Abstract

As a source of regional income, UMKM also play a role in reducing unemployment. Tofu making is a small business engaged in manufacturing that produces every day. To produce tofu. The raw materials needed are often scarce and experience price fluctuations. In addition to the problem of raw materials, UMKM UD Marmi which produces tofu also experiences problems in calculating production costs which are only based on estimates. The method used in this student collaborative activity seeks to help solve the problems that exist at UD Marmi in Kampung Dalam, Bajenis District, Tebing Tinggi City, engaged in the tofu factory industry. After conducting a survey and direct interviews with business owners and their workers. The input given is how to overcome the scarcity of raw material supplies and apply the calculation of production costs based on the Full Costing method, so that it is appropriate in determining the selling price of the tofu they produce.

Abstract

The community service program carried out for students of MA Alwasliyah Tebing Tinggi aims to provide an understanding of capital market investment for the younger generation, especially students, so that it can be used as provisions for students to be able to invest either through the capital market or in other forms. This introduction and understanding will focus on general investment procedures in the capital market. The role of the capital market is increasingly important for the Indonesian economy because it is one of the indicators of a country's economy. Therefore, this community service is a source of knowledge for the community, especially for students, to learn more about investment management and capital markets from an early age. Through an introduction by educating early, it is hoped that students can know what investment and capital markets are so that they understand and are interested in carrying out investment and capital market fields.

Abstract

Kegiatan PKM dilaksanakan di Kecamatan BajenisKota Tebing Tinggi dengan maksud menyasar perwakilan tujuhlingkungan dikecamatan bajenisdari sektor usaha UMKM. Adapun jenis usaha yang diperjualbelikan berupa souvenir,snack, catering, fashion jasa bengkel, dan jajanan tradisional. Adapun tujuan dilaksanakannya kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah untuk mengedukasi pelaku usaha tentang legalitas dan aspek pengelolaan kegiatan usaha yang mendukung kegiatan usahayang dijalankan.Strategi pelaksanaan kegiatan terdapat tiga tahapan yaitu Prasurvei, pembentukan tim, penyusunan proposal dan penyerahan, koordinasi tim dan mitra, dan persiapan alat dan materi pelatihan adalah bagian dari persiapan tahap pertama. Sedangkan bagian sosialisasi dari tahap kedua programini disebut tahap pelaksanaan yakni penyuluhan (dengan penjelasan) dan diskusi adalah dua metode sosialisasiyang akan dilakukan. Tahap evaluasi dan pelaporan merupakan tahap ketiga.Dari hasil kegiatan setelah proses sosialisasi ini diketahu bahwa para wirausaha telah memahami mengenaimaksud dan tujuan darilegalitas merek. Para pelaku bisnis memahami mekanisme strategi pemasaran dengan lebih baik, dan mereka menggunakan media elektronik untuk mempromosikan produk dan layanan mereka untuk meningkatkan penjualan. Target yang dicapai dalam kegiatan ini adalahdi bidang ekonomi dan hukum

Abstract

Micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) are community associations that work and carry out entrepreneurial activities that are closely related to the economic sector. Through MSMEs, it becomes easier for people to collaborate between one community and another. One of the subdistricts that really supports the development of MSMEs is Bagelen Subdistrict. The large number of local MSME actors in the culinary sector is considered to have greatly advanced the village economy. But on the other hand, almost every day these MSMEs produce various kinds of waste left over from merchandise production. This problem can be handled by processing waste into creative crafts that have selling value. The aim of the service program is to increase the economic value of waste into additional income for MSMEs. The methods used are socialization, training and marketing assistance. The program results show that MSME waste can be processed into economical knick-knacks in Bagelen Village. These results have implications for increasing the income of MSMEs in Bagelen Village.

Abstract

This community service activity emphasizes increasing MSME sales through the use of digital marketing, especially for tofu entrepreneurs.  The aim of this activity is marketing training using Digital Marketing by providing skills that can increase family income thereby increasing welfare. The aim of this Community Service Activity is to develop MSMEs (Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises) and creative industries in the Tebing Tinggi sub-district community. Especially for jangek cracker products through Digital Marketing training.

Abstract

The Community Service Program (KKN) is a form of community service conducted in Laut Tador Village, Batu Bara Regency. The main objective of this program is to address issues faced by the community, particularly limited knowledge of business management and product marketing for MSMEs, as well as environmental management. Implementation methods used include observation, coordination with village officials, direct mentoring of MSMEs, outreach, and community activities such as mutual cooperation. The main outcomes of this program are: 1) Three local MSMEs (Palm Palm Sugar, Palm Palm Sugar, and Etawa Goat Milk) were successfully developed through the creation of new packaging, logos, promotional banners, and location registration on Google Maps to expand market reach. 2) Environmental awareness was increased through the installation of educational waste signs and the provision of separate trash bins at SDN 06 Laut Tador. 3) Village potential was strengthened by installing signs indicating tourist directions to Lake Laut Tador. 4) The establishment of a Family Medicine Garden (TOGA) to increase public health awareness. These activities have had a positive impact on MSME independence and village community awareness.
