Abstract

Koperasi Dauh Ayu requires a formally articulated IS/IT strategy to overcome fragmented, manual operations and move toward an integrated, member-centric model. This case study applies the Ward and Peppard framework to diagnose business and IS/IT conditions, using PEST, Porter’s Five Forces, value chain, technology trend scanning, and SWOT with quantitative IFAS–EFAS scoring from six expert respondents. The cooperative is positioned in Quadrant I of the SWOT map with coordinates X = 0.309 and Y = 0.397, indicating an aggressive strategy space where internal strengths can be leveraged to seize external opportunities. The study produces a prioritized portfolio of fourteen applications mapped with the McFarlan Grid, alongside an IT strategy for network, hardware, and platform modernization, and an IS/IT management strategy that establishes a dedicated ICT unit and governance mechanisms. Recommended initiatives are expected to reduce cycle times and error incidence, consolidate a single source of truth for member and financial data, and elevate service quality. The contribution extends the application of Ward and Peppard to the cooperative sector in Indonesia, a context less examined than large enterprises, and shows how staged capability building can translate environmental enablers into realized digital benefits. Limitations include a single-case design without post-implementation measurement; future work should pilot priority systems and evaluate pre–post performance and cost–benefit outcomes.

Abstract

The use of technological resources, especially the internet, has a very important role in supporting the effectiveness of the implementation of the flipped classroom model. Through internet access, students can prepare before face-to-face learning by watching learning videos, reading materials, or doing exercises independently. This allows the classroom teaching and learning process to be more interactive, where face-to-face time can be focused on discussion, problem-solving, and application of concepts. Based on survey data collected from students of SMK Dewata Bali Denpasar, it is known that optimal use of the internet helps increase students' understanding and interest in learning science subjects. However, as time went by, it was found that some of the material was still difficult for students to understand and remember. Therefore, educators need to choose the learning platform that is most effective in supporting the implementation of this model. Using the ELECTRE (Elimination and Choice Expressing Reality) method, this study assessed various platforms such as features, price, ease of use, and user survey results. The results show that Google Classroom is the most suitable and efficient platform to support reverse learning because of its ability to integrate various learning media, ease of access, and support for interaction between teachers and students.

Abstract

The implementation of the Electronic Performance System (E-Kinerja) in the working units in Denpasar City is a primary concern in efforts to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of employee performance management. E-Kinerja is an obligatory electronic system based on a website that is used by civil servants in Denpasar City. During its implementation, the E-Kinerja system encounters several common issues such as server disruptions (server downtime), login errors, employee data inconsistencies, and employees' low understanding in operating the E-Kinerja system. This study aims to measure and analyze the level of success in implementing the E-Performance system using the Enhanced Information System Success Model, which is an improvement of the SI DeLone and McLean (2003) success model. The model incorporates five measurement variables: information quality, system quality, service quality, user satisfaction, and net benefits. This study employed the technique of proportional stratified random sampling with a sample size of 100 civil servants. The method of data collection involves distributing questionnaires to the government employees in the Denpasar area who are users of the E-Performance system. The obtained data was analyzed using the statistical method of Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) with the assistance of the SmartPLS 3.3 application. The hypothesis testing results reveal that the influence of information quality on user satisfaction is positively valued at 0.300. The impact of system quality on user satisfaction is positively valued at 0.288. The influence of service quality on user satisfaction is positively valued at 0.280. The influence of user satisfaction on user interest is positively valued at 0.824. Thus, it can be concluded that the influence of all research variables is significant and all hypotheses in this study can be accepted. This research is expected to serve as input and evaluation for policymakers regarding the factors that influence the success of the E-Performance system in Denpasar City, in order to enhance and develop the system sustainably. Additionally, it can also serve as a reference for future research in the field of information system success analysis.

Abstract

Proof of the type of problem not accompanied by image visualization will require a longer flow and process than proof of the kind of problem accompanied by image visualization. The ability of students to prove problems, especially problems not accompanied by image visualization, must be adequately expressed and objectively. For that, we need an instrument that can reveal the ability to prove the case of these problems. This research has successfully designed a scoring rubric that can be explicitly used to measure students' proving abilities on problems not accompanied by image visualization. Aspects developed in the scoring rubric include making image visualizations according to the information in the questions. These include sub-aspects of image accuracy and completeness of labels, initial steps of proving, preparation of conjectures, flow of proving, and support for valid arguments for statements made. Based on the validation from the experts, the scoring rubric developed was declared valid and ready to be used to measure the student's proving ability on plane geometry, proving problems not accompanied by image visualization.
