Abstract

In the digital era like today, maximum Mathematics learning outcomes in the affective and psychomotor domains are difficult to obtain through full online learning. This difficulty is influenced by environmental and cultural factors inherent in students’ lives. Therefore, an idea in the form of innovative learning model is needed to internalize cultural values and local wisdom in online learning. Based on the problems and needs of their solutions, the innovative model that emerged in this study is called Ethno-Flipped learning of Mathematics lessons based on internalizing data from Tri Mandala concept on the Schoology platform. The aim of this research is to demonstrate an Ethno-Flipped Learning design based on internalizing data from the Tri Mandala concept on the Schoology platform. This research approach is development with a focus on development at several stages, including: research and field data collection, planning, design development, initial trials, and revision of initial trial results. The number of personnel involved in the initial trial was 104 respondents. The data collection tool for the initial trial results was a questionnaire consisting of 10 questions related to the model design. The analysis was carried out by comparing the percentage of model design quality with the five scale categorization standards. The findings or research results show that the Ethno-Flipped learning design especially for Mathematics lessons based on internalizing data from the Tri Mandala concept on the Schoology platform is classified as good quality by a quality percentage of 87.54%. The contribution of this research is that it provides new knowledge about an innovative learning model based on Balinese culture and local wisdom combined with an online learning platform. The novelty of this research is in the form of an innovative learning model design that combines the Flipped Classroom learning model, the Ethno-Mathematics approach, and the Tri Mandala concept.

Abstract

This study purposed to show the tool display and the results of field trials on the digital evaluation tool. This tool is an evaluation tool in digital format which was from a combination of the concept of the educational evaluation model “F-S (Formative-Summative)”, the decision support system method “WP (Weighted Product)”, and Balinese local wisdom “TP (Tri Pramana)”. The importance of combining these concepts and methods is it makes it easier to obtain accurate calculation results following the needs of evaluation tools to determine the dominant aspects determining the effectiveness of e-learning. This research approach was development research. The development model was Borg and Gall, which focused on the field trial and field trial revision stages. The reason for focusing on those two stages was that we wanted to know how effective the evaluation tool was in getting the dominant aspects determining the effectiveness of e-learning. The research location was at several health colleges in Bali. Field trials data collection was using a measuring instrument in the form of a questionnaire. The respondents who were involved in conducting field trials were 54 people. Data analysis on the results of field trials was comparing the results of field trials with the standard effectiveness of five’s scale. The results of this study show that the appearance of the digital evaluation tool and the percentage of its effectiveness through field trials was 81.73%, so the tool was categorized as good. The impact of this research on informatics observers/informatics experts is that they will know an innovative evaluation tool used to determine the dominant aspect determining the effectiveness of e-learning based on decision support system methods and Balinese local wisdom.

Abstract

The beauty of Bali raises many comments about how a trip to Indonesia is not complete without going to Bali. In the tourism industry the application of tourist satisfaction and perspective is very important, but most of them still apply surveys. The survey-based approach has weaknesses such as operational costs, the potential for data duplication, and a lack of comprehensiveness. Sentiment analysis of natural tourism objects is performed by classifying positive and negative comments in the Jatiluwih tourist comment dataset. The focus of this panel's sentiment analysis is on comments related to the Natural Tourism Attractiveness Criteria. According to the Directorate General of Forest Protection and Nature Conservation in 2003, the criteria for natural tourism objects are tourist attraction, market potential, accessibility, socio-economic environmental conditions, public services, climate conditions, supporting facilities and infrastructure, and the availability and safety of clean water. This study compares the SVM, K-NN, and NBC methods. This study aims to provide a comprehensive analysis of the performance of each method using the confusion matrix. The results showed that the K-NN method was superior to SVM and NBC in terms of testing accuracy and precision, where accuracy on K-NN gave a value of 93.4%, SVM 93.1%, and NBC 87.9%.

Abstract

This study aimed to demonstrate a valid and reliable discrepancy evaluation instrument. It was for measuring inequality in the online learning process for mathematics education research subjects. The approach to this research was instrument development, which focuses on several stages, including defining variables, describing variables into more detailed indicators, compiling instrument items, conducting instrument trials, and analyzing the results of instrument trials. The subjects involved in the content validity test were two experts, while the reliability test was 40 students. The result analysis of the content validity test used the Gregory formula. The result analysis of the reliability test results used the Cronbach alpha formula. It indicated that the results of the instrument content validity were very good, and the reliability test results were in the moderate category. The resulting impact of this study on educational evaluation development was new knowledge, especially for evaluators of mathematics education, about the importance of content validity and reliability of the discrepancy evaluation instrument used to measure inequality in the online learning process in mathematics education research subjects.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to demonstrate the effectiveness level of the Provus-Alkin-amalgamation evaluation application based on Weighted-Product-Rwa-Bhineda modification through the results of field trials. This evaluation application was an evaluation tool formed by a combination of educational evaluation models (Provus model and Alkin model), decision support system methods (weighted product), and the concept of Balinese local wisdom (Rwa Bhineda). This research approach was developed, using the Borg and Gall model. The focus of the development phase in this study was field trials and revisions to field trials. The tool used to provide scores by respondents in field trials was a questionnaire. Subjects involved in field trials were 164 respondents. The research location was at several IT vocational schools in Bali. Data analysis was done by comparing the results of field trials with effectiveness standards referring to a five scale. The results showed that the percentage of effectiveness was 81.20%. It proved that the Provus-Alkin-amalgamation evaluation application based on Weighted-Product-Rwa-Bhineda modification was good. The impact of the results of this research is as a trigger to develop innovations in educational evaluation by integrating various fields of science (multidisciplinary science) in the form of one digital application.

Abstract

Gamelan is an orchestra consisting of instruments made of stone, wood, bamboo, iron, bronze, leather, strings and others using pelog and slendro barrels, and has 7 pepatutan or pathet namely; (1) pathet selisir, (2) pathet panji, (3) pathet tembung (4) pathet sunaren, (5) pathet baro, (6) pathet pengenter, dan (7) pathet malat, each pepatutan or pathet has special characteristics with the rules for how to play it in each Balinese Gamelan group. Along with the development of the era, there is a transition in the way of teaching in the past and now that is different, so that today's children only know the order in which the gamelan blades are struck, not the barrel of the gamelan sound. Therefore, the author wants to build a system that can classify sound tunings into 7 pepatuans or pathets contained in the Balinese Gamelan. This system will be designed and built based on the appropriate grouping or pathet obtained using the K-Nearest Neighbor algorithm and Support Vector Machine. Based on the test results, the KNN algorithm gives more effective results in grouping sound barrels with a percentage accuracy rate of 100%, while the SVM algorithm gives an accuracy percentage of 74.29%. Testing of the time required in the classification process also shows that KNN provides a faster processing time of 0.14388 seconds compared to SVM, which is 0.17642 seconds. KNN gives better results because, in principle, K-NN chooses the nearest neighbor which uses the distance parameter, namely the Euclidean distance, which is very suitable for use in determining the shortest distance between two data.

Abstract

Kepala Dinas Perumahan Kawasan Permukiman dan Pertanahan Buleleng  mencatat sekitar 5.000 Kepala Keluarga yang tersebar di seluruh kecamatan di Buleleng memiliki rumah kurang layak huni, sehingga perlu mendapatkan bantuan pemerintah. Pendistribusian bantuan bedah rumah untuk rumah tidak layak huni harus tepat sasaran sesuai dengan kondisi di lapangan, sehingga memerlukan sistem pendukung keputusan. Penelitian ini melakukan analisis untuk mengembangkan sistem pendukung keputusan penentuan rumah tidak layak huni dengan metode Tsukamoto. Metode Tsukamoto menggunakan aturan IF-THEN yang harus diwakili oleh suatu himpunan fuzzy dengan fungsi keanggotaan yang monoton. Output dari hasil inferensi pada setiap aturan diberikan secara eksplisit berdasarkan alpha predikat. Hasil akhirnya diperoleh dengan rata-rata terbobot dari setiap output rule. Data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah data rumah tidak layak huni dalam kurun waktu 3 tahun terakhir pada Dinas Perumahan, Permukiman, dan Pertanahan Kabupaten Buleleng. Data yang digunakan sebanyak 440 data dengan 3 variabel yaitu variabel kondisi rumah dengan 13 parameter, variabel kondisi ekonomi dengan 1 parameter serta variabel jumlah kuota bantuan dengan 1 parameter. Data kerusakan tersebut dikelompokkan menjadi 3 kelompok yaitu ringan, sedang dan berat. Pengujian, prototipe sistem dilakukan dengan metode black box dan User Acceptance Test (UAT). Hasil uji black box menyatakan bahwa, output yang dihasilkan sistem sudah sesuai dengan harapan. Hasil uji UAT menunjukan bahwa prototipe sistem sudah berjalan dengan baik dan sesuai dengan proses bisnis, sedangkan pengujian akurasi sistem dengan menggunakan cofusion matrix didapatkan akurasi yang sangat baik.

Abstract

The presence of interactive videos based on Balinese local cultural values data in the Menek Daha ceremony is very important to socialize knowledge about character education in learning process at the senior high school level in the independent learning policy. One of the benchmarks for the ease of developing an interactive video is the readiness of its user interface design. The reality found in the field is that there are still many interactive video creators who do not care about user interface design. The challenges are especially if the stages of making the user interface design are based on data/information related to Balinese local culture. Therefore, the purpose of this study was to show the user interface design of an interactive video based on Balinese local cultural values data (Menek Daha ceremony) in supporting character education in the independent learning policy. This was a research and development using the Borg and Gall development model which focuses on the design stages, initial testing of the design, and revisions. The subjects involved in testing the user interface design were 84 respondents. The test tool was a questionnaire consisting of 15 questions related to the user interface design of an interactive video based on Menek Daha ceremony data. Analysis of trial data was carried out by comparing the percentage of user interface design quality with quality standards referring to the five scale categorizations. The results of this research show that the quality of user interface design of interactive videos based on Menek Daha ceremony data is in the good quality category by a quality percentage of 81.83%. This research novelty is the emergence of an interactive video user interface design integrated with Balinese local cultural values data in the Menek Daha ceremony as a learning technology innovation in supporting character education in independent learning policy.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengevaluasi pelaksanaan program supervisi melalui model evaluasi CIPP di SDN 1 Marga Dauh Puri. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian evaluatif yang menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif. Subjek penelitian ini adalah Kepala sekolah dan Guru di SDN 1 Marga Dauh Puri. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara, observasi dan studi dokumen. Validitas data diuji melalui triangulasi sumber dan triangulasi teknik pengumpulan data.Teknik analisis data menggunakan teknik analisis data kualitatif model Miles and Huberman. Secara keseluruhan, evaluasi program supervisi akademik menggunakan model CIPP menunjukkan bahwa program ini berjalan baik dan efektif serta mampu memberikan dampak positif terhadap pengembangan kinerja guru dan kualitas pembelajaran. Beberapa faktor penghambat dalam pelaksanaan program supervisi meliputi kesulitan yang dihadapi kepala sekolah saat harus mensupervisi guru di luar bidang spesifik mereka dan kendala karena tugas yang mendadak selain itu keterbatasanan alat peraga menjadi salah satu hambatan yang membuat proses pembelajaran di kelas kurang maksimal. Untuk mengatasi berbagai kendala tersebut, diperlukan strategi yang komprehensif serta mendorong mendorong para guru untuk berinovasi. Evaluasi program supervisi akademik di SDN 1 Marga Dauh Puri berdampak positif pada peningkatan kualitas pendidikan dengan mengidentifikasi kekuatan dan kelemahan program serta kebutuhan perbaikan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan manajemen diri guru penggerak dalam meningkatkan motivasi belajar peserata didik di SD Negeri 2 Buwit. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif kualitatif untuk mengetahui secara langsung fenomena yang terjadi di lapangan terkait manajemen diri guru penggerak sehingga informasi yang diperoleh faktual dan akurat. Populasi penelitian ini adalah guru penggerak di SD Negeri 2 Buwit, sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah purposive sampling. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, wawancara,dan dokumentasidari data primer dan data sekunder. Teknik analisis data dilakukan hingga data jenuh yaitu jika tidak ada informasi lain atau sudah sama baik data dari informan yang sama maupun informan yang berbeda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa; 1) Manajemen diri guru penggerak meningkatkan motivasi belajar peserta didik dengan mengetahui tujuan pekerjaan sebagai pendidik yakni bukan hanya dengan cara mendidik tetapi juga membangun karakter, menuntun kodrat, minat dan bakat yang dimiliki oleh peserta didik, 2) Manajemen diri guru penggerak meningkatkan motivasi belajar peserta didik dengan melakukan pengembangan diri melalui pendidikan dan pelatihan (diklat), 3) Manajemen diri guru penggerak meningkatkan motivasi belajar peserta didik dengan mengolah kecerdasan 4) Manajemen diri guru penggerak meningkatkan motivasi belajar peserta didik dengan mengelola waktu dan menggunakan metode berkelompok dalam proses pembelajaran.
