Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memahami secara mendalam penggunaan Aplikasi Rencana Kegiatan dan Anggaran Sekolah (ARKAS) dalam pengelolaan Dana Bantuan Operasional Sekolah (BOS) di SD Negeri Kecamatan Mesuji. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian studi kasus. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara 1 mendalam dengan kepala sekolah, bendahara sekolah, operator ARKAS, dan guru, observasi partisipan, dan studi dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ARKAS memiliki potensi untuk meningkatkan transparansi dan akuntabilitas dalam pengelolaan dana BOS. Namun, efektivitas penggunaan ARKAS dipengaruhi oleh beberapa faktor, antara lain: (1) pemahaman dan kompetensi pengguna dalam mengoperasikan ARKAS, (2) ketersediaan infrastruktur dan dukungan teknis, (3) konsistensi dalam penerapan aturan dan prosedur, dan (4) komitmen dari seluruh stakeholder sekolah. Kendala yang dihadapi dalam penggunaan ARKAS antara lain: kesulitan dalam mengintegrasikan data, kurangnya pelatihan dan pendampingan, serta permasalahan konektivitas internet. Meskipun demikian, secara umum pengguna merasa puas dengan ARKAS karena memudahkan dalam perencanaan, pencatatan, dan pelaporan penggunaan dana BOS.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kompensasi dan kompetensi profesional terhadap kinerja guru sekolah dasar di Kecamatan Mesuji Makmur. Metode yang dipakai dalam penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan populasi sebanyak 57 guru sekolah dasar negeri di Kecamatan Mesuji Makmur, yang juga dijadikan sampel penelitian. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kompensasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja guru, dengan nilai t-hitung sebesar 3,162 (p < 0,05). Kompensasi yang layak mampu meningkatkan motivasi dan efektivitas kerja guru. Kompetensi profesional juga memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja guru, dengan nilai t-hitung sebesar 2,290 (p < 0,05), yang menegaskan pentingnya penguasaan pengetahuan, keterampilan, dan sikap dalam mendukung proses pembelajaran. Secara simultan, kompensasi dan kompetensi profesional menunjukkan pengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja guru, dengan nilai F-hitung sebesar 15,324 (p < 0,05). Kombinasi kedua variabel ini berkontribusi secara signifikan dalam menciptakan kinerja guru yang optimal, mendukung peningkatan kualitas pendidikan, dan hasil belajar siswa. Penelitian ini menekankan pentingnya perhatian terhadap aspek kompensasi dan pengembangan kompetensi profesional untuk meningkatkan kinerja guru, sehingga tercipta lingkungan pendidikan yang lebih berkualitas.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and describe the planning, implementation and evaluation of the principal in maximizing the quality of education at SMP Negeri 1 Air Salek The method used is a qualitative method. Data collection techniques use observation, interviews and documentation. The results of the study can be concluded that the Principal's Strategy in Improving the Quality of Education at SMP Negeri 1 Air Salek is through enforcing discipline, being responsible for the tasks given to both teachers and principals. The principal in improving the quality of education is highly prioritized. Various strategies have been carried out, including the first one, such as implementing school-based management to encourage direct participation so that in making decisions it is more responsive and involving parents through committees so that parents know the quality of the school, and working together with other institutions so that education is more optimal, improving the development of teacher quality through seminars and sending training held by the district office to improve teacher quality.

Abstract

The excellent class program is an alternative strategy to improve the quality of education by providing more intensive and quality learning for high-achieving students. This study aims to show the effectiveness of the excellent class program in improving the quality of education by evaluating the Context, Input, Process, and Product models. The location of the study was SMA Negeri 3 Palembang. The method used in the study was qualitative with a phenomenological approach. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of the study showed that the excellent class facilitated outstanding students to develop optimally. This program has a positive impact on improving the quality of education, seen from student academic achievement, learning motivation, and character and skill development. The school has succeeded in improving the quality of graduates with 80% continuing their higher education. However, there are still obstacles to facilities, disruptions between students in excellent classes and regular classes, and teacher-parent relationships. Therefore, improvements are needed to be more optimal and sustainable.

Abstract

The purpose of carrying out this research is 1) To determine the effect of competency on teacher performance at State High School, Sembawa District, Banyuasin Regency; 2) To determine the effect of intrinsic motivation on teacher performance at State High School, Sembawa District, Banyuasin Regency; 3) To determine the influence of competency and intrinsic motivation on teacher performance at State High School, Sembawa District, Banyuasin Regency. This research was carried out at Sembawa District Public High School with a research sample of 97 teachers. Data collection techniques were carried out through observation, documentation studies and distributing questionnaires. The validity test uses construct validity, while the reliability test uses Cronbach's Alpha. Linearity Test and Normality Test. The results of this research are that: 1) There is a partially significant influence between teacher competency on teacher performance in Sembawa District Public High School, Banyuasin Regency, where t = 3.284 > from t table 1.671; 2) There is a partially significant influence between intrinsic motivation on teacher performance at SMA Negeri Sembawa District, Banyuasin Regency, where t = 3.151 > from t table 1.671; 3) There is a simultaneous influence between teacher competence and intrinsic motivation on teacher performance in Sembawa District Public High School, Banyuasin Regency where the calculated f value = 6.112 > more than f Table 2.74.

Abstract

Design Thinking is a creative approach to solving human-centered problems, emphasizing empathy, ideation, prototyping, and testing solutions. This approach is useful in creating student-centered learning innovations, providing positive experiences, and increasing learning engagement and outcomes. In the context of education, Design Thinking helps educators understand student needs through five stages: empathy, definition, ideation, prototype, and testing. Implementation of this method allows learning to be more effective, efficient, and interesting. This Community Service (PkM) is designed to socialize the concept of Design Thinking to educators through the delivery of materials and direct practice. The stages of activity include preparation, implementation: pretest, delivery of materials along with examples of design thinking concepts, creating interview instruments, reflection, and posttest, and program evaluation. Participants are trained to understand the concept of Design Thinking, identify implementation challenges, and create instruments to find and solve educational problems. The results obtained from this PkM activity are: (1) the average increase in understanding of the material on Design Thinking using N-Gain is 0.50, included in the moderate category (2) recapitulation of participant satisfaction with the PkM activities that have been carried out by the PkM team of the Mathematics Education and PPG Study Program obtained an average of 83.7% of participants strongly agree and 36.3% agree. From the results of this PkM activity, it can improve the competence of educators in implementing Design Thinking as an innovative learning method that is centered on students, so that "Design Thinking can Develop Creative Competence and Student Mindsets.

Abstract

This research aims to produce a video media product for learning the material of sequences and series for class XI students that is valid, practical, and has potential effects. The method used in this research is the research and development method with the ADDIE development procedure, which consists of five stages, namely: 1) Analysis, 2) Design, 3) Development, 4) Implementation, and 5) Evaluation. The instruments used to obtain research data are in the form of expert validation questionnaires, student response questionnaires, and test sheets. The results of the assessment from the experts obtained a percentage score of 84.81% so that the learning video was declared "Valid". The results of the student response questionnaire obtained a percentage score of 92.70% with the "Very Practical" category. Student test results after using the learning video obtained a percentage of learning completeness of 81.25% with the criteria "Very High" so that the learning video is declared to have a potential effect and is suitable for use in the learning process.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the use of teaching aids on the flat shape material on student learning outcomes in grade IV SD Negeri 31 Palembang. The research method used is an experimental method with a One-Group Pretest-Posttest Design. The data collection technique in this study was a test question in the form of a description of 5 questions. The results of this study indicate that the pretest (initial test) of students' knowledge has an average value of 58.18 with a less category after being giventreatment using a nailed board prop with the help of the demonstration method. The results of the final test (posttest) showed an average value of 74.32 in the good category and experienced an increase. Obtained t.count 9.632 and t.table 1.720 with a significant level = 0.05, (t.count 9.632 > t.table 1.720) following the criteria for testing the hypothesis if t.count > t.table then H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted. Thus there is an effect of the use of teaching aids on the flat material on student learning outcomes in class IV.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui adanya pengaruh setelah menggunakan model pembelajaran project based learning (PJBL), sudah dianalisis terlihat bahwa nilai rata-rata kelas eksperimen dan kelas kontrol berbeda. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif jenis Quasi Eksperimental Design. Populasi penelitian adalah seluruh kelas IV SD Negeri Epil. Sampel penelitian adalah kelas IV.A (eksperimen) dan IV.B Kelas Kontrol, dengan jumlah siswa IV.A 22 Siswa dan IV.B 25 siswa Pengambilan data dengan menggunakan nilai tes dari hasil belajar berupa posttes. Bahwa pada bagian hasil data 11,865 dan 1,684 penujian hipotesis yaitu Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima jika pada penelitian ini di peroleh 11,865 <  1,684 maka Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima. Maka dapat disimpulkan bahwah terdapat pengaruh dari model PjBL tersebut.

Abstract

Abstrak Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah menciptakan materi ajar dalam bentuk e-modul yang dapat disesuaikan pada topik bangun ruang kerucut dengan berbasis etnomatematika. Hal ini dilakukan untuk mencapai pembelajaran yang efektif, praktis, dan mengahasilkan efek potensial bermanfaat dengan menggunakan aplikasi Canva agar lebih menarik. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian pengembangan dengan jenis formative research Tessmer. Langkah-langkahnya mencakup tahap awal dan tahap pengembangan dengan formatif evaluation yang terdiri self evaluation, expert riview, one-to-one, small group, dan field test. Subjek pada penelitian ini terdiri dari 28 siswa kelas V di SD Negeri 19 Palembang, Sumatera Selatan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa e-modul yang dikembangkan valid dilihat dari aspek yang divalidasi pada tahap expert review dengan tingkat kevalidan mencapai 84,2%., praktis dilihat dari angket pada tahap one-to-one yang mencapai 93,33%, small group 91,38%, field 95,64%. dan menghasilkan efek potensial dilihat dari hasil tes siswa mencapai 96,67%.
