Abstract

Salah satu kemampuan yang sangat penting untuk pembelajarandi era modern adalah pemikiran kritis. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengevaluasi bagaimana model pembelajaran berbasis tantangan berdampak pada keterampilan berpikir kritis siswa dan hasil belajar mereka tentang materi bencana alam di kelas V SD. Eksperimen semu (Quasi Exprimental Design) digunakan dengan tipe pre-test dan post-test Grup Kontrol Non-Equivalen. Penelitian ini melibatkan 44 siswa kelas V SD dari dua kelas yang sama. Dalam penelitian ini, seluruh siswa kelas V SD diambil sebagai sampel.Metode pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan tes pilihan ganda dan esai. Uji MANOVA digunakan untuk menganalisis data. Hasil uji statistik menunjukkan bahwa (1) nilai sig. adalah 0,001 di bawah 0,05, yang berarti bahwa model tantangan berbasis pembelajaran memiliki pengaruh siginifikan terhadap keterampilan berpikir kritis siswa pada materi bencaana alam kelas V sekolah dasar; dan (2) nilai sig. adalah 0,002 di bawah 0,05, yang berarti bahwa model tantangan berbasis pembelajaran memiliki pengaruh siginifikanterhadap hasil belajar siswa pada materi bencaana alam kelas V sekolah dasar. Diharapkan bahwa penelitian ini akan memberikan manfaat yang signifikan bagi dunia pendidikan, khususnya dalam membangun model pembelajaran yang inovatif untuk sekolah dasar.

Abstract

Sekolah Alam Alghifari Kota Blitar dimana pemanfaatan teknologi pembelajaran sebagai media masih tergolong rendah. Berdasar atas permasalahan tersebut, tim pengabdian masyarakat melalui program kemitraan masyarakat lingkungan kampus akan memberikan workshop peningkatan kapasitas guru dalam memanfaatkan teknologi metaverse sebagai inovasi media pembelajaran pada tema energi baru terbarukan. Tujuan pengabdian ini yaitu “meningkatkan kapasitas guru dalam memanfaatkan teknologi metaverse sebagai inovasi pengembangan media pembelajaran pada materi energi baru terbarukan. Metode dalam penelitia ini adalah workshop dan pelatihan. Hasil dari kegiatan ini adalah bahwa guru-guru di Sekolah Alam Al Ghifari berhasil mengembangkan media pembelajaran interaktif berbasis metaverse yang dapat digunakan dalam pembelajaran di sekolah. Terdapat perbedaan dalam kemampuan guru, baik dalam aspek pengetahuan, sikap, maupun keterampilan dalam mengembangkan media pembelajaran interaktif berbasis metaverse.

Abstract

Augmented Reality (AR) technology has become an important innovation in the world of education, especially in increasing students' interest and understanding. This study aims to develop Augmented Reality-based health comics as educational media for children's health learning in Elementary Schools. This study uses the Research and Development (R&D) method with the ADDIE model. The subjects of the study involved two experts, three teachers, and 42 3rd grade students from three elementary schools in Malang City, namely SD Tunggulwulung, SD Kebonsari, and SD Sukun 2. Students were selected using purposive sampling techniques. Data collection techniques used questionnaires and assessment scales. Data analysis was carried out descriptively. The results of the study showed that: 1) at the design stage, an initial product of AR-based health comics was developed with the nameGermBusters VR; 2) the validation results from experts show that this product is very feasible to be used in health learning; 3) the teacher and student response questionnaires indicate that this AR-based comic is very practical and interesting to be used as a health learning medium.

Abstract

Misconceptions must be addressed immediately because they can cause failure to achieve learning objectives. The purpose of this study was to identify misconceptions, determine the level of misconception categories in the concept of force, such as friction, spring force, and muscle force, and determine the science learning process in the material of force. This study has a uniqueness in the form of subjects used, namely schools participating in the Kampus Mengajar 7 program, where the literacy and numeracy conditions of students are relatively low. This study uses a qualitative approach, with research subjects being students and teachers of grade IV at one of the elementary schools in Blitar City. The data collected include the results of the Three-Tier Diagnostic test to identify misconceptions, interviews with teachers, and documentation. Data analysis methods consist of data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of the study showed that there were misconceptions in the material of force in science learning, especially in friction, spring force, and muscle force. Of the three concepts of force, there are still misconceptions in the material of force based on its type, such as spring force and friction having a high category and muscle force with a low category. These findings highlight the need for more hands-on experimentation and contextualized instruction in elementary science education to reduce misconceptions. Meanwhile, in the science learning process, teachers use a direct instruction model with a few experiments.

Abstract

Salah satu bahan ajar yang cocok dikembangkan adalah Booklet berbasis QR Code.  Tujuannya menghasilkan Booklet berbasis QR Code yang valid, praktis, dan efektif serta mampu menguatkan karakter mandiri. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian pengembangan model ADDIE yang tersusun atas 5 langkah yaitu analyze, design, development, implementation, serta evaluation. Data hasil validasi Booklet berbasis QR Code mencapai kriteria sangat valid dimana rata-rata nya 94,91%. Rata-rata hasil uji kepraktisan guru dan siswa 98,63% sangat praktis. Efektivitas Booklet berbasis QR Code mencapai 72% dan persentase kemandirian siswa mencapai 95,58%. Setelah dilakukan pengujian Booklet berbasis QR Code pada siswa didapatkan respon positif yaitu pembelajaran lebih menyenangkan, menarik, dan mudah untuk memahami materi. Maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa Booklet berbasis QR Code materi rotasi dan revolusi bumi sangat valid, sangat praktis dan efektif sehingga layak dipakai dalam kegiatan pembelajaran.

Abstract

This article examines the effect of the KOPI PAGI model on fourth-grade students’ speaking skills and learning outcomes at SDN Bendogerit 1 Blitar. The research design used a quasi-experimental research design with a non-equivalent control group design. The research was conducted in two classes, class 4A as the control class and class 4B as the experimental class. The average score of students’ learning outcomes in the control class using the conventional learning model was 57.78 increased to 65.3. Whilst the students’ learning outcomes in the experimental class by applying the KOPI PAGI learning model increased from 60.2 to 80.8. The average score result of students' speaking skills in the control class was 46.41 increased to 65.37. Meanwhile, the average score results of students' speaking skills in the experimental class were 57.44 that increased to 74.6. After testing the N-Gain score, the results showed that the average score in the control class was 21.69% as classified as ineffective. Whilst the average score in the experimental class was 58.12% as classified as quite effective. It is concluded that the KOPI PAGI model could improve students' learning outcomes and speaking skills. In addition, the KOPI PAGI model was more effectively applied to changes in energy and alternative resources learning material for the fourth-grade students of SDN Bendogerit 1 Blitar.
