This study aims to examine the effect of organizational culture and organizational commitment on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) and employee performance. This research was conducted on permanent employees of the Faculty of Economics, Bandung Islamic University. The data used in this study are primary data collected through questionnaires, processed using the SPSS analysis tool. The results of the study show that organizational culture has no significant effect on performance and Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB), organizational commitment has a significant positive effect on performance and OCB, finally, OCB has a significant positive effect on employee performance.

This study aims to determine the strategy of increasing sales volume through the marketing mix at Balubur Town Square (Baltos). The results showed that the products sold at Baltos were not as diverse as most of the women's and children's clothing, the prices offered were relatively the same for the same products, the location of Baltos was strategically located in downtown Balubur, sales promotion had not been maximized by Baltos towards the activities of selling its products, the buying and selling process takes place face to face at Baltos, the employees who work are workers who specifically sell clothes according to the products being sold, the arrangement of shops is not much different from one shop to another. The strategy that is expected to increase sales volume is to offer a wider variety of products at lower prices and to carry out more vigorous promotions to attract buyers. The buying and selling process should also be carried out online by utilizing skilled employees and displaying the uniqueness of the shop that sells the product. Kelembagaan hal yang perlu diperhatikan karena akan berpengaruh terhadap citra dan kredibilitas masyarakat, masyarakt akan lebih yakin ketika melakukan aktivitas ekonomi atau bertransaksi dengan pelaku UMKM yang mempunyai legalitas kelembagaan yang jelas. Pelaku UMKM di desa tersebut kurang begitu memperhatikan pentingnya legalitas NIB (Nomor Induk Berusaha), sehingga masih banyak pelaku UMKM di desa karanganom yang belum memahami pentingnya pendaftaran usahanya dan masih banyak pelaku BUMDes dikaranganom yang belum memahami pengelolaannya, oleh karena pelaku UMKM memerlukan pendampingan dalam pembuatan NIB dan pengelolaan BUMDes di desa karanganom. Agar dapat mengikuti harapan Pemerintah, salah satu solusi yang bisa dilakukan oleh akademisi dan mahasiswa akademis yaitu Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat dalam Program KKN mahasiswa dengan melakukan sosialisasi peningkatan literasi dan pendampingan mengenai legalitas usaha dan pengelolaan untuk pelaku UMKM dan BUMDes Desa Karanganom. Tahapan yang dilakukan dalam pengabdian ini dengan teknik Presentasi, demonstrasi dan praktik. Paparan materi disampaikan di Aula utama Kantor Desa Karanganom, sedangkan pendampingan dalam pembuatan NIB dari rumah ke rumah peserta melalui program terintegrasi dengan mahasiswa yang melaksanakan Kuliah Kerja Nyata (KKN) kelompok Desa Karanganom Tim A. Kegiatan ini diikuti oleh kurang lebih 65 orang dari unsur pelaku UMKM yang terdaftar di desa karanganom dan 24 orang mahasiswa/I dari Universitas Bhineka PGRI

This study aims to (1) Analyze the influence of human capital on the learning outcomes of the independent curriculum at SDN 1 Boyolangu. (2) Analyzing the effect of physical capital on the learning outcomes of the independent curriculum at SDN 1 Boyolangu. (3) Analyzing the effect of the learning climate on learning achievement of the independent curriculum at SDN 1 Boyolangu (4) Analyzing the effect of human capital, physical capital, and learning climate simultaneously on learning achievement of the independent curriculum at SDN 1 Boyolangu. This type of research is quantitative research. The total sample in this study was 105 students. Determination of the sample in this study using saturated sample technique. The independent variable (X) in this study is teacher quality, physical capital, and learning climate. The dependent variable (Y) in the research is the learning achievement of the Independent Learning Curriculum. The data collection technique uses a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used the t regression test and the F test. The results showed that human capital (X1) did not significantly influence learning achievement in the independent learning curriculum at SDN 1 Boyolangu. Physical capital (X2) does not significantly influence the learning outcomes of the independent learning curriculum at SDN 1 Boyolangu. The learning climate (X3) has a significant effect on the learning outcomes of the independent learning curriculum at SDN 1 Boyolangu. All independent variables (human capital, physical capital and learning climate) together have a significant effect on the learning outcomes of the independent learning curriculum at SDN 1 Boyolangu.

Perkembangan teknologi yang cepat dan dinamis menuntutadanya transformasi dalam banyak sendi kehidupan masyarakat, salah satunya adalah integrasi teknologi dalam aktivitas keseharian. Dampak paling kentara yang ditimbulkan adalah moral dan etika pada siswa SMA.Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk memahami bagaimana latar belakang lingkungan, kondisi moral, dan etika siswa SMA menghadapiera masyarakat 5.0. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif dengan pendekatan fenomenologi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan menggunakan empat tahapan yaitu, pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan.Informan utama dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa SMAN 1 Karangan dan SMAN 1 Tugu.Hasil penelitian menunjukkanbahwa siswa dengan latarbelakang lingkungan yang baik akan membentuk karakter moral dan etika yang baik juga. Sementara siswa dengan lingkungan yang kurang baik cenderung menunjukkan karakter moral dan etika yang kurang baik. Secara moral, siswa menunjukkan kondisi yang kurang baik dalam aktivitas di dunia nyata maupun di dunia maya. Perilaku mereka dapat disebut sebagai perilaku amoral atau perilaku yang melanggar moral yang dilakukan secara sadar akibat kurangnya pengetahuan ataupun belum cukup umur. Secara etika, siswa menunjukkan kondisi yang cukup baik dalam pemahaman, namun untuk implementasi menunjukkan kondisi yang sebaliknya. Sehingga untuk saat ini, moral dan etika yang dimiliki oleh siswa dirasa belum siap dan layak dalam menghadapi era masyarakat 5.0

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mendeskripsikan pengaruh karakteristik individu, literasi digital, lingkungan keluarga, dan teman sebaya terhdap niat berwirausaha mahasiswa. Sampel penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa akftif, sampel berjumlah 62 mahasiswa aktif dalam Program Studi Pendidikan ekonomi, dengan menggunakan metode kuantitatif pengambilan sampel mengunakan teknik probability dan non probability. Data penelitian ini bersumber dari kuesioner kepada responden, dengan metode analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan karakteristik inidvidu berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap niat berwirausaha mahasiswa, lietrasi digital tidak berpengaruh terhadap niat berwirausaha mahasiswa, lingkungan keluarga tidak berpengaruh terhdap niat berwirausaha mahasiswa, teman sebaya tidak berpengaruh terhadap niat berwirausaha mahasiswa.

In the dynamic landscape of Indonesia's digital-era business environment, the management of Human Resources (HR) within digital marketing has become a critical determinant of success. This comprehensive review offers a holistic examination of the intricate dynamics of HR management in the context of digital marketing and the formulation of sustainable strategies tailored to the Indonesian business ecosystem. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengevaluasi pengaruh minat, citra kampus, dan prospek pekerjaan terhadap pemilihan program Studi Pendidikan Ekonomi oleh mahasiswa. Penelitian ini melibatkan penggunaan kuesioner dan media g-form sebagai alat pengumpulan data. Analisis regresi linier berganda dilakukan dengan menggunakan program SPSS sebagai metode analisis. Sampel sebanyak 90 mahasiswa dari total 358 mahasiswa yang mengambil program Studi Pendidikan Ekonomi dipilih dengan menggunakan teknik Stratified Random Sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa minat, citra kampus, dan kesempatan kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan mahasiswa untuk memilih program Studi Pendidikan Ekonomi. Nilai Adjusted R-Square sebesar 0,628 menunjukkan bahwa 62,8% keputusan untuk memilih program studi dipengaruhi oleh faktor-faktor tersebut, sedangkan 37,2% sisanya dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain.

Advanced technology allows learning platforms to analyze student data in real-time and present appropriate learning material according to their level of understanding. One of the main advantages of adaptive learning is the personalization of learning. The application of this learning method provides better hope for the world of education by adapting to using sophisticated, renewable technological devices. Adaptive learning methods can also be applied to adaptive teaching by class teachers. The benefit is managing student relationship patterns in carrying out education properly and correctly. Data Science can also be used to build predictive models to predict student academic performance. This will of course be based on historical data and relevant variables. That way, education businesses will be helped in providing appropriate interventions, effective classroom settings, and additional support for students who have potential difficulties. Schools must provide adequate training programs for teachers and students to ensure that they can use educational technology effectively. In addition, schools must provide sufficient support for students who do not understand or have difficulty using educational technology.

This service activity attempts to reach out to business actors who are interested in using digital marketing approaches. The service activity was attended by 25 members of the Cibiru Village Tofu business in Bandung. The implementation of activities is divided into two activity steps: socialisation and demonstration. The first step is to educate people about the importance of the internet in boosting the economy in the home industry. The second is an example of how to create a product marketing innovation using social media that can be applied immediately to all participants in the socialisation activity. As a result of this activity, participants will be able to design Kelurahanin product labels and will be able and eager to develop material for marketing strategies using social media. The realisation of success.
