Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan media pembelajaran berbasis komputer yang valid dan praktis dengan menggunakan software Macromedia Flash 8 pada materi program linier. Metode penelitian ini mengadaptasi model pengembangan Rowntree yang menggunakan teknik evaluasi formatif yaitu tahap perencanaan (planning), tahap pengembangan (development) dan evaluasi (evaluation). Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di SMK di Bayung Lencir. Teknik pengumpulan data berupa angket. Kevalidan media pembelajaran dapat dilihat dari komentar dan saran yang diberikan validator dan kepraktisan media pembelajaran dapat dilihat dari angket dan komentar pada tahap uji coba perorangan dan uji coba kelompok kecil, pada tahap pengembangan (development). Sehingga, hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa produk pengembangan menghasilkan     bahan ajar yang sangat valid berdasarkan perhitungan angket validasi dan sangat praktis berdasarkan perhitungan angket pada tahap evaluasi. Hasil penilaian kepraktisan dinilai berdasarkan aspek keterlaksanaan dengan pengambilan data dan pengamatan. Dengan demikian Secara keseluruhan hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perangkatnpembelajaran yang dikembangkan adalah layak untuk digunakan.

Abstract

The primary determinant of the educational process at SMP Negeri 1 Kayuagung is the leadership of the principal. Through resource performance personnel, primarily instructors, leaders shape students. This study’s goal was to use qualitative descriptive methods and naturalistic observation to examine the principal’s leadership strategy for raising teacher performance standards. Both secondary and primary data are used as the sources for this study. As a result, to generate the best students, educational resources must be sufficiently superior, making it important for the principal to boost the caliber of educator performance.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of using fraction block teaching aids on student learning outcomes on class III Mathematics subjects at SD Negeri 89 Palembang. The method used was an experiment, namely True Experimental design, Posttest Only Control Design type, while the research subjects were class III students at SD Negeri 89 Palembang. Class III A as the experimental class and III B as the control class with 21 students in each class. Data collection techniques are tests and documentation. The data analysis technique is the Independent T-test. Based on the research results, the average Posttest score obtained from learning using fractional block teaching aids was 69.14 and for learning that did not use fractional block teaching aids it was 65.48. From hypothesis testing it was obtained (4,900>0.3044), with a significance level of 0.05. It can be declared rejected or accepted. Thus, the fraction block teaching aid has an effect in improving student learning outcomes on class III Mathematics subjects at SD Negeri 89 Palembang.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the response and potential effects of using a mathematics e-book on the Pythagorean theorem material. The method used in the development of this ebook is ADDIE. The research data was obtained through student response questionnaires, and student learning outcomes test The subjects used were 15 grade VIII students of SMP Negeri 3 Mesuji Raya, Kab. Ogan Komering Ilir, South Sumatra. Based on the results of data analysis, student responses about practicality obtained the criteria of "very practical" with an average percentage of 86.22%. While the potential influence aspect is stated to have "potential influence" with an average percentage of 86.66% of the student learning outcomes test. The Pythagorean theorem mathematics e-book is suitable for students to use and can be developed on other materials.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh antara tunjangan profesi dan motivsai kerja terhadap kinerja guru di SD Gugus 1 Kecamatan Sungai Lilin Kabupaten Musi Banyuasi. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian korelasi. Sampel yang dipakai dalam penelitian ini adalah semua populasi guru SD Gugus 1 yang telah sertifikasi dengan jumlah 31 guru. Teknik yang digunakan untuk pengambilan data menggunakan angket. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) tidak ada pengaruh tunjangan profesi terhadap kinerja guru; (2) tidak ada pengaruh motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja guru; dan (3) tidak ada pengaruh tunjangan profesi dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja guru SD Gugus 1 Kecamatan Sungai Lilin Kabupaten Musi Banyuasin.

Abstract

This study aims to reveal more clearly about the management of educational facilities and infrastructure in improving the quality of human resources at SMK Negeri 1 OKU. This research is a qualitative research . This type of research is a case study research which means the real situation. The method used is descriptive analysis. Data were collected through observation, interview and documentation techniques. Based on the research results, it is concluded that the management of infrastructure facilities at SMK Negeri 1 OKU has been fulfilled by means of planning needs, procurement, inventory, maintenance and deletion

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan mendeskripsikan (1) Menganalisis pengaruh keterampilan manajerial kepala sekolah terhadap kinerja guru di SD Negeri Kecamatan Indralaya Utara; (2) Menganalisis pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja guru di SD Negeri Kecamatan Indralaya Utara; dan (3) Menganalisis pengaruh secara bersama antara keterampilan manajerial dan gaya kepemimpinan kepala sekolah terhadap kinerja guru di SD Negeri Kecamatan Indralaya Utara. Penelitian ini dilakukan di SD Negeri Se-kecamatan Inderalaya Utara dengan responden 107 Guru. Teknik pengumpulan data mengunakan angket dan dokumentasi.Uji validitas menggunakan Validitas Konstruksi dan Analisis Faktor, sedangkan uji reliabilitas menggunakan Cronbachh’s Alpha. Uji prasyarat menggunakan uji normalitas, uji linieritas, uji multikolinieritas dan uji heteroskedastisitas serta data dianalisis menggunakan teknik regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) Terdapat pengaruh Keterampilan Manajerial Kepala Sekolah terhadap Kinerja Guru sebesar 29,7%. (2) Terdapat pengaruh Gaya Kepemimpinan Kepala Sekolah terhadap Kinerja Guru sebesar 28,7%. (3) Terdapat Keterampilan Manajerial dan Gaya Kepemimpinan Kepala Sekolah terhadap kinerja Guru sebesar 30,9%.

Abstract

This study aims to create a didactic design in an effort to overcome the learning obstacle through DDR (Didactical Design Research) in learning multiplication of two matrices through prospective, meta-pedadidactic, and retrospective analysis stages. Data collection using the following techniques: 1) observation, namely observing learning activities, analyzing teaching materials and learning implementation plans used by teachers in classroom learning; 2) tests in the form of diagnostic tests for students to determine the learning obstacle, prerequisite ability tests, and final identification tests; 3) interviews with mathematics subject teachers by asking questions that lead to student difficulties and teacher difficulties in delivering mathematics learning material; and 4) instructional videos in the learning process. The data were analyzed to find a learning obstacle and based on these findings, a was prepared Hypothetical Learning Trajectory (HLT)which was outlined in a hypothetical didactic design. The didactic design that has been designed is implemented to test as well as validate HLT. The results of the instructional video recordings were analyzed in the meta-pedadactic stage. The didactic design of the two matrix multiplication material contains didactic anticipation that can be an alternative for the teacher when facing situations and responses that may occur.

Abstract

Penggunaan bahan ajar maupun media pembelajaran yang tepat dapat menunjang proses pembelajaran sehingga dapat membantu meningkatkan kemampuan berpikir, hasil belajar peserta didik dan penguasaan materi bagi peserta didik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan e-modul berbasis Problem Based Learning (PBL) pada materi pesegi panjang untuk kelas VIII SMP/MTs yang valid, praktis dan untuk mengetahui efek potensial e-modul terhadap hasil belajar peserta didik. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian pengembangan dengan menggunakan teori Sugiyono yang memiliki 10 tahapan yaitu (1) Identifikasi potensi dan masalah, (2) Pengumpulan data, (3) Desain produk, (4) Validasi desain, (5) Revisi desain, (6) Ujicoba skala kecil, (7) Revisi produk, (8) Ujicoba skala besar, (9) Revisi produk, dan (10) Produksi massal. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan berupa angket validasi, angket respon peserta didik dan tes hasil belajar. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa e-modul yang dikembangkan dapat dinyatakan valid, penilaian kevalidan terlihat dari hasil validasi oleh expert review (validator) berdasarkan aspek kelayakan kegrafikan, aspek kelayakan bahasa dan aspek kelayakan penyajian dengan hasil penilaian kevalidan sebesar 92,3%. E-modul juga dinyatakan sangat praktis berdasarkan angket respon peserta didik dengan persentase sebesar 87,2% untuk kelompok kecil (small group), dan e-modul dikatakan memiliki efek potensial terhadap hasil belajar peserta didik dengan persentase sebesar 86,25%. Jadi pengembangan e-modul berdasarkan tahap pengembangan Sugiyono dinyatakan valid, praktis dan mempunyai efek potensial sehingga produk layak digunakan di dalam proses pembelajaran.

Abstract

This study aimed at determining the significant effect of principals' managerial competence and academic supervision on teacher performance. This study aims to determine the effect of principals 'managerial competence on teacher performance, the effect of academic supervision on teacher performance and the influence of principals' managerial competence and academic supervision together on teacher performance. This research was conducted at SMA Negeri 3 Martapura. In this study using quantitative descriptive method. The research method used is the test method of correlation, partial and simultaneous using the SPSS 16.0 program. The results of this study indicate, 1) there is a significant influence of managerial competence of principals on teacher performance; 2) there is a significant influence of academic supervision on teacher performance; 3) there is a significant influence on the principal's managerial competence and academic supervision on teacher performance. The conclusion is that there is a significant influence on the principal's managerial competence and academic supervision on the performance of teachers at SMA Negeri 3 Martapura.
