Abstract

An important part of education is the formation of religious character, which aims to build students' personalities with Islamic values ​​such as honesty, responsibility, discipline, and tolerance. Islamic Religious Education teachers have a strategic role as educators, mentors, and role models for students to internalize religious principles in our daily lives. The research method used by the researcher is a qualitative approach. Data obtained by the researcher through observation, in-depth interviews, and document analysis. The results of this study indicate that the role of Islamic Religious Education (PAI) teachers at MAN 3 Banyuwangi is very crucial in the formation of students' religious character. Islamic Religious Education teachers deliver religious material in an interesting and interactive way, and become role models who inspire students to apply religious values ​​in their daily lives. The support and guidance provided by Islamic Religious Education teachers help students overcome challenges in the development of their religious character. However, environmental factors, both in the family and social circles, also influence the success of this process. Synergy between education in schools, family support, and the social environment is needed to achieve optimal results in the formation of students' religious character

Abstract

Abstrak Anak balita merupakan usia yang rentan untuk mengalami masalah perkembangan. Faktor penyebab gangguan perkembangan pada anak balita diantaranya faktor pekerjaan dan pendidikan ibu. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis hubungan pekerjaan dan pendidikan ibu dengan perkembangan balita di Desa Kalisapu Kecamatan Slawi Kabupaten Tegal. Desain yang digunakan yaitu korelasional dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Sampel penelitian 78 responden yang diambil dengan teknik purposiv sampling. Alat penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuesioner pekerjaan & pendidikan ibu dan lembar observasi DDST. Hasil uji chi square didapatkan p Value 0,00 < 0,05 dan hasil uji kendall tau didapatkan p value 0,02 < 0,05 dengan nilai korelasi menunjukan hasil 0,328 yang artinya terdapat hubungan pekerjaan dan pendidikan ibu dengan perkembangan anak balita. Diharapkan ibu memperbanyak informasi tentang cara menstimulasi perkembangan anak yang dapat diperoleh melalui media internet, televisi maupun petugas kesehatan pada saat pelayanan ke posyandu.

Abstract

One of the four teachers' competences mandated by the laws and regulations of the government is the competence of the teacher's personality. The human tendency is to imitate someone's behavior. This is the crucial role of a teacher. The Book of Adabul Alim Wal Muta’allim is the work of Indonesian great scholar K.H.M. Hasyim Asy’ari who discusses the Akhlak of teachers and pupils. The focus of this research is to know the competence of teachers in the book Adabul 'Alim Wal Muta'allim and the relevance with Permendiknas No. 16 Year 2007 This research uses a qualitative approach and the type of research is research library (library research). Data collection techniques use document analysis techniques and data analysis using content analysis. The results of this study found, that the competence of the personality of the teacher, can be seen through the 20 points mentioned in the book Adabul 'Alim Wal Muta'allim by K.H. M. Hasyim Asy'ari. These points include spiritual aspects (muqarabah, khauf, sakinah, wa’, tawadhu’, khusuk, tawakkal), not greed, not humiliation, zuhud, away from lowly and humble work, preserving reputation, conducting Islamic scholarship, pursuing religious teachings consistently, treating others well, cleansing yourself from corrupt morals, enthusiasm in learning, not hesitating to ask questions, and contributing to the writing of scientific works. While its relevance to government regulations especially Permendiknas No. 16 of 2007, there is a relevance between these regulations and the competence of the personality of teachers found in the book of Adabul ‘Alim Wal Muta’allim

Abstract

This community service activity takes the form of education on the introduction of financial investment instruments aimed at providing knowledge and insight to the residents of Air Joman village regarding various financial investment instruments. Research results show that on average Indonesian people carry out savings and investment activities using only 13% of their income. This can be concluded that Indonesian people still have low awareness regarding the importance of investing. The target audience for this community service activity was the villagers in Air Joman village, with approximately 14 people attending. Education regarding the introduction of financial investment instruments is carried out using lecture and question and answer methods. The lecture method is used to explain introductory concepts of financial investment. Meanwhile, the question and answer method provides participants with the opportunity to discuss further the material that has been presented.

Abstract

This study aims to explore the implementation of Islamic value integration in Social Studies (IPS) education at MTs Bustanul 'Ulum Jayasakti, Lampung Tengah, and its impact on students' understanding and character development. The study used a mixed-methods approach, collecting data through interviews, observations, and lesson plan analysis. The results show that integrating Islamic values into IPS education enhances students' understanding of social concepts such as social differences and humanitarian issues, while fostering positive attitudes like tolerance, empathy, and social care. 85% of students showed improved social understanding, while 80% were able to link social concepts to Islamic teachings. These findings support that religious integration in education contributes to the development of academically intelligent and morally sound individuals. ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi implementasi integrasi nilai-nilai Islam dalam pembelajaran Ilmu Pengetahuan Sosial (IPS) di MTs Bustanul 'Ulum Jayasakti Lampung Tengah dan dampaknya terhadap pemahaman serta perkembangan karakter siswa. Studi menggunakan pendekatan kombinasi kualitatif dan kuantitatif, dengan pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, observasi, dan analisis dokumen pembelajaran. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa integrasi nilai-nilai Islam dalam pembelajaran IPS meningkatkan pemahaman siswa terhadap konsep-konsep sosial, seperti perbedaan sosial dan isu kemanusiaan, serta membentuk sikap yang lebih positif seperti toleransi, empati, dan kepedulian sosial. Sebanyak 85% siswa mengalami peningkatan pemahaman sosial, sementara 80% mampu mengaitkan konsep sosial dengan ajaran Islam. Temuan ini mendukung bahwa integrasi agama dalam pendidikan mampu menciptakan generasi yang cerdas akademik dan berakhlak mulia..

Abstract

Religious violence is a phenomenon that cannot be seen individually as mere religious violence but must be seen as a result of the interrelationship between various factors. It becomes a shared duty that the peace and tranquility of nations, countries, and the world become a shared responsibility. The study discusses violence in the name of religion and peace-building conflict solutions. Use qualitative methods with descriptive approaches. The result is that there are several factors that cause violence in the name of religion: dogma (belief), ritual (tradition of religion), text (the sacred text of any religion), leadership (leadership), history (telling stories), and legitimated morality. As a solution to conflict on behalf of religion in an effort to foster peace, it is done through negotiation, dialogue, reconciliation, consensus, compromise, mediation, diplomacy, advocacy, and amnesty.

Abstract

Pandemi Covid-19 pertama kali diidentifikasi masuk ke Indonesia pada tahun 2020. Tujuan dari dilakukannya penelitian ini adalah untuk menjawab pertanyaan penelitian yang telah dijabarkan sebelumnya, yaitu: 1. Menganalisa pengaruh e-Service Quality terhadap Customer Experience di Bank Raya Indonesia. 2. Menganalisa pengaruh e-Service Quality terhadap Customer Satisfaction di Bank Raya Indonesia. Dalam suatu metode ilmiah terdapat dua tipe pendekatan, yaitu kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Penelitian ini berfokus pada faktor-faktor yang berpengaruh terhadap continuous intention to use dari nasabah Bank Raya Indonesia yang telah menggunakan aplikasi Bank Raya selama minimal 3 bulan dan berdomisili di Jakarta. Faktor-faktor yang terlibat dalam penelitian ini ialah e-service quality, customer experience, customer satisfaction dan trust untuk melihat pengaruhnya terhadap continuous intention to use sehingga diharapkan dapat berguna bagi perusahaan sebagai dasar evaluasi terhadap layanan yang diberikan bagi nasabah serta menjadi dasar pengambilan keputusan strategi yang sesuai untuk mencapai target perusahaan

Abstract

Every married couple aspires to have a harmonious family. However, many face challenges in achieving this, with conflicts such as arguments, differences in opinions, debates, and sometimes leading to divorce. One approach to address these issues is by seeking a compatible partner. Compatibility is considered effective as it aligns with the goals of marriage. Kafa’ah, including economic compatibility (kafa’ah maliyah), is deemed crucial for economic stability and family harmony. This research, conducted in the Buahbatu District, Bandung, aims to analyze the community's perceptions of kafa’ah maliyah and its impact on achieving family harmony. The qualitative case study method revealed diverse perceptions among the Buahbatu community, considering kafa’ah maliyah as vital for realizing family harmony. The influence of kafa’ah maliyah includes reducing financial conflict risks, enhancing cooperation in financial management, improving family stability and well-being, strengthening mutual respect and responsibility, and fortifying emotional bonds between spouses

Abstract

This program aimed to enhance the knowledge and skills of livestock farmers in Wonomerto Village to produce coffee husk-based silages as an alternative feed for ruminants. The activities included collecting farmer information, preparing educational materials, conducting a silage-making demonstration, and evaluating knowledge improvement through pre-tests and post-tests. The results showed a significant increase in knowledge, with the average pre-test score of 86.25 rising to 93.75 in the post-test. A hedonic test indicated that coffee husk–based silage was well accepted by livestock, with an average palatability score of 2.75. The hedonic quality assessment showed that the color, aroma, and texture were all rated as good. Overall, the program successfully utilized coffee husk waste to produce high-quality alternative feed, supporting sustainable livestock farming and potentially improving the welfare of farmers in Wonomerto Village.

Abstract

Stress pada mahasiswa tingkat akhir dalam proses mengerjakan skripsi dapat berdampak buruk terhadap fisik dan psikologis. Dukungan sosial perlu diberikan pada mahasiswa untuk mengurangi tingkat stres. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menganalisis pengaruh developing support system terhadap tingkat stres mahasiswa. Pada penelitian ini menggunakan desain pra-eksperimen dengan rancangan one group pre-post test without control group. DSS diberikan dengan cara berbentuk group dan memberikan motivasi kepada mahasiswa. Tingkat stres di ukur menggunakan kuesioner the dominant scale of stress in thesis writing yang telah dimodifikasi oleh peneliti. Responden pada penelitian ini berjumlah 65 mahasiswa tingkat akhir yang mengerjakan skripsi. Analisis data di lakukan secara univariat dan bivariat dengan uji paired t-test. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah sebelum diberikan DSS adalah tingkat stres mahasiswa di tingkat rendah (1,5%), sedang (92,3%) dan tinggi (6,2%). Setelah di lakukan DSS tingkat stres mahasiswa menjadi rendah (15,4%) dan sedang (84,6%). Tingkat stres pada mahasiswa dipengaruhi oleh tanggung jawab baru untuk menyelesaikan tugas akhir tepat waktu, merasa bingung menentukan topik dan kurangnya persiapan sebelumnya. DSS dapat menurunkan tingkat stres pada mahasiswa tingkat akhir dalam mengerjakan skripsi. Kata Kunci: developing support system, stress, mahasiswa tingkat akhir, tugas akhir skripsi.
