Abstract

Seeing the increasingly diverse competitiveness of Islamic boarding schools because the number of Islamic boarding schools continues to increase every year, for this reason, Nurul Quran Islamic Boarding School also has a strategy in promoting its Islamic boarding schools. This study aims to find out how the communication strategy of Islamic boarding schools in involving alumni to promote Nurul Quran Islamic boarding schools and what alumni do in promoting Islamic boarding schools. The approach used in this research is modern organizational communication theory and qualitative research methods with data collection techniques of observation, interviews and documentation. as for the subject of this research is the Organization of the Nurul Qur'an Islamic Boarding School. The results of this study indicate that the pesantren's communication strategy in involving alumni to promote the boarding school is to form Jami;ah or ILMINA management groups, Alumni maintain good relations with the pesantren, build good communication between alumni, create ILMINA social media accounts, participate in activities cottage. then the alumni in promoting the cottage, namely by following the social media accounts of the cottage and ILMINA administrators on the social media of each alumni, holding special alumni events at the cottage and outside the cottage.

Abstract

This research aims to analyse the communication patterns applied by the Child Protection Agency (LPA) of Mataram City in handling broken home family conflicts, especially those affecting children who are victims of physical, emotional, and neglect violence. Mataram City was chosen as the research location due to the high prevalence of divorce, domestic violence, and child neglect cases during 2022-2024. This research used a qualitative approach with a case study method. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, direct observation, and documentation studies, then analysed using the Miles and Huberman interactive model through the stages of reduction, presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results showed that the effective communication pattern applied by LPA (Child Protection Agency) Mataram City includes a trauma-informed care approach, the use of non-verbal communication media such as drawing and writing, and empathy-based counselling. This pattern contributes positively to children's psychosocial recovery, despite challenges such as a lack of empathic communication training and weak inter-agency coordination. Recommendations include strengthening the referral system between the Mataram City Child Protection Agency (LPA), schools and safe houses; developing an empathic communication training module based on local culture for field officers; and establishing a child protection policy coordination forum that is responsive to the dynamics of broken home families in urban areas.

Abstract

The transition from analog to digital broadcasting has been mandated for West Nusa Tenggara (NTB) Province. Numerous stakeholders are involved in the dissemination of information about the relocation of broadcasting in NTB. The spread of information about broadcasting migration and the pressing need for digital broadcasting are investigated in this study using the qualitative technique. The study's findings show that the government used a number of broadcasting organizations (TV and radio) to disseminate information about the migration to digital television in NTB. The public has endorsed this in order to acquire broadcasting services of a higher caliber. This switch to broadcasting is the best move for making optimum use of frequency and fostering the development of the digital economy and industry.

Abstract

Monitoring of broadcasting content by various parties includes public awareness and participation to create a positive broadcasting atmosphere in Indonesia. This research uses a qualitative method that focuses on the Environmental Care Program by KPID NTB in Banyumulek Village, West Lombok. The results showed that KPID NTB succeeded in building public awareness and participation in monitoring broadcast content through media literacy activities in the Desa Peduli Penyiaran program. This is reflected in two indicators, namely the creation of effective communication between the community and various parties and the increasing number of complaint desks that enter KPID NTB.

Abstract

Islam is a religion brought by the Prophet Muhammad sallallaahu ‘Alaihi Wasallam which is a mercy for the universe. But lately, there have been several issues of cornering Islam, namely Islamophobia. This is because sometimes the application of Islam normatively and also its application in the real world that we call the term historical Islam occurs in conflict things, so in this case the approach of humanism, the wisdom of thinking, mutual respect and mutual respect in order to create a safe life and peace. The data analysis method that the researcher uses is a descriptive analysis method, which explains the data with the elaboration based on theories, one of the theory is M. Amin Abdullah's theory of normative and historical Islam. This research is in the form of library research. The results of this study are the solution to the normative and historical problem of Islam, namely missionary communication that is humanist, advising, embracing, not criticizing and not forcing and remaining in the arms of ukhuwah Islamiyah as long as these differences can still be tolerated and does not come out of the boundaries of sharia 'at Islam itself. Why does humanist da'wah communication become a middle way to reconcile normative or historical understanding? Because in fact the problem is not the difference itself, but how we respond to these differences.

Abstract

Interpersonal communication between students and lecturers plays an important role in increasing learning motivation both on and off campus. Effective communication is essential to support smooth academic interaction. Meanwhile, religious tolerance encourages individuals to socialize not only with those of the same faith but also with those of different beliefs, thereby creating a harmonious environment. This study aims to explore the dynamics of interpersonal communication and religious tolerance between students and lecturers in an academic setting. This study employed a qualitative method with a phenomenological approach, involving 99 respondents. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using the Miles and Huberman model. The results showed several indicators of interpersonal communication, including openness (25%), empathy (31%), support (33%), a positive attitude (32%), and equality (34%). Indicators of religious tolerance included care (38%), compassion (38%), mutual respect (40%), openness (44%), and comfort (36%). The average scores for interpersonal communication and religious tolerance were 31% and 39%, respectively. These findings indicate a positive pattern of communication in the academic environment and a fairly good level of tolerance among students and lecturers. The results provide a foundation for designing training programs that strengthen interpersonal communication skills and promote religious tolerance in higher education institutions.

Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini menganalisis strategi dakwah digital orang tua dalam peran mereka sebagai madrasah pertama bagi anak-anak di tengah tantangan disrupsi teknologi. Menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi kepustakaan, penelitian ini mensintesis temuan dari berbagai literatur untuk membangun sebuah kerangka kerja strategis yang unik dan orisinal. Hasilnya, penelitian ini mengidentifikasi Kerangka Strategis 5-M sebagai model yang efektif: (1) Memahami, yaitu memandang anak sebagai anugerah yang harus dijaga fitrah-nya; (2) Meneladani, yaitu membangun otoritas moral digital melalui praktik yang bertanggung jawab; (3) Mengarahkan, yaitu berperan sebagai digital navigator yang memandu anak; (4) Menghadirkan, yaitu menciptakan benteng spiritual dan emosional; dan (5) Mengembangkan, yaitu menjadi pembelajar berkelanjutan di era digital. Kerangka 5-M ini tidak hanya menjawab tantangan pendidikan anak di era digital tetapi juga menawarkan panduan praktis dan holistik bagi orang tua untuk menanamkan nilai-nilai agama secara efektif. Abstract: This study analyzes the digital da'wah strategies of parents to effectively serve as the "first madrasah" for their children amid the challenges of technological disruption. Using a qualitative approach with a library research method, the study synthesizes findings from various literature to build a unique and original strategic framework. The results identify the 5-M Strategic Framework as an effective model: (1) Understanding (Memahami), viewing children as a divine gift whose fitrah must be protected; (2) Modeling (Meneladani), building digital moral authority through responsible practice; (3) Guiding (Mengarahkan), acting as a digital navigator to lead children; (4) Presence (Menghadirkan), creating a spiritual and emotional fortress; and (5) Evolving (Mengembangkan), becoming a continuous learner in the digital era. This 5-M framework not only addresses the challenges of child education in the digital age but also offers a practical and holistic guide for parents to effectively instill religious values.

Abstract

The transformation of education towards the Education 5.0 era requires human resources, especially teachers, to be prepared in mastering digital literacy that is in line with Islamic values. This study aims to systematically review literature discussing teacher digital literacy in the context of Islamic education, with a focus on the level of Human Resource (HR) readiness in responding to the challenges of the Education 5.0 era. Using a qualitative method with a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) approach, this study traces publications from the DOAJ, Scopus, and Google Scholar databases published between 2015 and 2025. The findings indicate that the readiness of Islamic education HR is still in a transitional phase and is not yet evenly distributed among individuals and institutions. Although there have been efforts to integrate digital technology in alignment with Islamic values by some teachers and institutions, its implementation is generally still limited to technical and administrative aspects. Digital literacy has not yet been fully internalized as part of strategic, reflective, and transformative pedagogical reform. These findings underscore the importance of strengthening digital literacy training based on Islamic values, as well as the need for institutional policies and visionary leadership that support the sustainable integration of technology in Islamic education. Transformasi pendidikan menuju era Pendidikan 5.0 menuntut kesiapan sumber daya manusia, terutama guru, dalam menguasai literasi digital yang selaras dengan nilai-nilai keislaman. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengkaji secara sistematis literatur yang membahas literasi digital guru dalam konteks pendidikan Islam, dengan fokus pada tingkat kesiapan Sumber Daya Manusia (SDM) dalam merespons tantangan era Pendidikan 5.0. Menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan Systematic Literature Review (SLR), studi ini menelusuri publikasi dari database DOAJ, Scopus, dan Google Scholar yang diterbitkan antara tahun 2015 hingga 2025. Hasil telaah menunjukkan bahwa kesiapan SDM pendidikan Islam masih berada pada fase transisional dan belum merata antar individu maupun lembaga. Meskipun terdapat upaya integrasi teknologi digital yang selaras dengan nilai-nilai keIslaman oleh sebagian guru dan institusi, penerapannya secara umum masih terbatas pada aspek teknis dan administratif. Literasi digital belum sepenuhnya diinternalisasi sebagai bagian dari reformasi pedagogis yang strategis, reflektif, dan transformatif. Temuan ini menegaskan pentingnya penguatan pelatihan literasi digital berbasis nilai Islam serta kebijakan kelembagaan dan kepemimpinan visioner yang mendukung integrasi teknologi dalam pendidikan Islam secara berkelanjutan. Kata Kunci :  Era Pendidikan 5.0; Literasi Digital Guru; Pendidikan Islam; Sumber Daya Manusia.

Abstract

Apart from being a medium of entertainment, online games can also be used as a medium of communication between players, because online games have communication features that allow players to interact, even though they are in different places. The intensity of the interaction of free-fire online game players, depending on the duration of the game, the longer the duration of the game they participate in, the potential for negative communication behavior to arise spontaneously. This study found that there was a negative impact of the free-fire online game on the negative behavior and forms of communication of children playing free-fire online games in Bile Tepung Hamlet, West Lombok.

Abstract

Nilai moral merupakan nilai yang berkaitan dengan baik buruk tingkah laku manusia dalam kehidupan. Berkaitan dengan moral, karya sastra khususnya novel dan kehidupan masyarakat merupakan dua hal yang tidak dapat dipisahkan. Novel merupakan gambaran realitas kehidupan yang digambarkan oleh pengarang berdasarkan pengalaman dan ungkapan perasaan pribadi. Senda dengan hal tersebut, pembelajaran bahasa Indonesia dapat dilakukan melalui kegiatan apresiasi. Apresiasi meruapakan suatu kegiatan menilai, memahami dan menghayati sebuah karya sastra. Pengajaran sastra dapat dilakukan dengan memperkenalkan sastra pada peserta didik agar dapat memahami, merasakan dan memetik nilai-nilai dalam sebuah karya sastra. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif kualitatif. Diskriptif kualitatif dengan teknik analisis isi ini menguraikan setiap kutipan dalam novel yang mencerminkan perilaku moral sebagai sumber data. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini yaitu teknik catat. Peneliti membaca novel Peter karya Risa Saraswati secara berulang demi mengetahui makna cerita dalam novel tersebut. setelah mengetahui makna dalam cerita, peneliti menandai setiap kutipan yang mencerminkan pesan moral, kemudian mencatatnya dalam lembar yang sudah di sediakan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pesan moral yang terdapat dalam novel tersebut seperti: kasih sayang orang tua, nasionalisme, percaya diri, bersahabat, menghargai orang lain, sopan santun, peduli lingkungan, peduli sesama, religius, menghargai tamu. Melalui pesan moral tersebut, menjadikan novel ini relevan sebagai bahan pembelajaran bahasa Indonesia. Hal ini dikarenakan bahwa pendidikan tidak hanya sebagai transfer ilmu pengetahun namun juga pembentukan moral spiritual, sehingga melalui beberapa pesan moral yang terdapat dalam novel tersebut diharapkan dapat diteladani oleh pembaca terutama peserta didik.
