Abstract

officers' limitations in their analysis of data at the population and civil registry service in Bandung. The majority of these issues are brought on by the apparatus's lack of knowledge and skill as well as the sparse availability of computers. The sub-district office does not have adequate data storage, and data management and display are not supported by technology. Implementation strategy using coaching and training. The instruction offered takes the form of fundamental knowledge on how to show district population data using Smart PLS. Its operations include instruction and support for using the Smart PLS application in the Cipadung Village to present and process data. To determine how well the trainees understood how to use the Smart PLS program, interviews and questionnaires were administered as part of the service. The customer assistance team provides clear and comprehensive explanations of the data display. The use of this Smart PLS software aids Kelurahan staff in comprehending and processing data. It is beneficial to sub-district authorities in their work with the taught apps.

Abstract

Abstract Human character and interaction with the environment greatly affect the quality of the environment, so character education is key in instilling environmental awareness in the younger generation. This study aims to determine the effect of PBLHS Movement on the environmental care character of Samir State Elementary School students. This study uses a non-experimental quantitative approach with a correlational method and saturated sample technique, 98 students as a population. Data were collected through questionnaires that were compiled based on variable indicators. The results showed that PBLHS Movement had a positive and significant influence on students' environmental care character with a sig value. 0.000 0.05 and the tcount value is 6.296 ttable 1.6612. This finding supports the theory that the integration of the PBLHS Movement creates an effective synergy in shaping students' environmental care character. It is recommended that schools optimise this program and increase cooperation with parents and policy makers so that the results are even more optimal in improving the character of environmental care.Keywords: PBLHS Movement, Environmental Care Character

Abstract

Amid the difficulty of finding a job, entrepreneurial skills are becoming increasingly important. Final semester students are fased with an increasingly dynamic and competitive world of work. The hope is that by optimizing their potential, students can increase their entrepreneurial intention to create their jobs. This study aims to determine the influence of entrepreneurial knowledge, entrepreneurial motivation, and social support on entrepreneurial intention. This research is quantitative. The sample of this study were final semester students totaling 87 students with data collection techniques using a questionnaire. The analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that entrepreneurial knowledge has a significant effect on entrepreneurial intention, entrepreneurial motivation has a significant effect on entrepreneurial intention, and social support has a significant effect on entrepreneurial intention. Based on the findings of this study, it is recommended that students increase entrepreneurial knowledge and entrepreneurial motivation because these two variables have a positive and significant effect on entrepreneurial intentions.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of leadership style, motivation, and organizational culture on employee performance at Mata Hati Coffee Shop. The population used is all employees totaling 52 people spread across three (3) branches of Mata Hati Coffee Shop. The sampling technique uses a type of non-probability sampling, namely saturated samples. The research method uses quantitative research methods. The results of this study found that there is a positive and significant influence between leadership style on the performance of Mata Hati Coffee Shop employees partially. there is a positive and significant influence between motivation on the performance of Mata Hati Coffee Shop employees partially. there is a positive and significant influence between organizational culture on the performance of Mata Hati Coffee Shop employees partially. There is an influence between leadership style, motivation, and organizational culture on the performance of Mata Hati Coffee Shop employees simultaneously

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to investigate and explain the impact of competence, organizational commitment, and career development on employee performance at the Tamansari Branch of PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia Bandung. Employees of the customer service executor of PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia Bandung, Tamansari Branch, were the focus of this study. The saturation sampling technique was used, with a total sample of 40 respondents. Data was gathered through the distribution of questionnaires. Multiple linear regression analysis was employed as the analysis technique. Employee performance at PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia Bandung, Tamansari Branch was positively and significantly influenced by competence, organizational commitment, and career growth, according to the findings.

Abstract

Human character and behaviour play an important role in determining the quality of the environment, character education is the key to instilling environmental care character in the younger generation. This study aims to determine the effect of the PBLHS Movement, the Pancasila Student Profile Strengthening Project, and positive culture on the environmental care character of Samir State Elementary School students in the 2023/2024 academic year. By using a correlational quantitative approach. Population 98 students using saturated sample technique, data collected through questionnaires, and analysed using t test and f test. The results showed that PBLHS Movement, P5, and positive culture partially and simultaneously had a significant effect on students' environmental care character, with an Fcount value of 390.458 > Ftable 2.70 and a significance level of 0.000 < α = 0.05. This finding confirms the importance of the integration of the three variables in shaping holistic and sustainable environmental care character. It is recommended that schools collaborate with policy makers and student guardians so that students' environmental care character is stronger and more cultured.

Abstract

Community Empowerment in the Fields of Education, Entrepreneurship, and the Environment in Villages is a comprehensive initiative encouraging holistic development and empowerment of rural communities. This service activity aims to empower the community through an integrated approach that addresses education, entrepreneurship, and the environment. This service method uses Participatory Action Research (PAR), which involves participatory needs assessments, tailored educational programs, entrepreneurial empowerment initiatives, and environmental awareness campaigns. Collaborative partnerships with community stakeholders, educators, entrepreneurs, and environmental advocates are integral to the success of this initiative. The results of this service show increased learning outcomes, entrepreneurial skills, and awareness of the environment in the village. Through local education, small-scale business support, and sustainable practices, community members have gained agency, economic security, and a sense of environmental responsibility. The success of this initiative underscores the interconnectedness of these pillars in promoting comprehensive community empowerment. So, the Community Empowerment initiative is a model for inclusive and sustainable development strategies in rural areas.

Abstract

Indonesia sebagai negeri agraris, mempunyai banyak keunggulan yang bisa jadi sesuatu peninggalan dalam kenaikan perkembangan ekonomi. Pada tahun 2019, Indinesia menjadi destinasi wisata paling favorit di dunia menurut situs CNTraveler, dimana keindahan alam yang ditawarkan di Pulau Gili dan Bali merupakan salah satu sebabnya. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian eksplanatori dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi wisatawan yang sudah berkunjung di wisata Puncak Kuik, jumlah sampel sebanyak 80 wisatawan diambil dengan teknik sampel proposive simple random sampling. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil uji t menunjukkan bahwa sercara parsial variabel daya tarik wisata memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan wisatawan dengan nilai (2,931) > (1,992), sercara parsial variabel layanan tidak memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan wisatawan dengan nilai (0,568) > (1,992), secara parsial variabel fasilitas memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan wisatawan dengan nilai (3,910) > (1,992). Hasil uji F menunjukkan ada pengaruh daya tarik wisata, layanan, dan fasilitas terhadap kepuasan wisatawan memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan wisatawan dengan nilai (92,041) > (2,492).

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kompetensi guru dalam merancang dan mengevaluasi pembelajaran melalui pemanfaatan teknologi digital, khususnya aplikasi manajemen pembelajaran berbasis Artificial Intelligence (AI). Transformasi digital di dunia pendidikan menuntut guru untuk mampu beradaptasi dengan perangkat lunak yang dapat mendukung efektivitas proses pembelajaran, mulai dari perencanaan hingga evaluasi. Sasaran dalam kegiatan ini adalah para guru di jenjang pendidikan menengah yang masih menggunakan metode konvensional dalam penyusunan Rencana Pelaksanaan Pembelajaran (RPP) serta dalam melakukan evaluasi hasil belajar siswa. Metode pelaksanaan pengabdian meliputi penyuluhan, pelatihan langsung, dan pendampingan intensif penggunaan aplikasi manajemen pembelajaran berbasis AI, seperti platform AI-assisted lesson planner dan tools evaluasi otomatis berbasis data siswa. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan dalam bentuk lokakarya selama dua hari dan dilanjutkan dengan pendampingan daring selama satu bulan. Hasil pelaksanaan menunjukkan peningkatan pemahaman guru terhadap digitalisasi pembelajaran, efisiensi waktu dalam penyusunan RPP, serta kemampuan dalam mengelola data evaluasi pembelajaran secara real-time dan berbasis analisis. Selain itu, kegiatan ini juga mendorong guru untuk lebih adaptif terhadap perkembangan teknologi pendidikan. Dengan demikian, pelatihan ini tidak hanya meningkatkan kapasitas individu guru, tetapi juga mendukung terwujudnya lingkungan pembelajaran yang lebih inovatif dan berbasis data. Kegiatan pengabdian ini diharapkan dapat menjadi model implementasi digitalisasi pembelajaran yang dapat direplikasi di berbagai institusi pendidikan lainnya.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of organizational culture, work stress, and boredom on cyberloafing behavior in Generation Z employees in the service industry. The research method used is quantitative with a survey approach. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to 100 respondents who were Generation Z employees in service companies. Data analysis was carried out using multiple linear regression with the help of SPSS. The results showed that organizational culture had a negative and significant effect on cyberloafing behavior, indicating that the stronger the organizational culture, the lower the level of cyberloafing. Work stress showed a significant positive effect, where high work stress encouraged employees to seek escape through online activities that were not related to work. Meanwhile, boredom or work boredom also had a positive and significant effect on cyberloafing, where boredom at work was the main trigger for this behavior. These findings underline the importance of creating a healthy work culture, managing work stress, and designing interesting jobs for Generation Z employees in order to minimize cyberloafing behavior. This study contributes to the development of human resource management, especially in managing the work behavior of Generation Z employees in the digital era.
