Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of company attractiveness, reputation and online recruitment on interest in applying for work using the Tik-Tok application. The population used is GENERATION Y AND Z Muslims aged between 15 and 41 years who use the Tik-Tok application. From the results of these calculations, a sample of 96 people were obtained as respondents. The research was carried out using multiple linear regression analysis tests. Based on the test results, it can be concluded: Company attractiveness has a positive influence on interest in applying for work, company reputation has a positive influence on interest in applying for work, online recruitment has a positive influence on interest in applying for work.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of internal control, individual morality, and information asymmetry on the tendency of fraud in PT. Ambassador Mayanksari located in Surabaya. Fraud is a serious problem because it can harm a company both financially and reputationally. In this study, a quantitative approach was used with a survey method involving 57 respondents, who were employees of PT. Ambassador Mayanksari. The collected data was analyzed using multiple linear regression techniques to identify the relationship between independent and dependent variables. The findings show that all three variables—internal control, individual morality, and information asymmetry—together exert a significant influence on fraud propensity. Separately, internal control has been proven to have a positive influence on fraud tendencies. The same is true for individual morality and information asymmetry, both of which have a significant impact on the occurrence of fraud. This study suggests that the implementation of good internal control, the improvement of individual morality, and the reduction of information asymmetry can play an important role in reducing the potential for fraud in companies.

Abstract

Sebagian besar para pengusaha akan mempunyai tujuan untuk mendapatkan pendapatan yang akan diterimannya dari hasil penjualan baik barang maupun jasa secara maksimal, dan mempertahankan atau bahkan berusaha untuk dapat meningkatkannya untuk jangka waktu yang lama. Tujuan ini dapat direalisir apabila penjualan dapat dilaksanakan seperti yang sudah direncanakan, akan tetapi hal ini tidak berarti bahwa hasil penjualan dari barang ataupun jasa yang terjual selalu menghasilkan laba. Hal ini dikarnakan hasil penjualan yang diperoleh tidak selalu sesuai dengan harapan, tetapi agar perusahaan dapat terus berjalan dengan baik maka sebaiknya hal tersebut dapat diminimalisir atau bahkan dihindari karena pada dasarnya laba yang diperoleh dari hasil penjualan akan digunakan untuk pengembangan perusahaan baik dalam segi kualita maupun kuantitas pada perusaahaan tersebut. Dengan adanya latar belakang tersebut, penulis mengidentifikasi masalah yang ada sebagai berikut : sejauh mana Pengaruh Biaya Bahan Baku dan Biaya Distribusi Secara Parsial Terhadap Pendapatan PT ATM Gresik. Dan sejauh mana Pengaruh Biaya Bahan Baku dan Biaya Distribusi Secara Simultan Terhadap Pendapatan PT ATM Gresik. Serta Variabel Manakah Yang Berpengaruh Dominan Terhadap Pendapatan PT ATM Gresik. Berdasarkan hasil uji t, nilai t hitung untuk X1 (biaya bahan baku) adalah 6,594 dan untuk X2 (biaya distribusi) adalah 54,594, artinya secara parsial biaya bahan baku dan biaya distribusi memiliki pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap pendapatan pada PT ATM Gresik. Berdasarkan hasi uji F diperoleh nilai Fhitung sebesar 5201,466, sedangkan Ftabel 163, artinya secara bersama-sama biaya bahan baku dan biaya distribusi memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap pendapatan pada PT ATM Gresik. Dari tabel dapat dibaca R square (R2) adalah 93,12 Artinya sebesar 93,3% dipengaruhi oleh variabel biaya bahan baku dan biaya distribusi sedangkan sisanya sebesar 6,6% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain. Standard error of the estimate merupakan kesalahan standar dari penaksiran 875. Berdasarkan hasil uji regresi linier berganda maka diperoleh persamaan regresi Y= 731,112 +2955,669 X1 + 38,889 X2 . variabel yang paling dominan yaitu biaya bahan baku sebesar 2955,669 (X1) terhadap pendapatan pada PT ATM Gresik. Dari kesimpulan pertama kami dapat memberi saran bahwa biaya bahan baku dan biaya distribusi sebaiknya dipertahankan, kalau bisa ditingkatkan lagi agar pendapatan semakin meningkat. Kegiatan biaya bahan baku dan biaya distribusi sangat berkaitan erat dengan pendapatan, maka pelaksanaan biaya bahan baku dan biaya distribusi hendaknya mendapat perhatian yang lebih yaitu dengan meningkatkan frekuensi kegiatan biaya bahan baku dan biaya distribusi agar pendapatan juga menjadi semakin meningkat. Untuk biaya bahan baku dan biaya distribusi harus dipertahankan lagi kalau bisa lebih ditingkatkan lagi dengan jalan jangan tergantung pada satu model atau satu tema/ cara distribusi saja melainkan harus dikombinasikan dengan tren yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan konsumen.

Abstract

Community service is carried out at PP Muhammadiyah Putri, Meri village, Mojokerto, with the aim of: 1) Supporting and strengthening the Covid-19 countermeasures and prevention programs carried out by the central and local governments. 2) Increasing the level of concern for Unimas academic citivity in accelerating prevention, transmission of Covit -19, 3) Lighten the burden on the community affected by covid -19. Problems faced 1) Low school achievement of children who are left behind in PP Muhammidiyah Putri, 2) Low interest in learning children living in PP Muhammadiya Putri, 3). Less conducive learning environment, the method used in lectures and discussions. Programs implemented are 1) Child Development through Learning Culture, 2) Community Service, 3) Social Service, implemented smoothly as expected. Participants in the activity responded positively and expressed their gratitude to the academic activities of Unimas for providing useful knowledge to participants, namely fostering interest in learning to increase achievement, therefore hope that there is a continuation of the activity and it does not stop here.

Abstract

Perkembangan dunia digital saat ini menjadi hal penting dalam dunia bisnis, karena aktivitas komunikasi dengan menggunakan jaringan internet menjadi bagian dari gaya hidup masyarakat, sehingga suatu usaha dituntut untuk menjual produknya secara online, salah satunya adalah UMKM Udeng. Namun permasalahan yang terjadi adalah pelaku usaha yang masih belum memahami tentang penjualan online, padahal kemajuan teknologi saat ini menuntut pelaku usaha untuk dapat menjual produknya dengan menggunakan media online marketing, sehingga tujuan dari pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah melakukan penyuluhan online marketing untuk meningkatkan penjualan produk Udeng. Metode yang digunakan yaitu terdiri dari tiga fase antara lain fase persiapan, fase pelaksanaan, dan fase evaluasi. Adapun hasil pengabdian masyarakat ini yaitu pada fase persiapan dilakukan observasi dan wawancara untuk menggali informasi tentang permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh pelaku UMKM Udeng. Pada fase pelaksanaan dilakukan penyuluhan dan diskusi untuk memberikan pemahaman mengenai pentingnya online marketing dan cara mempromosikan produk melalui online marketing. Kegiatan Pengabdian Masyarakat ini diharapkan dapat memberikan wawasan dan peluang yang berpotensi dalam meningkatkan penjualan Udeng

Abstract

This study aims to provide an in-depth analysis of the influence of human resource management (HRM) policies on job satisfaction and employee performance at PT RLGLOW Jaya Abadi, Mojokerto City. The research employed a qualitative descriptive approach using in-depth interviews with four key informants: production staff, manager, warehouse supervisor, and HRD officer. The collected data were analyzed thematically by considering the dynamics of employee performance within the context of changes in the business environment, particularly in the e-commerce- based industry. The findings reveal that HRM policies such as the implementation of varied reward systems, flexible working hours, open communication channels, and technical training support have significantly increased employee motivation, loyalty, and sense of appreciation. Furthermore, external dynamics such as sales fluctuations due to promotional events and market changes also influence work enthusiasm, to which management responds by adjusting policies and operational strategies. These results emphasize that the combination of adaptive HRM policies and a conducive work environment plays a crucial role in achieving optimal performance and sustaining job satisfaction over time.

Abstract

The emergence of the metaverse has transformed digital marketing by offering immersive and interactive experiences that reshape consumer behavior. This study explores the role of metaverse marketing as a new opportunity for creative entrepreneurs in building consumer experience and behavioral intention. Using a quantitative approach, data were collected from 282 respondents who had interacted with creative entrepreneurship activities in the metaverse, such as virtual fashion shows, digital music concerts, and art exhibitions. The measurement model was validated for reliability and validity, and data were analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling–Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS). The results reveal that immersiveness, sociability, and environmental fidelity significantly affect consumer experience, which in turn strongly influences purchase intention and loyalty. Moreover, consumer experience partially mediates the relationship between metaverse characteristics and behavioral intention. These findings highlight that creative entrepreneurs should focus not only on adopting new technologies but also on designing valuable and meaningful experiences for their consumers. This study contributes to the literature on digital marketing and entrepreneurship by emphasizing the strategic role of the metaverse in fostering sustainable consumer engagement.

Abstract

Sampah dapat diartikan sebagai konsekuensi adanya aktivitas kehidupan manusia. Setiap tahunnya, dipastikan volume sampah selalu bertambah seiring dengan pola konsumerisme masyarakat yang semakin meningkat. Undang-Undang Nomor 18 Tahun 2008 tentang Pengelolaan Sampah serta Peraturan Pemerintah Nomor 81 Tahun 2012 mengamanatkan perlunya perubahan paradigma mendasar dalam pengelolaan sampah yaitu dari paradigma kumpul – angkut - buang, menjadi pengolahan bertumpu pada pengurangan sampah dan penanganan sampah. Kota Mojokerto memiliki Tempat Pengelolaan Akhir sampah (TPA Randegan) dengan luas sekitar ±6 ha. Upaya pengurangan sampah dilakukan dengan pengolahan sampah organik dengan memilah sampah rumah tangga menjadi produk Eco Enzyme. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat  dimaksudkan untuk sharing keilmuan sekaligus memberikan pencerahan  bahan pertimbangan bagi pegiat bank sampah yang  concern dalam menentukan pembuatan kemasan produk dari limbah sampah organik berupa Eco Enzyme yang mereka hasilkan dengan harapan memberi value added secara ekonomis  pegiat Bank Sampah Induk dan Masyarakat di lingkungan TPA Randegan Kota Mojokerto

Abstract

The problem in this research is the application of the relevant costs on companies Wingko in decisions to accept or reject the special order to increase profits. The purpose of this study is to find out about the appropriate cost calculation made by the company to accept or reject special orders as well as to analyze the relevant costs about decisions on accepting or rejecting special orders. The method used is quantitative descriptive. The results showed that the company is still not appropriate in analyzing the use of the relevant costs. The analysis of special orders in 2017 from Mr. Ali, 2018 from Mr. Hasan, 2019 from Mrs. Ida, 2020 from Pondok yayasan Iman, and Mrs. Siti, and the last in 2021 of Mrs. Rini and Mrs. Ika is acceptable. So that the company's profit would increase from special orders are accepted
