Abstract

Organisasi Kesehatan Dunia (WHO) secara resmi menyebut virus Covid-19 sebagai pandemi global, oleh karena itu semua negara di dunia berusaha meminimalkan dampak yang ditimbulkan oleh virus tersebut, yaitu dengan mengembangkan vaksin. Dalam konteks pandemi Covid-19, pemerintah Indonesia juga meminta dan mendorong masyarakat untuk turut serta mendukung vaksinasi, namun upaya tersebut sebenarnya memiliki kelebihan dan kekurangan, sehingga banyak masyarakat yang mengutarakan pendapatnya di jejaring sosial salah satunya Twitter. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hasil penerapan analisis sentimen dan mengukur performansi algoritma Naïve Bayes Classifier (NBC) dan Support Vector Machine (SVM) terhadap data vaksin Covid-19 dengan cara mengklasifikasikan data tersebut ke dalam kelas positif dan negatif. Data tweet yang didapat kemudian dilakukan text preprocessing untuk mengoptimalkan pengolahan data. Terdapat 4 tahapan text preprocessing antara lain Case Folding, Tokenizing, Filtering, dan Stemming. Penelitian ini mengkaji kinerja Naïve Bayes Classifier (NBC) dan Support Vector Machine (SVM) dengan menambahkan teknik TF-IDF (Term Frequency-Inverse Document Frequency) yang bertujuan untuk memberikan bobot pada hubungan kata (term) sebuah dokumen. Kemudian melakukan splitting data yaitu membagi data training 80% dan data testing 20% dengan harapan mendapatkan model dengan performansi terbaik dan yang terakhir melakukan visualisasi data tweet dengan menggunakan Word Cloud agar bisa menarik sebuah kesimpulan. Hasil klasifikasi data tweet vaksin Covid-19 menggunakan algoritma Naïve Bayes Classifier mendapatkan nilai accuracy sebesar 81%, precision sebesar 80%, recall sebesar 99%, dan f1-score sebesar 89%, Sedangkan untuk algoritma Support Vector Machine mendapatkan nilai accuracy sebesar 87%, precision sebesar 88%, recall sebesar 96%, dan f1-score sebesar 92%.

Abstract

Quality in the implementation of e-learning in health universities can be measured both during the learning process and after the learning ends. Measurement can be performed through evaluation activities. The evaluation model needed was an innovative evaluation model that can look for the dominant aspects that determined the quality of e-learning implementation. One breakthrough evaluation model produced in this research to answer this need was the Formative-Summative evaluation model based on the Tri Pramana-Weighted Product. The main objective of this research was to show the quality of the Formative-Summative evaluation model design based on the Tri Pramana-Weighted Product. This research approach was based on the Borg & Gall development model, which focused on the design development stage. The subjects involved in conducting trials of the evaluation model design were 34 respondents. The technique for determining the subject was carried out using a purposive sampling technique. In addition, the tool used to conduct the trial was a questionnaire. The location for filling out the questionnaire was in health universities and colleges in the province of Bali. The technique used to analyze the data from the test results was descriptive quantitative by comparing the average percentage of the quality of the test results with the percentage of quality that refers to the five-scale categorization. The results showed that the percentage of the design quality of the Formative-Summative evaluation model based on the Tri Pramana-Weighted Productof 88.02%. This means that the quality of the evaluation model design was included in the good category. Abstract

The beauty of Bali raises many comments about how a trip to Indonesia is not complete without going to Bali. In the tourism industry the application of tourist satisfaction and perspective is very important, but most of them still apply surveys. The survey-based approach has weaknesses such as operational costs, the potential for data duplication, and a lack of comprehensiveness. Sentiment analysis of natural tourism objects is performed by classifying positive and negative comments in the Jatiluwih tourist comment dataset. The focus of this panel's sentiment analysis is on comments related to the Natural Tourism Attractiveness Criteria. According to the Directorate General of Forest Protection and Nature Conservation in 2003, the criteria for natural tourism objects are tourist attraction, market potential, accessibility, socio-economic environmental conditions, public services, climate conditions, supporting facilities and infrastructure, and the availability and safety of clean water. This study compares the SVM, K-NN, and NBC methods. This study aims to provide a comprehensive analysis of the performance of each method using the confusion matrix. The results showed that the K-NN method was superior to SVM and NBC in terms of testing accuracy and precision, where accuracy on K-NN gave a value of 93.4%, SVM 93.1%, and NBC 87.9%.

Abstract

System evaluation is carried out with the aim of knowing system weaknesses that hinder users from implementing them. Inventory application users in Badung Regency, based on interviews conducted, had never been evaluated and there were several records collected regarding complaints from users. This study aims to evaluate the value of the success and speed of doing tasks with Performance Measurement, RTA and SUS Techniques. Based on the results of processing the data obtained with the performance measurement technique, it shows that pages are generally quite effective because they function properly, even though there was an error in one of the tests in carrying out the task by the respondent. This is due to a period mismatch caused by the user's own error, namely forgetting to change the period. Efficiency when viewed from the results of the data obtained with performance measurement techniques, it is generally known that inventory applications are quite efficient. For user satisfaction, the score for the respondent's questionnaire is 61.18 which is obtained, this means that the score is smaller than the SUS standard score, which is 68. So it can be said that respondents are not satisfied using the Inventory Application. The results obtained from the usability testing process show that the Inventory Application page which is the object of research still does not meet the criteria for a product with good usability. This can be seen in the assessment of the level of effectiveness, efficiency, and user satisfaction. This inventory application is not able to meet the good criteria for these three aspects.

Abstract

Universitas Udayana merupakan salah satu Perguruan Tinggi di Bali yang melaksanakan pemilihan tenaga kependidikan non PNS teladan setiap tahunnya. Sampai saat ini, masih ada unsur subjektifitas yang tinggi dalam pelaksanaannya, karena dikerjakan secara manual. Diperlukan penerapan sistem pendukung keputusan (SPK) dalam permasalahan tersebut, agar diperoleh hasil yang lebih obyektif. Untuk itu dilakukan penelitian untuk membangun SPK pemilihan tenaga kependidikan non PNS teladan di Universitas Udayana dengan melibatkan 95 orang subyek. Kriteria yang telibat dalam perankingan adalah nilai Sasaran Kinerja Pegawai (SKP), nilai orientasi pelayanan, nilai integritas, nilai komitmen, nilai disiplin, dan nilai kerja sama. Pembobotan kriteria dilakukan dengan metode Analitycal Hierarchy Process (AHP) dan perankingan dilakukan dengan metode Weighted Product (WP). Akurasi hasil perankingan ditentukan dengan metode Mean Absolute Percentage Error (MAPE). Akurasi hasil perankingan dengan kombinasi metode AHP-WP dibandingkan dengan kombinasi AHP-Fuzzy WP. Sistem pendukung keputusan pada penilitian ini dikembangkan dengan berbasis web menggunakan Bahasa pemrograman PHP dan database MySQL. Sistem pendukung keputusan diuji dengan metode blackbox testing untuk menguji keberhasilan eksekusi setiap menu yang tersedia pada sistem. Implementasi metode AHP dan WP dalam sistem pendukung keputusan menghasilkan perankingan pemilihan tenaga kependidikan non PNS teladan. Perhitungan akurasi dengan menggunakan metode MAPE menunjukkan persentase kesalahan pada perankingan metode WP untuk tahun 2019 adalah sebesar 0.0356%, tahun 2020 adalah sebesar 0,0225%, dan tahun 2021 adalah sebesar 3,49%. Sedangkan perhitungan akurasi pada perankingan metode fuzzy WP menunjukkan persentase kesalahan pada tahun 2019 sebesar 14,97%, tahun 2020 sebesar 15,92%, dan tahun 2021 sebesar 31,68%. Blackbox testing pada sistem pendukung keputusan pemilihan Tenaga Kependidikan Non PNS teladan menunjukkan sistem telah berjalan sesuai dengan yang dibutuhkan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui bagaimana metode Fuzzy Inference System (FIS) mampu menilai tingkat kecemasan seseorang melalui gerakan mata. Gerakan mata mengandung banyak informasi yang menggambarkan kondisi fisik dan psikis. Gerakan mata direkam menggunakan Tobii Eye Tracker, data disimpan dan diproses dengan FIS karena sifat variabelnya yang tidak tegas. Penelitian ini bekerja sama bersama pakar dengan observasi dan wawancara bersama responden dan memberikan keputusan secara profesional tentang tingkat kecemasan yang dialami di akhir sesi observasi. Dalam penelitian ini diperbandingkan FIS metode Tsukamoto dan Mamdani yang paling tepat atau direkomendasikan untuk menentukan tingkat kecemasan seseorang secara umum. Penentuan rekomendasi ini berdasarkan jumlah pandangan responden terhadap layar monitor yang dibagi menjadi lima area bagian. Pengujian performa setiap metode menggunakan confusion matrix. Berdasarkan tingkat akurasinya (accuracy), FIS metode mamdani memiliki nilai yang lebih baik sebesar 81,25% daripada FIS Tsukamoto yang sebesar 79,69%. Dengan demikian secara umum, FIS metode Mamdani lebih baik daripada FIS metode Tsukamoto dengan selisih sebesar 1,56%. Ke depan diharapkan penelitian ini memberikan informasi lebih awal kepada seseorang untuk mengetahui tingkat kecemasannya.

Abstract

Character education becomes one of the contemporary concerns nowadays. This study aims to analyze the character education program at Public High School by using the CIPP model evaluation. Data in this study were collected through questionnaires, observation and documentation. The collected data was processed by univariate analysis with quantitative descriptive method. The results of the data analysis showed that the effectiveness of the character education program at Public High School from the four types of respondent groups all indicated the very effective category. The first group of educator respondents in the category is very effective in terms of the Context variable 88.20% of the Input variable of 81.27%, of the Process variable of 87.11% and of the Product variable of 81.65% simultaneously producing (+++ +). The second group of education staff respondents in the very effective category in terms of the Context variable is 85.66.% of the Input variable is 86.11%, the Process variable is 91.25% and the Product variable is 93.75% simultaneously producing (+ +++). The third group of student respondents in the very effective category in terms of the Context variable 91.78% of the Input variable of 86.63%, of the Process variable of 82.73% and of the Product variable of 86.66% simultaneously produce (++ ++). Furthermore, the fourth group of committee respondents in the very effective category in terms of the Context variable 82.08% of the Input variable of 83.71%, of the Process variable of 72% and of the Product variable of 89.15% simultaneously produces (++++).

Abstract

Keefektifan aplikasi evaluasi yang digunakan untuk menentukan skor ketimpangan positif dan negatif dalam pelaksanaan flipped learning sangat penting untuk diketahui. Skor ketimpangan positif digunakan sebagai dasar dalam menunjukkan aspek-aspek penunjang keberhasilan pelaksanaan flipped learning, sedangkan skor ketimpangan negatif sebagai dasar dalam menunjukkan aspek-aspek yang perlu dibenahi agar pelaksanaan flipped learning berjalan lebih optimal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat efektivitas aplikasi DIVAYANA berbasis ketimpangan Asuri-Daiwi Sampad yang digunakan untuk mengevaluasi keefektifan pelaksanaan flipped learning pada SMK TI di Provinsi Bali. Metode pengembangan yang digunakan untuk mewujudkan aplikasi evaluasi ini adalah metode Research & Development yang mengacu pada desain Borg & Gall. Subjek yang terlibat dalam uji efektivitas penggunaan aplikasi DIVAYANA berbasis ketimpangan Asuri-Daiwi Sampad adalah sebanyak 50 orang yang terdiri dari guru dan siswa dari bebeberapa SMK TI di Bali. Alat yang digunakan dalam pengumpulan data tentang hasil uji efektivitas penggunaan aplikasi DIVAYANA berbasis ketimpangan Asuri-Daiwi Sampad adalah berupa kuesioner. Teknik analisis dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kuantitatif dengan menginterpretasikan hasil uji efektivitas penggunaan aplikasi evaluasi berdasarkan standar efektivitas yang mengacu skala sebelas. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan persentase efektivitas aplikasi DIVAYANA berbasis ketimpangan Asuri-Daiwi Sampad sebesar 90,88% sehingga termasuk dalam kategori sangat baik. Dampak dari hasil penelitian ini di bidang pendidikan teknik informatika adalah menghadirkan suatu terobosan baru berupa aplikasi yang dapat digunakan untuk mengevaluasi secara akurat keefektifan flipped learning dalam proses pembelajaran.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the absence of prior analysis on the success level of implementing Melajah.id e-learning and the performance analysis of the e-learning platform from the perspective of human, organizational, and technological support aspects. Therefore, the existence of this scholarly research is considered necessary as a consideration for stakeholders involved in the policy-making for the development of educational service quality in vocational schools. The purpose of this research is to assess the performance and success level of the implementation of the Melajah.id e-learning platform in use at SMK Negeri 3 Tabanan. For the indicators of the human variable, they include: (a) System Use and (b) User Satisfaction. For the indicators of the organizational variable, they include: (a) Organization Structure and (b) Organization Environment. As for the indicators of the technology variable, they encompass: (a) System Quality, (b) Information Quality, and (c) Service Quality. Data collection for the research was conducted through the distribution of online questionnaires using Google Forms, while supplementary data was obtained through observation and interviews to gather information that could not be revealed through questionnaires. Subsequently, the data analysis approach used to measure the success and performance of the e-learning system implementation was linear regression analysis as the quantitative method. Furthermore, qualitative data analysis was performed through content analysis of interview scripts and interpretation of observational data (photos and videos). The combination of the results from quantitative and qualitative analyses served as the basis for drawing conclusions and making recommendations regarding the analysis of the success of the Melajah.id e-learning implementation in the vocational school where the research was conducted.

Abstract

The study was conducted to evaluate the effectiveness of online learning process for economic course during covid-19 pandemic. A quantitative approach was used in this study particularly in the form of evaluation using CIPP model. There were four main components; context, input, process, and product. There were 150 participants were involved in which they were three teachers who taught economic course and 147 students who took social and economic department. They were selected by using random sampling technique. The data were collected through observation, document analysis, and questionnaire distribution. The instruments used were observation sheet, and questionnaire. The obtained data were analysed by using descriptive statistical analysis. The results showed that the online learning online learning process for economic course during covid-19 pandemic was effective with good category. The context evaluation was categorized into good category with the percentage of 72.33%. The input evaluation was also found on the percentage of 73.78% categorized into good category. The process evaluation had a good category with the percentage of 73.75%. The product evaluation was categorized into an excellent category. Those four components showed that the online learning had been conducted effectively.
