Abstract

Dari penelitian yang telah dilakukan pada PT. Eka Cipto Prima Sentosa Sooko Mojokerto, ada hal-hal yang perlu dikaji dalam penelitian ini mengenai pengaruh kecerdasan emosional, kompetensi, komunikasi dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan. Sampel yang diambil sebanyak 45 responden. Penentuan jumlah responden ditentukan dengan teknik saturation sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, studi pustaka dan kuesioner. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel kecerdasan emosional, kompetensi, komunikasi dan disiplin kerja berpengaruh signifikan secara parsial terhadap kinerja karyawan. Variabel kecerdasan emosional, kompetensi, komunikasi dan disiplin kerja berpengaruh secara simultan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Variabel kompetensi berpengaruh secara dominan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Hasil regresi liner berganda menunjukkan Y = - 1.176 + 0.208X1 + 0.463X2 + 0.176X3+ 0.237X4

Abstract

Digital marketing is a medium that is used as a platform to build a brand image of a product and also supports the sales function of target consumers. To increase sales, it is necessary to apply one strategy, namely ENDORSMENT. There is a relationship between digital marketing, endorsement promotion and product quality purchasing decisions on SUTR Heritage brand clothing. This research was conducted at SUTR Heritage UMKM which aims to determine whether there is an influence of digital marketing, endorsement promotion and product quality on purchasing decisions. The type of research used is quantitative research, the number of samples used by consumers or followers on Instagram with a total of 50 respondents. The technique used is the Multiple Linear Regression Analysis method, after passing the classical assumption test using the SPSS program. From the results of the study obtained multiple linear regression equation Y=8.686 + (-0.027) X1 + 0.356 X2 + 0.250 X3 + 3.012. The results of the t-test are significant values ​​of digital marketing variables 0.875, endorsement promotions 0.012, and product quality 0.097 which means that digital marketing and product quality have no effect, while endorsement promotion variables affect purchasing decisions. The results of the f test get a value of 0.000 (0.000 <0.05) which means that the languages ​​of the 3 variables (X) have a simultaneous effect on the variable (Y). The value of the coefficient of determination is 0.324, which means that it simultaneously has a positive and significant effect on the purchasing decision variables. There is a simultaneous influence between the digital marketing variables, endorsement promotions, and product quality on the purchasing decision variables of 32.4%.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine how significant the effect of inflation, financial performance, and earnings management on financial distress. The population in this study is the annual report of the Property, Real Estate, and Building Construction Sector Companies in Indonesia registered with Bank Indonesia during the period 2017-2021 as many as 45 companies. The analysis technique uses multiple linear regression. From the research that has been done and the discussion of the research results in the previous chapter, conclusions can be drawn from the research, namely: Inflation does not contribute to financial distress in property, real estate and building construction sector companies. Liquidity does not contribute to financial distress in property, real estate and building construction sector companies. Return On Equity contributes to Financial Distress in property, real estate and building construction sector companies. Return on Assets contributes to Financial Distress in property, real estate and building construction sector companies. Earnings management does not contribute to financial distress in property, real estate and building construction sector companies

Abstract

Information is a fundamental need for investors and potential investors for decision making. The existence of complete information, accurate and timely allows investors to be rational decision-making so that the results obtained as expected. Demands on companies to provide transparent information, the organization accountable and good corporate governance is increasingly forcing companies to provide information about social activities related to the organization's interaction with the physical environment and social environment, which is made in company annual reports or social reports separately. This study aims to examine some factors that affect the disclosure of corporate social responsibility. This study tried to develop a board of commissioners as the intervening variable of firm size on the disclosure of corporate social responsibility. The sample in this study was determined by sampling purposive. The population was 219 company listed on the Indonesia stock exchange. Data were analyzed using Path Analysis with SPSS. The results indicate that company size does not influence directly on the disclosure of corporate social responsibility, and commissars council cannot serve as an intervening variable in the influence of company size on disclosure of corporate social responsibility.

Abstract

Financial Distress is avoided as much as possible by predicting the occurrence of Financial Distress earlier. One source of information is the possibility of Financial Distress conditions in a company can be seen from the company's financial statements through the calculation of financial ratios. The purpose of this study is to predict the occurrence of Financial Distress in transportation sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The population of this study were all transportation companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2017-2021 period, totalling 21 companies and from 21 companies, based on the criteria included as samples were 14 companies. Tests in this study use Logistic Regression to determine the predictive power of financial ratios.This study states that the ratios of Liquidity, Activity, Leverage and Growth are not able to significantly distinguish between Financial Distress while the Profitability ratio can negatively differentiate between Financial Distress.

Abstract

Tujuan dari pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah sosialisasi capacity building, dimana agar dapat membantu para fasilitator menambah pengetahuan dan meningkatkan pemahaman dalam melakukan kegiatan sebagai fasilitator di bank sampah. Dimana khususnya fasilitator agar dalam memberdayakan kelompoknya dapat maksimal, dan memudahkan dalam pengelolaan sampah guna bisa membantu meringankan tiap keluarga bisa membayar Pajak Bumi dan bangunan setiap tahunya. Fasilitator yang terdapat di Kota Mojokerto sebanyak 40 orang, dimana mereka dalam bekerja dengan sistem sosial dan tidak dibayar. Didalam kegiatan capacity building ini adanya pelatihan dan permainan game dimana peserta bisa menarik suatu pelajaran mempunyai pemahaman dan kemampuan baru dalam membina hubungan, meningkatkan semangat,mengayomi anggota dan meningkatkan perolehan dalam pengumpulan sampah, sergingga bisa membantu meringankan pengeluaran biaya tiap keluarga.

Abstract

Community service includes efforts to make positive contributions to a particular community with the aim of improving their quality of life and welfare. One of the problems that many families often face is a lack of understanding and skills in financial management, which can have a negative impact on financial stability and family well-being. Therefore, this community service aims to provide family financial management training to the mothers of the Mojokerto City Puspa Forum. This training is designed to provide basic knowledge about financial management to participants. This training methodology involves community service activities carried out in Mergelo Village, Balongsari, Magersari District, Mojokerto City which was held on Saturday, September 16 2023, at the Mojokerto City P3A Social Service Office. Implementation of activities is carried out in three stages, namely the preparation stage, work program stage, and reporting stage. The targets of this community service activity are the village residents of Forum Puspa. The expected result of this community service is an increase in participants' understanding of personal financial management and their ability to manage family finances more effectively. In this way, it is hoped that they will be able to increase their financial stability, reduce their debt burden, and improve their overall quality of life.

Testing the effect of the issuance of a Tax Assessment Letter on the level of taxpayer compliance. Testing the effect of Tax Collection on the level of taxpayer compliance.The population in this research is Corporate Taxpayers, both directors and employees of these Corporate Taxpayers with an estimated population of approximately 200 people. The test used in this research is multiple linear regression. Based on hypothesis testing, the following conclusions are obtained: tax sanctions have a significant positive effect on taxpayer compliance, the issuance of a Tax Assessment Letter has a significant positive effect on taxpayer compliance, Tax Collection has a significant positive effect on the level of taxpayer compliance.

Abstract

Semua perusahaan go public diwajibkan untuk menyampaikan laporan keuangan yang disusun sesuai dengan standar akuntansi keuangan dan telah diaudit oleh akuntan publik yang terdaftar di Otoritas Jasa Keuangan.. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui pengaruh ukuran perusahaan dan profitabilitas terhadap timelines melalui Good Corporate Government Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah perusahaan Perbankan yang dipublikasikan di Bursa Efek Indonesia dengan sampel sebanyak 23 perusahaan perbankan dari tahun 2015-2019. Penelitian ini menggunakan Partial Least Square (PLS) Masing – masing hipotesis tersebut dianalisis menggunakan software Smart PLS 3.0 untuk menguji hubungan antar variabel. Hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan, maka disimpulkan hal sebagai berikut : Profitabilitas berpengaruh terhadap Good Corporate Government dengan mendapatkan dukungan arah pengaruh yang positif di dalam penelitian ini. Ukuran Perusahaan berpengaruh terhadap Good Corporate Government dengan mendapatkan dukungan arah pengaruh yang positif dalam penelitian ini. Abstract

Perkembangan dunia digital saat ini menjadi hal penting dalam dunia bisnis, karena aktivitas komunikasi dengan menggunakan jaringan internet menjadi bagian dari gaya hidup masyarakat, sehingga suatu usaha dituntut untuk menjual produknya secara online, salah satunya adalah UMKM Udeng. Namun permasalahan yang terjadi adalah pelaku usaha yang masih belum memahami tentang penjualan online, padahal kemajuan teknologi saat ini menuntut pelaku usaha untuk dapat menjual produknya dengan menggunakan media online marketing, sehingga tujuan dari pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah melakukan penyuluhan online marketing untuk meningkatkan penjualan produk Udeng. Metode yang digunakan yaitu terdiri dari tiga fase antara lain fase persiapan, fase pelaksanaan, dan fase evaluasi. Adapun hasil pengabdian masyarakat ini yaitu pada fase persiapan dilakukan observasi dan wawancara untuk menggali informasi tentang permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh pelaku UMKM Udeng. Pada fase pelaksanaan dilakukan penyuluhan dan diskusi untuk memberikan pemahaman mengenai pentingnya online marketing dan cara mempromosikan produk melalui online marketing. Kegiatan Pengabdian Masyarakat ini diharapkan dapat memberikan wawasan dan peluang yang berpotensi dalam meningkatkan penjualan Udeng
