Abstract

Abstract. The air flow velocity is one of many factor which should be considered in building a skyscraper. This is because the air flow velocity can affect the comfort of house room. The method which is used to solve the air flow analysis is a finite volume withusing Quadratic Upwind Interpolation Convective Kinematics (QUICK) discretization technique. Finite volume method is used to obtain a mathematical model of air flow velocity and QUICK is used to discretize it such that it will yield a linier equation system in a matrix of size (mn)×(mn). To simulate the air flow analysis is used Matlab and Fluent softwares. The result show that if the barrier is higher the air flow velocity will be decreased and if the distance of barrier is longerthe air flow velocity will be increased. It can be conclude that this analysis can be applied to have a comfort house room. Key Words : air flow velocity,mathematic model, finite volume method,QUICK

Abstract

Abstract. Edge coloring -dynamic of a graph is a map , where , such that no two adjacent edges receive the same colors. An edge -dynamic -coloring is a proper -colouring of such that for each edge in , where is the neighborhood of and are the degree of while for a edge subset . The edge -dynamic chromatic number written as , is the minimum such that has an edge -dynamic -coloring. In this research develop edge coloring -dynamic on special graph, specially on graph, lobster graph, butterfly graph, diamond graph, friendship graph and star graph. The result from this research is a theorem that indicated minimum color for a graph G in topic “edge coloring -dynamic” and how the link between edge coloring with Higher Order Thinking Skill (HOTS). Abstract

Abstract. The sterilization of tooth root canal is one of phases at treatment of endodontic or pulp treatment or commonly called tooth root canal treatment. This treatment is necessary because over the years many doctors assumed cavities tooth that cause pain and can not cure, should be pulled out. Endodontic treatment is the appropriate treatment for patient. Endodontic treatment is one of the measures to maintain the tooth in the mouth as long as possible when the pulp tissue has been infected. This research construct a model of tooth root canal and solve sterilization problem by using the finite volume method. Model of simulation process is solved using MATLAB and FLUENT software. The model which is constructed based on direction syringe spray and impeller pressure. Based on the result of the research, if angle of syringe spray is getting greater then the velocity is getting lower, if the angle of syringe spray is getting smaller then the velocity is getting higher. If the value of impeller pressure is more than 6 Pa then velocity is higher, if the value of impeller pressure is less than 6 Pa then velocity is negative value, whereas if the value of impeller pressure is 6 Pa then velocity is moderate value and the change of domain length of tooth root canal is not to great, so the spreading of velocity is evenly. Abstract

Abstract.Quantum Teaching is real life learning strategy with relevances social nuances. Quantum Teaching consists of four steps, namely Tumbuhkan (Motivate), Alami (Do), Namai (Symbolize), Demonstrasikan (Demonstrate), Ulangi (Repeat) (TANDUR, for short). The research purpose is to analyze thestudents learningachievement and activities. The research design is Classroom Action Research (CAR). It consists of four stages. Plan, implementation, observation, and reflection. The research was done in two cycles. The result shows that the percentage of student learning achievement and activities respectively increase from cycle I to cycle II, namely 75% to83,33% and 70,27 % to 83,55%. It can be concluded that the application of Quantum Teaching with Crosswords puzzle technique can effectively improve studentlearning achievement as well as their activities. Abstract

Abstract. This research is conducted to describe the process of learning media development and to know the product learning media development of mathematic interactive Schoology software Geogebra based on transformation geometry at class XI SMKN 2 Jember. This research is research of development based on development model 4D that describe by Thiagarajan wich consist of 4 stages, namely define, design, develop and disseminate. Subject of this research is students of class XI at SMKN 2 Jember at Multi Media with 1 thep students number are 32 students. Data collection in this research used validation sheets model from 3 validators, teachers interview, user quetionair and students score test. The result was analysed in descriptive form the result of research, the result of the media’s validity level is 93% or in other words the prevalence level is in the “High” category, the practical level is seen from students activity quetionnaire researching 84,2% or can be categorized as “Good” and the effectiveness level of 81,25% is in the “Practical” criterion, so it can be said that developed learning media worthy to be tested. Abstract

Abstract. An  (a, d)-edge-antimagic  total   labeling  of G  is a  one-to-one  mapping taking the vertices and edges onto {1, 2, 3, . . . , p + q} Such that the edge-weights w(uv)  = (u)+(v)+(uv), uv ∈ E(G)  form an arithmetic sequence {a, a+d, a+2d, . . . , a+ (q − 1)d}, where first term  a > 0 and  common  difference d ≥ 0.  Such a graph G is called super if the smallest possible labels appear on the vertices.  In this paper we will study a super edge-antimagic total labelings properties of connective Swn graph.   The result shows that a connected Silkworm graph admit a super (a, d)-edge antimagic total labeling for d = 0, 1, 2. Abstract

Abstract. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui efektivitas metode Adams Bashforth-Moulton dalam menganalisis model penularan virus Rabies. Model matematika sistem penularan virus Rabies direpresentasikan dalam bentuk persamaan diferensial biasa (PDB) non linear orde satu sehingga sulit diselesaikan dengan metode analitik. Metode numerik Adams Bashforth-Moulton order dua belas digunakan dalam penelitian ini karena sudah terbukti merupakan metode yang lebih teliti dalam menyelesaikan permasalahan yang sulit diselesaikan secara analitik. Sebagai perbandingan, digunakan metode Adams Bashforth-Moulton order sembilan untuk menganalisis tingkat keakuratan dan keefektivannya. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa metode Adams Bashforth-Moulton order dua belas memiliki nilai error yang lebih kecil dibandingkan metode Adams Bashforth-Moulton order sembilan. Hal ini menunjukkan metode Adams Bashforth-Moulton order dua belas lebih efektif dalam menganalisis model dinamika penularan virus Rabies. Abstract

Abstract.For a simple graph G, a labelling λ∶V(G)∪E(G)→ {1,2,…,k} is called an edge irregular total k-labelling of G if for any two different edges e and f of G there is, wt(e)≠wt(f). The total edge irregularity strength denoted by tes G is the smallest positive integer k for which G has an edge irregular total k-labelling. In this paper, we consider the total edge irregularity strength of Bermuda Triangle graph and the union isomorphic and non isomorphic Bermuda Triangle graph. We show that tes(〖Btr〗_(n,4) )= ⌈(30n+17)/3⌉, for n≥1, tes(〖sBtr〗_(n,4) )=⌈(s(30n+15)+ 2)/3⌉, for n≥1 and s≥2, and tes(〖Btr〗_(n,4)∪〖Btr〗_(m,4) )=⌈((30n+15)+ (30m+15)+ 2)/3⌉, for 1≤n≤m. Abstract

Abstrak. Model sistem kekebalan tubuh terhadap infeksi Mycobacterium tuberculosis telah dikembangkan dan dikemas dalam bentuk sistem persamaan diferensial biasa non linier order satu. Model tersebut sangat komplek sehingga memerlukan metode numeric untuk menyelesaikannya. Salah satu metode numerik yang yang efektif adalah metode Runge-Kutta. Penelitian ini akan merumuskan formula metode Runge-Kutta order sembilan, dan menentukan sifat dari metode tersebut sebelum merumuskannya, serta menganalisis konvergensi dan efektivitas dari metode Runge-Kutta order sembilan bila dibandingkan dengan metode Adam Bashforth-Moulton order sembilan. Metode dikatakan efektif dan efisien bila error yang terjadi pada metode dalam menyelesaikan model semakin kecil (menuju nol) dan waktu yang dibutuhkan metode untuk menyelesaikan model matematika semakin sedikit. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa metode Runge-Kutta order sembilan lebih efisien dan efektif dibandingkan metode Adam Bashforth-Moulton order sembilan dalam menyelesaikan model sistem kekebalan tubuh terhadap infeksi Mycobacterium tuberculosis. Kata kunci : Metode Runge-Kutta order sembilan, konvergensi, efektivitas, model sistem kekebalan tubuh terhadap infeksi Mycobacterium tuberculosis.
