Abstract

The problem in this study is whether the Transformational Leadership Style and Job Satisfaction have a positive and significant influence and which variable has the dominant influence on Employee Productivity at Pt. Jaya contruction. To answer these problems, descriptive analysis methods are used, quantitative analysis with multiple regression analysis tools. From the results of the statistical test analysis, it shows that the Transformational Leadership Style has a positive and significant effect on Nurse Performance while job satisfaction has no effect and is not significant on Nurse performance at Pt. Jaya construction. The first hypothesis proposed is proven while the second hypothesis is not proven. From the results of the regression coefficient, it can be seen that the variable that has a more dominant effect on employee performance is the Influence of Transformational Leadership Style, namely that the third hypothesis proposed is proven. The results of regression testing show that the variable Transformational Leadership Style has a positive and significant effect on Nurse employee productivity while the variable Job Satisfaction does not have a positive and significant effect on Nurse Performance, while the dominant variable that influences Nurse Performance is Transformational Leadership Style

Abstract

This study examines how digital transformation (DT) drives business sustainability (BS) by synthesizing fragmented research on the integration of digital technologies—such as Artificial Intelligence (AI), Internet of Things (IoT), blockchain, and big data analytics—with sustainability strategies. Using a PRISMA-compliant scoping review of 45 peer-reviewed articles published between 2018 and 2025 and guided by the Dynamic Capabilities Theory and the Triple Bottom Line framework, the study systematically maps industry focus, research methods, theoretical grounding, and sustainability dimensions. The review identifies five dominant pathways through which DT supports BS: circular economy enablement, smart resource management, supply chain transparency, stakeholder engagement, and data-driven decision-making. These technologies have been shown to improve resource efficiency, reduce emissions, and enhance ESG performance, yet the literature is heavily concentrated in developed economies, underrepresents small and medium enterprises (SMEs) and emerging markets, and relies primarily on quantitative, cross-sectional designs that offer limited causal or longitudinal evidence. For practitioners, aligning DT initiatives with strategic sustainability goals, developing organizational change-management capabilities, and fostering collaborative ecosystems are critical to realizing systemic sustainability gains. For policymakers, addressing issues of standardization, interoperability, and equitable access to digital resources is essential. This study contributes an integrated synthesis using established theoretical frameworks, clarifies the mechanisms linking DT and BS, and proposes a future research agenda emphasizing theoretical integration, methodological diversity, and broader geographic coverage.

Abstract

This study examined the effect of chatbot interaction and chatbot problem-solving on user satisfaction in Shopee e-commerce in Surabaya, with accuracy as a mediating variable. The research applied a quantitative approach using questionnaire data collected from 235 Shopee users who had interacted with the Shopee chatbot. The data were examined using the Structural Equation Modeling–Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) approach. The results indicated that chatbot interaction and chatbot problem-solving had positive and significant effects on accuracy. Furthermore, both chatbot interaction and chatbot problem-solving directly influence customer satisfaction positively and significantly. Accuracy also had a significant positive effect on customer satisfaction. Mediation analysis showed that accuracy significantly mediated the relationship between chatbot interaction and customer satisfaction, as well as between chatbot problem-solving and customer satisfaction. These findings demonstrated that the quality of interaction and the effectiveness of chatbot problem-solving enhanced perceived accuracy, which subsequently increased user satisfaction. The study contributed to the understanding of AI-based customer service performance in the e-commerce context and highlighted the importance of improving chatbot accuracy to optimize user satisfaction. Practical implications suggest that Shopee should strengthen chatbot knowledge systems and response precision to ensure reliable and satisfying customer experiences

Abstract

This study investigates the influence of Women Economic Empowerment on Technology Entrepreneurship Intention through the mediating role of Self-Efficacy among womenpreneurs in Surabaya, Indonesia. This study aims to examine whether the WEE-SE-TEI framework, originally developed in a Middle Eastern context, holds in a Southeast Asian setting. A quantitative survey approach was employed. Data were collected from 120 female entrepreneurs in Surabaya using purposive sampling and analyzed using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) via SmartPLS 4. The results confirm that Women Economic Empowerment positively and significantly influences both Self-Efficacy and Technology Entrepreneurship Intention, and that Self-Efficacy partially mediates this relationship. Future research should extend this framework to broader geographic contexts and incorporate additional variables such as digital literacy and social capital

Abstract

The growing urgency of environmental sustainability has positioned Green Human Resource Management (GHRM) as a pivotal research domain in organizational and management studies. This study presents a comprehensive bibliometric analysis and systematic literature review (SLR) of GHRM research published in Scopus-indexed journals, drawing upon a corpus of 50 peer-reviewed articles spanning 2016 to 2025. Using bibliometric indicators—including publication trends, citation analysis, keyword co-occurrence, and authorship patterns—alongside a thematic synthesis of study findings, this paper maps the intellectual landscape of GHRM scholarship. The analysis reveals an accelerating growth in GHRM publications post-2020, driven by increasing regulatory pressures and the global sustainability agenda. Four dominant research clusters are identified: (1) GHRM practices and employee green behavior; (2) GHRM and organizational environmental performance; (3) mediating and moderating mechanisms in GHRM–outcome relationships; and (4) sector-specific and contextual applications of GHRM. The AMO (Ability–Motivation–Opportunity) framework dominates theoretical discourse, while PLS-SEM predominates methodologically. Research concentrates in manufacturing and hospitality sectors in developing economies, particularly Asia and the Middle East. Critical gaps include insufficient longitudinal designs, limited cross-cultural analyses, and the underexplored intersection of GHRM with digital transformation. This paper contributes a comprehensive research roadmap for future GHRM scholarship and offers actionable implications for HR practitioners integrating sustainability into human capital strategies.

Abstract

Background. The rapid evolution of digital technologies has significantly impacted corporate training methods. Traditional e-learning environments have been widely adopted, yet the emergence of ubiquitous learning (u-learning) presents a shift towards more flexible, context-aware learning experiences. Despite the growing interest, limited studies provide a comparative analysis between e-learning and u-learning in corporate settings. Purpose. This research aims to evaluate and compare the effectiveness of e-learning and u-learning environments in corporate training, focusing on learner engagement, content delivery, and overall performance. Method. A mixed-methods approach was used, combining quantitative surveys and qualitative interviews with corporate employees who participated in both e-learning and u-learning training programs. Data were collected across several multinational companies, and analyzed using statistical tools to identify performance trends and engagement metrics. Results. Findings reveal that u-learning environments enhance learner engagement and adaptability due to their flexibility in accessing content across diverse devices and contexts. Conversely, e-learning showed better outcomes in structured, course-driven scenarios but lacked the same level of interaction and contextual learning. Conclusion. The study concludes that u-learning environments provide a more personalized and engaging training experience, particularly for employees with diverse learning needs. Organizations should consider integrating u-learning strategies alongside traditional e-learning for more dynamic corporate training programs.
