Abstract

Islamic education is a discipline that plays an important role in shaping Muslim individuals and preparing them to face the challenges of modern world life. In this abstract, the basic concepts and principles of Islamic education as a discipline will be discussed. Islamic education is a learning process aimed at forming Muslim individuals who are religiously obedient, moral, noble, and have extensive knowledge of Islam.Islamic education covers not only religious aspects, but also moral, ethical, social, and academic aspects. Islamic education as a discipline has a key role in shaping Muslim individuals who are committed to Islamic teachings and have the ability to make a positive contribution to society. These basic principles form a strong foundation for the development of quality and relevant Islamic education in the context of modern times.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengkaji peranan signifikan dari Majelis Taklim dan lembaga dakwah dalam konteks pendidikan Islam, dalam rangka memahami kontribusi nyata mereka pada pengembangan edukatif di komunitas Muslim. Menggunakan pendekatan analisis fungsional, studi ini menyoroti bagaimana kedua entitas tersebut menyediakan sumber belajar yang vital dan membentuk lingkungan pembelajaran bagi umat Islam yang mencakup aspek teologis maupun aplikatif dari agama. Dengan mengumpulkan data melalui kepustakaan dan analisis dokumen, penelitian ini menelisik fungsi pendidikan, sosialisasi, dan konservasi nilai-nilai Islam yang dilakukan oleh Majelis Taklim dan lembaga dakwah. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa keduanya berperan dalam menyinergikan pengetahuan formal dengan informasi praktis tentang Islam, menanamkan akhlak dan keimanan, serta membentuk kesadaran keislaman yang kuat di tengah masyarakat. Meskipun ada beberapa tantangan seperti keterbatasan metodologi pendidikan, infrastruktur, dan sumber daya manusia yang terlatih, Majelis Taklim dan lembaga dakwah secara efektif memfasilitasi pendidikan Islam yang inklusif dan adaptif.

Abstract

This article aims to provide an understanding of children's rights and protection from an Islamic perspective. Specifically about how to fulfill children's needs. Welfare is a condition where all a person's life needs can be fulfilled and can achieve satisfaction. Children are the ones whose welfare must be taken into account, whether it is physical welfare, inner welfare, or social welfare because children are individuals who will carry on their dreams. -the ideals of the nation and becoming the next generation of a country. Currently, the condition of children in Indonesia still needs to be addressed by the government and other parties because their welfare is problematic. There are many things that cause children's needs and rights to not be met, Fulfilling the rights of children who are deprived of them because they have to work and the influence of the psychosocial conditions of children when they work will affect the child's growth and development process. Islam views children as expensive gifts with sacred status. This expensive gift is a trust that must be guarded and protected by parents in particular, because children are assets of parents and assets of the nation. Islam has paid great attention to the protection of children. Protection in Islam includes physical, psychological, intellectual, moral, economic and others. This is explained in the form of fulfilling all their rights, guaranteeing their food and clothing needs, maintaining their good name and dignity, maintaining their health, choosing good friends to associate with, avoiding violence, and so on.
