Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of interest rates on loans and third party funds at National Private Commercial Banks in Indonesia in 2015-2019. The sampling technique uses purposive sampling method. The sample in this study consisted of 39 banks. The data analysis technique used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis, classic assumption test which includes normality test, multicollinearity test and heteroscedasticity test and hypothesis test including t test, f test and coefficient of determination. The model used in this study is the Fixed Effect Model. The results of the researchj show that the lending rate has a significant negative effect on the amount of credit disbursement, while third party funds have a significant positive effect on the amount of lending.

Abstract

The employment problem in Indonesia is not just limited opportunities or employment opportunities and low productivity. The increase in unemployment rates is caused by limited demand for work, which is then associated with other external factors including the decline in the balance of payments, increasing foreign debt and other policies which result in a decline in economic growth, decline in wages, investment and decline in employment. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of Economic Growth, Provincial Minimum Wage, Investment, and Covid-19 Dummy on Employment in DKI Jakarta Province in 2018-2022. This study used multiple linear regression method with Generalized Least Square (GLS) model. This study uses secondary data while Covid-19 is included in the dummy variable category. The results of this study show that economic growth has a positive and significant influence on employment. Meanwhile, the provincial minimum wage, investment, and Covid-19 dummy have a negative and insignificant effect on labor absorption in DKI Jakarta Province in 2018-2022.

Abstract

This study aimed to determine the impact of perceived benefits, consumer trust, and promotion on student interest in using OVO applications and their effect on user loyalty at the Faculty of Economics, Universitas Negeri Jakarta. This study employs a quantitative method of associational research. Respondents in this study were students using the OVO application at the Faculty of Economics, State University of Jakarta, and non-probability sampling with the purposive sampling technique was utilized. This study's sample consisted of 150 respondents who utilize the OVO application. With the aid of the SPSS 26 software and a multiple linear analysis method, questionnaire-obtained data were analyzed using a multiple linear analysis approach. This study employs a Likert scale and path analysis for its scale. The findings of this study indicate that the Perceived Benefits and promotions has a significant positive effect on the desire of students at the Faculty of Economics, State University of Jakarta to use the OVO application. Meanwhile, consumer trust has no effect on students' desire to use the OVO application at the Faculty of Economics, Universitas Negeri Jakarta. Likewise, student interest in using the OVO application indicates that perceived benefits have a significant impact on user loyalty. Student interest in utilizing the OVO application at the Faculty of Economics, Universitas Negeri Jakarta demonstrates that promotion has an effect on user loyalty. Meanwhile, consumer trust has no effect on user loyalty as measured by students' desire to use the OVO application at the Faculty of Economics, Universitas Negeri Jakarta. Lastly, the variable of interest in use influences positively the loyalty of OVO application users to students at the Faculty of Economics, Universitas Negeri Jakarta.

Abstract

This study aims to: (1) Knowing the significant effect of economic literacy on entrepreneurial interest in generation z in Jakarta (2) Knowing the effect of e-commerce on entrepreneurial interest in generation z in Jakarta (3) Knowing the effect of income expectations on entrepreneurial interest in generation z in Jakarta. This research is a descriptive quantitative research with a quantitative approach. The research instrument used a questionnaire. The data used is primary data obtained by distributing questionnaires online to 272 respondents with Random Sampling technique and data processing is done with SPSS 22 with multiple linear regression analysis techniques. The results of this study indicate that simultaneously economic literacy, e-commerce, and income expectations affect entrepreneurial interest in generation z in Jakarta. Partially, economic literacy has a positive and significant effect on entrepreneurial interest in generation z in Jakarta. Partially e-commerce has a positive and significant effect on entrepreneurial interest in generation z in Jakarta. Partially, income expectations have a positive and significant effect on entrepreneurial interest in generation z in Jakarta. Based on the above research results that economic literacy, e-commerce, and income expectations have a major influence on entrepreneurial interest in generation z in Jakarta.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh literasi digital dan motivasi terhadap intensi berwirausaha digital dengan penggunaan media sosial sebagai variabel moderasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan data primer. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa Universitas Negeri Jakarta sebanyak 390 orang. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode convenience sampling. Data dalam penelitian ini diperoleh melalui kuesioner google form. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Structural Equation Model (SEM) berbasis Partial Least Square dengan menggunakan software SmartPLS. Hasil Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa literasi digital berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap intensi berwirausaha; motivasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap intensi berwirausaha; media sosial memoderasi pengaruh literasi digital dan motivasi terhadap intensi berwirausaha.

Abstract

The aim of this study was to determine the effect of self-potential, and parents' socioeconomic status on the interest in continuing education to college in class XI students at SMAN 41 Jakarta. The method used is quantitative. The population of this research was class XI students at SMAN 41 Jakarta with a sample size of 99 students. The data used in this study are primary data. Primary data is obtained from distributing questionnaires with 5 alternative answers distributed using Google Forms. The data analysis technique uses multiple regression analysis using SPSS version 25 software. The results showed that: (1) Self-potential has a positive and significant effect on the interest in continuing education to college in class XI students at SMAN 41 Jakarta with a significance value of 0.001. (2) The socioeconomic status of parents has a positive effect on the interest in continuing education to college in class XI students at SMAN 41 Jakarta with a significance value of 0.036, (3) Self-potential and socioeconomic status of parents have a positive effect on the interest in continuing education to college in class XI students at SMAN 41 Jakarta with a significance value of 0.000.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh variabel Modal Sendiri, Kredit Usaha Rakyat, dan Teknologi Informasi terhadap Pendapatan Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) pada para pelaku usaha makanan yang berusia 20 - 47 tahun atau masuk kedalam Generasi Milenial di DKI Jakarta. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Adapun yang menjadi subjek peenlitian ini adalah pelaku UMKM yang bergerak pada usaha Makanan di DKI Jakarta. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer yang diperoleh dari responden yang mengisi kuesioner. Sampel penelitian ini sebanyak 100 responden yang dihitung dengan menggunakan rumus Taro Yamane. Alat yang digunakan untuk penelitian ini menggunakan analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil analisis uji t menunjukkan bahwa Modal Sendiri berpengaruh positif terhadap pendapatan UMKM dengan nilai signifikan 0,003, Kredit Usaha Rakyat berpengaruh positif terhadap pendapatan UMKM dengan nilai signifikan 0,002, dan Teknologi Informasi berpengaruh positif terhadap pendapatan UMKM dengan nilai signifikan 0,005. Hasil dari koefisien determinasi diperoleh R² sebesar 0,282 atau 28,2%. Dapat diartikan bahwa 28,2% pendapatan UMKM dipengaruhi oleh Modal Sendiri, Kredit Usaha Rakyat, dan Teknologi Informasi, sedangkan sisanya 71,8% disebabkan oleh faktor lain yang diluar penelitian.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to analyze "The Influence of Financial Literacy, Self-Control and Peer Environment on Consumptive Behavior (Study of Millennial Generation Shopee Application Users in DKI Jakarta)". The method used in this research is a quantitative method. The data source used in this research is primary data. The data obtained was processed using classical assumption testing, multiple linear regression analysis and hypotheses with the analysis tool used is SPSS 27. The research results show that financial literacy does not have a significant influence on consumptive behavior, while self-control and peer environment have a significant positive influence on consumptive behavior. Meanwhile, the results of the simultaneous test state that financial literacy, self-control and peer environment have a significant positive effect on consumer behavior simultaneously. The findings of this research underline that the importance of financial literacy does not mean that millennials can apply it in their daily lives. Meanwhile, in controlling their own abilities, millennials are able to restrain themselves from becoming consumptive people, apart from that, the influence of their peer environment is also important so that millennials can avoid consumptive behavior.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze "The Effect of Financial Literacy, Financial Inclusion, and Self-Control on Saving Behavior (Case Study of Generation Z Communities in DKI Jakarta)". The problem that often occurs is that generation Z usually uses their income only for consumption and not for saving. The method used in this research is quantitative. This study uses Primary data by distributing questionnaires through Google forms distributed on social media. The tests used in this study are prerequisite analysis test, multiple linear regression test and hypothesis testing. The results of this study explain that financial literacy affects saving behavior, financial inclusion has no effect on saving behavior, self-control affects saving behavior, and financial literacy, financial inclusion, and self-control have a simultaneous or joint effect on saving behavior.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Literasi Keuangan, Penggunaan Digital Payment terhadap Perilaku Konsumtif pada Generasi Z di DKI Jakarta. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif. Sumber data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu data primer. Metode pengambilan data dengan metode kuesioner. Data setelah dikumpulkan kemudian di olah menggunakan alat bantu SPSS Versi 25. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu uji prasyarat analisis dan analisis jalur. Sampel pada penelitian ini sebanyak 100 responden. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Terdapat pengaruh negatif dan signifikan antara literasi keuangan terhadap perilaku konsumtif, (2) Terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara penggunaan digital payment terhadap perilaku konsumtif, (3) Terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara literasi keuangan terhadap penggunaan digital payment, (4) Terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara literasi keuangan terhadap perilaku konsumtif dengan dimediasi oleh penggunaan digital payment.
