Abstract

Abstract The objective of this study is to ascertain the impact of Celebrity Endorsement, Customer Satisfaction, Viral Marketing, and Halal Certification on customer loyalty towards Skintific Skincare Malang City. The sampling technique used proportional sampling to obtain a sample of 100 respondents. The data collection method uses a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used in this research is multiple linear regression. The research results show that Celebriny Endorsement, Customer Satisfaction, Viral Marketing and Halal Certification simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. Partially, Celebrity Endorsement and Halal Certification have a positive and insignificant effect, while Customer Satisfaction and Viral Marketing have a positive and significant effect. Keywords: Celebrity Endorsement, Customer Satisfaction, Viral Marketing, Halal Certification

Abstract

Abstract Finding out how capital structure and dividend policy affect a company's value is the main objective of this research. The research covers the years 2019–2021, and it focuses on consumer products businesses that are listed on the BEI in Indonesia. The Purposive Sampling method was used to select the sample. Multiple linear regression forms the basis of the procedure, which uses a t-test to assess hypotheses. The research concluded that capital structure (DER) and dividend policy (DPR) do not significantly affect company value. Keywords: Dividend Policy, Capital Structure and Company Value.

Abstract

Abstract The purpose of this research is to find out how big the effect of taste, cafe condition, location and customer experience to customer loyalty. The object of this research is costumer's who have purchased Pipir Lepen Cafe products more than twice of the population. Sampling in this study used a purposive sampling method with a total sample of 95 people. This research used a multiple linear regression model. This research shows that taste, cafe atmosphere, location and customer experience simultaneously influence customer loyalty. Taste has a significant effect on customer loyalty. The atmosphere of the cafe has no significant effect on customer loyalty. Location has no significant effect on customer loyalty. Abstract

Abstract This research aims to determine and analyze the influence of Labor, Business Capital and Enterpreneurship Characteristics on the Success of MSME in Case Studies in MSME Businesses in the Food and Beverage Sector. The population used in this research is MSME in the Food and Beverage sector in Malang City with a total of 1474 according to the 2023 Central Statistic Agenci Address. The sample taken was 93 respondents using a purposive sampling approach, namely sampling using the Slovin formula. Based on the results of this research, it is known that Labor, Business Capital and Entrepreneurship Characteristics Affect the Success of MSME in the Food and Beverage Sector in Malang City. Laborhas a significan influence on the success variable of MSME in the Food and Beverage Sector in Malang City. Abstract

Abstract This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of online customer rating, online customer review, cash on delivery, and free shipping on purchasing decisions on Lazada e-commerce. This research uses case studies on active students of the Faculty of Economics and Business, Islamic University of Malang who were selected by purposive sampling. Determination of the number of samples using the Malholtra formula and the results obtained were 80 respondents. Data analysis methods used in this study are Instrument Test (validity test and reliability test), Normality Test, Classical Assumption Test (multicollinearity test and heteroscedasticity test), Multiple Linear Regression Analysis, Hypothesis Test (F test and t test), and Determination Coefficient Test (Adjusted R2). Process analysis using SPSS. The results of the study state that online customer rating, online customer reviewy, cash on delivery, and free shipping simultaneously influence  purchasing decisions and partially online customer rating, online customer review, and free shipping have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. Abstract

Abstract This research is a type of quantitative research. Where the population in this study was used as a sample using a saturated sample with a population of 75 respondents. By collecting data using the Correlation method, it aims to determine the partial influence between the variables of Work Environment, Motivation, and Organizational Culture on Employee Work Commitment. The Work Environment has a partial positive and significant influence on Work Commitment. Motivation does not have a partially significant effect on Work Commitment. Organizational Culture has a partially positive and significant influence on Work Commitment. The results of the Coefficient of Determination concluded that the magnitude of the influence of the variables Work Environment, Motivation, Organizational Culture on Work Commitment, with the rest influenced by other variables that were not studied in this study Keywords: Work Environment, Motivati on, and Organizational Culture towards Work Commitment

Abstract

Abstract Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh harga, kelengkapan produk, dan lokasi terhadap keputusan pembelian pada Dhogvape Malang. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah 100 pembeli di Dhogvape Malang. Teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling. Metode analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis data kuantitatif yang menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara simultan variabel independen berpengaruh signifikan terhadap variabel dependen. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian secara parsial, variabel kelengkapan produk berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian pada Dhogvape Malang, sedangkan variabel harga dan lokasi tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian pada Dhogvape Malang. Kata Kunci: Harga, Kelengkapan Produk, Lokasi, Dan Keputusan Pembelian

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of perceived food quality, consumer trust, consumer satisfaction, and product innovation on repurchase intention in consumers of Mie Horor Kepanjen. The sampling technique using purposive sampling obtained a sample of 90 respondents. Data collection method using questionnaires. The data analysis technique carried out in this study is multiple linear regression. The results showed that simultaneously perceived food quality, consumer trust, consumer satisfaction, and product innovation towards repurchase intention in consumers of Mie Horor Kepanjen. In addition, this study shows that partially perceived food quality has a positive and significant effect on repurchase intention in consumers of Mie Horor Kepanjen. However, partially consumer confidence, consumer satisfaction, and product innovation have a positive but not significant effect on the repurchase intention of Mie Horor Kepanjen consumers. Keywords: Perceived Food Quality, Consumer Trust, Consumer Satisfaction, And Product Innovation, Repurchase Intention.

Abstract This examine goals to decide and examine the impact of Islamic management and religious subculture on employee performance thru task pleasure as an intervening at PT. Sidogiri Mitra Utama. This studies is informal associative research the usage of a quantitative approach. The pattern of this observe used a saturated pattern, particularly eployees of PT.
