<![CDATA[The purpose of this study was to find out the patient service satisfaction with the system services of the Social Security Administering Bodies (BPJS) health at Islamic Hospital Faisal Makassar. This study used qualitative research. The number of informants in this study were 4 people using in-depth interview techniquq. This study used primary and secondary data, these two types of data were obtained by observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis used data reduction techniques, presentation of data and conclusions. Based on the results of direct interviews and data analysis showed that the indicators achievement of patient service satisfaction as seen from accountability, transparency, participation, conditionality, and equal rights had worked quite well, but they must be addressed especially in the accountability process for drug distribution against patients at the Islamic Hospital Faisal Makassar. This study showed patient service satisfaction greatly affects the results of the agency service system Health Social Security (BPJS) organizer at the Islamci Hospital Faisal Makassar. <![CDATA[The management of information and communication technology in the Enrekang Regency Government is currently still sectoral, so it is necessary to integrate efforts in the development pattern and support for integrated information and communication technology policies. It is necessary to think strategically about programs in planning effective and efficient development for a long period of time, and the optimal impact of internet-based telecommunications information in Enrekang Regency. This research uses qualitative research. With the number of informants as many as 6 people. The results of this study indicate that the target of developing an internet-based telecommunications network is in accordance with what is expected by the government of Erekang Regency. In terms of the policy of developing internet-based telecommunications networks, it is in accordance with the goals expected by the community. There are several programs that are designed and always developed by the government to make it easier for the community. <![CDATA[This study purposed to determine the effect of supervision on the prevention of drug abuse in the Baddoka National Narcotics Agency Makassar City and focused on drug abuse control in the Baddoka National Narcotics Agency Rehabilitation Center Makassar City. This study used a quantitative sample of 53 people by using saturated sampling so that the total number of employees was sampled. Data were collected by using a questionnaire instrument. The data was analyzed quantitatively using simple linear regression. The results of this study indicated that the influence of supervision of drug abuse prevention at the National Narcotics Agency Baddoka Makassar Rehabilitation Agency, there was a significant influence between control and drug control. Therefore, the hypothesis in the study was accepted because it was supported by the significance value. Furthermore supervision of the employee was also influenced by direct and indirect supervision techniques.]]>

<![CDATA[Abstract This study aimed to describe and eplainevthe implementation of the function Village Consultatie Body (BPD) in Bayondo Village, Tomoni District, East Luwu Regency. This study used a qualitaive descriptive method. Data collection techniques through observation and interviews. The results of this study showed that the implementation of the function (BPD) was know that the function discussed and agreeing that the draft Village regulation had been implemented and realized optimally, the function of accommodating and channeling the aspirations of the community had not been implemented well, his was because there were still obstacles in its implementation, where the comunity still did not understand the duties and functions performed by the BPD, so that in the implementation process it accommodates and channels community asprations often get opposition and debate from society, function supervising the performance of the village head was not maximal due to lack of communication between BPD administrators. <![CDATA[This study aims to determine the Coordination between the Ombudsman and Law Enforcement Parties in Handling Maladministration Complaints in Makassar City. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative with 9 informants. This research information was collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of this study indicate that, not all reports/complaints processed by the Ombudsman must meet the formal and material requirements and some reports are outside the scope of the Ombudsman. Meetings/meetings are often held by the Ombudsman with law enforcement officials, but in the regulatory aspect there is no synergy so that it hampers the resolution of cases. Communications carried out by the Ombudsman with law enforcement authorities and the reported superiors so far have only been limited to resolving cases, so the communication is somewhat less intense. Furthermore, the division of work of the Makassar City Ombudsman seen from the main tasks and functions is in accordance with their respective abilities and expertise, but due to limited human resources, the division of labor is still uneven.]]>

<![CDATA[This research aims to find out about the quality of public services in the era of digitalization at the Duapitue District Office, Sidenreng Rappang Regency. This type of research uses qualitative research with a descriptive type that focuses on the quality of public services in the era of digitalization at the Duapitue District Office, Sidenreng Rappang Regency. The results of this research indicate that the existence of Transparency in Dua Pitue District regarding openness in the public service process is not good enough. This is characterized by openness regarding service procedures, not yet well publicized and not yet understood by some people. Accountability at the Dua Pitue District Office. The sub-district government carries out its duties and functions properly and correctly based on standard service procedures. <![CDATA[This study aims to determine the strategy of Empowering Family Welfare in handling stunting in Bontolebang Village, North Galesong District, Takalar Regency. The research method used in this study is a qualitative research method with a descriptive research approach. The data collection techniques were obtained from observation, interviews with research informants as many as 12 people and documentation. The results showed that the PKK strategy in Bontolebang Village in the effort to deal with stunting had been carried out well based on the stages of the strategy process. The first stage is the formulation of strategies in the effort to deal with stunting by using institutional strategies and cross-sectoral approaches as well as strengthening Posyandu institutions. The second stage is the implementation of the strategy carried out in the form of the realization of programs such as the Germas, Gempita, and Gammara'na programs. The last stage is the evaluation stage of the PKK strategy in Bontolebang Village which includes reviewing the activities of internal and external factors that form the basis of the strategy. Internal factors are the utilization of existing resources, both human resources and facilities and infrastructure. As for external factors, namely the lack of allocation of funds issued by the government.]]>

<![CDATA[ABSTRAK The purpose of this study was to find out the effect of occupational health and safety on employee performance at PT. Pelni Labuan Bajo. This study used quantitative research type with causal associative quantitative research type, namely for causal relationships between two or more variables from several populations for the sample. With a population of 40 employees. The data were analyzed using a simple linear regression formula. The results showed the testing indicators of occupational health and safety variables on employee performance partially had a positive and significant influence. The results of this study indicated testing the variables of health and work safety on employee performance simultaneously. It showed the t count value of 3,143. This showed that the t count value was greater than the t table value of 1,687 which was obtained from (n -3 = 40-3 = 37 ) with a significant level of a = 0.05. It concluded that tcount ttable (3.143 1.687) So it that the H1 decision was accepted, this meant that the occupational health and safety variable had a positive and significant effect on the employee performance variable.Keywords: Effect, occupational health and safety, employee performance]]>

<![CDATA[The aim of the research is to determine the implementation of good governance principles for financial management in Matampapole Village, Mallawa District, Maros Regency. This research uses a qualitative method with a descriptive type. Data collection techniques include observation, interviews and documentation. The results of the research show that there are five stages of principles of good governance in village financial management, namely equality which has done justice in informing the budget or financial management to the community, transparency has been transparent/open in conveying the budget or financial management to the community, accountability has been transparent/open in conveying the budget or financial management in the community, the effectiveness and efficiency of the community begins to feel efficient and changes in conveying the budget or financial management to the community and participation has carried out community consultation activities in conveying the budget or financial management to the community.]]>

<![CDATA[ABSTRACTThe purpose of the study was to find out the implementation of the policy for developing coastal tourism objects at the cultural and tourism service in Makassar City. This study used qualitative research. The results showed that the implementation of the policy for the development of coastal tourism objects at the Department of Culture and Tourism in Makassar City, viewed from the aspects: 1. Communication, the Makassar City Culture and Tourism Office was very good because the service office always prioritized communication in every divisions. in each office to run according to the SOP in each office in realizing good service. 2. Resources, the Culture and Tourism Office were good at providing natural resources in each tourist attraction so that each tourist attraction had good natural resources in attracting people who came to take a vacation, 3. Disposition of the Office of Culture and the Makassar City Tourism Office had been said to be good because each employee's office had been given training on tourism development policies in the city of Makassar, 4.
