Abstract

This study aims to prove the effect of location, promotion, and facilities on tourist satisfaction. This study uses data collection methods by distributing questionnaires. The respondents of this study are the tourists who visited the Silokek Geopark tourism located in West Sumatra, Indonesia, with a total of 80 respondents. The data analysis method in this research is SEM-PLS. The hypotheses in this study were tested using analytical techniques, including Measurement Model Assessment, Descriptive Analysis, R Square, Q Square and Structural Model Assessment. From the test results, it can be concluded that the location and promotion have no effect on satisfaction at the Silokek Geopark tourist attraction, and facilities positively affect satisfaction at the Silokek Geopark tourist attraction.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk melihat pengaruh kompensasi dan motivasi terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan kepuasan kerja sebagai variabel intervening pada detail hotel.Alat analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis linier berganda.Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini dilakukan dengan Teknik sampel jenuh dengan 15 responden.Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner (kuesioner).Hasil penelitian ini adalah Kompensasi tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan pada Hotel Kerinci, hal ini dibuktikan dengan t hitung < t tabel (0,278 < 2, , 20099) Motivasi tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan di Hotel Kerinci, hal ini dibuktikan dengan t hitung < t tabel (-0,515 < 2,20099) Kepuasan Kerja tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan pada Hotel Kerinci, hal ini dibuktikan dengan t hitung < t tabel (-0,347 < 2,20099) Kompensasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Kerja pada Hotel Kerinci, hal ini dibuktikan dengan t hitung > t mampu (4.716 > 2,20099) Motivasi tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Kerja di Hotel Kerinci, hal ini dibuktikan dengan t hitung < t tabel (1,928 < 2,44691) Kepuasan Kerja berperan sebagai variabel intervening untuk pengaruh Kompensasi (X1) Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan (Y) Kepuasan Kerja berperan sebagai variabel intervening untuk pengaruh Motivasi (X2) terhadap Kinerja Karyawan (Y).

Abstract

The objective of this study For analyze and prove empirically is learning orientation mediates the connection between transformational leadership with shared knowledge at SMAN in District IV Jurai Regency South Coast. Which type of study used is a causal study with a quantitative approach? Population And sample study This is all ASN teachers a total of 115 people on year lessons 2022/2023 that work on all public high schools in District IV Jurai Regency South Coast. The instrument study uses a questionnaire. Technique analysis in study This use analysis Smart Partial Least Square (Smart-PLS) statistics were used For test validity, test reliability, test RSquare, and test hypothesis. The results of this study prove that job satisfaction and learning orientation are not influential to share knowledge, meanwhile, leadership transformational is influential and positive to share knowledge. Learning Orientation mediated connection between Work satisfaction And knowledge sharing (not supported). Learning Orientation mediated connection between transformational leadership and knowledge sharing (not supported).

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the relationship between psychological empowerment and human resource practice with job satisfaction mediated by employee engagement. The respondents in this study were all educational staff at a private university in Padang City, Indonesia, which numbered as many as 130 employees using census techniques. Data collection method using a questionnaire with measurement of research variables using a survey questionnary based on the Likert-5 scale. The data analysis model in this study was tested using SmartPLS software version 4.0.9.5. Research findings show that psychological empowerment affects employee engagement, psychological empowerment affects job satisfaction, and human resource practice affects job satisfaction. Human resource practices have no influence on employee engagement. Employee engagement have no influence on job satisfaction. Employee engagement does not mediate the relationship between psychological empowerment and job satisfaction. Employee engagement does not mediate the relationship between human resource practice and job satisfaction.

Abstract

The competitiveness of the tourism sector is the capacity of tourism businesses to attract foreign and domestic visitors visiting a particular tourist destination. Increasing competitiveness can be achieved by utilizing existing resources, improving management capabilities so that they have competitiveness. The purpose of this study is to analyze Competitive Advantage in Tourism Village From Supply Tourism Perspectives using Confirmatory Factor Analysis (CFA) analysis. The population in this study is visitors from tourist attractions in the tourist village of Apar, with the number of samples is 100 respondents. Analysis of the Confirmatory factor analysis (CFA) method was performed using AMOS 25. The result of the construct reliability (CR) value of the latent variable natural resources and environment with the result is 0.7296. The result of the construct reliability (CR) value of the latent built environment variable with the result is 0.7018. The result of the construct reliability (CR) value of the latent variable Operating Sectors with the result is 0.81006 and the result of the construct reliability (CR) value of the latent variable of hospitality and cultural resources produces a value of 0.9558.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of workplace ostracism on deviant behavior with emotional exhaustion and organizational based self-esteem as mediating variables. This research was conducted on all employees of PT Berjaya Pet Sumatra Padang. Sampling was carried out using the census method by distributing questionnaires. Data analysis was performed using path analysis which was processed using PLS software. Based on the results of hypothesis testing, it was found that workplace ostracism had a positive effect on deviant behavior. Emotional exhaustion has a positive effect on deviant behavior. In addition, the research results also found that organizational based self-esteem also had a negative effect on deviant behavior. If it is observed from the mediation effect test, it is found that emotional exhaustion and organizational based self-esteem are able to mediate the relationship between workplace ostracism and deviant behavior in employees of PT Berjaya PT Sumatra Padang.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of tourist attractions, location and reference groups partially and simultaneously on tourists' visiting decisions at the Rawa Bento Jernih Jaya tourist attraction, Kerinci district. The sample in this study was 80 tourists from Rawa Bento Jernih Jaya, Kerinci Regency, using the Accidental Sampling method. The data analysis tool used is multiple linear regression analysis at an alpha level of 0.05. The population used in this research were tourists at the Rawa Bento tourist attraction, Kerinci Regency. This research method uses a non-probability sampling technique with an accidental sampling technique. The data obtained from the questionnaire was then processed and analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis via SPSS software. The results of the research show that there is a significant and positive influence between tourist attraction on the decision to visit the Rawa Bento tourist attraction, Kerinci Regency. There is a significant and positive influence between Perceive Value on the decision to visit the Rawa Bento tourist attraction, Kerinci Regency. There is a significant influence between the groups. Reference to the decision to revisit the Rawa Bento tourist attraction, Kerinci Regency and there is a significant and positive influence between Tourist Attraction, Perceive Value and Reference Group on the Decision to Revisit the Rawa Bento Tourist Attraction, Kerinci Regency.

Abstract

This research aims to examine the development of tourism strategies and performance indicators in Pariaman City West Sumatra.  The data used primary data that was obtained through focus group discussions and limited interviews with relevant informants, while the quantitative method used primary data was obtained through surveys and secondary data. The sample technique was the census method with 390 respondents. The data was processed using structural equation modelling with Smart-PLS 3.0 software. The research concluded that the city of Pariaman has adequate tourist destinations which are important factors in determining tourist satisfaction and intent to revisit in the future. The research showed Tourist image, reliability, and responsiveness affect significantly tourist satisfaction. Besides, tourist satisfaction affects significant on intention to revisit. Keywords: Performance, Strategy, Satisfaction, Intention to Return

Abstract

  Riset ini dimaksudkan guna menilai dampak dari kepemimpinan transformasional dan motivasi intrinsik pada perilaku kerja inovatif dengan perilaku job crafting sebagai variabel perantara. Populasi terdiri dari 83 pegawai Dinas Perikanan dan Ketahanan Pangan Kabupaten Agam, dengan 69 kuesioner yang dapat dianalisis. Data primer dianalisis mempergunakan Smart-PLS. Hasil analisis memperlihatkan bahwa kepemimpinan transformasional berdampak signifikan pada perilaku job crafting, begitu pula motivasi intrinsik. Namun, kepemimpinan transformasional dan motivasi intrinsik tidak berdampak langsung pada perilaku kerja inovatif. Perilaku job crafting ditemukan berdampak signifikan pada perilaku kerja inovatif. Selain itu, perilaku job crafting tidak memediasi hubungan antara kepemimpinan transformasional dan perilaku kerja inovatif, tetapi memediasi hubungan antara motivasi intrinsik dan perilaku kerja inovatif. Temuan ini memberikan implikasi penting untuk pengembangan teori dan praktik manajemen sumber daya manusia, khususnya dalam organisasi pemerintah. Dengan memahami peran kepemimpinan transformasional dan motivasi intrinsik serta pentingnya job crafting behavior, organisasi dapat merancang strategi yang lebih efektif untuk meningkatkan perilaku kerja inovatif di kalangan pegawai. Temuan ini juga menggarisbawahi pentingnya job crafting behavior sebagai faktor kunci yang dapat menghubungkan motivasi intrinsik dengan perilaku kerja inovatif.
