Abstract

Perubahan secara demografis pada angkatan kerja di beberapa negara di  antara lain berupa bertambahnya kaum ibu yang bekerja, meningkatknya masalah masalah keluarga – pekerjaan di dalam lingkungan kerja. Walaupun   work family conflict  (konflik keluarga –pekerjaan) dikenal sebagai masalah pria dan wanita, namun isu tersebut berlanjut hingga penempatan tanggung jawab bagi wanita karier. Perbedaan tanggung jawab disebabkanoleh peranan wanita secara tradisional, yang semula dianggap harus lebih bertanggung jawab daripada pria dalam masalah-masalah rumah tangga. Tanggung jawab wanita yang besar terhadap pekerjaan dan keluarga menimbulkan apa yang di sebut dengan stress,ketidak puasan kerja, absensi, perputaran kerja. Dengan demikian perusahaan harus serius manangani masalah ini.Kata kunci : konflik keluarga-pekerjaan, wanita-bekerja, stress kerja, kinerja karyawan Change in demography of the work force in American and some countries in Asia, such as the increase number of working mother has increase the work-family issue in work environment. Although work-family conflict is known as a man and women issue, but this issue is continues to place different responsibilities for working women. The different responsibilities is because of the tradisional role of women, who take more responsibilities than man for the domestic matter. Work-family issues forced organizations to adopt some policies in order to solve this issue, such as family-friendly policy. Some research acknowledge that organization abilities to adopt this kind of policy influence employee respon to their work life, such as job stress, job satisfaction/dissatisfaction, absence, and turnover. It is become clear that organizations have to be serious in handling this issue.Key words: Work-family conflict, work-women, work stress,job performance

Abstract

Abstract

This research analized the influence of promotion,location and brand image of Bani RawiSouvenir Shop toward on customer purchase decision. The technique of the sample collectionwas accidental sampling method, which were collected 138 respondents. The multiple regressionanalysis was used to conduct the hypothesis test on this research.The results of the researchshowed that: (1) Brand image significantly toward on Bani Rawi customer purchase decision. (2)Location positively influenced toward on Bani Rawi customer purchace decision. (3) brandimage not significanly influenced toward on Bani Rawi customer purchase decision.Keywords: Promotion, Location, Brand image , Customer purchasing decision

Abstract

Abstract: The study aims to find out the influence of the marketing mix consisting of promotion, product, price, place, people, process and physical evidence against the decision of the tourists visiting the attractions located at Painan Mandeh island, West Sumatra. The sample in this study are tourists visiting sights Mandeh with total sample as many as 90 people. Sampling technique was purposive sampling. The type of data in this study is the primary data of the dissemination of the questionnaire. The results of this study found that physical evidence of significant and influential promotion, product, price, place, person while the process is not significant effect against the decision of tourists visit. Abstract

This research aims to examine the effect of Islamic attributes and quality service on Islamic tourist satisfaction of foreign tourists visiting the city of Padang. The research was conducted on 100 foreign tourist with a purposive sampling technique. The data analysis technique in this  through two general stages, namely the measurement model and structural model, these two stages will be analyzed by using PLS 2.0M3 software. The results of the research show that Islamic attributes and quality service have a positive and significant effect on the Islamic tourist satisfaction of foreign tourist visiting the city of Padang.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze a competitive strategy for small and medium business actors in the city of Padang during the Covid-19 pandemic. The observation process was carried out on small and medium enterprises spread across eleven sub-districts in the town of Padang. Respondents in this study were small and medium enterprises in Padang with a total sample of 131 with a sampling technique using the quota sampling method. The analysis technique used is IFA, EFA, SWOT, and QSPM analysis. Based on the study results, it can be concluded that the first quadrant looks to be prioritized and used as a strategy (SO). Strategy (ST) improves product quality to anticipate competitors from within the province and other regions. Strategy (WO) is implemented by encouraging business stability. Strategy (WT) in participating in banking programs to increase creative business.

Abstract

Abstract. The purpose of this research is to identify the relationship between the number of halal tourist arrivals of West Sumatra with economic growth by using the method of test and Granger cause testers Granger in the period 2000–2017. To review this written report, tourism growth is proxy with the number of tourist arrivals (LAR). While the economic consumption of income from tourism (LPAD) is utilized as a placeholder for the increase of tourism as the research. The significance of this research is the maturation of the tourism sector, which is more grievous in the hope it can contribute significantly to the economic and social development of the country in question. Further development in the tourism industry of West Sumatra as a tourist destination has put tourism industry, which knows the halal tourism industry as one of the important industry and the biggest contributor of the western Sumatra region.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Islamic Attributes, Destination Attributes and Quality of  Service on Islamic Tourism Satisfaction Tiram Beach in Pariaman. This is phenomenon of seasonal tourist visits to the tourist area Tiram Beach. The sample in this study was tourists who traveled in the tourist area of Tiram Beach in Pariaman totaling eighty respondents. The sampling technique is purposive sampling. The type of data in this study are primary data from questionnaires. The data analysis method in this study was Smart PLS analysis. Hypothesis testing using the R-Square test to see the results of the influence of independent variables on the dependent variable. The results of this study found that the Islamic Attitude and Destination Attributes had a significant effect and Quality of Service did not significantly influence tourist satisfaction
