction affect purchasing decisions, although service quality through consumer satisfaction does not influence purchasing decisions.

Abstract

Hospitals are responsible for providing optimal healthcare services to enhance service quality and meet patient needs. This study aims to analyze the influence of drug service waiting time and drug information provision on patient loyalty, with patient satisfaction as a mediating variable. The study was conducted on chronic outpatients at Rumah Sakit Tingkat III Brawijaya using a quantitative method with a Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) approach. The research sample consisted of 138 patients selected using the quota sampling method. The results indicate that drug service waiting time and drug information provision have a positive and significant impact on patient satisfaction. Additionally, patient satisfaction significantly influences patient loyalty. Further analysis reveals that drug service waiting time and drug information provision also indirectly affect patient loyalty through patient satisfaction as a mediating variable. These findings highlight that improving efficiency in pharmaceutical services, including reducing waiting times and enhancing drug information quality, can strengthen patient loyalty to the hospital. Therefore, hospital management is advised to optimize drug distribution, enhance the competence of pharmaceutical staff, and improve communication systems with patients to foster better long-term relationships.

Abstract

Translator  BUMDES Kujati Perdana with its business, Café Omah Pring is a business entity established by the Karangjati Village government which aims to increase creativity and productive economic business opportunities for the Village community. BUMDES which is located close to the Pandaan toll road exit makes this place has the potential to become a tourist destination or rest area. The lack of branding makes public less familiar with the existence of Café Omah Pring. The method used is introduce Café Omah Pring on social media by inviting influencers. Rebranding process is very important so that consumers know more about Cafe Omah Pring. The importance of recognition is one of the big reasons for people to know and understand a brand better. Abstract

The partner in this activity is POKMAS Guyup Rukun Dusun Kebonalas, Sukoreno Village, Prigen, chaired by Mr. Rofik Usmanto as Babinkamtibmas in Prigen. The daily organizer of the Watoe Delean is Mr. Subkan. The problems felt are not internal problems or problems with local residents because Watoe Delean was created based on initiative of residents who wanted tourist attractions in their area. The existing problems are more about facilities and marketing problems. This tourist attraction has actually been operating since 2019. Due to Covid-19, this tourist attraction only functions as a rest area for those who pass through this area on their way to Mojokerto or Pandaan. Because this place is relatively new, it is very natural that the existing facilities are still inadequate. However, water, electricity, prayer room and toilet facilities are available because these are requirements that must be met by the management who collaborates to manage the Perum Perhutani forest area. With the end of the Covid-19 pandemic, this tourist spot needs to be reorganized so that it can be used as a tourist spot in accordance with the original purpose of its establishment. So it is necessary to revitalize and organize, especially the existing facilities at this tourist spot. Promotion also required so that this place is visited by many tourists, both local and foreigners.
