Abstract

Abstract - The rise of a shooting incident that occurred in the border areas of the Republic of Indonesia is a big loss for the state in terms of personnel. Technological developments can be used as an alternative in the military world to help the role of soldiers so as to reduce personnel losses. This study aims to create a system for detecting the direction and distance of gunshots. This study uses an experimental method. This gunshot detection system also applies the Fuzzy Logic Method which is applied to the Raspberry Pi 4 and Microphone Max 4466 which is expected to detect the direction and distance of gunshots. This Fuzzy Logic method is used as an inference system or decision maker according to the input given. Fuzzy Logic broadly consists of fuzzification, rule base, and defuzzification. Fuzzification is useful for input normalization, so that the input quantity is in accordance with the fuzzy magnitude, namely the value in the range 0 to 1. After that, enter the rule base where in this step, the input set is compared with the rules or provisions of sound decibels so that it can be classified whether the distance and the direction of the captured sound is in the data range that has been programmed, in this step the signal is analyzed how much decibel sound SS2-V1 is by the MAX 4466 sensor. The conclusion is done by defuzzification, so the final result is that the closest distance to a gunshot at 1 meter is 250 Decibels.

Abstract

Pembangkit Listrik Tenaga Hibrida adalah pembangkit listrik yang jarang di temui dengan menggunakan sumber tenaga turbin angin dan surya yang saling melengkapi menyesuaikan keadaan cuaca. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu guna membuat alat untuk mengetahui efisiensi apabila PLTB dan PLTS digabungkan atau yang biasa disebut dengan Pembangkit Hibrida. Pada bidang militer dalam menjalankan tugas banyak menghadapi hambatan yaitu pada daerah penugasan yang berada di pulau terluar. Dimana pada beberapa wilayah daerah perbatasan khususnya daerah Natuna ada beberapa daerah yang belum tersupply saluran listrik Perusahaan Listrik Negara (PLN). Peneliti bermaksud untuk membuat sebuah alat (rancang bangun) tentang sumber energi listrik terbarukan yang bersumber dari perpaduan (Hibrida) tenaga turbin angin dan surya yang dapat dipantau dari jarak jauh (PLTH berbasis IoT) dengan harapan menghasilkan efisiensi yang lebih baik dibanding dengan penggunaan PLTB maupun PLTS yang digunakan secara terpisah. Dalam hal ini tenaga angin akan sangat mendukung disaat intensitas cahaya berkurang bahkan dimusim penghujan tenaga turbin angin cenderung mendominasi terhadap tenaga matahari. Dengan dilakukannya penggabungan dua sumber yang berbeda (Hibrida) maka akan di dapatkan hasil yang lebih optimal dan efisien dengan harga investasi yang lebih murah.

Abstract

Era Revolusi 4.0 telah memberikan perubahan disegala aspek kehidupan termasuk pada teknologi Militer yang saat ini telah menghadirkan beberapa teknologi militer seperti unmanned system, sistem robotik yang berkolaborasi dengan Big Data yang mampu untuk mendeteksi ancaman dan serangan musuh. Indonesia sebagai negara yang kaya terhadap sumber alam masih belum terbebas dari konflik bersenjata. Papua menjadi wilayah paling tinggi terjadi konflik bersenjata di Indonesia. KKB diklaim sebagai dalang dari setiap serangan yang terjadi. Serangan yang digencarkan KKB tidak hanya melukai warga sipil, namun juga personel TNI-POLRI hingga Pos Militer atau Pos jaga. Belum adanya teknologi khusus pada Pos Militer atau Pos Jaga sehingga dalam mengantisipasi serangan mengandalkan kesigapan dari personel yang bertugas. Berdasarkan kondisi tersebut, penulis ingin menghadirkan robot penjaga yang dapat diaplikasikan pada Pos Militer di Papua. Robot penjaga yang diusulkan peneliti didukung dengan senjata SS2 serta terintegrasi dengan kamera yang memungkinkan mengenali musuh atau kawan. Proses pengenalan musuh atau kawan mengimplementasikan image processing. Hasil pengenalan akan dikirim ke layar yang ada di Pos Militer melalui video sender. Hasil dari penelitian diperoleh sistem dapat bekerja dengan baik dari jarak 2 meter hingga 12 meter. Perubahan sudut juga memberikan pengaruh terhadap hasil pengenalan objek musuh atau kawan dan hasil pengenalan terbaik diperoleh pada sudut 0o hingga 60o. Intesitas cahaya yang terukur 0 Lux menghasilkan pengenalan objek musuh atau kawan yang buruk dan pengujian perubahan intensitas meliputi 169, 271, 341 dan 412 masih menghasilkan pengenalan objek musuh atau kawan dalam kategori baik.

Abstract

The Bidikiba Program (Education Scholarships Around Bukit Asam) is a program of educational scholarships provided by PT Bukit Asam Tbk (PTBA) to students high school graduates or equivalent from underprivileged families around the operational area companies to be able to continue their education at university. Implementation of Bidikiba scholarship acceptance selection is still done manually registration process, selection exams, and ranking of prospective students. Registration This is done by recording prospective students using Excel and if any Changes or errors in prospective students' data must be reported to the admin make edits to the data. The system is expected to help resolve problems in the process of accepting prospective students for the Bidikiba scholarship programat Malang State Polytechnic.

Abstract

The implementation of a firewall-based network security system has become increasingly important in maintaining data integrity and availability within educational institutions. The Community Service Program (PPM) conducted by Politeknik Negeri Malang aims to enhance the network security infrastructure at SMA Islam Kepanjen, Malang Regency, through the implementation of Wazuh as a cybersecurity solution. This approach includes the installation and configuration of network infrastructure, security audits, and training for IT staff on independent firewall management. The implementation methodology involves site surveys, network topology design, hardware and software installation, system testing, and technical mentoring. The outcomes achieved include increased awareness of cybersecurity issues and improved capacity of partner personnel in managing the network infrastructure. With the implementation of Wazuh, it is expected that SMA Islam Kepanjen will be able to proactively address cyber threats and serve as a model for information technology implementation in other schools across Malang Regency.

Abstract

This community service activity conducted by the Defense Mechanical Engineering Study Program of the Military Academy aimed to improve public awareness of motorcycle maintenance and to provide free motorcycle service to the community. The activity was implemented through two main components, namely motorcycle maintenance counseling and periodic motorcycle servicing. The implementation ran smoothly and systematically in accordance with the planned schedule, supported by the readiness of the implementation team and adequate technical equipment. The results indicated that the target was successfully achieved, with a total of 70 motorcycles receiving free service. Furthermore, the level of community enthusiasm was very high, as reflected in the strong participation of residents, active involvement during the counseling sessions, and utilization of vehicle maintenance consultations. This activity provided direct benefits to the community by ensuring safer and more reliable motorcycle conditions, while also strengthening the role of higher education institutions in fulfilling the Tri Dharma of Higher Education, particularly in community service.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengelolaan sampah berkelanjutan berbasis komunitas di Kecamatan Taktakan, Kota Serang, serta mengidentifikasi permasalahan dan upaya yang dilakukan dalam mendukung sistem pengelolaan yang efektif. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif melalui observasi lapangan, wawancara, dan analisis data sekunder. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa volume sampah di Kecamatan Taktakan mencapai 5.600 kg per hari dengan dominasi sampah organik dari rumah tangga. Pemerintah bersama masyarakat telah mengembangkan 4 bank sampah induk dan 81 bank sampah unit, serta menerapkan metode pengolahan seperti incinerator dan controlled landfill di TPSA Cilowong. Partisipasi masyarakat meningkat seiring adanya manfaat ekonomi dari pengelolaan sampah. Namun, kendala masih ditemukan berupa keterbatasan infrastruktur, kapasitas angkut, dan keberadaan titik sampah liar. Sinergi antara pemerintah dan masyarakat menjadi faktor kunci dalam mewujudkan pengelolaan sampah yang berkelanjutan dan berorientasi pada peningkatan kualitas lingkungan serta kesejahteraan masyarakat.

Abstract

The character of global security is currently undergoing a paradigm shift, driven by the emergence of hybrid warfare and rapid technological disruptions. This dynamic necessitates a profound redefinition of military officer competencies. This study aims to analyze strategic transformation frameworks within Professional Military Education (PME), focusing on the integration of cognitive readiness and technological innovation. Employing a qualitative methodology with a systematic case study approach, the research evaluates the effectiveness of incorporating Artificial Intelligence (AI), virtual reality simulations, and adaptive learning environments into modern military curricula. The findings reveal a significant gap between traditional pedagogical models and the complex operational requirements of contemporary conflict zones. Specifically, the results suggest that technical proficiency alone is insufficient; rather, strategic success depends on enhanced critical thinking and decision-making under pressure. Consequently, this research proposes a human-centric educational framework that harmonizes digital literacy with strategic leadership soft skills. The implications provide a strategic roadmap for military academies to produce leaders capable of navigating the volatility, uncertainty, complexity, and ambiguity (VUCA) of future armed conflicts. Ultimately, this transformation is essential for maintaining strategic superiority and national defense resilience in an increasingly unstable global landscape.
