Abstract

Ibn Khaldun is one of the leaders of Islamic thinkers, better known as scientists and historians, but also can be classified into various specialties of scientific disciplines, such as statesman, juridical, sociologists, educators, even philosophers and clerics. His expertise in the field of education have received less attention, not many gave deep analysis of Ibn Khaldun's concept of education. He is a figure who has a strong ambition to science so many works he produced during his lifetime. One of his works is phenomenal Muqaddimah book. In the book discussed a wide range of social science began, culture, geography, politics, and even education. The purpose of this paper to describe the concept of education according to Ibn Khaldun which include: educational goals, students, teachers, methods, curriculum, and educational environment and its relevance to the Indonesian national education system. The method in this paper by using the method of analysis concepts with noninteractive qualitative approach using an analysis of the concept through an analysis of the document. So the results of this study Ibn Khaldun's thought critical education and humanist could become a reference for the development of education in Indonesia

Abstract

This paper aims to describe the professional competence of teachers. There are issues or assumptions that develop that the problems are done by teachers such as, some teachers lack sufficient competence, especially professional competency. because the teacher plays a major role in the development of education and largely determines the success of students, especially in the teaching and learning process. The teacher is a component that is very influential on the creation of quality educational processes and outcomes. The research method used is literature review. Competence is a specific standard regarding the performance or skills of a person that is applied at a job or in society. The results of this paper can be used as a basis for a person's performance to work well, measurable, specific or standardized and for research in the development of other educational sciences, Teachers who have professional competence must be able to sort and select and classify learning material that will be delivered to students

Abstract

Morality is a very important rule to be enforced in a society because it can be a sign in life as well as protection for the environment. Morality results from intellectual behavior, emotions, or the thinking of every human being which is essentially a rule in life to respect and be able to distinguish between right and wrong in society. Morality development greatly affects the environment, so that in childhood, morality education is very important to do, therefore a teacher must be able to develop the moralities of each student by doing various appropriate ways. This study aims to describe how the teacher's efforts in developing student moralities. Meanwhile, this research is qualitative research using the literature study method. Based on the literature study, the teacher's efforts in developing student moralities through assigning assignments and being collected on time students turned out to have benefits, one of which was being able to build student discipline through assignments sent on time

Abstract

The use of media in learning is one of the conditions for the learning process. The times have resulted in a variety of media used in the educational process, especially when technology has begun to be recognized and used by many people in every aspect of life. Pandemic conditions like now require its use in the learning process, of course, with various benefits and challenges. Early childhood education is the smallest unit of formal education which must be a forum for forming strong character from the start so that it has a strong foundation. Self-image is one of the things that have a strong role in a person's personality, the form of an individual image is reflected in mental attitudes and behavior based on the results of experience which ultimately become the strength or characteristic of each individual.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the lack of attention to educational practices on program policies carried out in schools. The Rebo Nyunda program is a policy of the Bandung City and Regency Government that aims to preserve Sundanese culture. This study aims to describe pedagogical studies, especially educational goals, the role of educators, and the role of students in the implementation of the Rebo Nyunda program at SDIT Al-Taftazani. This research is qualitative research using descriptive research methods. The results showed that: (1) the educational objectives in the Rebo Nyunda program need to be aligned with the national education goals; (2) the role of educators in the Rebo Nyunda program is only as a guide and as an example for the children, so it needs to be adjusted to the characteristics of an educator; (3) the role of students in the Rebo Nyunda program is not only seen as subjects but as individuals who can develop and have potential. The results of this study can be used to understand how pedagogical studies are carried out in the Rebo Nyunda program.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the low quality of teachers in Indonesia. Whereas the aspect of the ability of teachers is one of the success factors of Indonesian education. One of the problems that arise in the 2013 curriculum is that the teacher does not understand the process of implementing authentic learning and assessment in the implementation of the 2013 curriculum. This study aims to describe the pedagogic competence of the teacher's ability. The method used in this research is case study. The data collected through the primary study are Pedagogic Competence books and other books as support. The data is processed through data reduction, data presentation and verification. The results of this study indicate that (1) the teacher's ability to develop the curriculum is in line with pedagogic competence (2) the teacher's ability to carry out assessments and evaluations is not yet in line with pedagogic competence in conducting evaluations. The result is that there is a relevance between the ability of teachers and pedagogic competence in Government Regulation No. 16 of 2007.

Abstract

This article discusses the pedagogical meaning of implementing "Hong Ik In Ngan" value learning for Korean students. The purpose of this writing is to find out and understand the meaning of character education in learning the values of "Hong Ik In Ngan" for Korean students. Apart from that, it is necessary to know how the process of implementing learning the values of "Hong Ik In Ngan" for students Korea, and the final reflective effort of implementing the learning values of "Hong Ik In Ngan towards Korean students. The method used in this writing is qualitative, with a literature study approach (library study) in this writing looking for sources related to problems and titles taken both primary and secondary. Therefore, this writing is intended to describe the content and content contained in the character of education, which is related to the values of "Hong Ik In Ngan", and the process of implementing the values of "Hong Ik In Ngan" for Korean students, as well as looking at reflective efforts, as assessing the benefits of implementing this learning for students, so that the values of "Hong Ik In Ngan" which are the source and foundation of Korean society's life, can be applied and embodied in everyday life for Korean students.
