Abstract

Tujuan kegiatan PKM ini adalah: meningkatkan pemahaman dan keterampilan warga dalam Pelatihan Membuat Kue Tradisional “Talam Jagung di Desa Karak Apung. Tujuan ini dapat dicapai menggunakan model Model (Pendampingan) dan metode pelaksanaa kegiatan ini metode (Pendampingan), secara khusus metode yaitu : (1). Pelatihan dalam bentuk penyajian praktek tentang pelatihan pembuatan kue tradisioanl Talam Jagung. Kegiatan ini didampingi oleh seluruh tim pelaksana (2). Penugasan membuat kue tradisional talam jagung didampingi oleh pemateri yang ahli dibidangnya. Berdasarkan hasil observasi selama kegiatan, terlihat bahwa aktivitas peserta sangat baik, ini dapat dilihat dari banyaknya indikator-indikator aktivitas pelatihan yang muncul. Begitu juga dengan hasil angket yang diberikan ke peserta diakhir kegiatan, 91 % peserta puas dengan kegiatan ini. Pelaksanaan kegiatan pelatihan ini telah mencapai tujuan yang diharapkan, terlihat dari pertanyaan yang diberikan kepada ketua dalam bertanya tentang bahan olahan kue tradisional Talam Jagung. Harapan kegian PKM ini peserta diharapkan dapat berkarya dalam mengolah kue tradisional Talam Jagung di desa Karak Apung.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh kurang terlaksananya wajib belajar 9 tahun dikarenakan kurangnya minat dan keinginan untuk melanjutkan sekolah serta dukungan orang tua dan memilih kerja dari pada bersekolah, serta kurangnya motivasi dari lingkungan anak. Tujuan penelitian ini, untuk mengetahui bagaimana pelaksanaan program wajib belajar pendidikan 9 tahun dan faktor-faktor penghambat pelaksanaannya, serta upaya pemerintah Desa dalam mengatasi faktor penghambat pelaksanaan wajib belajar pendidikan 9 tahun. Jenis Penelitian ini, kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Informan dalam penelitian adalah Kepala desa, orang tua, dan anak yang tidak melanjutkan program wajib belajar 9 tahun dengan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data yaitu observasi, wawancara dan catatan lapangan. Uji keabsahan data yang digunakan adalah triangulasi dengan sumber data. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan, adalah pengumpulan data, reduksi data, verifikasi. Hasil penelitian mengungkapkan bahwa pelaksanaan program wajib belajar 9 tahun di Desa Datar belum terlaksananya dengan baik. Terlihat dari dalam diri anak, kurangnya kesadaran dan motivasi masyarakat akan pentingnya pendidikan, rendahnya tingkat ekonomi keluarga dan rendahnya pertisipasi masyarakat dalam mendukung program wajib belajar 9 tahun. Upaya yang dilakukan dengan memberikan pembinaan dalam bentuk pendidikan nonformal kepada anak yang putus sekolah, sosialisasi ketika Yasianan, memberikan arahan dan motivasi, meningkatkan ekonomi dan memberikan partisipasi kepada masyarakat

Abstract

erkembangan industri yang semakin efektif dan efisien, mengaharuskan sistem pendidikan kearah digitalisasi pembelajaran melalui pengintegrasian teknologi. Pengintegrasian teknologi tersebut memungkinkan proses pelaksanaan pembelajaran semenarik mungkin sehingga perlu suatu inovasi media pembelajaran yang mendukung proses pembelajaran. SMK Negeri 6 Bungo belum mengoptimalkan e-learning dalam proses pembejarannya, pembelajaran yang terjadi saat ini masih terbatas dan bersifat umum dengan bergantung pada aplikasi Whatshapp dan Zoom Meet sehingga pembelajaran belum dapat berjalan dengan baik dan berkualitas. Oleh sebab itu kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk Memberikan pemahaman kepada SMK Negeri 6 Bungo mengenai pemanfaatan E-learning (Learning Management System) serta Sistem Informasi Manajemen. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini dilaksanakan pada tanggal 6 november 2022 dengan jumlah peserta 26 guru dengan menggunakan metode workshop dan pelatihan kepada guru dengan metode ceramah, praktek/pelatihan perancangan e-learning. Hasil kegitan PKM ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kompetensi guru dibidang teknologi sehingga mampu memberikan  pengetahuan  baru  terhadap  media pembelajaran untuk  mengimplementasikan pada saat belajar mengajar.

Pursuant to background of writer interest to check about " Effort of[is Make-Up Of Professional Interest of Teacher of PKN in SMAN 1 Six Beseting Sub-Province Field Pariah". this Type Research is research qualitative by using descriptive method. While used by technique is writer to determine informan that is technique of purposive sampling. Technique test authenticity of used by data is writer that is by data discount, presentation of data, and conclude or verification. Pursuant to result and observation interview writer with informan hence obtained by data that constraint faced in the effort improving professional interest of teacher of PKN in SMA Country 1 Six Beseting Sub-Province Field Pariah. ( 1) Less motivation, still many less raced teacher and motivat to be is powered of x'self, developing x'self profesionalitas and of memuthakirkan knowledge of them. ( 2) Limitation of medium, limitation of finansial represent especial constraint to effort development of education. Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh masalah peran guru PPKn dalam mengembangkan sikap disiplin pada proses pembelajaran. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui langkah-langkah guru dalam membina sikap disiplin siswa dan kendala yang dihadapi guru dalam membina sikap disiplin siswa pada proses pembelajaran serta upaya apa yang dilakukan pihak sekolah dalam membina sikap disiplin siswa pada proses pembelajaran di SMAN 1 Sungai Geringging Kabupaten Padang Pariaman. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan model penelitian deskriptif. Sedangkan teknik yang digunakan penulis untuk menentukan informan yaitu teknik purposive sampling. Teknik menguji keabsahan data menggunakan teknik triangulasi dengan sumber data. Teknik analisis data dengan cara mereduksi data, penyajian data, dan menarik kesimpulan atau verifikasi. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukan peran guru dalam mengembangkan sikap disiplin siswa dalam proses pembelajaran pada SMAN 1 Sungai Geringging meliputi menasehati siswa, keteladanan dalam berperilaku, memberikan hukuman jika bersalah, memberikan penghargaan (hadiah) jika berprestasi, serta melakukan kerjasama guru dengan orang tua sudah baik.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the existence of the types of characters that are formed in basic student leadership training activities at SMPN 1 Kayutanam, obstacles that occur in the implementation of character education in basic student leadership training activities at SMPN 1 Kayutanam and efforts to overcome obstacles in implementing character education in basic student leadership training activities at SMPN 1 Kayutanam. This type of research is a qualitative descriptive method, which was taken using a purpose sampling technique. The data were collected by means of observation, interviews, and documentation studies. The data validity test used is source triangulation. Data analysis techniques in this study were carried out using techniques from Milles and Huberman, namely: (1) data collection process, (2) data reduction, (3) data presentation and (4) conclusion drawing or verification. Informants in this study were principals, teachers and also students who took part in basic student leadership training activities. The results showed that: (1) The types of characters formed in the basic student leadership training activities at SMPN 1 Kayutanam were: (a) Discipline character formation, (b) responsibility, (c) environmental care, (d) religious, (e) appreciate achievements. (2) The obstacles that occur in the implementation of character education in basic student leadership training activities at SMPN 1 Kayutanam are: (a) not all students are interested and interested in participating in extracurricular activities. Basic student leadership training, (b) There are still many parties who underestimated students' basic leadership training activities, (c) lack of basic student leadership training or lack of interest in extracurricular activities for student leadership basic training at school, (3) Efforts to overcome obstacles to implementing character education in student leadership basic training activities at SMPN 1 Kayutanam, namely: (a) Providing strict rules for students, (b) Designing learning strategies that have regular character planting programs, (c) Routinely instilling a good attitude, (d) Always admonishing (e) Always being a good teacher .

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of teacher performance and teacher academic qualifications on the quality of education. Education is very important as one of the determinants of the quality of human resources. The type of research used is quantitative research with a design determination and type of research ex post facto. The population in this study were all Darul Iman Private Madrasah Aliyah (MAS) teachers in Palu City. The sample in the study was taken by 20 teachers. Data collection techniques using questionnaires, documentation, and observation. Data analysis techniques using quantitative descriptive analysis techniques and multiple regression. The results of the study found that there was a significant influence between teacher performance on the quality of education at the Darul Iman Private Madrasah Aliyah (MAS) in Palu City, as evidenced by the t value of 3,847 > 2,110 t table. Furthermore, there is a significant influence between the teacher's academic qualifications on the education quality of Darul Iman Private Madrasah Aliyah (MAS) in Palu City, as evidenced by the t-count value of 10,213 > 2,110 t-table. The results of this study indicate that there is a jointly significant relationship between teacher performance and academic qualifications on the education quality of Darul Iman Private Madrasah Aliyah (MAS) Palu City.

Abstract

Tujuan penelian ini yaitu untuk mendeskripsikan perbedaan antara aktivitas siswa dan hasil belajar yang diterapkan dengan model pembelajaran CPS di kelas eksperimen serta siswa yang diterapkan dengan model konvensional di kelas kontrol. Penelitian ini menggunakan design quasi eksperimen dengan rancangan nonequivalent control group dengan menggunakan nilai tes pretest-posttest. Data penelitian diperoleh melalui lembar observasi dan tes hasil belajar. Penelitian menunjukkan hasil (1) terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan model pembelajaran CPS terhadap aktivitas siswa, (2) terdapat pengaruh model pembelajaran CPS terhadap hasil belajar siswa

Abstract

This study aims to see how the role of mamak kanduang in the marriage of a nephew in the Padang Pariaman community, West Sumatra, which is part of the local wisdom of the Minangkabau community. This research uses a descriptive method with a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques are carried out by means of observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis techniques by means of data collection, data reduction and data presentation. The results showed that the existence of mamak kanduang in a nephew's marriage in Padang Pariaman played more roles as matchmakers (Maresek), proposed marriage, bakampuang-kampuang activities and deliberating the amount of japuiktan money. The conclusions of the study that the role of mamak kanduang in the marriage of nephews are a) The role of mamak kanduang in finding a mate or Maresek in marriage; b) The role of mamak kanduang in proposing; c) The role of mamak kanduang in bakampuang-village activities and deliberating the amount of japuiktan money. Abstract

The goal of developing a smart village (Smart Village) in the village of Kemantan, is for village development based on community empowerment that is inclusive and sustainable through increasing human resources. Community service is carried out by transforming the way of thinking, and how the community works in improving the quality of life, economy, skills, expertise, management, and governance of Kemantan Village in the Digital Age. The method used in the implementation of this community service is carrying out the method of implementing activities in the form of training, followed by discussions and questions and answers as well as the Socialization / Counseling method. With this, this activity can contribute and benefit in increasing the competitiveness and economy of the community. The results of community service activities, including the Village Children's Smart Home (RUMCADES) in Kemantan Village, making a Living Pharmacy (TOGA) PKK for the Kemantan Village Community, Village Community Arrangement, and Services. The community empowerment strategy is manifested in development as part of an effort to realize smart village pilots in a participatory way to anticipate economic crises, money politics, and necessities of life.
