Abstract

The purpose of this study was to find out the form of counseling on the COVID-19 pandemic to the Orphan Orphanage (PAY), a description of the attention paid to preventing the spread of the Orphan Orphanage (PAY) virus and to describe the supporting factors for the Orphan Orphanage (PAY) in the spread of the covid 19 virus. The research method used in this study is a direct home service method, where the Orphan Orphanage (PAY) will be visited by Advisors and Students in the hope of providing counseling and ways to deal with the spread of the covid virus and delivering basic food assistance to improve prosperity and is expected to provide self-motivation for the children of the Mojokerto City Orphan Orphanage (PAY). Based on the home care research method, it was carried out in socializing the dangers of covid through 3M health program counseling and the use of these tools by practicing in front of the students and administrators, while handling the spread of the virus involved all students and administrators assisted by students in cleaning the area and place at the orphanage. The orphans and the use of 3M traps in the area. Meanwhile, during this pandemic, the Orphan Orphanage is also a distributor of formula drugs that increase immunity to maintain health and fortify themselves from the covid 19 virus who are members of the Muhammadiyah Covid 19 Command Center community in East Java and there is also bee honey cultivation as the management of the orphanage's own children as honey distributors. Abstract

Pemberdayaan bazar UMKM (Usaha Mikro Kecil Menengah) telah terbukti memberikan kontribusi bagi perekonomian masyarakat. Permasalahan pada UMKM adalah keterbatasan modal kerja, kapasitas sumber daya manusia yang sangat rendah dan minimnya penguasaan pada ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi yang secara umum berdampak pada prospek usaha. Maka dari itu, tujuan dari pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah membantu para pelaku UMKM untuk berkolaborasi pada bazar kewirausahaan agar dapat bersinergi dan berkomunikasi dengan masyarakat maupun sesama pelaku usaha untuk mengetahui permintaan produk dan bagaimana cara mempromosikan suatu produk agar dapat terjual baik dipasaran. Selanjutnya, membangun relasi dan jejaring social dengan pelaku UMKM lainnya untuk memperluas pasar dan dapat meningkatkan omzet penjualan. Dengan berkolaborasi dan meningkatnya omzet penjualan, pelaku UMKM dapat berperan dalam pembangunan dan pertumbuhan ekonomi.

Abstract

Tertib administrasi merupakan kunci pokok keberhasilan pengelolaan suatu organisasi. Kelompok Sadar Wisata “Sejahtera” Kranggan (Pokdarwis) merupakan salah satu organisasi wisata di Kota Mojokerto yang peduli terhadap administrasinya. Namun, kurangnya pengetahuan anggota tentang administrasi ini tentunya perlu adanya pendampingan khusus untuk penertiban. Metode pendampingan dalam pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah melalui sosialisasi, observasi, wawancara dan diskusi pada Pokdarwis “Sejahtera” Kranggan. Tertib administrasi yang dihasilkan dari pendampingan ini akan digunakan untuk memenuhi 10 standart administrasi pokok organisasi yang dibutuhkan.

Abstract

 The purpose of conducting this research is to find out whether Company Size, Debt, Profitability, Managerial Ownership of Income Smoothing Practices before and after the Covid-19 pandemic were case studies on property and realestate companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2018-2022. With a total population of 13 companies, and a sample of 65 financial data studied within 5 years. The results of this study, researchers found that company size before the pandemic had no effect but after the pandemic company size had an effect on income smoothing before and after the Covid-19 pandemic. Meanwhile, Debt, Profitability, Managerial Ownership partially affect income smoothing before and after the Covid-19 pandemic.

Abstract

This thesis aims to examine the accounting information system that is running at Elraf Woodcraft which is engaged in a craft manufacturing business whose sales are carried out online. The research method used is a qualitative method with an observation approach by observing business activities. The data presented in the form of descriptive narratives that seek to clearly describe events related to accounting information systems in handicraft manufacturing businesses. Data analysis techniques are carried out by means of researcher interpretation of the data obtained and data reduction by drawing conclusions. The results showed that the accounting information system in Elraf Woodcraft manufacturing business has not been a special concern for business owners because all records are done manually by business owners directly and currently the focus of business owners is still on promotion and product development. From the observations made by the author, it can be concluded that the procedures of the cash receipt cycle, cash disbursements, inventory, employee payroll and presentation of financial reports along with forms and documents related to all transactions carried out. In addition, there is a need for a supply / delivery section and a finance section to help sustain business activities so that business owners focus on product promotion and development which in turn will make the business grow even more because business owners are more concentrated on accelerating sales.

Abstract

From the results of observations or observations, several problems were found that occurred in teacher job satisfaction. Problems that cause a lack of work engagement, social support and capability for teachers. The aim of this research is to find out how work engagement, social support and work engagement influence teacher job satisfaction at MAN 2 Mojokerto. Quantitative techniques were used in this research. The population in this research is non-permanent teachers or GTT at MAN 2 Mojokerto. 35 GTT (non-permanent teachers) at MAN 2 Mojokerto answered the questionnaire used to collect research data. The method used is by distributing questionnaires via the Googleform application. The sampling technique used is the total sampling technique. The data analysis method used is multiple regression analysis, hypothesis testing. The research results show that: teacher performance satisfaction at MAN 2 Mojokerto is significantly influenced by the work engagement component with a t value of -2.342 and a significance of 0.026 > 0.05. According to the research results, teacher job satisfaction at MAN 2 Mojokerto is not influenced by social support with a value of t 0.173 and significance 0.863 <0.05. Based on the research results, it is known that capability has a significant effect on teacher job satisfaction at MAN 2 Mojokerto with a t value of 2.891 and a significance of 0.0007 < 0.05

Abstract

Suka Laundry is a micro, small, and medium enterprise (MSME) in the home industry engaged in laundry and ironing services since 2019. This research aims to create a financial report system that is easy to operate with Microsoft Excel and can prepare financial reports according to SAK EMKM at MSMEs Suka Laundry in Mojosari. This research is descriptive qualitative research, while the data collection method in this study uses interview, observation, and literature study techniques according to the research topic. The results of this study are an accounting information system that can support the process of recording financial statements. With this Microsoft Excel-based accounting information system, it is hoped that it can help Suka Laundry SMEs in managing the financial statements in the SMEs

Abstract

This study aims to find out how the accounting information system for granting credit in the Putra Surya Mandiri Mojosari Mojokerto Savings and Loan Cooperative. The method used in this study is a qualitative method with data collection techniques in the form of interviews, documentation and observations. Based on the results of the research obtained, the procedure of the accounting system for granting credit at the Putra Surya Mandiri Mojosari Mojokerto Savings and Loan Cooperative is effective, namely it is found with the documents used, accounting records used, related functions and credit granting procedures that are appropriate and structured with applicable provisions. However, the settlement of credit provision has not met the documents used, namely there is no power of attorney to sell used to sell collateral in the event of bad credit. And the assessment of credit provision at the Putra Surya Mandiri Mojosari Mojokerto Savings and Loan Cooperative is only carried out by the Surveyor, the absence of a Financing/Loan Analysis section makes the results of the analysis can be engineered by the surveyor.

Abstract

This community service activity aims to provide knowledge to SMA 12 Surabaya students about carrying out financial transactions on social media wisely and safely. According to Paais and Apituley (2023) the success of an individual is not only determined by his academic abilities (hard skills), but is also determined by soft skills, a skill needed so that an individual is able to manage his own emotions (intrapersonal skills) and is able to manage emotions when building relationships with others (interpersonal skills). The key to the formation of hard skills and soft skills is resources that are able and willing to change to become better. Student resources play an important role in financial transactions on social media. Some of the problems that exist include students' lack of knowledge about the dangers of making online transactions, and no knowledge about safe online transactions due to lack of information. Therefore, this activity aims to provide additional knowledge and insight about all buying and selling activities via social media, why transactions are made online, payment methods that can be used, and risks that can arise due to online transactions so that students can maximize their soft skills and hard skills. to maintain safe online transactions. Based on the results of the pre-test and post-test, there were 9 students in the "Poor" understanding category and only 1 student after that, in the "Enough" category before that there were 22 students and after that there were 6 students, in the "Good" category before that there were 8 students and after that showed an increase of 32 students. Thus, further community activities are needed regarding wider use of social media so that students can further develop their soft skills and hard skills.

Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the influence of risk management and the application of Corporate Governance principles on the performance of PT Permodalan Nasional Madani (PNM) Regional Surabaya, as well as to examine the role of Corporate Governance as a mediator in the relationship between risk management and company performance. This study uses a quantitative approach with the path analysis method to understand the relationship between variables. The results of the study reveal that risk management has a significant positive impact on company performance. These findings show that a company's ability to effectively identify and manage risks contributes to improved performance. In addition, Corporate Governance has also been proven to have a positive and significant effect on the company's performance, indicating that the implementation of good governance principles is able to support the improvement of operational and financial performance. Furthermore, Corporate Governance acts as an important mediator that strengthens the relationship between risk management and company performance. With the implementation of good governance, risk management can be optimized to support the achievement of superior performance.
