Abstract

This research aims to analyze the communication model implemented by the Village Head in efforts to increase community participation in Timoreng Panua Village, Panca Rijang District, Sidenreng Rappang Regency. The study uses a descriptive qualitative approach to explore how the Village Head applies an effective communication model to encourage community involvement in the village development process. The findings indicate that the communication carried out by the Village Head successfully involved various elements of the community and village government, contributing to increased community participation in development activities. However, community participation is still not optimal, especially in decision-making related to village development plans. This research is expected to contribute both theoretically and practically to the development of more effective communication models to enhance community participation at the village level.

Abstract

The development of technology has had a significant impact on human life, one of which is the internet, which allows everything to be done more efficiently. PT. Deacom Teknologi has become one of the telecommunications service companies in Sidenreng Rappang Regency. Managing customer data and payments has become a major challenge for PT. Deacom Teknologi as the company grows and the number of customers increases. The manual processes in this context cause various problems such as data errors and delays in payment tracking. To improve efficiency, this research aims to investigate the implementation of the web-based Sisbro application as a solution to facilitate customer data management and enhance payment process efficiency. This research adopts a qualitative analysis approach, emphasizing an in-depth description of the phenomenon under study. The implementation of the web-based Sisbro application at PT. Deacom Teknologi has had a significantly positive impact on improving customer management and the efficiency of the payment process.

Abstract

In this period of improvements in science and innovation as well as high rivalry in an undeniably progressed business world, it makes it simpler for us to work rapidly and productively. Numerous MSMEs in the Panca Rijang sub-region have used cutting edge innovation in their business fields. One of them is executing a clerk application to oversee deals exchanges and make it more straightforward to gather monetary report information. An issue that is much of the time tracked down in endeavors to further develop client support is that shopping strikes are frequently not printed. The reason for this exploration is to figure out how the clerk application utilized by Lapathu PS UMKM further develops client care. The strategy utilized is subjective with the exploration objects being proprietors, workers and shoppers who do buy exchanges without receipts. Information assortment strategies are perception, meetings and documentation. This examination was directed at UMKM Lapathu PS, definitively on Jalan AP Pettarani No, 20. The exploration results show that in the wake of utilizing the clerk application at Lapathu PS MSMEs, the business cycle can be made more powerful and accelerate administration to customers. Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui bagaimana komunikasi digital dalam meningkatkan partisipasi politik generasi milenial di Kabupaten Sidenreng Rappang. Penelitian ini megunakan metode deskripsi kualitatif. Sumber data diperoleh dari hasil observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. teknik analisis data penelitian ini ialah reduksi data, penyajian data dan Penarikan Kesimpulan. Maka data yang telah di analisis kemudian diolah mengunakan Nvivo 12 plus. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa komunikasi digital memiliki pengaruh dalam meningkatkan partisipasi generasi milenial di Kabupaten Sidenreng Rappang. Adapun faktor pendukung  dalam meningkatkan partisipasi ialah perangsang politik, situasi atau lingkungan serta pendidikan politik dalam hal ini situasi atau lingkungan menjadi faktor yang memiliki presentase tinggi  dari kedua faktor lainnya.

Abstract

“Momenkita Studio” is a small and medium-sized enterprise (SME) operating in the creative industry, specifically as a photo studio. It faces challenges with management that has not yet been optimized. Some noticeable obstacles include the lack of a structured customer record system, often complicated scheduling, and unclear monitoring of studio activities. This inefficient management can lead to schedule overlaps, neglect in record-keeping, and difficulties in tracking payment transactions. This study uses a qualitative method. Therefore, there is a need for a solution that can improve management efficiency. This research discusses the design and development of a web-based customer record application aimed at enhancing management efficiency at “Momenkita Studio” using the waterfall method. This process includes analysis, design, coding, testing, and support stages. The website is designed to simplify the processes of recording, scheduling, and monitoring studio activities, allowing users to focus on the creative aspects of their work.

Abstract

Penerapan E-Government menjadi kebutuhan mendesak untuk meningkatkan efisiensi, transparansi, dan akuntabilitas pelayanan publik, khususnya di tingkat desa. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis dukungan dan kapasitas penerapan E-Government dalam digitalisasi pelayanan publik melalui aplikasi Siberas di Desa Sipodeceng. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian deskriptif dan fenomenologi. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Sumber data primer berasal dari informan dengan teknik purposive sampling, sedangkan data sekunder diperoleh dari dokumen instansi terkait. Analisis data menggunakan model analisis interaktif yang meliputi pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dukungan pemerintah desa, terutama Kepala Desa, cukup baik, tetapi kebijakan formal yang mewajibkan penggunaan aplikasi Siberas belum ada. Kendala yang ditemukan meliputi rendahnya literasi digital masyarakat, terutama kelompok usia lanjut, serta infrastruktur teknologi yang kurang stabil. Digitalisasi melalui Siberas terbukti meningkatkan efisiensi, transparansi, dan akuntabilitas pelayanan, meskipun adopsinya belum merata. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan penguatan kebijakan, peningkatan literasi digital masyarakat, optimalisasi fitur aplikasi, serta penguatan infrastruktur teknologi untuk mendukung keberlanjutan digitalisasi pelayanan publik.

Abstract

QRIS (Quick Response Code Indonesian Standard) is Bank Indonesia's new breakthrough in supporting people's digital lifestyle, especially in the field of commerce/buying and selling. UMart is a local mini market that has used QRIS as an alternative solution for payment transactions to increase sales transaction volume. In terms of use, conventional payment transactions are still very dominant compared to payment transactions via QRIS. The aim of this research is to analyze how the use of QRIS at UMART increases sales transactions. This research uses qualitative methods with the research object being UMART owners and customers who make transactions via QRIS. The data collection technique is purposive sampling through observation, interviews and documentation. This research was conducted at one of the UMKM in Rappang Village, namely UMART. The research results show that using QRIS at UMart can increase sales transactions by 8% because QRIS is very flexible, making the payment transaction process easier. The author suggests the need for outreach from both the government and merchants to the public so that people are interested in using QRIS educated in supporting Indonesia's digital economy in the future.

Abstract

The governance of the 2024 Presidential Election leaves an important note for democracy in Indonesia. The President as head of State is considered not neutral, weakening state institutions practicing dynasty politics in a democratic country.  This study aims to determine the practice of presidential dynasty politics and the ethics of state institutions in the 2024 national leadership succession. Using a descriptive-qualitative approach with an in-depth analysis method of the state process and the President's response in facing the leadership succession. Data collection was conducted through media coverage analysis and a literature review from previous studies. The results show that the involvement of the President strengthens dynasty politics through policies and decisions of the Constitutional Court, which are considered not neutral, so they can weaken democratic ethics. This fact is something new in the practice of democracy in Indonesia, and it has an impact on the integrity of state institutions and election organizers. This study reveals a new perspective on the President's involvement in dynastic politics and its implications for the ethical governance of state institutions during the 2024 presidential election. These findings contribute to the understanding of the challenges of Indonesian democracy and their potential impacts on the 2024 regional head elections, emphasizing the need to strengthen integrity in the democratic process.

Abstract

This study focuses on pipe marketing to increase SME sales in Puncak Harapan Village, which lacks extensive marketing strategies and brands with significant selling value. It aims to leverage the potential of digital technology to expand opportunities for the growth and success of SME businesses in the current digital era. This study aims to analyze the appropriate digitalization of pipe marketing to enhance SME sales in Puncak Harapan Village, Enrekang Regency. The qualitative research method uses data analysis techniques with NVivo 12 Plus. Researchers will conduct in-depth interviews with informants to identify the most effective digital strategies for pipeline marketing. This study concludes that digitalizing product marketing in Puncak Harapan Village, Enrekang Regency, through platforms such as Shopee and Facebook, is crucial in increasing SME sales. Shopee is more effective by employing aggressive marketing tactics, while Facebook focuses on in-depth situational analysis to tailor strategies to consumer preferences. Effective marketing tactics and strategies on digital platforms significantly influence the success of SME product marketing. However, proper implementation and control are also essential to ensure the effectiveness of these strategies, particularly in response to market dynamics and consumer feedback.

Abstract

This study aims to map the development and research trends of e-government in village governance. The research method applied is a systematic literature review using 538 scientific articles from the Scopus database published between 2019 and 2024. The review was conducted using bibliometric analysis processed through R-Studio (Biblioshiny) and Tableau applications. The study results revealed a steady increase in publication trends, the formation of multiple author collaboration networks, and the identification of key thematic clusters such as digitalization, public service delivery, governance frameworks, trust, and technology adoption. The thematic evolution analysis also demonstrated the emergence of new research areas, including blockchain, cybersecurity, and participatory governance. The limitation of this study is that the articles used are only sourced from the Scopus database, which may not fully represent the broader landscape of global research on village-level e-government. Future research needs to incorporate scientific articles from other reputable international databases, such as Web of Science and Dimensions Scholars, to provide a more comprehensive understanding of the evolving discourse in this field.
