Abstract

The implementation of public service reforms through the Integrated Administrative Services (PATEN) policy aims to simplify administrative processes and enhance service quality at the sub-district level. In Sape Sub-district, Bima Regency, the policy has been adopted to provide fast and integrated services. However, challenges such as poor communication, limited resources, and overlapping bureaucracy hinder its effectiveness. This study evaluates the PATEN policy's implementation in Sape Sub-district, focusing on communication, resources, personnel placement, and bureaucratic structure. The research uses a qualitative descriptive approach with data collected through interviews, observations, and documentation. The findings aim to identify challenges and provide recommendations to improve the efficiency and quality of public services at the sub-district level.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to effectively manage conflict, avoid and prevent conflict from arising, and determine the effects of conflict management on Wanuawaru Village's social life in relation to the presence of a camming sugar mill. A case study technique is the kind of research that is employed. The results of the study highlighted conflict governance related to the existence of the Camming sugar factory in the aspect of social life, focusing on four main indicators. First, Environmental Governance in Camming Sugar Factory Waste Management is discussed through four approaches to conflict resolution strategies. The first approach is Avoiding, where all parties work together to prevent conflict. Second, Accommodating refers to handling conflicts by considering various incoming opinions, by gathering and resolving conflicts inclusively. The third approach, Compromising, emphasizes taking into account the opinions and interests of all parties. The negotiation process is engaged to address conflicts that may affect people's social lives, by reaching an agreement that benefits all parties. Finally, Collaboration as the fourth approach describes how both parties engage on an ongoing basis to resolve existing conflicts.

Abstract

Abstract This study aimed to describe and eplainevthe implementation of the function Village Consultatie Body (BPD) in Bayondo Village, Tomoni District, East Luwu Regency. This study used a qualitaive descriptive method. Data collection techniques through observation and interviews. The results of this study showed that the implementation of the function (BPD) was know that the function discussed and agreeing that the draft Village regulation had been implemented and realized optimally, the function of accommodating and channeling the aspirations of the community had not been implemented well, his was because there were still obstacles in its implementation, where the comunity still did not understand the duties and functions performed by the BPD, so that in the implementation process it accommodates and channels community asprations often get opposition and debate from society, function supervising the performance of the village head was not maximal due to lack of communication between BPD administrators. Keywords: bpd function, implementation, village government

Abstract

This study aimed 1) to find out how  the performance of employees at the Office of Religious Affairs, Somba Opu District, Gowa Regency, 2) to find out how good the quality of service at the Office of Religious Affairs, Somba Opu District, Gowa Regency and 3) to find out how the influence employee performance on quality services at the Office of Religious Affairs, Somba Opu District, Gowa Regency. The population and sample in this study amounted to 20 employees, data collection by questionnaire. Data analysis used descriptive analysis and simple linear regression analysis. The results showed that: 1) Employee performance was in good category with process indicators being the most prominent in shaping employee performance at the KUA Somba Opu Office, Gowa Regency, 2) Service quality was in good category with responsiveness indicators being the most prominent in forming service quality at the KUA Somba Opu Office, Gowa Regency, and 3) Employee performance had a positive and significant effect on service quality at the KUA Somba Opu Office, Gowa Regency.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine innovations in pregnant women's classes at community health centers. This research uses a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. The data sources used in this research are primary data and secondary data. Data collection techniques through observation, interviews and documentation. The data source comes from 12 informants who were determined using purposive sampling. The results of the research show that the innovation in pregnant women's class services at the Rasabou Community Health Center, Hu'u District, Dompu Regency has a relative advantage which can be seen from the aspect of change, namely helping the community, showing that there are benefits obtained through the Pregnancy Class program (2) Compatibility, namely that there is suitability or compatibility with previous innovations so that adjustments must be made (3) Complexity (Complexity) with its new nature certainly has complexity (4) Possibility of trying (Triability) The quality of an innovation is of course very important, an innovation is said to be of quality if it can provide satisfaction (5) Observability after a process or procedure is in place, of course you have made observations in the innovation.

Abstract

This study aims to find out how the role of the Social Service in Overcoming Exploitation of Street Children in Makassar City. This study uses a qualitative method with a descriptive type. Data collection techniques include observation, interviews and documentation. The data is analyzed through data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The data validation technique was carried out through source triangulation, technical triangulation and time triangulation. The research results obtained show that (1) The role of the Social Service as Facilitative has facilitated RPTC (Trauma Center Shelter Homes) for PMKS. (2) The role of the Social Service as Education seeks to provide informal education in accordance with established regulations. (3) The Role of the Office of Social Affairs Social Service as a Representative cooperates with Polres/Polda, Satpol PP, BLK, TKSK and the community (4) The role of the Social Service as a Technical has special officers to collect and analyze data regarding PMKS.

Abstract

This study aims to find out how the government collaborates in supervising the construction of supermarkets such as department stores. This type of research uses qualitative research. Data collection techniques are through observation, interviews, documentation, and media reviews. The results of the study show that the supervision of the construction of the Supermarket, Department Store and One Sama in Somba Opu District, Gowa Regency has not fully gone well. Because the existence of supermarket buildings in Gowa Regency must pay more attention to Presidential Decree no. 112/2007 Article 4 Paragraph 1: Concerning the establishment of shopping centers and modern shops which must take into account the socio-economic conditions of the community, the existence of traditional markets, small and medium enterprises in the area concerned. So that the existence of the supermarket building does not harm the small kiosks in the vicinity

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine Reductive Strategies and Persuasive Strategies in improving the welfare of fishermen in Pasimarannu District. The method used in this study is qualitative research, data collection techniques in this study are observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of this study indicate that the Pasimarannu District government's efforts to improve the welfare of fishermen are by implementing a Reductive Strategy which is carried out in community empowerment activities through socialization counseling machine repair training Furthermore, the Persuasive Strategy is a form of government effort to persuade the community to make the desired changes, this strategy involves counseling activities, providing assistance, and building facilities and infrastructure. In implementing the strategy there are several supporting and inhibiting factors. Supporting factors that influence the implementation of the Reductive Strategy, namely, the presence of trained personnel in the field of training and empowering fishing communities, the availability of infrastructure, and government cooperation with educational institutions,

Abstract

This research aims to find out about the quality of public services in the era of digitalization at the Duapitue District Office, Sidenreng Rappang Regency. This type of research uses qualitative research with a descriptive type that focuses on the quality of public services in the era of digitalization at the Duapitue District Office, Sidenreng Rappang Regency. The results of this research indicate that the existence of Transparency in Dua Pitue District regarding openness in the public service process is not good enough. This is characterized by openness regarding service procedures, not yet well publicized and not yet understood by some people. Accountability at the Dua Pitue District Office. The sub-district government carries out its duties and functions properly and correctly based on standard service procedures. Participation in the Dua Pitue District Office is the provision of services (serving) the needs or people who have an interest in the organization in accordance with the basic rules and mental involvement of a person in achieving goals, as well as taking responsibility for it. equality of rights and human resources must have extensive scientific capabilities in providing services and speed in providing information as well as accuracy, friendliness and comfort.

Abstract

The aim of the research is to determine the implementation of good governance principles for financial management in Matampapole Village, Mallawa District, Maros Regency. This research uses a qualitative method with a descriptive type. Data collection techniques include observation, interviews and documentation. The results of the research show that there are five stages of principles of good governance in village financial management, namely equality which has done justice in informing the budget or financial management to the community, transparency has been transparent/open in conveying the budget or financial management to the community, accountability has been transparent/open in conveying the budget or financial management in the community, the effectiveness and efficiency of the community begins to feel efficient and changes in conveying the budget or financial management to the community and participation has carried out community consultation activities in conveying the budget or financial management to the community.
